Gabriella Works Wonders!

Had a fantastic experience with Ciro's Hair Pavilion. Nina was super helpful and responsive when helping me book all of my appointments and answering all of my questions. After looking on Instagram at the stylists, I choose Gabriella to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. I am so glad I did! Gabriella did a great job on my trial. She definitely worked hard because I flinch easily and get ticklish, so there were times where it was hard for me to stay still. Gabriella still was able to make me look great, while making me feel relaxed and comfortable. On the day of my wedding, she came on time and prepared. It was my first time working with extensions and she made them look natural. Many of my guests told me how great my hair looked, and when I mentioned that they were extensions, they were shocked. She did a fantastic job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for hair or makeup!

A big thank you to the whole Ciro’s team (Sandra, Gabriella, Ciro and Nina) for making my wedding day that much more magical and perfect. We had to postpone our wedding twice and Ciro’s made rescheduling our wedding date a stress free process! Sandra, thank you for making me look and feel like a princess on my wedding day! I couldn’t be more happy with how my hair came out. It’s EXACTLY what I wanted and you made me feel so beautiful! The Ciro’s team also did such an amazing job on all of my bridesmaids hair! Looking Fab on My Big Day!

My 3 friends had each hired Ciro's Hair Pavilion for their weddings, so this was a rite of passage to hire the Best of the Best. It's know that when Ciro's takes care of you, your hair won't move! It lasts the entire day! I love working with Nina and Gabriella because they were able to make my 2 hair options come to life. The one we went with was my dream hairstyle that included extensions. They are experienced extension experts and caretakers and they brought extra pieces for anyone who might have wanted them and gorgeous hair pieces for my hair. My bridal party looked like faeries with their flower crowns as the final touch to the hairstyles.
We received so many compliments! Highly recommended for you and your wedding party.

Simply the best

I’ve been a client at Ciros for over 15yrs and I’ve had my hair done by just about every stylist in the salon. The service is always top notch, the conversation is fun, and the entire experience, always pleasant. It starts with Nina, whom has been the main point of contact at the salon for as far as I can remember. Always professional, honest, trustworthy, and right on top, if not, ahead of things. I’ve experienced these same qualities among the stylists & other employees at Ciros. Needless to say, when I got engaged, I reach out to Nina right away and booked the salon in 2019 for my 2021 wedding. We all know what happened in 2020 but despite these unique circumstances, Nina always stayed in contact, assuring me with confidence that everything would work out. Gabriella has been coloring my hair for quite some time now and she does an amazing job every time! Color is never ‘routine’ with Gabriella. She makes recommendations and switches it up based on the season or my mood (tall task, ha) and no matter the situation, I always leave her chair feeling like the best version of myself. Gabriella did my hair and makeup on my wedding day and I felt and looked stunning. From the countless color visits over the last several years to the makeup and hair trial, Gabriella radiates confidence that is empowering and I always leave the salon feeling inspired whether its to try a new hair care routine, skin care regimen, or shake recipe. The conversation is genuine and always easy. My father in law owns a salon in New York for 40 plus years now and everyone in the family was very impressed with Ciros on the wedding day. My mother in law kept commenting on how attentive Gabriella is and how diligently she worked on my hair and makeup. My father in law was in awe of my hair and referred to Gabriellas ability as a hair stylist as award winning. Sandra was also present on my wedding day and took care of hair for the bridal party and our moms. Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous and Sandra and Gabriella exceeded my expectations. They did a fantastic job. The girls worked as a team and we were done ahead of schedule which allowed for more picture time with the photographer. The schedule on the wedding day was something I was definitely worried about, but Gabriella and Sandra put me right at ease - everything they promised happened exactly as I hoped for. Ciro, you have every reason to brag about your staff, you should be so proud of their professionalism, expertise, and genuine nature. These qualities are so hard to find. Love you all and thank you again for making our wedding day perfect!

I have used Ciro’s for multiple weddings, and let me tell you, I just KNEW I had to have them again for my wedding. Gabriella did my bridal hair, and she is amazing! She took her time during the trial to try a few different styles and gave me some great advice for my wedding day. Come the day of, my hair dreams were met beyond what I could have imagined. And the best thing, it stayed in all day, without any touch ups! Nina helped me keep organized and was able to answer all my questions promptly. She kept us ahead of our schedule, which allowed some extra alone time with my bridesmaids before the big afternoon. I would again and again recommend them! There whole staff does amazing work, they make you feel even more beautiful, and keep you relax and laughing in their presence.

