From the very beginning, our experience with this catering company was nothing short of exceptional. Our initial tastings completely exceeded our expectations! It was such a fun experience and each dish felt like it came from a high-end restaurant. The quality, flavor, and presentation of the food were outstanding!
Our second tasting, where we finalized our menu, was not only delicious but also such a fun and memorable experience. The team made us feel so special and involved in the process, and they helped us build a menu that truly reflected our tastes and vision for the day. They even provided special meals (vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free) for a few of our guests who have special meal needs. This was such a special touch and appreciated highly!
On our wedding day, the food was a HUGE hit. We had multiple guests come up to us to say how much they loved the meal, and several even asked for the catering information so they could use them for their own future events. The staff didn’t truly went above and beyond. They made sure my husband and I were always taken care of, ensure the lines ran smoothly, and continued to check on every table during the meal! Our guests were incredibly impressed by the team's professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. They worked seamlessly behind the scenes while still making everyone felt cared for.
We can’t recommend City View enough. They played such a key role in making our wedding unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for everything they did!

I cannot say enough good things about City View! The entire experience with them was excellent and so much fun. We enjoyed getting to go to the tastings to create our perfect menu. The day of the wedding, I had several guests mention how amazing the food was and attentive the staff was. I am so happy we chose to work with them and I recommend 10/10!City View Catering's reply:

Cityview provided professional grade food that we were genuinely excited to share with our guests. They were also much more affordable than some of the other options we had looked at and more flexible to boot! They helped us create a menu we felt could impress everyone and liked our late night snack idea (we wanted a toast bar and they delivered a wonderful custom option for this!). Cityview was also very professional, friendly, and allowed us to do multiple tastings to craft a menu that made sense. They also allowed the bride and groom (us!) to have a slightly different meal if we preferred and seamlessly flowed into our venue space. They also eased our concerns about our guests' food allergies and were diligent about communicating with us well in advance to make sure everyone could comfortably eat. You know the food is good when people ask you weeks after your wedding who you catered with. We highly recommend the vegetable wellington tower, SO GOOD.City View Catering's reply:

From the tasting all the way to the wedding, City View Catering was awesome. The tasting was amazing as we got to taste more foods then we asked for based on our choices and their recommendations! We ended up picking an entree that we didn’t even have on our radar at first. I never stressed about if they were going to do a good job or not because I knew they would. We have had so many compliments from our guests on how good the food was! Me and my husband were very pleased with our dinner as well! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the Houston area!City View Catering's reply:

We loved using City View for our wedding. We got them through a vendor package and could not have been happier! The food turned out amazing and everyone loved it. Our tasting experience was amazing and we were sent home with so many leftovers! They were also very accommodating for guests that have severe food allergies and created entire separate meals for them. Truly an amazing experience with delicious food!! Our favorites were the tortellini, lemon roasted potatoes, green beans, fried asparagus (appetizer), chicken mango skewers (appetizer), and the chicken parmesan.City View Catering's reply:

As the title says, City View provides great service from the beginning of the wedding planning process to the end! They allow 2 complimentary tastings - one early on to ensure you love their food, and the second being an opportunity to try the food again and finalize your menu. Additionally, they do not skimp on the food during these tastings either! You and whoever you bring with you will be going home with plenty of leftovers. I do not know of many catering companies that do this, which is one of the reasons why having City View cater your wedding is so worth it!
You definitely get great value for your money with the food served on the day of as well - a charcuterie display or passed appetizers, salad, bread, as well as the main entrees and cake cutting services. Not to mention how beautiful their presentation is! Many of our guests loved the flower garnishes. And I saw lots of clean plates. So ultimately, I was very happy with the menu they helped my husband and me create as well as the fact that they prepare whatever meals the bride and groom want for themselves regardless of what is offered to the guests. BEST WEDDING FOOD EVER! We had an amazing experience with City View Catering for our wedding! From the start, they were organized, friendly, and made the planning process a breeze. The two tastings before were fantastic, with so many great options, it was hard to choose our menu. On the big day, the food was absolutely delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests. City View really went above and beyond to make my wedding day special and everything was perfect! I highly recommend them for your wedding!City View Catering's reply:

City View was the absolute best catering company we could’ve asked for. The team was easy to work with and were upfront and honest about what to expect. They treated us well from beginning to end, and made sure our wedding night was perfect. Now, let’s talk FOOD. OMG, when I say amazing, I mean AMAZING. From our initial tasting to our wedding night, everything was delicious and plated beautifully. The cherry on top is that they are reasonably priced! We did a ton of research of different caterers in the Houston area, and even did some other tastings, and City View beat them both on price and quality. 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to other couples looking for an amazing wedding caterer! Or really anyone for that matter! -

Rachel and CVC provided an incredible experience for us and our wedding guests. Multiple people at the wedding mentioned this was the best wedding food they ever had (even at their own weddings).
Moreover CVC helped us achieve our perfect wedding dinner while ensuring we met our budget constraints. Even switching over to buffet-style service so close to the wedding.
Rachel was a joy to work with and during our tastings and conversation provided great ideas, pairings and overall guidance. We highly recommend CVC to anyone in the Houston area. -

City View Catering is the best wedding caterer! First, CVC invited my husband (fiancee at the time), my parents, and my sister to the tasting. My family felt very included in the process and loved it. The food presentation was lovely and the food was delicious. We were so full after the tasting! I also loved that the price was TRANSPARENT! Many of the other caterers will list a price/person... but then add on other hidden fees as the end of the quote. We felt that the price was great for the value of the food. Throughout the process, the staff was very responsive with all of my questions. On the day of the wedding, the delivery was seamless. My guests were very impressed with the food. We absolutely love Cityview! This catering company is amazing . Everything from the initial tasting to the actual wedding day phenomenal. We worked with Demetria and she was fantastic. She and all the staff are super friendly. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and they were always accommodating to any of our needs. She was always honest about pricing and gave suggestions on how we can stay in budget but still get everything we wanted . Not to mention to food is delicious!! I still have guest telling me how good the food was at our wedding! Our wedding was the weekend after Hurricane Beryl and they went above and beyond to make sure they were still accommodate our wedding day. They did an outstanding job. I am so impressed with their professionalism and their ability keep the ball rolling even after a major storm. They never missed a beat. We are very happy we hired Cityview as our catering company and will definitely use them again for any other events we may have!City View Catering's reply:

We selected City View Catering for our daughter's wedding reception (size 150 guests). From the first tasting through the end of the food service at the reception, each person we came in contact with this vendor with went above and beyond to make the bride and groom's wedding day extra special and personalized. As the mother of the bride, I appreciated the extensive options at the tastings, the detailed quotes, and timely communication when I had questions. The quality of the food at the reception was outstanding--many of our guests commented that the food was the best they've had at a wedding reception and was beautifully presented. I cannot recommend a caterer more highly and will definitely use City View again for events in the future.City View Catering's reply:
