Would Rebook Michelle Over and Over
I used Michelle for my makeup and hair for my baby shower and she did an incredible job!! I got so many compliments on it and people asking who did it! The makeup looked natural but elevated and it stayed all day! My makeup never ran or got blotchy, and my hair stayed in place all day. Michelle is so sweet and made the whole experience so enjoyable.

Just Perfect
I had originally booked hair and makeup with a salon/spa in Marathon two months before my wedding. They called me 24 days before the wedding to tell me there was another bridal party that day and asked if I could push my appointments back and I’d also have to come into the salon, instead of them coming to me. To say the least I was upset, that because I was responsible and booked ahead of time that they would even consider calling me to ask me to rearrange my appointments to accommodate this other bride. So 24 days before my wedding I went in search of someone else to do my hair and makeup. I had heard great things about Ciao Bella Salon/Spa, so I called them. They booked me an appointment and asked me what time I’d like to come in. I arrived and the Salon was gorgeous and the staff members were very nice. I met with my hair/makeup stylist, Erin. First time meeting her, on my wedding day!!! I showed her some pictures and away she went. She is so nice, loved talking to her and she listened to what I wanted. My makeup was perfect. In fact, a couple days later I contacted her and asked what foundation she used, because it was perfectly color matched to my skin tone. And my hair could have not turned out more beautiful! My hair stayed put all night and my makeup lasted through a night time of dancing! I will be seeing Erin and Ciao Bella Salon/Spa again soon. They have found a new customer!

Ciao Bella did my wedding hair and make up and I could not be happier with my decision! They are friendly, communicative, easy to work with and incredibly talented!
Michelle did my hair and make up and I am over the moon with my results. I did a trial with her about a year before and she even went above and beyond, giving suggestions for rehearsal locations which we were so happy with.
The make up stood the true test of time, lasting through me jumping into the pool at the end of the night! I cannot recommend them enough and am so happy I went with them for my wedding. Love Ciao Bella and especially Michelle!

This place was absolutely perfect for my family. We got our nails, and toes done here then the next day had them do our hair and my (bride) makeup. Every thing they did was absolutely perfect. The owner, Bella, is super nice and called a few times to double check on us. I'm not much into makeup, but I actually had them do mine, and I'm so glad I did. It looked very natural and just enough to make me beautiful. We showed them pictures of our hair and I think our hair came out prettier than the photos! Thank you Ciao Bella crew!

Best H&M ever!
I wanted to take a moment to thank Bella, Michelle, and all of the girls at Ciao Bella who got me and my girls ready the morning of our wedding (Renee, Alda, Sabina & Bler). Not only did we pretty much have one to one coverage for my girls hair and makeup, which kept our H&M schedule perfectly on time and even EARLY (that never happens at weddings, right? Being early!! LOL), but everyone looked absolutely stunning! They managed to bring out the most beautiful aspects of every girl while still looking like themselves! They even were able to rein in my 3 and 6 year old flower girls to do their hair! My hair and makeup, done by Michelle, was exquisite. Michelle and I had a trial for my engagement shoot a little while back so she already knew me, my skin, my hair, and my style so I felt completely comfortable the day of and trusted her to do whatever she wanted and I could not have been happier! Not enough can be said about the crew at Ciao Bella Salon. I had the full service treatment from a spray tan to trial hair and makeup to gel mani and pedi to wedding day hair and makeup. All top notch and I would highly recommend to any bride and bridal party looking to get pampered during their wedding stay in the keys. Renae was absolutely lovely and saved the day with my overly blond hair. She made me feel so very beautiful with a toner AND the trial and wedding day hair and makeup - WOW!!! I felt like a model. AMAZING Makeup and Service!
My only regret with Ciao Bella is that I didn't call them sooner! I went around and around with other local makeup artists who either didn't listen to what I was looking for, or were just outrageously expensive. I had basically given up on trying to find anyone within the price range my bridesmaids were prepared for and what I thought was reasonable. Finally I was exasperated and only a few weeks from my wedding. I thought there was no way Ciao Bella would have availability for me during peak season and at the last minute.
From the moment I spoke to Bella, I felt at ease. She was SO sweet to me, so accommodating, and seemed like she truly cared about our special day. It meant so much to me. There were a few other weddings booked for our day, but she assured me she had someone perfect who would be there.
She sent Sabina, an angelic make up ninja goddess! Sabina showed up early to set up, and was ready to get started even before planned! She started with my mom, and did such an amazing job. My mother wears makeup daily, but I had never seen her in such gorgeous makeup. She looked absolutely stunning. Sabina listened to my mom, used her professional judgement, and just did a fabulous job accentuating her beautiful features without going too heavy!
She was done right on time and ready to start my makeup!
Sabina listened to EVERYTHING I said, took her time without going overboard (I've heard horror stories of MUA meaning well, but throwing everyone way off schedule) and did an overall AMAZING job. My makeup was absolutely perfect and photographed so well! It stayed on and in place all afternoon until the early morning hours, despite a lot of hugs, sweating, tears, wind, more tears, and overall craziness of the day.
Sabina was so sweet, kind, caring, and did a fantastic job. I was beyond happy and would absolutely hire her again!

