Exceptional

Our wedding was a dream thanks to this crew! The lighting was always perfect for photos and kept changing throughout the night to create beautiful views for our big day. We had a very large tent to cover just under 400 people and the whole space was lit perfectly! Our tent also went through a very hard storm and all the lightning and electric components remained intact throughout the night with ease! The crew kept everything in check and never gave us concern at any moment in time. This is not the first time we have used this group and will certainly not be the last! This group is the only one we look towards for any of our events and if you meet them or see their services you will see why!

Beautiful Lighting!

Braden was absolutely awesome to work with! His work transformed my venue into exactly what I envisioned for the best day of my life! It was absolutely beautiful and added the perfect touch. Braden was also the best DJ and kept the party going! Many of my guests complimented Braden stating that it was the best dance music at any wedding they had been to! The dance floor was packed throughout the night!! Thanks again Braden!!

Great experience! Braden listened to what I wanted and we picked out a package that was the best fit for my wedding. We received many compliments about the lighting during my wedding. It really transformed the space for a fun dance scene when the sun went down. Great experience and I highly recommend working with him for your event!

Braden and the Cincy Lighting Services staff were absolutely wonderful and my husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and services at our wedding! Braden really listened to what we were looking for and he exceeded our expectations! The staff was extremely hard working, they were on time and everything looked absolutely beautiful. We did not have to worry about a thing. He incorporated exactly what we were looking for. We also used Cincy Lighting Services for their DJ services and Braden did an amazing job with flow and packing the dance floor. We received so many great compliments from guests asking who we used for our lighting and DJ because everyone was so impressed. The bistro lights and uplight set up made it look like it our wedding was out of a magazine. People actually told us that! Braden was really easy to work with and made our wedding run very smoothly. If we would have to do it over we would pick Braden every time, we trust him and couldn't have had a better choice for Lighting/DJ Services. Wow, amazing job.

Braden and his crew were incredible to work with! When we sat down with Braden to discuss lighting options, his knowledge and expertise in specialty lighting definitely helped us envision our reception. For our reception at French Park, my fiancé and I decided on strung bistro lights through the tent, moving dance floor lights, uplighting for the garden and back porch and spot lights on the house. Using Cincy Lighting Services was by far one of the best decisions we made. It totally transformed the space. During dining and toasts, the strung lights created an elegant look and then the dance floor lights made the dance floor come to life. So many of our guests continue to comment on how great it looked and how different it was from other weddings. Braden was easy to talk to you, responsive and continually answered any questions I had throughout the planning process.

First off, THANK YOU so much for everything you did for us leading up to our wedding day, and the day of. Braden, you went above our expectations with our "gear" lighting and made a dream come true. One of my favorite pictures of John and I is one where he and I are dancing and both looking up, admiring your work. From our ceremony sound, reception sound and lighting and pronunciation of my daughters last name (which you nailed :-) ), everything went off perfectly. I am so grateful to you for letting the kids come up and dj as well, Keira STILL talks about it to this day. I could not have imagine having anyone else do our sound and lighting for our wedding. We worked with cincy lighting services to create the ultimate prom. They turned the venue into a vegas style club. Video walls and a crazy awesome light show.

Braden was great - he was very responsive and helpful in envisioning a lighting package that would fit our needs at the French House in Cincinnati (sight unseen for us!). His team was timely and professional - we even ran into a team member while visiting the venue and he spent 20 minutes explaining options to us, without even having scheduled an appointment. Would absolutely choose again.

Everything was perfect for my big day! Braden answered all my questions promptly. The lighting was set up well in advance of my arrival at the venue for pictures before the ceremony. I am glad I did not go for the basic package and opted for more uplights - more lights made everything that much more elegant. Highly recommend!!

Braden and his team were amazing to work with! They provided lighting services for our wedding that was held outdoors at a private family home. They were very accommodating to visit the venue and adjust their plans as we dealt with adding a tent because of the outside weather, Braden and his team were awesome to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Cincy Lighting is amazing!! Owner, Braden, makes all things happen! He totally wants your vision to come to life and does that to the best of his ability and beyond! He met with me several times before my wedding to go over and show me lighting options at other wedding venues he was setting up, as well as his own portfolio. He also went over my song list for music. He was responsive with not only me but my father as well with a surprise that my dad had planned for the reception. I also had an extensive list of "do not plays" and "must plays". He totally adhered to that and made my wedding not only absolutely beautiful with lighting and effects, but also made it a party on the dance floor! It was packed the whole itme.

