Great communication.

Cincinnati Catering was great with everything. Anytime I had a question I just emailed them and they responded back very quickly no rather how many times or how silly my question was. They kept their professionalism everytime. Whether it be the wait staff or servers at the wedding or whoever I spoke to through phone or email. They also had dessert options too which also persuaded our decision to go with them. Loved that we had one less vendor to worry about. Thank you Cincinnati Catering for helping make our day the best day!

Amazing experience

From start to finish, I couldn’t recommend them enough. We scheduled a tasting and it was such good food. We upgraded to Flank Steak and added Mac and Cheese to the Couples Choice Package. They were on time and even started the dinner service early since we finished with our ceremony ahead of schedule. We opted to take home leftovers and our family had meal prep done for the week! They had great communication with me as well and checked in months and weeks leading up to the wedding.

Outstanding Quality

Cincinnati Catering would definitely get our business again. They were very professional, easy to work with, and man was the food good! Not only the pasta bar (which they also threw in some gluten free pasta for my wife and the maid of honor), but they had a fantastic dessert spread of cake, mini cupcakes, and brownies that were a hit with our guests!

Amazing!!!!

This agency was great to work with for our wedding day. They were helpful, friendly, and organized, and the food was delicious. The team eliminate the stress of planning when it came to catering and answered all of our questions and met our needs. The Catering staff on the day of the wedding were helpful and so kind. A great place to cater your food!

Amazing! Book now!

Words can't describe our experience with CC. They were so flexible and patient. Our guests had so many compliments about the food! We used CC for our buffet @ Walden Ponds and our dessert service. When our guest list nearly doubled, we struggled to find options in our budget. Timing for the day was also of concern. CC worked with us to create a plan that did not disappoint! If given the opportunity, you must book CC. They are not your average caterer. You could see the heart and soul they put into every piece of our wedding day.

Excellent Wedding Catering

If you're looking for a wedding caterer, look no further! Cincinnati Catering catered to my daughter's wedding on November 6th, 2021. Brad provided excellent service from start to finish. The tasting appointment gave us variety to choose from and was so personal. The prices are reasonable and the food was excellent! Everything from the servers, chafing pans, carving station, clearing staff, cleaning up afterwards, and the service with a smile made this a memorable event. My guests still rave about how delicious the food was. They were on time, food was hot and tasty, they placed napkins and salt & pepper shakers on each table, and even dressed professionally! I would highly recommend them. It was so nice to enjoy the day without worrying about the catering part of the event. They come with my highest recommendation.

Cincinnati Catering was absolutely amazing! They were great to work with!

We absolutely loved working with Cincinnati Catering from the beginning to the end. The tasting was the best we went to. They were so easy to work with and they offered so many helpful tips and ideas. The process was seamless and they were very responsive and accommodating to my requests. I had asked to borrow a nap for color scheme and they offered it up without hesitation. The pricing was amazing and the quality of food was soo good. They even did our desserts. My husband doesn't like cake, so they worked with me to come up with ideas for a dessert bar. Not only was the food and desserts amazing at the tasting they were that amazing the day of our wedding. Their staff was excellent to work with before and at the wedding. I highly recommend them for weddings and any catering for that matter. We had so many guests rave about the food and desserts as well. Overall amazing experience and made it so easy of a process the whole time.

So accommodating!

Brad and Shannon recently catered our wedding reception and I can't say enough great things! The food was amazing, and they were very careful to provide food for our guests, many of whom were vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, etc! I did not have to worry about my guests, and the food options that they had were so good rather than a bland serving of veggies. They also made our wedding cake as well as all the assorted desserts, and they were all so delicious. Part of their contract is that they will provide us with our same cake on our 1 year anniversary, and I can't wait to have that cake again! Thanks Brad and Shannon.

We had a great time working with Cincinnati Catering. They were responsive during the early phases of the prep process and they handled everything perfectly on the big day itself. The caterer was very very helpful. They were very nice for the tasting and allowed us to meet in person.
The selection was great! A lot of options! The caterer also was able to help with staying to our budget when we had several vegetarians at our event.

Cincinnati Catering - September Wedding

Brad and his team from Cincinnati Catering made my daughter's September 5, 2020 wedding a very special event. With having to hold an outside reception for over 200 people, he was un-phased with having to prepare food on-site for us and was flexible with our menu changes and requests. The team at Cincinnati Catering were true pros and even helped me with last minute details that had been missed by another vendor we were working with. The team followed all covid precautions and took safety very seriously. They were a blessing to me on my daughter's wedding day and i would highly recommend them for any event. Working with them was so easy and pleasant.

