From the very beginning, Deanna and I instantly connected, and I was so happy to have the opportunity to work with her. Hiring Deanna — along with her amazing assistant Erica — was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
Deanna ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. She reviewed all of our vendor contracts, built and managed the timelines, handled time management flawlessly, and truly made our entire wedding day completely stress-free. Our day went off without a single hitch, and that is 100% because of her and her team.
Both Deanna and Erica are beyond sweet, calm, organized, and such a pleasure to work with. They made us feel so supported the entire time. My mom even said, “I don’t know what we would have done without Deanna,” which says it all.
I truly could not recommend Deanna and her team more. Anyone who says you don’t need a wedding coordinator is lying — you absolutely do, and Deanna is the one you want. -

We highly recommend Deanna and her team at Ciao Bella Events as your wedding planner!! We couldn’t believe how everything matched our vision, or honestly was even better than we could’ve imagined. I’m a very organized and involved person, so I honestly never thought I’d be able to be fully relaxed on my wedding day. But I couldn’t have been more relaxed, comfortable, and completely present and in the moment- and I attest my ability to be able to do that all to Deanna. From the early planning stages, to executing the day, and everything in between, she was on top of everything and it was such a gift to be able to go into our day knowing it was in the BEST hands. We can’t recommend Deanna enough, we’re seriously so lucky to have had her as our planner! -

Book Deanna and her team! At the start of our wedding planning journey, we weren’t sure if we would hire a coordinator. Looking back, I wish we had brought her on as our full-time planner. She was absolutely amazing, organized, attentive, and always on top of every detail. She truly listened to us and made sure our day flowed seamlessly. I can’t even imagine all the chaos she managed behind the scenes, keeping it completely away from us so we could just enjoy the moment. My husband even called her our guardian angel. We are so grateful we had Deanna from Ciao Bella Events as our day-of coordinator! From the weeks leading up to the wedding through the entire celebration, she was truly amazing.
Deanna went above and beyond to keep us organized — collecting contracts, setting up meetings with vendors, and staying on top of every detail. She acted as our advocate with vendors and venues, making sure everything went smoothly and that our vision was always respected. Having her assist with all the communication and scheduling in those final weeks truly saved my sanity and allowed me to go into the day calm, collected, and fully present.
On the wedding day itself, Deanna kept everything running calmly and on schedule. She brought such a positive attitude and was so kind and respectful to our families and bridal party, which made the whole day feel effortless and joyful. Knowing she was there to handle the details gave us the peace of mind to focus entirely on celebrating with our loved ones.
I cannot recommend Deanna and Ciao Bella Coordination enough! She made the biggest difference in helping us enjoy the day exactly how we imagined it. -

I don't know where to even begin. Before getting engaged, I had attended multiple weddings where Ciao Bella Events was involved in wedding coordination/planning, and everything was perfect and ran so smoothly. When my time came, I knew that I was going to need guidance throughout this process, so I reached out to CBE and thankfully they had my wedding date available. During our initial call, Deanna left no stone unturned. She provided us with all the tools necessary to make this process much less daunting. I could tell from our call that she wanted to make sure that every detail was perfect for our special day. She provided us with a wedding website which covered every detail you could think including everything from a budget planner, a monthly wedding details checklist, to a day-of schedule. This website was crucial in helping me stay organized. Outside of the website, Deanna went the extra mile for us throughout our wedding planning, suggesting vendors that worked for our budget or who would be a good fit to execute our vision. We began working together more frequently 2 months leading into the wedding. Her impeccable communication with us, every vendor and our venue was seamless. If any issues arose, she found a way to help us navigate them and offered insight which was always appreciated. For someone who is very Type A, for once I felt like I could really just relax and trust that everything would work out perfectly and it did. On our wedding day, I had not one worry because I knew Deanna would do whatever she could to make it work. Her assistant Linda who I had the pleasure of meeting day of also went above and beyond and was meticulous in her work. I truly believe that our wedding would have not been as beautiful and smooth as it was if it wasn't for the collaborative efforts of Deanna and Linda. If you or anyone else are in search for a wedding planner, CBE should be your first (and only) stop! -

Where do we even begin? From the moment we started working with Deanna, we knew we were in the best hands. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but her patience, kindness, and expertise made every step of the journey feel effortless. She never rushed us, always gave us the time we needed to make decisions, and ensured we felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.
On our wedding day, Deanna was nothing short of incredible. She executed our timeline flawlessly, staying on top of every little detail while making sure everything ran smoothly. From perfecting our décor setup to coordinating with vendors and keeping everything on schedule, she handled it all with grace and precision. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy our special day without a single worry.

Ciao Bella was the BEST decision I made!
Not sure how I can ever capture my gratitude for Deanna and Ally with Ciao Bella Events in one review. Our wedding day turned out absolutely perfect, and it was entirely because of Deanna’s help! We didn’t have any worries that day, because Deanna and Ally had everything under control. When things needed to shift, they were on it. When something unexpected happened, they rolled with it. I was able to stay calm and present the entire day because I trusted that Deanna understood what we wanted and she was completely in control. She also helped pull together a videographer less than 24 hours before the wedding when my grandparents fell ill and I last minute decided we needed a recording for them. Anyone who is possibly thinking about hiring her should stop thinking and do it, and anyone who is not thinking about hiring her should re-evaluate their priorities. Having Deanna and Ally allowed me to be present for the whole day, without worrying about details, logistics, or corralling all the involved people. She is worth every penny and so much more.