I scheduled everything from Texas. We eloped to the Keys. Everything went perfect!. They did just what I wanted, was on time and I felt beautiful on my wedding day. Great Job Ciao Bella!

I had my wedding in Key Largo on August 5th and had a pedicure at Ciao Bella 2 days before. 2 weeks later the pedicure still looks fantastic, but on to the more important info... Bella was very inviting and wonderful to work with. The ladies from the salon came to the resort where we were having the wedding to do hair and makeup for myself, 6 bridesmaids and both moms. They did a FANTASTIC job. I couldn't have been happier. I have difficult hair to deal with so I don't typically like other people messing with it but my hair looked amazing, as did my makeup. All the bridemaids hair looked just as lovely. I would recommend this salon to anyone and wish I had them where I live! unfortunately 1183 mi away.

I got married in Islamorada Florida and used Michelle Bertelli from Ciao Bella for hair. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this salon is. From the moment you call to book your appointment, salon co-owner Bella is warm and welcoming. She gave great attention to detail and made sure everything went smooth and everyone was well taken care of. My stylist Michelle Bertelli is truely an expert with bridal hair and will leave you looking flawless. Not to mention she is an absolute sweetheart to work with! I couldn't have asked for a better hair stylist or a better salon. If you are getting married in the Keys, this salon is the place to go!!!!

Upon contacting Bella to inquire about services at the salon, I received prompt, professional correspondence, which was important because I was planning my Florida Keys wedding from Tampa, FL. Before the wedding, I knew I wanted a trial run of hair and makeup because I'm typically a "Plain Jane" and didn't want to feel/look unnaturally dolled up. Bella scheduled my trial hair/makeup appointment with Michelle who is a truly special human. Michelle listened to my request for a natural face and mermaid-like hair, and delivered an amazing outcome, I felt beautiful and knew I could trust her for my wedding. Afterwards I told a few friends/family members about my amazing experience at the salon and all the services offered; and three of them booked appointments for the wedding day. Fast forward to my wedding day; Michelle took care of my every need - including my modified hairstyle request - and she was able to create the most gorgeous, petite braided rose in my long flowing hair! And my makeup appeared so natural and light, but was just distinct enough for the photos! I wish I could write three reviews: one for my trial, one for my day of, and one for my family/friends' experiences. And to be honest, I initially thought the prices were a little high, but the quality of services that I received from Michelle and Bella was superior than anything I've ever experienced; aka well worth every penny! Thank you to Bella, Michelle, and the staff at Ciao Bella for making me feel so special throughout my entire wedding experience! I definitely recommend Ciao Bella to anyone looking for a hair/makeup salon in the Florida Keys!

Ciao Bella Salon was absolutely amazing! My sister got married on March 6th and we traveled all the way out from Colorado. The two ladies that came out to do our hair and makeup were absolutely wonderful. They were kind and professional, speedy and accommodated to all of the bridesmaids special hair requests. I would definitely recommend any bride/bridal party to have your hair and makeup done by them! Thank you so much!!

Went to this salon to get my make up done the day of my wedding. They were on time and even provided hair services to two of my bridesmaids who didn't have appointments. They were reasonably priced, friendly, and did great work!

Rachael fixed my hair and makeup for my wedding, Feb. 11,2017. She made look and feel beautiful! I was very relaxed, not rushed in any way. The entire staff was great.

Just wonderful! I eloped in key largo and Ciao Bella organized a makeup artist to come to our resort. Michelle was very professional and did an amazing job. She listened to me and gave me the exact look I was hoping for. She was also so friendly and kind, I had some pre wedding jitters and she put my mind at ease and made it such a relaxing and pampering experience!

