  Amszing is an understatement!

  Chuck made our wedding day so special! From his special touches at our ceremony to keeping the party going during our reception! He really made our wedding day that much better! I told him the only thing I wish I could change is he could have stayed longer into the night! If you need a DJ that puts his own spin on the music Chuck is your guy!

  The music set the tone for the entire night

  We hired Chuck Lawson for my son's wedding in Destin and I can say I'm so pleased as to how he played the steel drums at the ceremony, but at the same time rocked us out at the reception so that we could NOT leave the dance floor. We ended up having to move the wedding ceremony from the beach to the bay and he was so accommodating - like he never missed a beat. Chuck is very professional and answered all of my questions to make sure we had a lovely time. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks Chuck!!! The Incorvia's

  EPIC Wedding Reception

  Chuck brought his “A” game to my daughter’s wedding reception. It was a destination wedding and from the first song to last Chuck had the dance floor full and was interactive with the guest. The word we heard most was, “EPIC”. You will not be disappointed having Chuck at your special event. He also supplied the cigar bar and it was a huge success.

  The Best Day of My Life

  I want every bride and groom looking to book a musician/DJ to look no further than Chuck Lawson. My wedding day was the best day of my life and Chuck played an instrumental (no pun intended) role in that amazing day. He is unique, yet blissful, calm, yet professional, and genuinely one of the most caring people I have ever met. I was planning a Florida wedding from Oklahoma and every time I spoke with him, he put my mind at ease. My 15 year old nephew is autistic and asked to sing a song for my husband and I during the reception. Not only did Chuck allow him to use his equipment to sing his song, Chuck also accompanied him, on the fly, with his guitar. He has a special place in the hearts of my family because of this and now we consider him a friend. My wedding guests are still contacting me telling me how wonderful and memorable he was. (He had my uncle who refuses to dance doing The Wobble!) If you would like to talk more about it, please reach out to me. My best advice is...Book him. And book him now! Thanks, Chuck!   Professional. Chill.

  We hired Chuck for our beach wedding in mid-July. If you didn't know steel drums were an option for ceremony music, guess what? They are, and they're amazing. Nothing sets the beachy mood better than beautifully played steel drums. Also, if you didn't know that entering and exiting your ceremony to the stout blow of a conch shell was a possibility, guess what? It is, and it is also amazing. He dj'd our reception as well and did outstanding. He did a mix of performing hits with his guitar and just playing songs off the laptop. Mixing it up was fun and kept everyone out on the dance floor. Chuck is laid back, easy to work with, and clearly knows how to run an event.

  Graduation Party Extravaganza!

  We had Chuck for a graduation party while in Watercolor. Unbelievable job with the steel drums, guitar and his music selection. We spoke before about what to play and he said he would read the crowd and keep the party moving - that he did! Would recommend Chuck for any event if you want to have a great time!

  Great music!

  Chuck adds a lot of uniqueness to his services. Loved the Bride entrance with the conch shell followed by him playing the steel drums for our beach ceremony. It was very cool!! Received a lot of compliments on the steel drums and the variety of music played. He also gets the party started with a conga line which was fun and everyone seemed to enjoy!!
  Chuck didn’t disappoint and we would highly recommend! Talented man.

  Man Knows how to throw a good party!

  Chuck has years of experience making so many people happy with his musical talent! He did our ceremony and reception and had everyone up and dancing! I had no idea I would be dancing so much at my wedding. He had people that didn't even like to dance on the floor dancing and having a good time. He's truly an amazing guy that is very gifted in what he does. Thank you so much Chuck for knowing how to throw a good party! All my guests are still talking about how incredible you were at my wedding.

  Professional, personable and very talented!

  Chuck provided live music as well as coordinated music for the models in the fashion show recently presented by the Destin Woman’s Club! This was our annual fundraising event and it was a huge success! Chuck was very professional, personable and talented! He did an outstanding job! We highly recommend him to anyone or any group for their special event!