The whole team at Ciros was absolutely amazing. Nina was quick to respond to all emails, and questions. Gabriella got me ready for the big day and I have never felt more like a Disney princess! My hair stayed all day long and was even still in pretty good shape when I woke up the next day! They even accommodated all 10 of my bridesmaids. All of the girls loved their hair and makeup. The whole morning went like clockwork and they had everyone out and ready to go on time which was so great and really took a ton of stress off! I could not recommend the whole Ciro's team more!

Ciro and the team from Ciro's hair are absolutely incredible. I had a specific vision for my wedding day hair and Ciro was the only person who was able to bring that vision to life! He is extremely talented! The girls came and did my bridesmaid's hair and seriously, every single girl loved their hair. Nina is just as wonderful, as she made herself available throughout the whole planning process for any questions I had. She was attentive, sweet, and extremely helpful. I'm so happy I chose Ciro's, and I almost forgot to mention, my hair stayed in place for the entire night! Thank you so much!

Ciro's did the hair and makeup for my sisters wedding and it was easily the best hair and makeup I've ever seen! I knew once I got engaged I needed them to do my wedding as well! They were the first thing I booked and I couldn't be happier! They are so friendly and nice and can do anything you ask for! True professionals! Ciro's Hair Pavilion is the absolute best! Nina, the Manager, is so professional, personable and caring about your every need! The staff is more like family and so very welcoming! I have been going to Ciro's for over 20 years and would think of never going anywhere else. Being an over 50+ Bride they made me feel just as important as a 25+ bride! Sal has been my hair stylist for all these years, and he now more like family... Nina personally did my spray tan and made me feel so comfortable since I have never done it before. The outcome was incredible. Nina had one of their top notch make up artists (Lauren) come to my home on the morning of my wedding to reduce all the stress...my makeup was flawless and made for a perfect relaxing free morning. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Ciro's Hair Pavilion is THE best! From the moment I booked with Nina to the day of my wedding, I couldn't have been happier! Nina helped me so much with setting everything up. She was extremely patient and helpful every step of the way. Ciro... only one way to describe him. He is a hair God. He did an awesome job on my hair and was so much fun to work with. His humor lightened the mood and took away all the wedding day stress a bride can possibly have. My hair was absolutely beautiful and totally on-point the entire night into the very next morning (no joke). My makeup was flawless thanks to Merry, who is an absolute sweetheart and is amazing at what she does. I never felt so beautiful in my life! Crystal and Sandra were amazing as well! My whole bridal party looked stunning and so hot. The compliments we all got were unreal. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Ciro's a million times! I hired the entire team at Ciro's to fly to Florida for my Disney World wedding and it was the best decision I made! Gabriella is an artist, and I'm certain no other stylist would've been capable of making my hair as flawless as it was the day of my wedding! My hair lasted ALL DAY! I received compliments from everyone on my wedding as did my bridesmaids. Ciro's entire team did such a phenomenal job with all of my girls. They showed up to each event, including my rehearsal dinner extra early to make sure that I looked perfect for every wedding related event. Both styles (created by Gabriella) were so unique and beautiful. Their kindness and overwhelming enthusiasm about the wedding day really touched me as well. After my hair and make up was done they really didn't have to stick around, but instead they followed me all throughout my formal photos making sure that every stitch of make up and hair was in place. I can't thank them enough for traveling all the way to Disney to make sure that I looked exactly how I envisioned on my wedding day. I HIGHLY recommend Ciro's for both hair and makeup for your wedding day. My makeup was applied by Steffania who was absolutely AMAZING. I let her decide the color palette and application. I could not have asked for a better MUA. I plan on going back to her for all my future events. Gabriella did my hair and she was also AMAZING. I have super straight flat hair and she was able to keep it curled for the whole day (and days after). Ciro's team came to my house which is over an hour from their studio and did my whole wedding party. They were super professional and every single one of my bridesmaids ADORED their hair and makeup. Ciro's is simply AMAZING!

