Wedding Master of Ceremony and DJ services

I owned a wedding venue as well as worked as a wedding photographer for 17 years. When my son decided to get married, I understood how important each vendor was to making their wedding go smooth. Choosing the right DJ will make or break your wedding reception! Jase kept the party going and people on the dance floor all night. He communicated well and made sure he took into consideration what my son and his bride wanted for the day! I highly recommend the whole team!

Absolutely amazing!! Cincy wedding services came as a recommendation from family friends and it didn't not disappoint! We had Chris as our dj and he was amazing. Not only did he take complete control of the reception, but he had everyone on the dance floor on night! It was so nice for purblind family to be able to just enjoy the night since he took control making sure everything was done in a timely manner! The music and engagement was great and everyone didn't want to leave the dance floor, even when the wedding was over!!! We also did wall lighting and the photo booth! Everything was amazing and we couldn't have imagined it any other way!

We 100% recommend Cincy Wedding Services. CHRIS, our DJ, was recommended by our venue and could not have done a better job. He is incredibly professional, easy to work with, friendly, and he expertly managed the flow of events. Several guests commented on how fabulous he was. He also offered helpful suggestions for music and a group photo on the dance floor, which was a huge hit. The DJ is a key part of the wedding, and we are so happy we chose Chris!

We had Jason DJ our reception and he was amazing! Kept everything running smoothly, made sure we were having a great time, and stayed an extra hour so we could keep dancing. It was like having a family friend there, he got along great with everyone! I had a ton of compliments during and after the reception. Thanks again!

Chris from Cincy Wedding Services did a wonderful job as the DJ for both our ceremony and wedding reception. He was flexible, fun and kept the music and dancing going all night long! He also did a great job announcing our wedding party, getting people up onto the dance floor to take group pictures and keeping us on schedule. I didn't plan our send off very well and Chris stepped in to suggest an alternative that worked out beautifully. We would highly recommend!!

We used Cincy Wedding Services for photo booth, DJ, and limo. It was so nice to have a package deal and be in contact with just one company for all 3! Chris was so nice and helpful I was never worried because I knew all of the details were taken care of. Our DJ was so much fun! My mother in law had two special songs she wanted to put together for the mother/son dance, Jeff did it no problem! He took request throughout the night, and helped my groom pull off a surprise garter dance. Our limo driver George was the best! Everything was perfect!

Best DJ!!! We initially met with Chris who was very helpful in setting everything up and answering all questions. Jason was our DJ and had the dance floor packed all night. We had so much fun. We made some last minute changes and he was so flexible with everything. Jason was also our captain for dinner and everything went so smooth. These guys are awesome. Once I got to the reception I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew Jason would take over from there!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this service!! Gil made sure that we were taken care of from start to finish! He had all of my guests on the floor dancing and made sure that the night went smooth and I had nothing to stress about! Thank you to Gil and Cincy Wedding services for such a wonderful experience! We used Cincy Wedding Services for the photobooth. It was a huge hit with our guests. And we opted in for the custom photo strips, photo book and props, which were great. The photo book was amazing because we get to keep a copy of all the pictures and people could write notes. It was so fun to look through after the wedding!

I used Chris from Cincy Wedding Services for my DJ and I truly cannot say enough good things about him and the company as a whole! They were so great to work with the entire time. They were extremely accommodating and honestly did whatever it took to make my day perfect, which is EXACTLY what it was. Chris kept the party going the entire night and was so much fun! We even made some big changes the day of the wedding which he fit in perfectly to our schedule. I would definitely recommend them to any bride & groom! Our decision to have Chris as our DJ was one of the best vendor decisions we made. He was very easy to get a hold of before the wedding and willing to meet with us to talk about specifications. The day of the wedding he was extremely professional. He was able to keep our guests entertained the entire night and our dance floor was never empty! We received so may compliments on him, and would recommend Cindy Wedding Services to anyone that asked!

Cincy Wedding Services did an out standing job at our wedding! We could not be happier with the treatment we received from them. We used the DJ, photo booth, and limo through the company. The DJ was super friendly and energetic and really wanted everyone to have a great time. The photo booth was a crowd pleaser and got everyone at the reception involved and gave them something fun to do other than dancing. The limo was clean and very fancy, and the limo driver was very professional and took care of all of our needs during the drives. The pricing was perfect and we would definitely recommend the company to anyone who is looking for one or all three of these services!

Cincy Wedding Services did amazing job at our wedding. Every time we called they were quick to answer the phone and if they didn't they would call us right back. We had the DJ and Photobooth services. BOTH WERE HITS!