  Bride's-stop looking for entertainment vendors and simply book Chuck now. If you want less stress and to take something off your busy wedding planning to do list...Chuck is your man for all the entertainment. We truly enjoyed working with Chuck.   Chuck did a really great job, and he was very accommodating. He is a people person, and really knows how to entertain. I couldn’t have asked for a better musician. He is not just a DJ, he is an entertainer! Chuck went above and beyond.

  Chuck was our entertainment for our fraternity formal at Margaritaville in Panama City Beach, FL. He provided live music and also dj’d. He was very professional and was great at playing the guitar and singing. Everyone was dancing and he was very responsive to song requests. Chuck made our formal a great time!

  Chuck Lawson was an absolute pleasure to work with! Because we go to Destin several times a year, we were able to see him perform multiple times before our wedding. Every time we saw him, he made time to talk to us and get to know us, which just made our wedding that much more special. He is so sweet and even offered help and advice when I had trouble with another unrelated vendor. Chuck is a wonderful entertainer - a true jack of all trades. We hired him to play the steel drums at our ceremony, and then he DJ'd , played his guitar & steel drums, and sang at our wedding. He really does it all and doesn't miss a beat. My favorite part was the blowing of the conch shell to announce the arrival of the bride....such a unique touch.

  Chuck played and DJ'd our wedding reception in July 2017. Not only did he provide music and lighting, but he tastefully, and subtly took on the role of Master of Ceremonies. It was obvious to me he wanted to make sure everyone, including the bride and groom, had a good time. He played the kinds of music we wanted, and none of what we didn't. He also had a couple of fun surprises up his sleeve; one ceremonial, one silly, but both crowd pleasers. His presence greatly enhanced our special celebration.

  Chuck is so much fun and so talented!! He got everyone on the dance floor and made our wedding night amazing. There was a specific song I wanted for my procession and he took it upon himself to learn it for us, which was so unbelievably thoughtful. I would hire Chuck again in a heartbeat!!!

  Chuck was the perfect entertainment for our conference. He could read the audience and knew just the right type of music to play at the right time. The steel drums were a beautiful addition and his live performances couldn't have been better! Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

  Chuck was amazing! He is worth every penny! Everyone enjoyed having him! He kept everyone involved and dancing (which was something I worried about) He also performed our ceremony and did an amazing job. He is also so flexible and easy to work with even when our wedding didn't go as planned due to rain. I highly recommend Chuck!

  Chuck made our daughter's wedding and reception amazing! From the start he saved the day. It was really windy for our outdoor wedding so if it had not been for Chuck's wirless mobile sound system it would have been impossible to hear the ceromony. The steel drums that he played during the wedding and the use of the conch shell to annouce the brides arrival gave our wedding the feel that our daughter had dreamed of. Once the reception started he offered perfect dinner entertainment and when dinner was over he had people up and dancing so quick you would have thought they were being paid. I'm 41 years old and have never seen my mother and father dance, but Chuck had them up and on the floor. The best part of the night for me was when he suprised me by covering "Little Miss Magic" by jimmy buffet for the father daughter dance at the request of my daughter. It sounded like Jimmy Buffet had stoped by for the show. The night was perfect! Oh yeah, he is a proffesionl as well, always on time and responsive to all wedding planning questions. His service and performance is worth much more than he charges. The memories we have from that night are priceless.

  Chuck Lawson was excellent for our Destin beach wedding! He played the steel drums for our ceremony on the beach and it was EXACTLY what I had always envisioned for our beach wedding. He played steel drums through cocktail hour which unfortunately we were off taking pictures and could not enjoy however our guests had all commented on how great it was! He did a wonderful job as our DJ as well, playing many song requests by our guests and really reading the crowd. He did an awesome job of getting everyone up and dancing. A great time was had by all!! Thank you, Chuck!!