Michelle did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and makeup for our wedding at the Key Largo Marriott. She did all of it on location and I couldn't have been more thrilled. I'm not a super girly girl - and she completely "got it/me" in the first 15 minutes. She helped create a look that was relaxed and natural and totally me. I've never felt more beautiful! Making the arrangements over the phone with Bella was super easy and I appreciated her following up and confirming. They both were genuinely kind and cared and were a big part of my wedding day being so perfect!

I walked into this salon in tears because a family friend was supposed to do my makeup and it was not at all like I had wanted. Michelle squeezed me in at 4pm for a trial run for hair and makeup and finished around 6pm despite the salon closing at 5pm. The entire time she was so positive -- she truly enjoys here work. I left the salon on cloud nine. My hair looked amazing and my makeup was flawless. For the day of, she came to the condo where I was staying and did my sister's hair and then my hair and makeup. My groom and I were married outside and it was quite windy. In the photos, all the guests hair is whirling about but my hair stayed put in a beautiful loose side braid, looking soft but keeping its hold. At the end of the night it was still secure and I am so thankful for that!! I am so thankful that I found this place --- any bride in the Keys should book here (and with Michelle)!! It is worth it to feel so beautiful.

I had my hair and make-up done at Ciao Bella for my wedding on April 23, 2016. Everyone at Ciao Bella was thoughtful and kind. Michelle Bertelli did amazing work! I had a hair trial for an updo a month prior but wanted something half-up. I showed Michelle a picture of what i wanted and she went above and beyond. My hair style and make-up lasted through the ceremony, reception, and after-party. My mom had her hair done by Michelle as well and hers was beautiful too.

Michelle Bertelli was absolutely phenomenal during my wedding hair trial yesterday. Her confidence and passion was palpable and contagious as she concocted a masterful art piece out of my super fine hair. I warned her I had a "love/hate" relationship with my hair and she quickly put me at ease and professionally catered to my request for a romantic and be achy up do. I will be recommending her to locals and tourists, and am so excited for my wedding day to come and her to have a hand on a most important day of my life to this point. They even called me before my appointment to let me know that the traffic was getting bad near the salon so that I knew to leave a little early to make my appointment. I felt comfortable and was treated like a long term client from the minute that I walked in the door. Michelle did both my hair and makeup for my wedding. She is sweet and very meticulous. She made sure that my makeup and hair were perfect before I walked out the door. Ciao Bella was a wonderful way to spend the morning of my wedding. I highly recommend going here!

Michelle did my daughter's and my hair and makeup for my wedding. She made us both feel like a million bucks! Bella went out of her way to make us feel very special as did several of the other ladies in the salon. I would recommend this salon for hair, makeup, nails, AND massages following your big day. I took my sister-in-law for a massage a few days after my wedding and that was the icing on the cake. These ladies know how to make you feel very special! Love them all!

I had Michelle do my hair and makeup my wedding and she was amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I couldn't have been happier with the up-do she did. My wedding was on the beach so I was worried about my hair staying intact, but my hair looked just as good at 9pm as it did at 1pm.
Ask for Michelle if you're in Islamorada, she was fantastic. The salon was also very laid back and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly, making my stressful day seem a little more relaxed

I am so glad that I went with Ciao Bella for my hair and makeup. Bella made me feel so welcome right from the beginning and it was like I had always known them. I was able to come in for a trial a few months before my wedding, which I highly recommend, and when I came back for the wedding day they greeted me like an old friend. I didn't have a wedding party but Bella was completely accommodating to my mother, mother-in-law, sister and sister-in-law. Even though it was a busy Saturday, they were more than welcoming to my family who wanted to be with me. Michelle did both my trial and my wedding hair/makeup and I highly recommend her, although all the hair and makeup that I saw being done by other stylists looked amazing too. Overall, there is a great atmosphere at Bellas and it is so nice on your wedding day to be surrounded by positive people who are genuinely excited for you.

I was recently married on April 22, 2011 in Islamorada, FL. With one day till the event, I realized I had not yet found a place for my bridal party, my mom, my officiate and myselft to get our nails done! With 7 people in our party it was going to be difficult to get everyone in especially on short notice. Bella the owner worked a way for us in small groups to have seperate times to come in. I couldn't have been more happy that she was able to accomodate us all!
As we all know, being a bride can be stressful so my officiate, my friend, wanted to teat us both to a massage. Again on short notice Bella was able to work out a way to have someone on hand to treat us both!