We had Chris for our DJ at our wedding this past weekend and also used CWS for our photobooth. We were planning our wedding from out of town so a lot of our meetings were on the phone and every time I hung up I felt confident that I had picked the right people for our big day. Chris did not disappoint and I cannot say enough positive things about Chris and Jamie. We not only picked the right group but I have no doubt that they contributed to our day being the best day ever. chris and Jamie- THANK YOU!!

Our wedding was a huge success and we owe a large part of that to Cincy Wedding Services! Jason was our DJ and did a phenomenal job. We met with him a few times prior to the wedding and he was very thorough. On the wedding day he made sure to keep the event moving. He took charge of organizing toasts, special dances, cake cutting, and more. The amount of people on the dance floor at the end of the night is a testament to the amazing job Jason did!
If you are considering their Photobooth option we highly recommend it! It was a huge hit with our guests and was never empty. We have also really enjoyed looking back on all the photos given to us in a book with notes from our guests as well as the photos saved on a zip drive for us to keep. We highly recommend using this company!!

This was a last minute decision for us and Chris at Cincy Wedding Services was incredible! He was genuinely interested in our plans and what kind of reception we were looking for. He made great suggestions without overriding what we really wanted. He played all the songs we requested and engaged the guests for the whole afternoon.

So glad we chose CWS for our wedding! The entire process and service was top notch from the time we selected songs on their website, to the day of our wedding.

Chris was an AMAZING DJ. He kept the party going all night and I've never seen a more crowded dance floor. He made me feel so comfortable and eased my nerves after the final meeting. The timeline of events went so smooth under his supervision. He came up to us throughout the night to make sure we were ready for the next dance or event. All of my family and friends had kind things to say about him and wanted his information for future weddings. We also used his up lighting which I was unsure of but he was able to show me the different colors in his office and they looked so good during the reception! We really enjoyed him!

Chris did a great job working with us with pre-wedding planning so that we got the package we were looking for (wedding music + reception DJ). CWS provided a website to assist with music selection. Jeff Bowling was our DJ for the big day. He was professional and organized, understanding what we were looking for and making sure everyone had a good time. On our wedding day, Jeff was easy to work with and he delivered above and beyond our expectations. We recommend Cincy Wedding Services to everyone. Thanks Chris and Jeff!

There are not enough superlatives to adequately discribe CincyWeddingServices. From our initial phone conversation to our in office planning Chris managed every detail with ease. He made suggestions, which I adopted and was I glad that I did. We had last minute 'must have' song inclusions which were no problem. The entire reception timeline was executed perfectly. Dance floor was full throughout the night. Remarks by firends and family included "too much fun" "best reception ever" and "over the top". Chris is the consumate professional who also played the music for the ceremony also. Stop looking...you have found the best with CincyWedding Services!!!

DJ Chris did my cousin's wedding 2 years ago and it was one of the most entertaining and fun weddings I have ever been to. We hired him for our wedding, and he was even better than I remembered. Every one of our guests said this was one of the best wedding with so much dancing. I don't think the dance floor ever had less than half the guests dancing. He helped move the wedding along and was super friendly to work with. Very professional. He will be doing more family and friend wedding if we have anything to do with it.

We gave Dan a run for his money with a wide arrangement of different types of music and he did a wonderful job! There was never a dull moment on the dance floor and the switch from slow to fast and country line dance to hip hop was perfect. The photobooth was a huge hit! At the end of the night they handed the flash drive with all the photos on it over to me. The quality of the photos is incredible. When compared to other photobooth strips it is clear that no one else has the same clarity and quality as Cincy Wedding Services. We used the scrap book with all the photobooth strips as our guest book and have looked through it multiple times and have had to take it to a number of family events for everyone to look through! I highly recommend Cincy Wedding Services for your DJ and Photobooth needs.

Chris with Cincy Wedding Services was fantastic! He helped us through the planning process and Jeff was our DJ on the big day. They were so great at directing our guests throughout the night and at keeping the party going! There are so many options for DJ services (and lighting services) in Greater Cincinnati but we 100% recommend Cincy Wedding Services! We could not be happier with how everything turned out.

Wow! Jason was our DJ and he was absolutely wonderful!!! He kept the party going and everything went off smoothly. We knew the time line of the events and he checked in with us to be sure we were ready when the time came. He entertained the crowd, made sure to do certain family rituals that happen at every wedding, and was so friendly. Just an awesome people person! As far as the company goes, they were also great to work with! Chris is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! We also got their photobooth and I love all the pictures from it, it was a great asset to our reception.

We heard of Cincy Wedding Services through our photographer and we are so glad that we did! Chris, the owner, is extremely professional and easy to work with. He kept the party going and was open to playing all of the requests from my husband and I. We had a great experience with both the DJ and the photobooth rental. Definitely recommend!