I can’t even begin to describe how happy and beautiful I, bridesmaids and mothers felt after Ciros team did our hair and makeup. From start to finish, working with Nina on timeline, pricing, and all the other details was so easy and smooth. They were all very punctual and though it was a start time at 7am, they were all so sweet and cheery and excited to be there for us. Every single one of us had different hairstyles that best complemented our hair. Everyone’s makeup was on point and beautiful, some of the bridesmaids don’t even wear makeup and were so happy with it. My favorite part was watching each of my girl’s reactions after they were done and looked in the mirror. They all had the same reaction- gasped on how great they looked and started to tear up because they truly felt like a movie star LOL. They are professional artists and all of them have amazing talent but also great personalities to spend your wedding morning with. They are fun to be around and I think had fun with us as well. You just feel so comfortable with them, like family. My mother and mother in law were so happy with their hair and makeup as well. The girls knew exactly what they wanted and suited them best. My hair and makeup was PHENOMONAL. Gabriella and Sandra both understood what I wanted and nailed it! I am so happy I found Ciros and this group of talented ladies. I have worked with Ciro's for many of my friends' wedding but this past March, I was the bride! I was super impressed! Nina was awesome at scheduling my hair and my girls' hair while working with my makeup artist to make sure we were on time for the big event! Gabriella did my hair..... WOW! I got so many compliments! During my trial, she spent her time which I appreciated! I wasn't sure exactly how I wanted my hair but she worked with me! End product was an elegant up-do! (THAT STAYED!).... the WHOLE night! nothing moved! amazing.... an elegant up-do, that stayed the whole night and didn't look stiff! I loved it. I truly cannot thank Nina and Gabriella for making me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Nina, the bridal coordinator was extremely professional and ensured that my day ran smoothly. Gabriella is a true artist and is really is an expert at creating beautiful bridal hairstyles. At my trial, she listened intently to what I wanted and created a look that far exceeded my expectations. On the day of my wedding, Nina and Gabriella came to my house on time, were more than prepared with all of the tools that would be needed to create my bridal look, especially the hair extensions that were used to create my dream look. Gabriella really outdid herself and created the exact look that we had talked about during my trial. From the church to dancing all night at my reception, my hair stayed perfectly intact throughout the whole day and well into the night. Never in my life have I felt more beautiful or received so many compliments on how beautiful I looked, and I have only Gabriella to thank for that. Not only are Nina and Gabriella amazing at what they do, but they are quite honestly the most genuinely nice people that I have ever met. I really enjoyed talking with both of them while getting my hair done on the morning of my wedding, which really helped to calm my wedding day jitters. I cannot say enough good things about Nina and Gabriella and would highly recommend using the girls at Ciro's for their bridal hair services, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Ciro's was a blast to work with... myself, my mom and my girls had a fabulous time with Nina and Gabriella and Ciro and the trial and the day of the wedding. Working with Nina over the course of months was so easy, she called and emailed when she said she would, which is not very common with so many other wedding related vendors. We spent over 3.5 hours the day of the wedding (3.6.2016) and it was a blast. All of my girls hair and makeup was outstanding and last all night and some of us still had our hair perfectly coiffed the next day!
They were so helpful during the trial and Gabriella works amazingly fast and is super creative and helpful... My Mother in law was not very happy with her hair at time of her trial; it was a very dated style, contrary to what she has showed Ciro, but they did fix it before she left. Suggestion - when working with Ciro - let him know clearly what you want.. My mom is very vocal and her hair was FABULOUS - Ciro did an amazing job on her hair.
Definitely check Ciro's out for your hair and makeup - they will not disappoint!

Ciro's was recommended to me by my friend who is a long time customer. I had my initial trial and was so happy with the results I knew I needed them to do my hair and makeup. Gabriella and Nina are such incredible ladies and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. They did an incredible job on all my girls and I. My hair was flawless along with my makeup. Choosing Gabriella from Ciro's on my big day was the best decision I could have made! They were a pleasure to work with, Nina was very professional and responsive, and communicated with me about all of the details weeks before and up the day of the wedding. My hair was amazing, I couldn't be happier with the style we chose and even in the heat and over 14 hours of dancing and photography every curl was perfect. Nina and Gabriella were very organized and able to accommodate my bridal party as well as mother in law with perfect timing (all my girls loved their hair as well) They also traveled from NJ to Delaware for me and I am so happy I chose them!!