Hiring Deanna and her team was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning! She was the BIGGEST help the last couple months leading up to my wedding and on my wedding day. She worked with all my vendors to finalize timelines and payments, navigated any issues I was facing with vendors, kept me organized and on top of my checklist to ensure I had everything ready to go before my wedding day. She not only was professional and organized but gave her insight and opinions when I was overwhelmed or didn’t know what to do. The logistics of my wedding day were tricky – my husband and I got ready at two different locations and the ceremony and reception were also at separate spots, however, Deanna and her assistant always stayed on top of our vendors, our bridal party and family to transition everyone smoothly from one spot to the next. I truly believe the day would not have been as amazing and stress free without the help of Deanna and her team. I highly recommend a coordinator if you’re on the fence of hiring one and would look nowhere else besides Ciao Bella! -

Deanna was my superhero during the last couple months leading up to my wedding and on my wedding day!! She worked with us on coordinating all my vendors, planning checklists, finalization, and was with me during my special day to make sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I could not have done this without her and her assistant. Truly she was indispensable and well worth the cost. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with the final stretch of wedding day. If I could go back in time I would hire her for full planning services! -

I have been telling everyone that this was the best wedding investment I made! During our initial call, I was between the Coordinated Bride Package and the Partial Wedding Planning Package. Deanna recommended her Coordinated Bride package since by that time I had already booked a majority of my vendors and had a lot of planning underway- I truly appreciate that she did not try to push a more expensive package on me. Despite using her smaller package, she helped immensely! She is incredibly organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. My wedding day was smooth and stress free because of Ciao Bella Events. -

Hiring Ciao Bella Events was the BEST decision for our wedding day. Deanna is truly an amazing human to work with -- we chose the package that kicks off 2 months before the wedding, and continues for a full day of coordination, and everything went BEYOND our expectations. From Deanna's initial outreach in March to kick off our process, she was SO attentive to details and so organized. She set up a website for us to utilize, with all the planning tools and tips included, from a guest list organizer, to a seating chart platform, to a gratuity guide. Every single question I had was answered within hours through email, which is amazing turnaround especially during wedding season!
The morning of, she texted me to check in before she arrived, asking if she could grab anything last minute -- which helped settle my nerves. She arrived right on time with her assistant, and they got right to work steaming the bridesmaid dresses and answering anyone's questions that came up. She handled coordinating with the venue regarding a rain plan, all gratuity envelopes, and making sure we stuck to the timeline (which was SO important). The rest of the day went SEAMLESSLY, all because of CBE! I cannot say thank you enough, especially coming from a control freak, OCD bride who thought I'd be worrying all day about the little things. Deanna took that stress right off my shoulders, which I will be forever grateful for! -

Ciao Bella Events saved my wedding!
Deanna and her team at CBE were there for my and my husband every step of the way. When we started this journey planning our dream wedding over a year and a half ago, CBE immediately made us feel taken care of. Deanna was present at every vendor call and knew every question to ask! Her professionalism paired with her kindness and deep understanding of what we were going through made us feel so secure and at ease (even when a hurricane hit during our family photos!) She kept me calm not only during the planning process, but was such a grounding force on the day of. She kept all of us (including the venue and their staff) organized and on schedule. Her professionalism can’t be matched. She is timely, organized, prepared, honest, smart and genuine. I can confidently say without Deanna my wedding would not have been what it was. There wasn’t a moment I felt worried as I knew she had everything covered, and was two steps ahead of me. I couldn’t recommend Ciao Bella enough. Hiring Ciao Bella Events was the best wedding planning decision we made. Deanna and her team are incredibly attentive and professional. With their help, my husband and I could share the planning load with experienced professionals and enjoy our wedding day without managing the event ourselves. Since my husband and I were planning the wedding with minimal input from our families, Ciao Bella offered us guidance and expertise on all things wedding planning. From helping us decide on picking the right décor, the ceremony processional/recessional order, and even allowing us to vent during our chats. Deanna is extremely kind and pleasant to work with. When our time was over, I was sad that I wouldn’t get to chat with her as often because she was just a light in the planning process. The most valuable tasks Deanna led were the day of timeline and executing tasks along with her assistant on site. Handling all the vendors in a discreet, confidential way and ensuring the wedding day was seamless. I 100% recommend working with Ciao Bella and would give SIX STARS if I could. -

If you are considering hiring a day of coordinator or wedding planner, DO IT and get Deanna and her team!! I HIGHLY recommend Ciao Bella Events!! My husband and I are both so happy she and her assistant were there to help us with literally everything! From preparing timelines and confirming all of our vendors the month before, to getting ready, to handling all tips and final payments, to keeping us cool in the dreadful heat during pictures, to moving and helping to set up all of our decor, we didn’t have to worry or stress about anything and we fully enjoyed every second of our day. My husband and some family even came up to me and were shocked at how calm I was throughout the entire day, and it’s all because of Deanna! You are in great hands with them and I can’t thank them enough for helping to make our day even more perfect!