  Chuck was awesome from start to finish. He eased my fears of planning from afar, was able to go above and beyond with my requests, was easy-going, reliable, and so, so talented! He made my wedding so special with his steel drums, blowing of the conch shell, and talent on the guitar and as a DJ! He can do it all! His prices are very fair. I was a budget bride, I looked long and hard when searching for my vendors so that I could get the very best for the fairest cost. Chuck is it! We danced the entire night and I literally begged him to stay, but sadly the county noise ordinance wouldn't allow it :( If I had it to do all over again, I would definitely use Chuck...contact him. You won't regret it!

  Chuck was by far the best DJ/ live performer for a wedding in the panhandle. He made sure that we were comfortable with everyone he was doing as he went and go the party started after dinner with a conga line! The steel drums for the ceremony were beautiful us and the guest loved them. We are still getting compliments about chuck and how much fun everyone had at the wedding because of him. He made our night memorable for us and our guest. Thank you so much, Chuck. If anyone is looking for entertainment at their wedding or any event, look no further than Chuck Lawson, he is the best!!

  Chuck has provided entertainment for our Annual October Homeowners Party for 3 years now. My owners would NOT be happy if I was unable to schedule him for our party each year. He is simply a fine man, very talented and knows how to please my owners each year.

  I really needed a 6th star because Chuck really went above and beyond on his service. He was very detailed in the planning, prior to the wedding day. He spent the time to ask questions to get to know me and my husband, and also help me on decisions relating to the music for the ceremony, and the reception. He had great insight and ideas, all based on his years of experience, that frankly, I never would have thought of.
  
  On the wedding day Chuck was actually early, not just prompt, and even with the threat of rain, felt it best to set up based on our previous wishes, near the beach, in an uncovered area. Luckily we didn't experience rain, but I very much appreciated that he was willing to go above and beyond to give us the experience we wished for, even if it meant he, and his equipment, may get wet. Through the evening with the reception, he read the crowd, and played music, as well as sang live to music that our guests, and my husband and I loved.
  
  I would whole heartedly recommend this very talented musician for any person or company looking to book an experienced, and entertaining musician.

  We chose Chuck because he did the Steel Drums (we had a beach wedding) and the normal DJ entertainment. What we didn't realize was that he also did live performance so we got 3 for 1! Our guests loved him, I loved him and my new hubby loved him. Can't say enough good things. Thank you Chuck!

  Chuck provided quality entertainment that appeals to all age groups. He plays the steel drums which captivate the audience and he trades off singing and playing the guitar. He had members of our group up and dancing the evening away and several of the dancers were over 70 years of age! At one point during the evening the electric went off in our venue and Chuck kept the party moving by continuing to provide entertainment even when the lights went out. We have a diverse group of all ages and everyone finds Chuck and the music he provides enjoyable.

  Chuck is wonderful. He was easy to contact right from the start. We came to Destin months before the wedding to check different places and vendors out. Chuck met with us and gave us amazing helpful tips. I knew we made a great choice going with him. And I will say I was blown away by his talent.   Chuck was very professional, so courteous and accommodating. He did an exceptional job of knowing and entertaining his audience. He is an extremely talented live musician and DJ (with fabulous lighting I might add). He provided music for both our ceremony and reception, what a packaged deal!   We used Chuck for our daughter's wedding and reception . He was absolutely awesome. He played the steel drums on the beach for the ceremony and blew the conch shell at the end of the ceremony. Everyone loved it! He dj'd at the reception, which was also awesome ! He got the party started and had it going for 3 hrs! I can't say enough good things about him. The bride and groom loved him! I would highly recommend him for any event.