Everyone loved them!

We hired them for our wedding this October, 2019. The team was responsive, professional, flexible to work with, and the quality was impeccable! They truly helped make our wedding reception that much more memorable. Our guests came up to us the entire evening complimenting the food. The service was amazing, as was the food. Amazing experience!

There is no wonder why Cincinnati Catering has been in business for 85 years! We used their catering and cake services for our wedding in September and couldn't be more pleased with how the cake and food turned out! We met with Brad for a consultation where we were able to see and taste the food. That was such a pleasant experience and made the food/cake selection very hard because everything was delicious and yet very easy because how accommodating. We worked with many professional and friendly people in the planning process. When it came to the day of our wedding we were so happy with the caterers and their services... they did amazing! We would recommend Cincinnati Catering to anyone!

If your looking for your cake, or dessert bar you must check them out!! So easy to work with and very helpful with planning ideas. Very afordable, and everyone loved them!! We went with a dessert bar and a centerpiece cake. Bite size desserts were perfect for our crowd of 200.

I loved having Cincinnati Catering as our wedding vendor! They were precise, prompt, and responsive to everything we asked for. I was still making changes towards the end and not once did they seem bothered by this. The food was AMAZING and the desserts were perfect for our crowd and venue. We did our vow renewal over the weekend and they were exceptional. We were on a budget and they found something perfect for a wedding. The service was tremendous. She even did extra such as help bus, serve drinks that weren't brought by their company and it was just so fabulous. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks and all of our guests raved about the food!!! Thank you for making our night the best catering experience we've ever had by far!!!!

Please utilize this vendor for all of your catering needs. They are very attentive and will fulfill your every need and/or request w/a smile. The professionalism I experienced while scheduling my event was paramount. The food ordered was wonderfully seasoned and the dessert was decadent. Even though we had only wine and beer, the selection was a nice surprise and the bartender was very accommodating. All staff that I came in contact with whether securing the date, planning the menu and/or servicing the guests was excellent experience. I will always remember Cincinnati Catering when planning my next event.

We decided to try a different caterer and we hit a home run. Our employees will tell us if the food is good or not. The flavor was great, they came on time and we had a variety of choices. I strongly recommend you give them a try. A caterer can make or break an event.

I loved everything about this company. I loved the service that we received before the actual wedding day, but fell in love with the service we received on the actual day. The day of the wedding the people with the catering company did a great job. They personally catered to me the whole day. They made sure that I was never hungry or thirsty. They made sure everything was going the way that I wanted. They were so very kind and sweet. The food was amazing!!! Everyone kept asking who made the food.

I have no complaints. Working with this vendor was just the right touch for our reception. The food was delicious and exactly what we requested. I couldn't be happier with the reception dinner and bar service provided by Cincinnati Catering. The booking and contract process was easy, their communication was prompt, and most importantly the food provided was outstanding. This was a wonderful company to work with. Planning a wedding for 60 people in less that a month was nerve-wracking, but Cincinnati Catering made space for our Wednesday wedding a week prior to the event. The bride has Coeliac Disease, and Shannon offered a great selection of Gluten Free options that were delicious and made for a happy bride. The ROAST BEEF, was AMAZING! I have attended many weddings, and have also worked in event venues; I have never had a more perfectly seasoned, medium rare roast anywhere. It was delicious! The Catering staff were pleasant, helpful and kept the buffet stocked and our guests stuffed. I would gladly partner with Cincinnati Catering again.

I used Cincinnati Catering for my daughter's wedding. I got their name from a coworker who was getting married at a venue that used them exclusively. Sadly, in today's world poor customer service is the norm and I've almost come to expect it. Cincinnati Catering far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I met with them they were so helpful. I also really appreciated the upfront pricing on their website. I could get a good idea of what packages they offered and how much I could get for my money before we met.
Shannon was my contact and I must say she was the consummate professional, answering every email and question with the utmost promptness and a willingness to be of service. She really was quite wonderful to work with. As the months went in in planning I could see this company had it together and was not going to cause me any stress on the big day. Weddings are just naturally stressful and I don't need a vendor adding to it.
On the day of the wedding a small organized army descended upon our venue and promptly began setting up. We had a buffet style dinner and I really was surprised to see so many of them standing throughout and waiting to serve and help. All with smiling and pleasant faces! I had decided to handle our cocktail hour food on my own (won't do that again). They even came out and offered to clear and package it for me. It wasn't even their responsibility but they saw a need and were there to help! I can't say enough about this company and what a pleasure it was to work with them. Even my daughter and son-in-law upon returning from their honeymoon commented how awesome they thought the caterer was. Many Kudos to Cincinnati Catering for their awesome service and helping to make our day so wonderful! You have my highest recommendation!