I recommend these guys to everyone!! The are easy to work with, flexible, and fun while keeping the party rolling!

I used everything that Cincy Wedding Services has to offer; DJ, lighting, Photobooth, AND limo!!
I was not disappointed! We had George as our limo driver and he was awesome! From the moment he picked the girls up he had music blasting and was willing to drive us anywhere, even a few feet to a bar! He was very personable and patient!
Jason, Chris, and Brian all did an amazing job with the lighting and djing! I've seen Jason MC at previous weddings and along with ours always keeps the party going! Our dance floor was packed till the very last song!

Jason was our DJ and he was awesome! Everyone liked him so much that he is my sisters DJ in April!! He knew what songs to play at the right time! Everyone had a blast!

Our DJ was Jason and he was so much fun. Took requests from all the kids and they loved him. Our photographer last minute couldn't do it and they recommended Angie and she was so awesome. For not meeting her prior we were nervous but she adapted and we even had our proofs within 2 days. We were a very low key couple who let Cincy Wedding Services do their job and it turned out fabulous! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cincy Wedding Services saved my reception photo booth!! After a miserable experience with a different photo booth company less than one month before the wedding date I was left without a photo booth. A friend hooked me up with Chris at Cincy Wedding Services and simply, Wow. They stepped in and were so beyond accommodating on such little notice. They completely did my husband and I a favor and made room for our event.

They were professional and beyond gracious.

I could not have asked for anything more!! Simply a life saver!!!

Cincy Wedding Services was affordable, professional and made our reception memorable. Chris was a great DJ who got everyone up and dancing. He played all of our requests and kept everyone entertained till the very end. Also, the limo was a nice touch and our limo driver George was professional and had a great personality. Cincy Wedding Services provided us with a photobooth, and our guests had so much fun with it! I am so happy that we decided to go with them because they printed out 2 copies - one went to our guests, and the other went to our guest book that they put together for us. It was such a cute idea and everyone loved it!

Chris was the DJ at our wedding reception on September 21 and did an incredible job at keeping the party hopping. We received numerous compliments from guests about how excellent the DJ was and he handled some curveball requests we threw at him masterfully. Another great decision we made was purchasing the photo booth - there was a line for it all night long and we had a great time looking through all of the pictures during our honeymoon.

Just want to say thanks to cincy wedding services for helping make my wedding night perfect this past Saturday! Chris, my dj through them was absolutely amazing and played all the right songs to help keep my dance floor full! The photo booth I got through them was a success and guests really enjoyed all the props they supplied...sitting here now looking through my scrapbook from it cracking up at the memories! Definitely well worth the money!!!!!

Chris with Cincy Wedding Services was our DJ. I couldn't have asked for better! He was organized, professional, friendly and fun!!! He kept the party going all night! The music was tasteful and he played everything we requested! He was easy to work with, and gave us good recommendations along the way! I would recommend him and this company to anyone!! We also rented uplighting and a photobooth. The pictures were so much fun to look through and all the guests loved it!!!

My husband and I used Cincy Wedding Services for many different aspects of our wedding. We rented their amazing limo for rehearsal night as well as the day of our wedding and were VERY happy with what we paid for the time we got. Also, we rented their up lighting for our ceremony and reception, which was set up perfectly spaced and BEAUTIFUL the entire evening. Lastly, Chris was our DJ during our ceremony as well as all through the evening at our reception. We loved working with Chris, even before the wedding. He made it seem as if we had known him for years and helped with any speed bumps we had along the way. He got all of our guests on the dance floor right after dinner and kept the party going ALL night. I personally don't think I left the dance floor for more than 10 minutes and had the time of my life! We cannot thank Chris and Cincy Wedding Services enough for their time and effort in making our big day a HUGE success! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to any bride and groom!

Chris was our DJ at our wedding on 9/1/13. He was the DJ at my cousins wedding two years ago and will be the DJ at another cousins wedding on 10/26/13. He has become our family's personal DJ. This alone should speak volumes. Chris was awesome he was professional and easy to work with. He did our ceremony and reception. I have received lots of comments on how much fun people had at our reception and how good our DJ was! If I needed a DJ in the future I would use Chris again! Chris was a PERFECT DJ and kept the dance floor hoping all night long! He MC'd the reception perfectly and we were so happy to have hired him for our event. He was very easy going and welcoming to anything we wanted to do as well as very flexible for last minute changes that needed to be made during the reception. We are so happy that we choose Cincy Wedding Services for our wedding! Jason was our DJ, he played the music for our ceremony and reception. Chris did a amazing job at our wedding!! He provided the music for our ceremony and reception. We also had a photobooth for our guest. It was perfect. Everyone loved the music and it made our ceremony and reception. Our guest loved our photobooth! We got so many great pictures from it!! If people weren't dancing they were in the photobooth!!