As a lifelong customer at Ciro's I always imagined getting ready for my wedding there, so booking Gabriella and the team was a no brainier. I am so happy I did! Nina was wonderful to work with, very organized and was able to accommodate my large bridal party as well as additional appointments for my mother, mother in law, aunt and grandmother. She was also flexible when some changes popped up and things had to be switched around. Gabriella and Ciro worked with me and my mom for months leading up to the wedding to make sure that our hair was healthy and beautiful for the big day. At our trial appointments it was like they read our minds and knew exactly what looks we were going for. The day of the wedding the salon had a great atmosphere. Nina and the hair stylists were all happy and excited and ready for us. It was such a fun way to start the day with all of my favorite ladies!! Most importantly, each appointment ran on time and every single girl left looking beautiful. Our hair stayed perfect throughout the day and well into night. They truly helped my vision for myself and my bridal party come to life!

I have known Gabriella and the staff at Ciro's since I was 14 years old. Gabriella has been doing my hair since, and has done my hair for multiple occasions, like my prom, and other import an events, but nothing as important as my wedding on 4/25/15. I, as well as my bridal party, mother, mother in law and grandmother had gone in the morning to have our hair and make up done. There was a total of 11 people, and no one felt rushed! Everyone here is so efficient, and so professional. I could not have been any happier with the services provided. Everyone always makes you feel like you are right at home.

In additional to having my hair and make up done in the morning, Gabriella and her sister came to my venue at Il Villaggio for the bridal touch up service provided. It was awesome! They completely changed my look to something more suiting for the reception! everyone was amazed at the change and kept complementing both myself and how great my bridesmaids looked. I could not be more thankful for everyone, especially Gabriella, Ciro, and Nina, for making this day perfect for me!

I am so thankful I found Gabriella! During my wedding planning finding someone to do my hair was honestly one of the hardest things because I didn't know where to start to find someone who was really good and making sure my hair looked really good was so important to me. At my trial I showed Gabriella a picture and she got it right away and did my hair exactly what I wanted. She was such a nice person to talk to and gave me a great experience. When I booked all my bridesmaids hair appointments Nina did such a great job organizing all the appointments, she was so helpful and responsive. For my wedding day my hair came out perfect - it had the volume, and the long big curls I wanted. I was expecting that my hair would definitely fall and be a mess by the end of the night because it was down, and everyone told me if I wore it down it would look terrible at the end of the night and not hold. Well they were wrong! My hair stayed perfect the whole night- I didn't need to touch it up once! It even lasted till the next morning. Gabriella did such an amazing job on my hair and I would highly recommend her!

I got engaged in May 2013 and within a month booked the three most important things: the chruch, the reception venue... and HAIR & MAKEUP. I'm from Jersey and I don't mess around when it comes to hair. Hiring my friends at Ciro's was a prority because I was getting married in Monmouth County and didn't trust anyone other than Gabriella & Co. to do my hair. I was more concerned about confirming their availability than I was about finding a wedding dress!

As expected, everyone showed up on time, glammed up 9 women to perfection and everyone's hair and makeup lasted ALL night. I personally opted to book "touch-up" services because I knew my hair would encounter some wind (photos were by the beach) and because I wanted to switch my hair style to match my reception dress. It was a last minute decision and I'm so happy I did it! It was something so simple yet blew everyone away. "Did she change her hair?! I love it!" was heard throughout the room.

I'd recommend Ciro's again and again because you can't place a price tag on worrying about whether your hair and makeup will look right or last throughout your wedding day. They are incredibly professional, have a great styling suggestions and are geniunely excited to contribute to your special day. Thanks guys, love you!! xo

I went to Ciro's for my recent June wedding and they did an amazing job on my hair & my mother, & sisters. Gabriella styled my wedding hair & it looked absolutely amazing! I loved it & it went perfectly with my dress. Everyone complimented me on how beautiful my hair looked. Ciro & Geo also styled everyone else's hair & they all did an amazing job! The whole Staff at Ciro's is very creative & simply the Best! I would definitely recommend going to Ciro's for your wedding or any special occasion. Using Ciro's for my wedding hair & makeup was one of the best decisions I made! The service is incredible! Everyone at the salon is so unbelievably personable and friendly, they make you feel like family! My mother and bridal party all got their hair and makeup done as well, and got compliments all night! I don't think I've ever felt so beautiful. Gabriella did my hair and Stephania did my makeup, and both were flawless! Would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone! They were perfect!

