We held our wedding reception at the Cider Gallery in September and couldn't have asked for a better day. Coco was SO helpful throughout planning, and the venue was so incredibly easy to work with not to mentions GORGEOUS! I can't imagine our wedding anywhere else!

Every step of the process was easy with Cider Gallery! The staff was helpful and kind, and the venue is really such a dream with equally beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces! The day of our wedding it was raining in the morning and by ceremony time the weather cleared and we were about to have our dream outdoor ceremony!

Our wedding at the Cider Gallery was nothing short of magical! From the moment we selected this venue until the last toast of our reception, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful brick walls, wooden beams, and industrial-chic aesthetic created the perfect backdrop for our special day. The space strikes that rare balance of being both elegant and versatile, allowing us to truly personalize it to match our vision. The natural light that floods through the large windows created the most gorgeous atmosphere for our ceremony and photos.

What truly sets the Cider Gallery apart, however, is their incredible team. Coco, the event coordinator, was exceptional throughout the entire planning process. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even enjoyable! Any questions we had were answered promptly, and her guidance was invaluable as we navigated decisions about layout, timing, and vendors.

One particularly helpful feature was their shared Google Drive, which gave us easy access to floor plans and other essential documents whenever we needed them. This level of organization made the planning process so much smoother and allowed us to visualize exactly how our day would unfold.

On our wedding day itself, the on-site coordinator was attentive, professional, and worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran perfectly. Their team handled all the little details with such care that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our celebration without worry.

The flexibility of the space allowed us to create distinct areas for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, giving our guests a wonderful experience throughout the evening. The flow between these spaces felt natural and enhanced the overall atmosphere of our celebration.

Our wedding coordinator also raved about working with the Cider Gallery team, noting how their professionalism and support made coordinating our day much easier. The staff's experience with weddings was evident in how smoothly everything went.

If you're looking for a venue with character, charm, and an exceptional team to support you through the planning process and on your wedding day, I cannot recommend the Cider Gallery highly enough. Our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and we'll forever cherish the memories we made in this beautiful space.

Coco at the Cider Gallery did an excellent job communicating with us before the wedding and making sure all the details were accounted for. Mary was our Day-of Manager and she really help everything flow and didn't mind that I kept interrupting her set-up to ask questions.

As for the space itself, it was beautiful. We loved having our wedding in an art gallery! A bunch of our guest came up to tell us how beautiful the space was and how we had made such a great choice.

We loved our experience of hosting our wedding reception at the Cider Gallery in Lawrence. We had so many compliments about the venue and staff. Before the event they do a great job of providing options for using the space, such as rentals and floor plan options. Their information packets are also very detailed, and it was easy to understand their responsibilities versus ours.

Coco and the cider gallery team made our day run seamlessly! They were communicative throughout the whole process, and would help facilitate things like table rentals, bar orders, etc etc.. My favorite memory will now be tied to this space, so I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at cider gallery!

We booked Cider Gallery on the quality of the representative they had, and I'm happy to say that this quality carried through the entire process through our absolutely fantastic wedding. Our contact, Coco Engler, was quick to respond, knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, well-prepared in meetings, and overall a giant help!

In other aspects, the Cider Gallery was the perfect venue for us. The stone and wood materials were pretty and intimate, the lighting was atmospheric, the sound system was great, and the art installation they had at the time was gorgeous! Their bar was also well-equipped and our photographer and caterer that had worked there before operated with familiarity and ease.

Overall, planning was easy and fun, costs were simple to figure out, and all the services provided were of the utmost quality. Day-of, Coco and the other excellent staff took care of everything venue-side and we were able to focus on having our wedding and having a good time. I could not recommend the venue enough.

We LOVED having our wedding at Cider Gallery. Both Coco and Jennifer were so sweet, not to mention the whole staff, and they were always quick to respond with my millions of questions.
The venue is beautiful and always has amazing artwork on the walls that help already make the space decorative and elegant. Everything is clean and you get the option of having an indoor/outdoor wedding weather permitting. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an industrial chic wedding look in Lawrence 🤗

The Cider Gallery is an absolute dream to work with!

The entire team was incredibly kind, responsive, and overall wonderful. I did not have a wedding planner, but Coco and her team made the process as easy as wedding planning can be!

The venue itself is beautiful, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it! I highly recommend Cider Gallery to anyone planning their wedding in the Lawrence or KC area.

Cider Gallery was absolutely the best venue for our wedding (we had both our ceremony and reception there). Coco and her team were absolutely incredible and so accommodating. We were planning our wedding from out of state, but they made it so easy and made sure we had everything we needed to help us have the wedding of our dreams. The Cider Gallery is absolutely beautiful and we loved that it has amazing indoor and outdoor spaces. We (and our guests) loved the art on display, and had such a wonderful time in this venue. We can't recommend the Cider Gallery enough!