  Chuck made our wedding spectacular! Sorry to begin with that headline, but its true and I wanted to get your attention so you don't scroll past. I was tasked with finding the DJ for our wedding, and an add-on I wanted was to have steel drums for the ceremony. After calling to get quotes from a couple of other DJs in the area that were reputable (and quite a bit more expensive), I found some positive reviews for Chuck and decided to give him a call. His rates were more reasonable than the others I called, and he played steel drums as well so I didn't have to hire a separate player. After a short time, he sent the contract over and the deal was made. As the wedding approached, my bride-to-be was beginning to stress over things (music included) and Chuck did all he could to allay her anxiety and make sure she was happy and comfortable from his end going into the big day. On our wedding day, Chuck did not disappoint. When guests were arriving he was playing the drums and it gave a great tropical vibe to start the proceedings. We provided a cocktail hour for our non-wedding party guests between the ceremony and reception where Chuck continued to play. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy this since we were off taking pictures, but everyone commented on how great he was and how they appreciated his craft. As far as DJing for the reception, he nailed that as well. He accommodated for all of the songs we wanted to hear, and even got on the dance floor to teach our guests some new moves. Everyone enjoyed that, and he went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a great time. His drums and DJ equipment were high quality, and he knew how to use both very well. I would highly recommend contacting Chuck for any of your DJ needs. He definitely surpassed my expectations.

  Chuck was amazing answering all of our questions in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had some great recommendations for us. He aslo lets people request songs and has a wide range of music. He traveled to orange beach for my wedding. I would recommend using him for your wedding! We did the steel pan drums for the ceremony and the DJ for the reception. He supplied all the mics for the minister and speakers.

  We are from Ohio and had our destination wedding in Destin on 3/24/16. We had originally had a beach wedding planned but the weather did not cooperate and we were faced with tornado warnings, severe thunderstorms and non stop rain. Chuck was so wonderful and accommodating. We had to move him inside due to the bad weather, and he made our home look like a reception hall complete with lights and an amazing sound system. He played the steel drums and blew the conch shell before the ceremony and that was something that I thought was completely unique and I loved it! He has an awesome personality and played a wide variety of music. He was able to DJ as well as play the guitar and sing (amazing voice) so we had the best of both worlds! I would highly recommend using Chuck for your wedding or any party. We had numerous compliments from our guests and I am beyond satisfied that we had him play at our wedding. Thanks again Chuck!!!

  This guy is absolutely amazing!!!!!!! I got married in Destin, Florida and live in Tennessee. Chuck was so easy to work with and so professional about everything! Every time I called him he always answered all of my questions and was a wealth of knowledge when suggesting special songs for the reception, definitely lifting a huge weight of stress off of my shoulders! During the ceremony we had Chuck play his steel drums and the conch shell. We got married at the Emerald Grande and when he blew the conchshell, everyone staying at the hotel came out on their balconies to watch. It was absolutely amazing! For the reception, Chuck played some songs and also brought his DJ equipment. Everyone was so impressed by him, I can't even count the number of my guests that came up to me complimenting him. He kept the whole audience entertained and involved them in every song! My Grandma was even out on the dance floor for the majority of the night! If I am ever in need of a DJ/band again, I am definitely booking Chuck Lawson.

  Chuck was by far one of my top venders. I was confident in him from the moment I talked to him over a year ago. The first time we spoke he talked with me over an hour on the phone to make sure all my questions were answered and I felt comfortable. He is very professional and works really well with all types of personalitys and ages. My wedding was last weekend on June 6th and it was perfect! He makes the music flow perfectly with the timeline of the wedding. The conch shell that he can blow before you walk down the isle is a great touch that your guest will love and remember.   Chuck was AMAZING!! He did our wedding ceremony on the beach & did our reception across the street at a resturant. Our wedding was small (30 people) where 50% of our reception were children & we were concerned with having just anyone doing our reception with so many kids but Chuck took it out of the water in awesome music for them & music for us adults!! Everyone is still talking about our wedding!! The steel drums were a huge hit for all of my Jimmy Buffet lovers! When in doubt, go with Chuck!!   Chuck was EXCELLENT! He was very professional and laid back at the same time. He definitely matched the music to the crowd. Most our wedding party was on the dance floor at one time or another. Everybody had a blast and I couldn't have expected any more out of him.   Having Chuck as the musician/DJ for our wedding made it so spectacular! He played the steel drums for our ceremony and added a very memorable touch (a surprise for your guests!!)
  During dinner and the reception, he DJ'd. He managed the events of the evening flawlessly. He kept things moving and made sure the focus was on us at all the right times.
  