My Husband Kevin and I just recently had our wedding on August 15, 2015 at Alms Park. Since we had our reception at an outdoor park, we were told we had to purchase a lighting package. At first, we were a little hesitant to spend the money on lights; but we were so glad that we did! The park was absolutely transformed by the lighting! The bistro lights over the dance floor really set the romantic mood for the evening and the uplights throughout the venue made it look stunning once the sun went down! To our surprise, Braden (our main contact throughout the planning process) even threw in decorative pots for the uplights to sit in- free of charge!

I would definitely recommend this company to ANYONE who needs lighting for any occasion! Braden was easy to contact and really helped us choose what was best for us, the venue, and our budget. Thank you so much!!

We hired Cincy lighting to provide lighting for our daughter's wedding at Ault Park. They installed string lighting along the awnings, plus up-lighting in the pavilion. They also provided sound for the outdoor ceremony. The lighting was spectacular and created the perfect ambiance for the event. The sound for the ceremony was as promised - we wanted subtle amplification, not blaring speakers, and they delivered what we wanted. The techs on-site at the event could not have been any more personable, professional, and helpful. In short, I highly recommend this organization.

Braden and his crew were extremely instrumental in making our wedding a night to remember. He understands exactly how to get a room to come alive with his lighting gear. We worked with Cincy Lighting Services for our reception lighting and could not be more pleased. As someone who knew a little about lighting I quickly realized Cincy Lighting Services offered professional lighting and not the cheap up lights commonly offered by many other services or inexpensive DJ's. We worked with Braden who offered several ideas on how to turn a basic venue into so much more. As a former theater geak I can assure you their lighting is first class and made our wedding over the top! We used their wireless up lights and LED moving lights to light the dance floor. CLS provided complete light programming and our guest still talk about it. The lights changing color as we walked out for our first dance was awesome. Thanks again!

What a fantastic job Cincy Lighting Services did on my daughter's Sweet 16. Braden met with my daughter to get a feel for what look she was going for and nailed it! He made terrific suggestions, used new equipment and had the room flooded in neon colors that changed with the music. They turned a plain ballroom into a dance party. Phenomenal job!

WOW! Braden and his team at Cincy Lighting were simply amazing for my wedding. I cannot say enough positive words about their work for my wedding reception at the Muhlhauser Barn. Braden took the time to meet with my husband and I and took our vision and went above and beyond anything we expected. The atmosphere he created with the white string lights and changing color up-lights was simply spectacular. Every guest we greeted at the reception made mention of the lighting and how amazing the lighting and atmosphere was. Many believing the lighting was a part of the original barn structure, and not believing it was done in one day.

The attention to detail put into our event and the colored lights used to match the mood was beyond my wildest imagination. He truly took the time to not only deliver on what we asked but went above and beyond in order to make the barn all he thought it should be. I could not think of a better lighting company to work with!! And was so flexible on budget it truly amazed me!

I cannot say thank you enough to Braden and his team who risked their lives on high ladders to make my wedding day a dream come true!!

When we first selected Krohn Conservatory for our wedding reception, we were excited about how special the night would be because the Conservatory is such a beautiful place. We hadn't thought about the need to hire a lighting company, but in a greenhouse the lighting is less than ideal for a special event. So we worked with Cincy Lighting Services to create a package that would highlight the uniqueness of the venue without breaking the bank.

Let me just say that Braden and his team at Cincy Lighting delivered lighting that completely transformed Krohn Conservatory into a DREAM location for a wedding reception! From bistro lighting in the showroom to lighting the waterfall and AMAZING LED lanterns hung throughout the atrium, Cincy Lighting made the Krohn look absolutely fantastic! We would hire them again in a heartbeat! Braden worked late into the night to install our lighting the week of our wedding, easily accommodated last minute changes, and was extremely responsive as we got down to the wire. He put our minds at ease, giving us the confidence we needed to focus on other things and enjoy the night - and boy did we!

Without question, and backed-up by overflowing compliments and rave reviews from our families and guests, we can offer the highest recommendation for Braden and his team at Cincy Lighting Services. Our night exceeded all expectations! Our photographer loved the venue and lighting, and was able to capture so much of it that we are able to relive the night and how wonderful Krohn with our photos!

