My clients hired Cigar Stud Events for a wedding welcome party at the Canopy Hotel in West Palm Beach. Before the event, Emily and her team were professional and courteous throughout the planning process. They offered insight and guidance to ensure that we were selecting the appropriate package and add-ons to provide guests with an elevated cigar experience!
On the day of the event, our live cigar roller, Williams, arrived early to setup and prepare for guest arrival. He was attentive and engaging with guests throughout the event! The bride, groom, and their family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
I highly recommend Cigar Stud Events! I look forward to working with their team again soon!

Executive Level Service and Talent!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Cigar Stud Events is the best in the biz!! I hired them for Rolling Loud festival in Miami this year at two separate activation areas, and all around our experience was fantastic. From the pricing, to communication, management, and then onsite service- everything was an elevated experience and exactly what we we were looking for!! The aesthetic CSE brings is also a huge vibe, they provided not only a professional, on theme dressed cigar roller, but also decor that added to the experience of each activation. Cigar rollers are engaging, and create a unique tailored experience for each guest. They provided an organized onsite management for the activations, who took the time to photos and videos which they shared with us- this was incredibly helpful for our internal team! We will definitely be using CSE again! EventsEvents again!!! -

Amazing Cigar Roller
Walter did a great job adding to our event with his cigar rolling. All of our guest enjoyed the cigars very much. He communicated with us before the event and did a great job of doing what we asked for. -

Cigar Stud was a huge hit on our wedding day! We got married in Key Largo and a lot of our family members enjoy cigars. Having Cigar Stud was the perfect touch to our special day. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that wants to add a special, unique touch to their best day. Thank you Cigar Stud! -

Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide a positive review for the services we received. From the beginning, it was very difficult to get responses from their team, especially when it came to information needed to finalize the contract.
Further, I ended up needing to design and provide my own labels since I couldn't get a response in time. The contact we worked with was extremely arrogant, and rude to both myself and our planner and coordinators at the venue.
I had requested a COI months before our event, only to find out 48 hours before that not only was one not available, but that if I needed it I would have to pay the $136 to get it. For a company providing event services, this is EXTREMELY bad practice, not only to provide that info so close to the event but to not disclose that information at either time of contract signing or when the information was requested.
The last straw was that the person providing the services was over 2 hours late to our event. When we called to ask where the heck he was, we never got a response to MULTIPLE phone calls and texts.
We wanted to have the service during our cocktail hour and ended up needing to put him in a corner of the reception space which interfered with the overall flow of the event. I provided 50 labels for cigars since that's how many we were contracted for, and we received 26 labels back, so either they were not used, which is not ok, or we did not receive all 50 cigars which is also not ok.
We are extremely displeased with the services we received and will not be recommending or providing referrals to Cigar stud. I did provide this same review directly to the contact who requested feedback on the services but haven't received a response in almost 3 weeks either, so they obviously don't care about the feedback itself.