Bride, MOB and bridal party had hair and makeup done at Ciro's. Everyone in the shop knew who they were styling, who was next for makeup...it was such a smooth, fun morning that there was no time for jitters! Everyone left the shop looking beautiful. My daughter's wedding ceremony was outdoors and the afternoon turned extremely windy. Everyone's hair stayed in place and many people commented that they'd never seen a bride whose hair looked as good at the end of the night as it did the moment she walked in. Great experience! Ciro's truly helped to make my dream wedding. Gabriella created not one, but two stunning looks for my hair! I was so so incredibly happy working with them. My entire bridal party felt the same way. Let me start off by saying, I could not have imagined going anywhere else on my special day for beauty needs other than Ciro's Hair Pavilion! I remember Gabriella had done my hair 6 years ago when I was a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding and I absolutely loved it! When I got engaged, I was adamant about going to Gabriella for my bridal needs no questions asked!

Nina was a pleasure to work with! She was always very professional, as well as personable. She worked hard to gather all the information we needed (pricing, times, etc.) and was always available to answer an inquiries, either via e-mail or phone call. Gabriella's work is incredible!!! I can't even begin to describe how talented this girl is and how hard she works to create the perfect look for her clients. I had a hard time finding a picture with the right look, so for the hair trial she just created her own from the ideas I had presented. I was floored! And that was just the trial. On the wedding day, I was absolutely blown away!! It was a unique masterpiece!! We joked around saying that I was her "biggest fan" because every little step she took I was just in awe! She did my makeup as well, which came out beyond PERFECT. Oh my god, she made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever and I can't ever thank her enough for that. As for my bridesmaids, they looked absolutely STUNNING!!! Ciro and his staff created beautiful styles that suited each individual bridesmaid. One of my girls had their makeup done their as well and she looked absolutely gorgeous :)

I could not have been happier with this experience. I would highly recommend Ciro's Hair Pavilion for any occasion! The entire staff is incredibly accommodating and won't let you leave unless you are 100% satisfied with your overall look. The results were breathtaking and I am truly grateful for all their hard work and exceptional services!!

I have been using this salon for years so I knew the level of professionalism and service that I was going to receive. Gabriella did my hair and really listened to what I liked and didn't like. She made sure that I was happy with everything before I even left my trial and my curls turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! Sandra did my airbrush makeup and I was worried about it being too much, but it looked so natural. My eye makeup was my favorite part and I received so many compliments on it. I also arranged for the salon to have bagels, muffins, coffee, tea for my 9 person bridal party and it was perfect! I 100% recommend this salon to anyone for bridal services or just everyday services.

My whole experience with Ciro's has been a great one! The first time I had my hair done at Ciro's was for my Sweet Sixteen. From then on, I was a huge fan. I'm so happy I chose them to do my hair for my wedding, as well as my girls'. A few days before the wedding, I got a phone call from Nina (the bridal coordinator) saying that Gabriella, who was my hair stylist, came down with a fever and couldn't make it on my wedding day. The way Nina handled it was so professional, and she reassured me that someone else will take care of me and not too worry. She was right, there was nothing to worry about because Sandra did an excellent job!!! I was so happy with my hair and my bridesmaids were happy with theirs. Honestly, everyone in that place is just fantastic. They listen to what you want and are so up to date with awesome styles! I would definitely recommend Sandra, Gabriella, Ciro & Maria! I haven't gotten my hair styled by the others, but I'm sure they're great as well. Thank you, Ciro's for making my day even more special XO You guys are great!!!!!!!!