As a bride, who felt she should do her due diligence in benchmarking vendors so she could ensure she got the most "bang for her buck", I can confidently say that Cincy Lighting Services is by far the best value in lighting. Braden is the ultimate professional and is extremely knowledgeable in a variety of lighting services. Not only will you be quoted a reasonable price but you can rest assured that you will receive the highest quality products and service.

A lot of couples are unaware of the impact lighting can have on a venue, inside or outside. Our wedding reception was hosted indoors but with Braden's help, a normal ballroom transformed into something much more beautiful! The color quality of the lights, the transitions of color between songs, and the custom monogram really made a difference and I couldn't have imagined working with anyone else.

In the end, not only did Cincy Lighting Services make our reception beautiful but their excellent service made the lighting one less thing for me to worry about, which is what every bride needs on the BIG day!

Cincy Lighting was top-notch. From the very beginning Braden was very professional and accommodating showing us various lighting options and packages. Cincy Lighting is flexible and easy to work with and I thought very fair. We had an outdoor ceremony and Cincy Lighting was also able to use a wireless microphone on the groom and officiant so that guests could hear the ceremony. They offer a lot and will always get back with you if you have any questions. I highly recommend them.

My fiance and I decided to use Cincy Lighting Services at the last minute and we were SO happy we did. They were by far one of the best vendor choices that we made and the additional cash that we decided to spend on the lighting for our reception paid off in a big way! Our wedding took place at Ault Park which we initially assumed would not need lighting but the difference that the pillar lights and archway lights made was huge. This is in addition to Braden, the main contact, being incredibly responsive, professional and helpful in talking us through the different options we could have. If we had to do it all over again we'd probably call Cincy Lighting first and go with an even larger lighting package than what we booked. Call them! The lights were worth it.

Braden went above and beyond to make our evening very special. He made sure at the start of the reception that he pronounced all the bridal parties' names correctly, and he also went through the flow of the speeches and presentations with presenters. We had so many compliments about how beautiful the reception hall was lit. Guests were very disappointed when the night was over. They said they could have danced for a couple more hours. We believe this is all due to Braden. Our event planner at our reception site was very impressed with how easy Braden was to work with. She is definitely recommending him to anyone she can.

Without ever having met Braden, he did the perfect lighting for our wedding at Alms Park. We even added a tent fairly last minute, and the lighting in it was awesome. They did a fantastic job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We couldn't have been happier with DJCincy. Not only was he the dj for us but he was also our lighting vendor. He was always quick to respond to us and was great at answering all of our questions. I wasn't sure what all I wanted lighting wise and he was able to give us a lot of great suggestions. We had guests come up to us and tell us how awesome all the lighting was. He was really able to create a great ambiance. I did compare him with other lighting services and he was able to offer more at a better price. As far as the dj service goes, he was well priced and worth every penny. He kept the crowd on the dance floor which were people of all ages. I actually work in the wedding industry and have seen a lot of dj's and DjCincy is BY FAR THE BEST!! He is very professional and really knows what he's doing. He had all the latest technology and it really showed. When I was shopping around for dj's, a lot of them have several different dj's and you don't know who you're going to get. I've seen some really bad ones with all the weddings I work and I felt so comfortable knowing that with djcincy that was never an issue. When you book with him, you get him- the owner.
He also met with us and got to know us so he had a better understanding of what we were wanting for our wedding. I liked that he never asked us to pick all of our music. I know some dj's do that but If I pick all my music why am I hiring a dj? An iPod can do that. Djcincy was able to figure out what kind of music we liked and play it without us individually picking every song. Bottom line.... he is the best value, best quality and best overall. I can't recommend him enough!!!!!

Since the venue was in a tent we had to have lighting added. Cincy Lighting services created a very professional appearance that enable us to change from dance floor moving lights to spot lights on individual that spoke to the crowd as well as low light during dinner. I highly recommend t you check them out Big or small they have what you need.