Cincy Weddings had a very nice flow to the evening and did not rush us to get to the next dance or cake cutting etc. It was perfect tempo and they have a lot of experience and know what the bride wants. Great Music! and we asked for a techno mix as our entrance and our dj put it together on the spot at our meeting and it was phenomenal!

Amazing! Jason was the best! We booked the uplighting, photo booth, and the dj services. Everything was perfect. Our guests loved the booth and had a great time on the dance floor. The uplighting was absolutely beautiful!

Our DJ, Matt, was great. He played what we wanted while also taking requests and keeping the party going. He got all of our requested songs right and kept us on our timeline. I would definitely recommend!

Jason Simpson of Cincy Wedding DJs was my wedding DJ and I would recommend him for ANY style of wedding you are having. He is flexible and a great communicator, so he will make sure he understands exactly what you want. My family is Middle Eastern, and Jason basically had to scrap most American wedding conceptions and learn a whole new wedding style- he was adaptable and ready to take on the challenge. He also had to play Arabic music in a very precise order and length of time- it's really amazing how well he did without knowing a word of Arabic! Of course Jason would be great for an American wedding, but if you are having an international wedding, Jason won't let you down.

Additionally, he was super professional and even had to sit through a lot of familial conflict during our planning meeting with him (Parents wanting things my husband and I didn't, etc). He handled himself impressively well.

As far as DJ talent, Jason's been doing this since he was 16 and my husband and I knew we trusted him after a quick introductory meeting. Typically, you give the DJ your music list 2 weeks before the wedding-in the craziness of the wedding, I literally didn't give Jason my list until TWO DAYS before the wedding. He got everything right and found all my music, a lot of which was Indie and would've been harder to track down. That was a lifesaver, for sure.

Lastly, Jason is simply a skilled DJ. He can read crowds and know when things need to settle or get the dancing going. When appropriate, Jason had people dancing all night and really got the guests into it and having a blast. After the wedding, I realized that the DJ is probably the most important service provider of the wedding, the glue that keeps everything together, makes things flow smoothly and run on time and create a good party. He did such a great job at my wedding that my sister booked him for hers! I'm looking forward to another great wedding with DJ Jason.

Cincinnati Wedding Services rocked! Our DJ, Jason, saved the day when my ceremony musician no showed. He did this in 10 minutes, even downloading the background music to a song that I was planning on singing to my groom during the wedding. Most of the guests didn't even know. Highly recommend!!! These guys are fantastic to work with!!!

Best value ever and everyone loved it! The attendant they sent was super nice and professional! We loved looking through our scrapbook after the reception! Such a fun addition to our wedding!

Jason did a great job. I used both a DJ and band for cultural reasons and they worked seamlessly together. Our dance floor was full all night long and we had a great selection of music. He stuck very well to what was requested to be played or not, which was important to us.

Mark with Cincy Wedding DJ's did an awesome job! He was professional and played exactly what we wanted. Their online planning tool was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. A great vendor and the price was right!

DJ Chris Hatke was exactly what we were looking for. He played the type of music we wanted during dinner and then after that he got the party started and everyone had a great time dancing! He was lively for all introductions, etc and helpful with keeping things rolling.

He provided some lighting as well which was a great touch.

He is professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Highly Recommend! Great to work with!

Eric was terrific. He did a great job coordinating with us and making sure we were all on the same page in regards to the timeline of the reception. He was great at reading the room and dance floor for music selections. We had a ton of positive feedback from our guests about how great the music was. We also did the photo booth and that was a ton of fun. Highly recommend Eric and do the photo booth, it's worth it.

We rented their photo booth for out July 5th wedding! It was so much fun, our guest had a blast using it! They were very easy to work with, e-mailed or called back the same day if I didn't catch them the first time I called. It was very fairly priced compared to other photo booth companies. The only thing I thought that was too pricey were the add on's.....props, custom names on the photo strips..ect.. but that's just me.
They did arrive a little later to the wedding than I had previously thought, but it didn't affect anything!
I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a photo booth!

Chris booked us at a wedding show for an extremely great price. He was very helpful, responsive and friendly throughout the wedding planning process. Our night was flawless because of him! He did such a great job with our "wants" and keeping the night flowing on our semi-tight schedule. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a DJ who knows how to do their job and not be obnoxious! :)

Chris was our DJ for our wedding day. He was professional and we could not have asked for a more fun and energetic person to have to entertain us and our guests on our wedding day. Cincy Wedding Services always responded to my e-mails in a timely manor and were always available when we had questions. They were affordable and reliable and I would recommend using them if your are in need of a DJ for your wedding.