Having never had an appointment (prior to my wedding), I took a risk scheduling my mani/pedi & hair updo for my wedding at Ciao Bella this past weekend. I heard I could schedule several appointments & bring in some wine & food to enjoy with the wedding party. Scheduling appts was a little tough so -as it turned out - Only me & my best friend had appointments for the day of my wedding. Lucky for us, they were unusually slow on Saturday as in walks my niece, my Mom, then my sister -all for unscheduled hair updos. Ciao Bella was so welcoming & accommodating. They found a way to work them all in.
More than the welcoming atmosphere - Angelica created an amazing updo & took my suggestion well. She reassured me it was best to continue to communicate before the hair was finalized as once it was up...which I appreciated as I was nervous about the final outcome. Frankly, I was already feeling comfortable with her as she had finished my mom's hair earlier on (while I was getting my mani/pedi) -and she did an incredible job on her hair! I even more pleased with my updo she created - I heard my self compliment her several times saying it was even more beautiful than I had anticipated! She was a rockstar & just a great lady.
Dani did a great job on my french mani/pedi also - luckily, I was too busy chatting with my best girlfriend & sipping mimosas to pick out color. Dani had taken matters in her own hands -which frankly, I appreciated (as I was over making any more decisions!). She chose the prettiest pink french manicure color (I believe it was called Sugar Daddy! lol). It turned out perfect & she was just a doll.
I am so pleased with Ciao Bella, Angelica & Dani & would easily return when I visit Islamorada.

My bridesmaids and I chose Ciao Bella for our salon to prep for the wedding day. My stylist Michelle was great in helping me pick a style that would look best on me and would work best with my hair type. She made me look like a princess!
Jilda did my makeup and couldn't have been happier with it. It looked great in the pictures and I definitely couldn't have done it myself.
Everyone at the salon was friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend them to help make your wedding look perfect.

Prefection is what Bella's salon provided not only me but my mother and maid of honor. Being from New York, we could easily have been snobs to salons in the keys however this salon can compete with any 5 star salon up north. Not only are they professional, talented and clean, they are also personable and extremely down to earth which made the experience a piece of heaven before my wedding. I also had the bridal facial in their new spa and it was the peace I needed before the big day. I highly suggest it. While their are other salons in Islamorada, I highly suggest going to Bella first. you won't be dissapointed.

Michelle, the make up artist was absolutely wonderful! Not only so sweet and beautiful, She made my makeup stunning! The trial went perfectly. And even better.. she did my mom, bridemaid's and me, the bride's, make up so natural and perfect the day of the wedding. Perfectly, high-lightened our natural features. My makeup remained perfect all night, felt light weight .
Michelle from Ciao Bella I would most highly recommend! So nice, sweet, professional, arrived on time, and affordable priced. I wish I could use her for every event I have. But it was a destination wedding.

Renae at Ciao Bella was simply wonderful! She is super talented and super hardworking (seriously wouldn't take a break for like 5 hours until bride, MOH and MOB looked stunning and perfect). The event coordinator at our venue (Key Largo Bay Marriott) recommended Ciao Bella over other hair and make-up service providers that were closer -- and I'm so glad I took her recommendation. Renae did a trial for me when we were down to visit the venue. She worked with my ideas and came up with a look even better than I imagined. I almost never wear make-up and some artists struggle with the natural look on my fair-to-pink skin tone, blue eyes and blonde hair, but Renae just nailed it - both times. When I found out I was going to be 5 1/2 months pregnant for my big day, my friend who had seen my trial said not to worry because no one would be able to take their eyes off my face to look at my belly - the make-up was that good. Stunning. But not at all gaudy or overdone. Hard to achieve for a beach wedding, but she did an amazing job. Can't rave about her enough! After the trial Renae even texted with me and helped me pick out the right extensions and prepare for the new dress to fit my new figure. I gave a half star off responsiveness only because the salon/Bella was not the best at responding to email. But don't let that put you off. The quality of the work/art was totally worth it!

Bella and her team ROCKED! My wedding day makeup was PERFECT and I could not have been happier. I TOTALLY changed what I was looking for from what they did for my trial, but it still worked out great. I had 12 in my bridal party so they let us totally take over and even bring in a caterer for food. It was a great experience! Yes, it is expensive, but it is your WEDDING so its worth it! I would definitely choose Ciao Bella salon again.