Braden and team were great! He was respectful of all of our requests and proposed flexible solutions on our rainy outdoor wedding day. The music was on point - not once did we see the dance floor "evacuated" because of a song that didn't match the crowd. He even worked to keep all of our vendors in sync so our day was as seamless as possible. The planning process could appear disjointed if your a "plan in advance" type; his typical process respects each event by putting 100% focus on each event about a week in advance. So prior to that responses may not be as quick (and even then, the response time is still reasonable). Overall, rest assured he is a professional that has been there and thinks of every detail. He made our special day a little bit less stressful; and that was huge!

Cincy lighting DELIVERED the fairytale!

These guys were FAST and EFFICIENT! Totally unnoticed and stealth in set up. And their lighting pushed our wedding over the top! As the bride, the lighting at sunset at the park took my breath away! It made the wedding PERFECT! And over the top! Accented the day perfectly and delivered the fairytale!

We couldn't be happier with Braden and his team. We used his lighting and DJ services at Alms Park for our evening wedding. The lighting was amazing! The transition of a beautiful park to a night time scene was magical. Make sure you add on a Gobo (signature/logo projected on floor) as it made for a nice focal point that everyone loved. He was highly recommended for a reason. If you don't want to worry about these details, use him!!

Braden H. with DJ Cincy and Cincy Lighting did such a great job at our wedding on October 19th! We had a fall themed wedding so the bright orange lights were beautiful in the room for dinner then changed to fit the party mood we had later in the evening. All of my friends really enjoyed the music and were on the dance floor the entire evening. They did such a great job and would recommend them to anyone who is getting married in the near future.

Hire them!

Braden was so great to work with! Cincy Lighting services offers different packages for different venues and different types of events so finding the right one for you is super easy! They're also very flexible with changing a package to meet your needs specifically. On the day of our wedding they were at the venue on time and finished setting up even before the estimated timeframe. Everything looked so great! I highly recommend hiring them! Lighting is not something you think much about when planning a wedding, but trust me, you do NOT want your pictures in fluorescents!

The team was great! We loved the overall effect and ability to make it work in a venue with a lot of restrictions. Some of our other vendors were easier to get ahold of and provided more examples / sit down meetings that helped us envision what we were doing, but it wasn't a significant downside. We could tell the business is growing fast!

We worked with Cincy Lighting Services for our wedding at Krohn Conservatory. Braden and his team were a delight to work with. From the beginning, I shared my vision and he worked to execute it in the most economical way possible, brainstorming ideas and trying various options out in advance. Once he understood what we wanted, he made the process simple and took care of all the details.

On the day of, Braden's team worked within a very quick turnaround time and performed miracles--it was magical. Our guests raved about how beautiful Krohn Conservatory looked, with bistro lights, lanterns, and the lit waterfall transforming the space. My husband and I were so absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. Thanks so much to Braden and his team for being a part of our day!

Cincy Lighting Services did an amazing job with really capturing the mood of my wedding at Ault Park through the detail of the lighting. They displayed the lighting exactly how I wanted it. They showed up on time, put everything together smoothly and even had great attention to detail and adaptability by fixing a lightbulb that wasn't working. I know it may seem that lightning is a useless thing for a wedding but it really did help create a fun and inviting atmosphere for all the guests and it was a great backdrop for all the photos. It is worth the expense!

Braden and his team made our outside wedding at Alms come to life with the ceremony music (guitar and vocal), microphones as well as the reception lights and music carrying throughout the tent. He was flexible with us as we patiently hoped for good weather the day before and was providing suggestions as a plan b. It helped having a team flexible during a high stress time. He also knew Alms back like the back of his hand which was comforting for a bride!

We were forced to use Cincy Lighting based on the venue we were using. Kind of difficult to work with before the wedding becuase it always took follow-ups to get things done when all we really wanted was to get our plan and contract finalized. The day of the wedding, though, everything looked great & was done early in the day so we didn't have to worry about it.

They were tough to get a call back at first, but once we got in touch they were easy to work with and went out of their way to make the lighting I wanted work for my reception. They used the lights that wrap the poles and it worked GREAT! You couldn't see the wires and the lighting was just right. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

A lot was missing from our lighting package on our wedding day. We chose the best package to light our wedding venue to get the best quality pictures and when we made our first entrance as bride and groom I was disappointed. My string lights I had my heart set on were not up. I realize mistakes are made, but I chose from their specific packages and each choice of package cost a different amount. I understand mistakes get made, but to me this was just carelessness and with that much money being spent that shouldn't be an issue.