Ciro's was OUTSTANDING to work with for my wedding! I planned from 400+ miles away and EVERY email or phone call was answered within an hour! Nina was extremely accommodating to plan the hair and makeup trial and was very flexible. She understood the need for all of my questions to be answered in a timely manner. When it came to the day of the wedding, myself, my mother, and 7 other girls had their hair done and all were extremely satisfied (my mother and I had makeup done by Ciro's also and it was fabulous!!) They met us right at our hotel and did our hair in the suite. The on-location service that they offer is unbeatable! They were very professional, yet had a lovely sense of humor to make nervousness of the day go away! Without a doubt, the BEST team to work with in the New Jersey area. 10000% satisfied!! :)

I booked my bridal party at Ciro's. I was very hesitant about getting my hair and makeup done by someone other than myself, but I worked with Nina via email on MANY occasions and she had so much patience with me, my interactions with her made me feel comfortable about choosing them for my bridal party needs. They were very accommodating with changes and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. The day of my wedding, we all went into the Salon and the staff was very nice, calm, and happy - which made all of us feel the same. They took their time with each of us and we didn't feel rushed at all. The entire experience was a positive one and I would definitely recommend them. They made us all look very modern and natural at the same time - which is exactly what we all wanted. I used Gabriella for my makeup and Ciro for my hair. They both took their time and everything came out TO PERFECTION! Ciro was especially accommodating with me offering me a special drink to calm my nerves and that helped me TREMENDOUSLY!! I highly recommend Ciro's Hair Pavilion. My bridesmaids and I had such a fun time and they were so great to work with. I had a hair and makeup trial in advance and got comfortable with the ladies that would be doing the services on my wedding day. They were creative and helped make my vision turn out even better than I could have hoped.

We had breakfast at the salon and it was relaxing, stress free and a great experience!

Everyone at Ciro's went above and beyond for our New Year's Eve wedding!! Everything was perfect from from communication to trials to the day of the event. My mother in law had her hair done at another location (simply because of distance) and when she showed up later to see me, Ciro touched up her hair to keep the curls in! All of my girls loved their hair and makeup and they still talk about how great the experience was. I would highly recommend Ciro's to any 'bride to be' or anyone wanting the perfect salon for hair and makeup needs.

I was so thrilled with Ciro and Nina from Ciro's salon. I booked them to come to the hotel where my bridal party would be getting ready. They were timely, professional, friendly and very skilled. They will provide a free in salon consultation for anyone in the bridal party before the wedding, and a few of the bridesmaids took advantage of this ahead of time in order to discuss their potential hairstyles with Ciro. He and his assistant Nina have a great system worked out and they work incredibly quickly. They also managed to listen to each of us and make sure we ended up with styles that made us feel gorgeous and comfortable. Everyone's hair looked great and lasted until late in the evening despite the July heat. They are great value for the high level of service and professionalism you will receive.

I loved the ladies at Ciro's. They were so fun to work with. Gabriella did my hair and Stephanie did makeup. They both did an exceptional job. I LOVED my hair and received so many compliments. Gabriella added her own little twist to the style I wanted and it was perfect. She is so easy to work with. She also did hair for one of my bridesmaids, my mom and my aunt. They all looked beautiful. Stephanie listened to what I wanted, didn't overdo the makeup, and made me look exactly as I had hoped. I don't like a lot of makeup so she gave me the natural look but with a bit more color. I highly recommend Gabriella and Stephanie and Ciro's Salon. I'm so glad I found them. Their prices are more than reasonable and they will come to you. They showed up on time and worked so efficiently.

My bridal party and myself were thrilled with our hair and make-up! Nina and Gabriella were very flexible and easy to work with. They listened to exactly what each one of us wanted in our looks. Maria did a beautiful job with the make up and it lasted well into the next day (I fell asleep with it on!) and looked natural. Gabriella did a complicated hair style that kept it's shape all day and night. They were friendly and made you feel very comfortable. They had excellent communication too!

Everyone at Ciro's was amazing throughout the whole process. From trial to the day of, they surpassed all expectations. They listened to my input and let me know their own opinions which I highly appreciated! Some vendors will just do what you ask just to do their jobs. But these ladies, Maria especially, gave me their opinions even when they were not the same as mine. In the end, I trusted the professionals and was so happy with everything! They know what they're doing and much, much more. My make up was great, my hair was great, and my bridal party's hair was great. I have no complaints and will recommend them to anyone I speak to.