I used Cincinnati Catering for my daughter's wedding this June. I got their name from a coworker who was getting married at a venue that uses them. Let me start by saying that I'm a type "A" personality and can be hard to please. I don't have patience for excuses and subpar quality of service. This company put all my fears to rest with probably some of the best customer service I've experienced. I loved their upfront pricing and that their website was clear and straightforward and I could have a good idea what my menu and costs would be before we met. From the moment I contacted them they were nothing short of completely professional and helpful. I find customer service in today's world completely lacking and disappointing. It's almost the norm sadly and what I've come to expect. Weddings are very stressful and when I sign a contract with a vendor I don't expect to have my stress multiplied by them. Cincinnati Catering was such a pleasure to work with. Shannon was the consummate professional. Every email and question I had was answered promptly with a willingness to serve with excellence. She really was wonderful.

Cincinnati Catering came as part of our package through our reception venue, Kolping Center. The food is to die for!! My best friend's husband is pickier than a toddler with food and even he tried the flank steak and liked it--a true miracle for him. Staff was WONDERFUL and on top of it!! Cincinnati Catering was so amazing. They were easy to get in contact with and whenever I had a question or needed to change something, they were quick to respond. The food was absolutely delicious. We went Italian and our guests loved it. As the bride, I also appreciate how attentive they were to me and my husband. They helped carry our food back to our table for us and whenever I had an empty glass, one of them was right there asking if I needed another wine/water. Some people say they didn't have time to eat much at their reception, but I left my reception full from food and drink. I couldn't have been happier with their service.

They were quite great overall. Food was tasty, staff was professional. The only small issue was that the cake was cut into too big of pieces and not all the guests got a piece. So do talk over every detail that matters to you. I really was quite relaxed about food and cake, but I can see how some of our guests were disappointed a bit.
I would highly recommend them. For their price, the value is fantastic.

Amazing food. Amazing people! We chose Cincinnati Catering after trying 2 other caterers. We chose Cincinnati Catering initially based on flexibility and willingness to work with us on "new" ideas for passed appetizers. They create 3 new appetizers that were not on their menu and boy were they delicious!
However, now that the day has come and gone, the reason I recommend Cincinnati Catering is the quality of food! Everyone and I mean everyone (225 guests) told us how great their meal was.
Brad and Shannon worked with us on price - to an extent - and timing. They allowed us to make significant changes to timeline within 2 weeks of the wedding. The staff was professional and even helped bus glassware brought in by another company.
Brad and Shannon also helped put us in contact with other vendors such as dance floor and table guy who gave us great prices and offered great services.
We'd love to do this all over again and if we did we choose Cincinnati Catering time and time again!

Brad and Shannon are one of the best things that happened to us during our wedding process. We canceled all of our other tastings after going to Cincinnati Catering (they were our first appointment) because we knew inmedately they were the right choice.
Brad was immensely helpful and had a plan right away for our venue which was so beyond reliving for me as the bride. The day of the wedding Cincinnati Catering felt like part of my family with all of their help and support. They helped us transition between our ceremony and cocktail hour while my husband and had photos done. When we returned eveything was perfect and exactly as I had dreamed it would look! The night went seamlessly and my guests kept raving about the food and how it was the best wedding food they have every tasted. I just wish I would have had a second helping of the roast beef! :)

For the price Cincinnati Catering offered the most variety of food. While most only offered choice of 1 entree and two sides, Cincinnati Catering offered 4 entrees (3 meat, 1 meatless) and 2 sides. Definitely worth the money! The service was professional and courteous.

We opted for the grill out option for my daughter's outdoor wedding reception and the Cincinnati Catering staff was awesome to work with. Cincinnati Catering was great to work with from start to finish! Shannon and Brad were very helpful and always answered any questions or accommodated any changes I had. We loved the food so much and it was offered at such a great value that we ended up having them cater our rehearsal dinner as well. The food at the wedding was delicious and hot even though it had been prepared off site and transported to our venue. I received so many compliments from our wedding guests not only on how good the food was, but also how courteous and efficient the staff were. Definitely a great company to work with and their prices beat many of their competitors without compromising quality.

A week later people are still raving about the delicious food I had at my wedding. The staff was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing.

My husband and I loved having Cincinnati Catering as part of our wedding reception. They are very professional and personable and their services are a GREAT value.
I have two sisters, both of whom got married within the year-and-a-half before my own wedding. We all used Cincinnati Catering for our receptions and were very pleased with their service. We would all highly recommend them to anyone!
