Absolutely positively PERFECT! We walked into a beautiful office, knew we had chosen the right place and proceeded to describe what we were looking for using swatches of fabric, an old photo and just some general ideas. What we got was a work of art and new friends! Every single detail was immaculate and we even had a rush order that worked out with plenty of time! Thanks Citlali Creativo! You’re the best!!! -

Alex is great at what she does ! I highly recommend her work. If you have something in mind, she takes it all into detail and did everything to reach our expectations. This is a great place to get any kind of invitations done. At first we wasn’t really sure about the place but when we received our wedding invitations my wife and I we was amazed about them they are so nice very good material and the quality is perfect we was shocked of how good they look so I would really go to this place again -

Our wedding programs, thank you cards, and place cards were the perfect touch that tied everything together for our theme of papel picado! I found them through purchasing some thank you cards from Amazon and when I got their business card with my order I was amazed they were local to me, so I contacted them directly for my other wedding stationary neccessities -

I am so very happy that I found Alex. She is so great to work with. Alex is fast to respond to emails. She give you several options on everything. Pricing is very reasonable and everyone loved our invitations. It tied in so well with the theme of our wedding. If the occasion arises that I need invitations again, I will go right to Alex again. After an extensive online search to match our wedding colors of aqua and gray we are extremely happy with the quality of the Aqua & Pewter Grey Elegant Damask Wedding Invitations. We’ve gotten many compliments on the final product. We chose the metallic finish, and it is just the right amount of subtle shimmer without being overdone. The cardstock quality was very thick and felt solid, not flimsy. Working with Alex has been great, definitely one of the best vendors I’ve worked with during the entire wedding process. Very prompt to respond and very patient with my many questions and willing to work with me on multiple iterations until we got a final design. I’m definitely coming back for my ceremony items of table names and place cards. -

I could not recommend another creative for all of your stationary needs. Alex was a DREAM to work with -- sending proofs all along the way and really listening to what my fiancé and I wanted. Even though we're in the midwest and CC is in Seattle, it was such a smooth process and the final product is gorgeous and I've never seen an invitation like ours before, which is great considering how many repeat invitations I've seen from larger stationaries this wedding season. I love our invitations and RSVP cards so much, and I will definitely be using Citlali Creativo in the future! Thank you Alex! We couldn't be happier! -

Joe, Alex and Nico, are a great team and I love that they are family and work so close together! The beach invitations that I ordered from Citlali were amazing! They matched my wedding colors perfecty and went along with my theme ! There were some extras that were included in the package, like the pocket folder and the extra information insert that I didn't need, and they worked with me to get a package that met my needs and fit my budget! They went above and beyond making sure that I was getting the exact wording and design that I wanted and I can't thank them enough for this! I can not say enough amazing things about Citlali Creativo!!! I must of sent Alex 100 emails and changed my mind 15 different times and she was always so pleasant!! I was able to customize the invitations to exactly what i wanted and they even sent me a customized sample! I'm literally giving 5 stars because everything about my experience was perfect!! I was always someone who said I'm not going crazy on invitations and spending a ton.. After seeing the beautiful invitations on Etsy I couldn't say no.. The price was great. The invitations are prob my favorite thing I've ordered for my wedding... My invites are BEAUTIFUL and just what my fiance and I were looking for. So completely classy!!! I made the final payment for my order on Saturday, May 10th and received my invitations on Monday, May 12th!!!! How's that for turn-around time?!?!?!?!!! I had the extreme pleasure of working with Alex at Citlali Creativo for my wedding invitations. I found her on etsy and it was one of the few things my fiance and agreed on right away. Working with Alex was a breeze! She was always quick to respond, normally within a day or two, and even when she was super sick!
The whole process from beginning to end was about 7 or 8 weeks. She sent samples of every change and included actual paper samples for us to pick the end papers. I wasn't sure between matte & shimmer so she sent samples of both! We ended up changing the font half way through the process and she was totally cool about going back to square one with us.
Because we are having a destination wedding, we don't have the chance to meet with a lot of our vendors face to face. Alex immediately made me feel at ease and like I had made the right decision, and actually sad that we wouldn't meet- she was so fun to work with!
Everything was shipped directly to us, sent certified, so we knew exactly when it was coming. Pricing for custom invitations was pretty fair, compared to what you would spend at a fancy paper store. The end product was so beautiful- I've been getting compliments on the design on the RSVPs!
I strongly recommend Citlali Creativo!!! -

I hadn't given my wedding invitations much thought until it was time to send them. Alex was absolutely wonderful and efficient. This company is an absolute JOY to deal with! They also put together my Save the Dates, and those were beautiful too! We wanted to have Sugar Skulls incorporated into our wedding decor, but did not want it to be "gothic". They did a beautiful job of capturing something as a skeleton head, and making it unique AND elegant.