I booked Gabriella from Cir's Salon to do my wedding hair as well as the hair of 6 other gilrs. Gabriella and her sister Nina did an AMAZING job on all of us. And everyone looked completely different. These girls really have a talent. I've been to some pretty high end places that quoted prices out of this world, but their work did not compare. Since the wedding everyone has been asking me for their number, and they've already done 2 weddings for friends of mine.

Gabby, Nina and Lauren were absolutely incredible!!! Throughout the planning Nina was so helpful with answering questions and making sure everything was laid out exactly how I wanted it. The day of my wedding everyone was on time, friendly, and just wonderful to be around. Everyone was laughing and having a good time while making sure everything was perfect! They were very professional and friendly! I also did a touch up service right before the church and they made sure that not only me, but every bridesmaid, was touched up for my walk down the aisle. A bit expensive but I booked Maria from Ciro's and my trial was exactly what I asked for. I used Ciro's for my wedding based on the rave reviews I read online. There were some warning signs at my trial but I was juggling so many other things, we went forward with the hair - how could we go wrong based on these fabulous reviews?

The morning of my wedding myself, my 6 bridesmaids, my mother, and my flower girl arrived at the salon bright and early. At this point there was only 1 girl waiting to work on our hair. Talk about starting the morning off stressful. It's the day of my wedding, I have this contract signed, and no one is ready for us. Fast forward a few hours later and 2 of my bridesmaids look great (they had the same girl working on their hair) 2 of them are just OK and the other 2 look terrible and my girls are not happy. My Mom's hair was so big (she even asked Ciro to take it down a notch) that when we got back to the hotel to get dressed, she had to fix it herself. My hair... let's just say I was so unhappy with my hair. The way they prepped my hair was different from my trial - why have a trial if the day of my wedding it's going to be handled differently? Ciro kept poofing my hair up and up and I thought I was going to have a panic attack so I stopped him and said this is WAY too big (not at ALL what I wanted) so he took it down - to the point where then it looked flat. When I commented to his daughter (who was my main contact through all of this) she snipped "well you asked him to take it down"... Seriously? A bride on her wedding day AND paying customer? And this was the first time I complained! I guess she could see how upset I was, so thankfully she helped fix it a bit. But if there was one thing I could change about my wedding, it would have been our hair. My poor flower girl... Ciro gave her a braid that was so loose it fell out after about an hour of her getting it done (which was way before the wedding)... End of the day, I never, ever complain about things. And this was just truly bad. And so expensive.

There were 3 stylists and 2 assistants working with you and your girls, the day went smoothly and you were finished on time. While doing the bridesmaids hair there was never a complaint made, had there been we would have addressed it accordingly. In regards to your mom's hair, her concerns were immediately addressed by Ciro in which she approved of the results. I recall you wanting to adjust the height of your hair in which we did to your liking. We were under the impression that you, as well as, your bridal party were pleased upon leaving the salon. We recognize the importance of your wedding day and pride ourselves in providing exceptional service at a fair price. Had we been given the opportunity to rectify any concerns, I am confident we would have done so to your satisfaction. Regards, Nina

The staff were not attentive and rushed me through my trial. The quality of the work was lacking, and the place is DIRTY! You get what you pay for.

I found Ciro's on this website and the reviews all looked great. My mother and I both had more than 1 hair trial and make up trials at this salon. From the very start, the woman in charge of Bridals was rude, but we brushed it off and continued to be paying customers - What a mistake!!!! I had myself, my bridesmaids, and mother book appointments and gave deposits. Sad that the staff was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional~~especially a few days before the wedding day! For such an expensive price, I not only expect good results, I expect a pleasant atmosphere. Less than a week before my wedding, we canceled because of the extremely rude and unprofessional bridal coordinator. To make a long story short, we ended up booking with AVANTI salon, an OVER THE TOP,, high end salon - gorgeous and professional in every way - and was even priced 100s less!!!!!!!!!! When planning a wedding, I expect to work with professional and kind people so that my experience is enjoyable. I am very upset I wasted hundreds of dollars on trials at this salon.