Ciao Bella accomodated a large portion of our bridal party for spray tans and for our nails. They made us feel very welcome, comfortable and honestly it was the best pedicure i've ever had! They even made my flower girl feel so special having her nails done for the first time!

I got my hair and makeup done at Ciao Bella Salon and Day Spa for my wedding day. I looked and felt like a movie star. Michelle Bertelli did all my hair and makeup. Ciao Bella was a great place to have bridal party hair styling. Bella is the store owner and was always available each and every time I called her. Unfortunately I ended up having to cancel a few appointments and they were happy to do so and didn't get upset with me. They were on-time and had all 6 up-do's plus a child's hair style finished in just a few hours. My only complaint is that the hair style pricing is completely subjective; I would have them confirm prices before you go in, or at least pin-point the max pricing. I had a few girls get upset because the pricing was $25-30 more than what was anticipated. With that being said, Bella worked with us and we were all very pleased with the outcome. Michelle does hair and makeup and for all the brides out there, you should definitely request Michelle. She is a PRO and fantastic!

My husband and I went to ciao bella salon the day before our wedding. I had a mani, pedi, and hairstyle. Michelle did my hair and she is so super talented and sweet. My hair looked gorgeous and I got compliments on it all night long! I'm very tender headed and I was amazed at how gentle she was. My husband had a mani, pedi, and massage. He said it was one of the best massages he ever had and raved over the steam shower! Everyone in the salon was so friendly, especially Bella. She even sat next to me during my pedicure to chat about my wedding and get to know me.

Great Wedding Experience!
I had my hair and makeup trial done in the spring by Michelle and I'm so glad I did so that we could make adjustments for my wedding day! She did my hair and makeup perfectly on my wedding day! I had wanted a more natural look for makeup and she made that happen! I had also wanted my hair mostly down, which I knew would be an issue with the wind on the beach. My hair looked amazing and exactly how I wanted it before I went outside! After a bit of wind, my braids still stayed very tight and still looked great. My curls loosened quite a bit, but they still looked beachy and wavy, and I had planned for this and expected this as my hair doesn't hold curls well anyways.
There was a team of stylists who came to our house we had rented to do hair and makeup for the bridesmaids and mothers as well. They arrived early and got us all done on time! We started at 10am and ended right around 3:30 with me being the last one to finish so that my hair and makeup was fresh for the wedding! Everyone looked amazing! Some of the girls stated their makeup was heavier than what they were expecting, but it was not a major issue. We were able to pay through
Venmo, and that made things very easy for us! Overall it was a great experience and we are so grateful for Michelle and the other stylists that came on the day of our wedding!

My mother and 3 sisters got our hair and makeup done here for my wedding. When I called to book, Bella said the price range was from $75-$135 depending on hair texture and length. Well after all of ours was done, each of our hair cost us $125. All of us have different lengths and texture so their quote is not true. Just be prepared to pay $125 for an updo/style. The make up was great. Again-the price for makeup is $50 but if you want lashes they will charge you $25 for a lashes by ardelle which I can buy at CVS and apply myself. The salon calls them lash extensions and I was under the impression I would have individual lashes applied at a different quality. Besides the prices all of ladies that work there are really nice and pleasant to work with.

For my May 2014 wedding, Michelle did my hair which was absolutely stunning. I gave her a picture of an idea I had and she took it from there! She is very creative and made my hair more perfect than I could have imagined. She also did my makeup which which went with my hair, dress, and all over concept (laid back, intimate, and a little bohemian). My Mom and Mom also got there hair and makeup done with other stylists. They both looked just beautiful. The only negative is they seemed to struggle with the idea that my mom wanted a very natural look, so just make sure you clarify that before you start (if that's what you are going for). In all, they made me feel like a princess and I couldn't have been happier!

Half way through the hair trial, I suggested to Michelle that we go a different route for my hairstyle and she was gracious enough to try it out. She was attentive to detail, open to suggestions, and very much client-centered.
I really did not know what to expect since I was coming from out of town, but I was truly pleasantly surprised with the quality of the salon.