I can't say enough about how beautiful our invitations turned out for our wedding. We received so many compliments from friends and family when they went out. I found this company through Etsy and did everything through e-mail. They were easy to work with and quick with responding. We were a few invitations short with our first shipment and they sent the remaining ones right away through priority mail. We were able to personalize everything about our invitations and they turned out so beautiful and unique to us. We will be framing one of them alongside our wedding portrait to remember always! -

I was so happy that the team could help me with save the date, invitations and special cards to my flowergirls and bridesmaids!
The challenge with me being norwegian and needed my text on norwegian was not a problem at all to my suprise and I got exellent sevice to a affordable price.

Alex is a true joy to work with. As a bride it was important that every detail of our wedding was a reflection of my now husband's and my relationship and personality. It wasn't about pretty things for the sake of pretty things, but creating an atmosphere that was inclusive of our community and reflective of who we are and the commitment we were making. Having said this, Alex went above and beyond to provide artistic and etiquette guidance. She was willing to set up a Skype conversation to help me find clarity in the wording and design of our invitations, enclosure cards, table numbers, seating charts, and programs.
Since my husband is from a Spanish speaking country, we had invitations in both English and Spanish. Since we are a bit older than the traditional bride and groom, it was important for our parents to be included and recognized in the processes and wording, while still "being our age." Alex provided samples, excellent guidance and understanding of our desires.
We shopped around extensively pricing stationary from local stores and online retailers. Without a doubt, the service, selection, quality and beauty of Alex's product far exceeded any other vendor AND the price points were better!
I knew our stationary was beautiful, but I did not expect our guests to write notes singing the praises of the design, verbiage and "feel" on the enclosure cards. Even several months out from our wedding day, friends and family comment on how beautiful our invites and stationary were and how it complimented our ceremony and reception. I willingly and loudly give the credit and praise to the creative and professional genius, Alex! -

Alex created my save the date cards, invitations including RSVP, programs and a custom handfasting certificate. I can be a bit fastidious about details and she was always more than accommodating regarding any changes or tweaks made during the design process. We chose the sugar skull design for our materials which is unique, beautiful and unlike anything you can find anywhere else. Every item received was meticulously crafted and perfect. When I first started looking for invitations I wasn't sure I would ever find the right style for the right price. Most stationary stores where very unresponsive and, without spending a huge amount of money, you really didn't have many individual options available. When my mom told me about Citlali I was happy to find something local and I was even more excited to get the chance to work one on one with someone who really listened to what I wanted. I came in with a design and I walked out with more than I could ever have expected, for a price I was more than willing to pay. Working with Alex was a pleasure. She was very professional but also made the experience personal. Citlali Creativo's products are GORGEOUS without a doubt. We loved our invitations and got so many complements on them. We also ordered our table numbers from them. At first I thought their prices were a little high, but don't be shocked by the initial number. Order a sample and you will be impressed by the quality of the design as well as the high quality paper that they use. The finished product shows that they are priced right where they should be! I will say they can be difficult to get in touch with and you sometimes have to wait a long time for a repsonse, BUT they do post at the top of their Etsy store what their turnover time is, so it's easy to anticipate if it's a busy period so you can know ahead of time that they may take a little longer to get back to you. Although communication was sometimes difficult, I would still highly recommend Citlali Creativo for any wedding paper needs. You can expect beautiful work that shows they put in a lot of time and focus on each project. -

I found this company on etsy and I'm so happy I went with an online invitation provider. I wasn't looking for overtly untraditional wedding invitations but I wanted some unique touches. The invitations they created for us are gorgeous and everyone who has received one has told us how pretty they are. Even the few typographical errors that happened (as they do with all personalized large orders) were corrected promptly. We got our wedding invitations from Citlali for our weddings this summer. We went to their studio twice before committing to a contract and then corresponded primarily via email.
They had plenty of pre-made designs to choose from, but also provide the option of a custom design (for an additional fee). We really liked a design that Alex (co-owner) had done for a previous wedding, so she adjusted it slightly for our needs. Since we had two wedding dates and two sets of directions, they were able to customize the invitation and information card and were flexible with our needs. We saw several proofs before we sent them invitations off for printing and they made several last minute adjustments for us. Once we ordered them, it took about 5 weeks to receive the invitations.
Alex and her husband were a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased with how our invitations turned out. They provide competitive prices and a range of services.