  We started the party with a conga line to get everyone up and on the dance floor. He read the crowd very well and played songs that kept the crowd dancing. During the evening, he even taught my 83 year old grandma The Wobble. That is a memory I will never forget in my entire life! One, I'm sure would not have happened with any other DJ.
  
  I received so many compliments that ours was the most fun wedding reception that our guests had been to. In comparison to the weddings I have been to lately, Chuck took away so much stress I have seen other brides bearing. My wife and I just got to enjoy our family and friends the whole evening.

  I have to admit that as my wedding day approached, I was apprehensive about not having hired a band, but I had NO reason to worry whatsoever! When I initially contacted Chuck, I told him that I wanted to hire his entire retinue of performers because I wanted a "band" feel for our reception. Chuck talked me into hiring him as a one-man-showband, advising that it was frivolous to spend the money just to have more people on stage. I have to say, he was spot on! And we were able to spend the savings on more champagne for our guests! Win-win :)
  
  We had a VERY diverse group of guests at our wedding - from tamer, low-key family members to crazy, wild, dance-ready friends - and Chuck's talents got EVERYONE on the dance floor, moving and grooving and having a BALL! I think I danced the entire night!
  
  Also, having Chuck perform at our ceremony was PERFECT! Everyone loved the steel drums and I really enjoyed having the conch shell sound for my grand entrance! We had so many compliments on our "two" performers - the steel drum player on the beach and the DJ at the reception. Our guests were shocked when I informed them that they were one and the same!

He was so timely with all of our correspondence and very professional. He had everyone dancing throughout the entire night and I really, really enjoyed having him as our MC/DJ/Musician!! I would recommend him to anyone.

  I book and coordinate weddings for a living and I have seen DJ's and entertainers either make or break an event! I truly believe that entertainment/DJ should be at the top of your budget priority list when planning a wedding. There are some scary DJ's out there (believe me, I've witnessed it), and Chuck is not one of them! He does a fantastic job! He is professional and upbeat without being aggressive and overbearing, which is why I chose him to provide sound equipment and play the acoustic guitar for my wedding ceremony! As expected, he was amazing! My guests loved him! i will definitely recommend him to any bride/groom!

  Outstanding! He was very personable and professional. We couldn't have had a better time at our wedding and reception if we had tried, We had Chuck perform a reggae "Canon in D" on the steel drums. Absolutely wonderful. If you're on the fence about having a conch shell blown to announce the bride, get off the fence and do it!!! It will be one of the most memorable moments of your wedding. Seriously ! Chuck is a one-man band. Not only did he play he most up to date hits at our after party, he also sang and played guitar adding many personal touches to make it even more special. Our guests all complimented on how fabulous the DJ was. At some point, everyone there had been up dancing. Be prepared for some sore feet. (-:

  Chuck Lawson was awesome at our wedding!! What could be better than steel drums and playing a conch shell at a beach wedding ? :-) He also sang, played guitar , and was a DJ too ! He had everyone up dancing from the beginning and dancing all night!! Was perfect for our party reception!!

  Chuck Lawson was exactly what we were looking for in my daughters destination wedding. His alluring steel drum music during the ceremony and enchanting conch shell announcing the entrance of the bride added a unique flair that greatly impressed our guests. The live guitar and voice coupled with DJ service was executed with talent, experience, and expertise.
  
  Chuck's quality of service and professionalism were over the top. The only draw back we had, was wanting the father of the groom to sing the song for the mother of the groom/groom dance as a surprise to her but contract stage rules did not allow it. He did allow us to pre- record the song to use in that manor which was very gracious of him.
  
  If you are lucky enough to find him available, grab him before someone else does!

  Chuck "I AM your party!" Lawson was PERFECT for our wedding and party of 48 on the beach in Destin. He was GREAT on the steel drums, and the conch shell at the ceremony was unique and terrific!! Not only did he provide our ceremony music, he was DJ, singer and excellent entertainment all evening!! Can't say enough good things about him--he is a professional musician with a wide range of music and instruments and a really good entertainer. (Also, I think he is a nice guy, too!). Our family recommends him without hesitation for your wedding and party! Our guest list contained a wide range of ages--and Chuck made everybody happy!!