I used Ciao Bella Salon for manicures and pedicures of all my bridesmaids and I the day before the wedding. The service in the salon was a little slow, but we were pleased with the results. One of the girls came to do my hair the day of the wedding on location. She had very professional and quality service. I loved the look of my hair! It was exactly what I wanted and described to her. Really did such a good job on our wedding last year in May. Michelle was doing my hair great and all the other girls who did their hair for my wedding done there were so happy and satisfied. My bridesmaids and I chose Ciao Bella for hair, nails, & makeup. Bella was always a pleasure to see. They had a bunch of hairstyle books to look through when I did the trail run, but the books were not there on my actual wedding day so we had to look at the hairstyles on the computer. Bella explained that they had the books at home to fix them up. I got a french manicure which i was very happy with (I don't remember the name of the girl i had). Michele did my hair which turned out absolutely perfect. It was a very intricate style and she gave me exactly what i was looking for. Jilda handled my make-up which took an extremely long time. It turned out very nice (I had the airbrushing done) which the exception of the fake eyelashes, one of which fell off before the ceremony and another one that stuck to my vail during the ceremony (my husband thought I had a fly on my veil and kept looking at me funny as we're saying our vows).
I would recommend Ciao Bella, but caution you to check the prices before. They are very expensive compared to other salons I've gone to.

They seem to specialize in bridal parties so when we walked in for our appointment the salon had been completely invade by other parties. There was no place to sit so we were seated in the spa area. We were told they would be with us in a minute (there were only 4 of us) but we waited 30 minutes past our appointment time before they would take us. My advice is give yourself PLENTY of time before your ceremony starts. Our appts were at 1:00pm and we were meeting the photographer back at the resort at 4pm. we barely beat her there. Ciao Bella did a beautiful job but if you are looking to feel pampered you may want to look elswhere.

I had all of my bridesmaids, my mother and I receive care at this salon, from mani to pedi to makeup to hair. I had a great experience, my hair and makeup looked amazing, held up great even in the crazy wind. The only thing that came to bother me was after the wedding my bridesmaid told me how poorly she was treated by one of the hairstylists. She started to get her hair done by the girl who did mine, but I showed her a picture of what I wanted so she asked the other girl to finish my bridesmaid. The other girl was very vocal about being upset she had to step in, started yanking and combing the tease out of her hair, cursing saying she hates when the other girl teases so much and was pretty much throwing a fit. My friend sat in silence but she was in tears the whole time from how much she was pulling at her hair. I felt so bad for my friend. The girl was also rude to her because she didn't bring a picture along for an example, she just wanted a simple updo. The girl was unprofessional and rude, and for how much she spent there ($125 for hair and also got mani and pedi....over $250 in care) she should have been treated better. Very disappointing because my experience was great, the lady was nice to me. Although my mani and pedi i would recommend else where. They were terrible. I would give the girl who did my hair and makeup a 5 star, the mani and pedi a 2/5 and the girl who did my friend a 0/5

myself and bridal party arrived at this shop ready to experience a relaxing morning before my wedding day begun, we booked several manicures, pedicures and hair style appointments so all together we were looking to spend a small (or large in ciao bellas case) fortune in their shop. We started off with some of the party having manicures and pedicures which were OK, however the problem started when my mother in law and bridesmaid had their hair done. My bridesmaid showed the stylist a picture of what she wanted, she has shoulder length hair and just wanted it curled....by mother in law just wanted a wash and blow dry-they both looked terrible! the stylist 3 times tried to rectify the styles but still it was not looking good...we didnt want to offend so spoke quietly with the owner and said that I (the bride) would now not hair done in this salon and would do it myself, in a huff she explained that I would have to pay a cancellation fee- however we had spent alot more in the shop than what we first booked for, adding several appointments to the booking so they were no way loosing out. They decided to charge me $95 to curl my bridesmaids hair (which they knew we were going home to wash out) they didnt wash or blow dry it...literally JUST curl with a tong which took about 10 minutes - how did that justify $95???? they were very rude and tried to pressure me to have my hair done - however I had already lost all faith in their styling and was getting extremely upset by their attitude (which is such a shame considering it was my wedding day!)
what an awful shop....they continued to insult us when we complained about the price and had no sympathy to our situation....
A friend who later arrived didnt know what was going on however had to sit around whilst our whole family were being spoken about-to the other shop customers....very very very rude, unstylish, (we should have know what to expect by their own hairstyles!!!) thankfully my sister took us all back to our hotel and styled our hair very nicely...she saved the day....
we mentioned our disaster vistit to many people in the surrounding area as we were obviously very upset and had lots of bad feedback...they are widely known for their over the top prices...wish we had booked the other salon which was a few doors along....
But please......DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! AWFUL SHOP, AWFUL PEOPLE, AWFUL SERVICE...A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!!