Cider Gallery is such a beautiful venue. I had my wedding here in April 2021 and have nothing but praise for the location and also their events manager Jennifer!!! We first met Jennifer in 2019 before the pandemic hit when we put down our deposit. She let us tour the space and answered our questions. Cider Gallery is very experienced at hosting weddings and they had printed information prepared that is helpful for planning the wedding and to share with vendors.

During the pandemic, Jennifer was very understanding and let us postpone the wedding date with no extra cost or other consequences. From start to finish, Jennifer was very kind and accommodating! It's clear that weddings are her passion as she is very knowledgeable in the topic, offering great advice when needed. The week before our wedding, Cider Gallery spruced up the courtyard in preparation of our outdoor ceremony, adding more sod, new plants in the planters, and extra pea gravel in the paved circle rock area.

Jennifer coordinated with our wedding planner as we approached our new wedding date, ensuring everything went smoothly, and provided info about decorating the space. She provided a detailed floor plan for the reception and even rented a sweethearts table for us. We rented our tables and chairs from Cider Gallery and also used them for our bar services with no trouble. They had detailed guidelines and precautions for COVID safety.

We were allowed into the venue for an hour during rehearsal on the day before. On the day of the wedding, they let us inside early in the morning for setup and gave us access to the space all day. The owner group also own the Bon Bon restaurant directly next door, and they allowed me to rest there with my family an hour before the ceremony.

On the wedding day, my grandmother was needing snacks for energy right before the ceremony, and Jennifer was so kind to provide some food from her personal stash. This small but meaningful thing is so appreciated!

Our guests had a great time at Cider Gallery. The wedding ceremony and reception were beautiful, and my husband and I are very happy.

Everything I could have imagined for our wedding would not have been right without the breathtaking backdrop that CG is. From the stone walls to the beautiful flooring - I cannot thank Jennifer enough for opening her gallery to events and allowing us to spend our evening there.

The Cider Gallery is a beautiful space and we were thrilled to have had our wedding there. Our ceremony was outside in the courtyard and everything went off without a hitch. The staff handled everything like pros and our guests had nothing but great things to say.

Jennifer, as I must point out, was OUTSTANDING. Leading up to the event she helped out with all of our questions and put us at ease. During the event she was a total boss. She even made sure us grooms never had an empty drink. Customer service at its finest.

The Cider Gallery was the perfect mix of elegant and casual and I can't imagine having had our big day anywhere else! We got married in the courtyard and had our reception inside. We received several compliments on the venue and the space is so beautiful it really takes the pressure off as far as decorating and ambience. Jennifer and her team were extremely accommodating, professional, and flexible every step of the way from the seating chart to the bar menu. I couldn't recommend it enough and it was one of the easiest and best decisions we made when planning our wedding.

The Cider Gallery is a gorgeous space, both indoors and outside, for weddings. I was looking for a venue that could accommodate both the ceremony and the reception, rain or shine, and Cider Gallery was the perfect choice. We held our ceremony on the lawn outside and reception indoors. Jennifer is AMAZING to work with here! She helped me find specialty sparkling rose for our champagne and popcorn cocktail hour on the lawn, and she made excellent suggestions for how we could set up the room inside and do the decor we wanted. We hung ferns from the ceiling along with big bulb lights strung across the center dance floor to bring a warm, woodsy feel to the space. Cider Gallery doesn't come with many built-in extras - you have to provide your own chairs, tables, flatware, glassware, etc, but if you don't mind pulling together several vendors to make your wedding happen, then you really can't find a more beautiful indoor setting than this. Our family and friends raved about how magical and warm the space felt. Don't be nervous about whether you'll like the artwork -- they always choose beautiful art and Jennifer was willing to work with us to take down pieces that might conflict with the dessert table, for example. I wish I could include photos to show how gorgeous it turned out. We were able to put together an affordable bar package and Jennifer made it easy to do something custom so we could provide the things we wanted and not the things we didn't. If you are looking for a beautiful space with warmth and character, you must check out Cider Gallery. I will forever have the fondest memories of how pretty my wedding day was here! Cider Gallery was the most beautiful setting for our daughter's wedding day! The outdoor courtyard was perfect for the ceremony. The dinner and dance were held inside and we couldn't have asked for a better space. It's unique and doesn't require a lot of decor to make it special. The art, wood beams, brick and stone were incredible! We had simple table centerpieces and let the room do the big work for great sight lines and atmosphere. The rental fee included the tables and chairs. Cider Gallery handled the bar services and worked with us on two signature cocktails as well as liquor, beer and wine options for our guests. If you want a unique, beautiful space for your wedding you should visit Cider Gallery!
