A MUST if you are planning a honeymoon
A MUST! We worked with Ivonka to help plan out honeymoon and I can't even tell you enough how much she saved us! With us both working crazy jobs + planning a wedding (more than once, due to covid) I don't think we would have been able to take on anything else if it wasn't for her help! If you are looking for any sort of travel support Ivonka is your gal! Patient, responsive, organized and went above and beyond to help us plan a trip beyond our dreams!! Thank you! -

SImply the Best Agency
Over the last several years Ivonka with CIG Travel has arranged a honeymoon and several leisure holidays for me and my wife. Our first experience with her was a fabulous honeymoon trip to Thailand. Among the leisure destinations are a few special beach vacations in the Caribbean and Mexico and cultural trips in Vietnam and Cambodia. For each engagement she has prepared an impeccable itinerary covering each detail of the journey and provided patient support throughout the process from planning through execution. Ivonka’s professionalism, industry knowledge, and creative planning is unequivocal and unprecedented- she sets the standard for all travel professionals! Great experience!
We worked with Ivonka from CIG Travel shortly after we got married, and it was a great experience from the moment we met with her to discuss our potential honeymoon destinations all the way through our honeymoon. During our initial meeting, she listened to all of our expectations, was very professional, and went into great length discussing the Caribbean islands that interested us. After our meeting, she had a quick follow up with costs and different options for all inclusive resorts. She booked all of our excursions and was even able to get us a spa credit with our resort. Our honeymoon was amazing, relaxing, and memorable thanks to her recommendations.
I would definitely recommend Ivonka from CIG Travel as your travel agent for your next trip. -

Paradise in Fiji
Ivonka arranged our honeymoon to Fiji and it couldn't have been easier! She was very accommodating with our schedule, made time to meet with us on several occasions, and was very prompt with everything. There were no issues and we had an amazing trip! -

Amazing ski vacation in French Alps
I will definitely recommend CIG Travel Agency to my family and friends! Biggest thank you to Ivonka Knight for being very knowledgable and so helpful with setting up an amazing ski vacation to French Alps for me and my wife! It was our 7th wedding anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere new and she also planned a little tour for us to different cities especially Chamonix! Such an amazing experience! -

vonka went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was perfectly planned and executed. She helped us decide on a destination and gave us options for hotels that fit our style. Ivonka was quick to respond to any and every question we had. Our honeymoon to Maldives blew our expectations and we have Ivonka to thank for doing such an amazing job planning it! Every single part of the trip ran smoothly and was beyond amazing - for that we can't recommend her enough. -

Ivonka at CIG Travel planned our 5 year wedding anniversary trip to Japan and Hawaii. Without doubt, we had the best two weeks anyone could ever imagine. The whole trip was amazing. Travel via EVA air was a piece of cake. Our hotels were beautiful with the most friendly staff and the food was out of this world!
Thanks for all your travel tips, hotel recommendations, excursion and sightseeing suggestions. We felt very safe and it was paradise! We would have missed out on a lot, had we not relied on the professional advice of an experienced travel agent, and Ivonka is by far the best of the best!

CIG travel took the stress out of planning our Hawaiian honeymoon while we were busy planning our wedding. All of Ivonka’s hotel and restaurant recommendations were fantastic! My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to visit Greece, and stay on the islands and in the hotels that we did. Thank you CIG Travel for planning our honeymoon in California last October. Originally we were going to stay in Napa Valley however due to the wild fire our accommodations got cancelled the very last minute. Ivonka was able to re-book our trip and found us great hotel in Monterey area. We ended up having fantastic honeymoon. We are not sure if this would happened if it wasn’t for CIG Travel help. -

We spent weeks looking for a resort and activities, and comparing prices and eventually had Ivonka book our trip for us. I have never used a travel agent before but one of my friends recommended CIG Travel to me and I have to say I was very impressed. I worked with Ella to plan my honeymoon to Bora Bora. Ella was very helpful and nice every step of the way. She really made the whole process a breeze! -

My manager recommended CIG Travel when my wife and I were looking for a great place for our honeymoon. We have been using CIG now for years and we always were very happy with the vacations we booked through them. Some time we go twice a year and we try to go to different places. Anna always helps us getting a great deal and find flights that work for us. Also her knowledge is very helpful and we always were very happy with the resorts she recommended. We also recommend CIG to several of our friends and everyone were very sutisfied. Our family and four other families we know are going to Mexico in December. Thanks to Anna we didn't have any problems finding a right place that works for everyone and book it. It's challenging to book vacation for big group like this.

When we first decided that we wanted to go to French Polynesia for our honeymoon, everything we read and everyone we talked to said that we should book through a travel agent. I have traveled extensively and have always booked on my own so at first I was hesitant. However, I quickly realized that multiple connections and transports would be difficult to manage and we only had a short amount of time for our trip and I wanted to make sure that everything would go smoothly. After further research on travel agencies, it quickly became clear that CIG Travel was the way to go, and Anna, in particular was the perfect agent to work with. She was very responsive from the get-go, extremely considerate of our budget, thoughtful with our options, and always so friendly. It always felt as though we her top priority even when she must have been working with many other clients. Anna checked in with us to make sure our trip went well and always made it clear that she was available to us if we needed anything. Luckily for us, thanks to her excellent planning, our trip went perfectly smooth and we enjoyed every single second of it. We can't thank Anna at CIG Travel enough for helping coordinate the most amazing honeymoon we ever could have imagined. -

We had a great experience with Ania from CIG travel. She was very flexible with planning our honeymoon, presenting us with multiple options. We ultimately chose to go to Antigua and St Lucia and couldn't be happier with the choice! Ania was very responsive, helpful and professional. Anna was great to work with, she was very professional, kept in contact with us, answered all our questions, checked and doubled checked our reservations, was always pleasant even when we called her on the weekends. We don't travel much so she made sure we understood all the flight info, the TSA checks and the shuttle service.
We would highly recommend her and CIG Travel to everyone.

We just came back from an outstanding honeymoon planned by our CIG Travel agency in Mexico. Dominika, our agent, said that we will love Mexico for sure. And she was right! She really listened to what we were asking for. We wanted to spend time together in a good hotel for reasonable price. We loved the hotel we stayed at on the Now Jade Riviera Cancun. I was skeptical about using a travel agency to book my vacation and always did it myself. However, this year I decided to give it a shot and worked with Anna, the CIG travel agent, and I could not be more satisfied with my decision. Anna found me the best deal possible ( trust me, I checked) with a non-stop flight to Cancun, Mexico. The best part was that I did not have to do anything! Anna took care of my hotel and flight reservations creating the best possible vacation for my husband and I. I highly recommend Anna and will definitely book my next vacation with CIG travel agency. -

At first I was hesitant to go with a travel agency but going with CIG Travel was one of the best decisions I made. Anna was great to work with. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and provided us many options based on our budget and needs without any pressure. from the first app we felt very comfortable with her. She was amazing from start to finish. Once we told her what we are interested she had a recommendation for us. We haven't gone on our honeymoon yet, but Ivonka has been great working with our short time frame! We weren't sure that we'd be able to go on a honeymoon at all, so when we realized we could we only had a few months to plan it. My husband and I worked with Ivonka to book our 5th wedding anniversary trip to Hawaii and were extremely appreciative of her expert knowledge of various locations and options. It wasn't a honeymoon or wedding but just simple vacation with Holiday Party but I just want to say that we loved it. We went to Gran Bahia Principe Coba. We were very pleased how Ania organized everything. The whole process from beginning to the end was just a pleasure. I will definitely work with Ania in the future.