  OMG! I cannot thank you enough for being the most talented, kindest, funnest person I could've ever dreamed of having to be in charge of the music at our wedding! I called you with no idea what I even wanted to walk down the isle to! During the wedding? First dance ? My dad, his mom? I was sooo stressed!   We hired Chuck for our destination wedding in Panama City Beach, Fl. He did a fantastic job and kept our guest entertained even with a delay we had. His conch shell during the ceremony was a huge hit that everyone loved! If you need steel drums, dj, or singer Chuck is the way to go- we highly recommend him! He is very outgoing and easy to communicate with. Thank you Chuck for everything we all loved you!

  Chuck was amazing! He played the steel drums for our ceremony and was DJ for our reception. He listened to any ideas or songs that we wanted to have played. Those steel drums for a wedding are just beautiful and relaxing and FUN!! For our reception he played songs that everyone loved as well as taught us "The Wobble". I can't tell you how much fun and high energy Chuck is! You will never have a dull moment for your reception and all your guest will just want to dance and sing all night!

  Chuck is amazing!!! We had him for our Margaritaville beach wedding and he provided steel drums for our beach ceremony and reception as well as DJ. He really got the party started! He was so easy to work with and provided us with great advice (it was a destination wedding for us). I cannot say enough about him other than he was perfect for us and our wedding!   Chuck Lawson told us to leave it to him and everything would be great, and, man, he was so right! Chuck set up our song list, DJayed, played the steel drums, sang and generally entertained at our beach wedding and reception in Destin, and he was the best! He used our song list as the basis for a dance-inducing great time that had people of all ages up on the dance floor. Chuck is so positive and reasonably priced. And his personality is so friendly and easy going that you think of him as one of the wedding guest (with a lot of talent). We recommend Chuck enthusiastically and without reservation for your wedding or special event.

  Chuck was absolutely amazing to work with! He was so easy to get in contact with and listened to everything we requested for our wedding. He played the steelpans for our wedding ceremony which created the perfect mood and environment for our beach wedding. At the reception he played all of the music we requested and he sang and played live for us as well. He is such a talented musician and entertainer! He was amazing at engaging our guests and getting our party started which made us all never want it to end! All of our guests were dancing the whole night and kept complimenting us on our DJ choice. I would definitely recommend Chuck to anyone who is looking for the perfect DJ and Musician for their big day!

  Chuck did the music for our beach vow renewal ceremony on Oct 1, 2013. It was a surprise for my wife on our 25th anniversary. HIRE CHUCK. We hadn't met him prior to the ceremony but afterwards it felt like we have known him for years. He brought both his steel drums and his acoustic guitar, and in advance of the ceremony discussed the type of music we liked and had me pick out the actual songs. Most memorable were the acoustic versions of Dock of the Bay and I'm Yours (Mraz) - we were floored. His original song Blue Ocean Magic was what my wife and I danced to on the beach. And the steel drums were incredible. Chuck is very easy to work with and pretty funny. Again, HIRE CHUCK.

  Chuck was amazing!! He was kind and friendly from the first moment we spoke about him providing music for our wedding. Working with him was a breeze and he made our day so special! He kept everyone entertained at the reception, danced with everyone, and put on a fantastic show!!! Even though I contracted him for the music he did so much more! We had a threat of a hurricane on our wedding day and needed to find a back up place to move it in doors and while I stressed finding a place that would work with us, Chuck had already been looking for me without my knowledge! We ended up having it on the beach but Chucks genuine concern for everything to come together was very impressive!!!! He truly goes above and beyond to ensure your wedding day is a success and FUN!!! He will tell you he works for you and means it:-) If there were 100 stars on here he would deserve everyone of them! Choosing him was the best choice!! I would defiantly recommend him to everyone!!

  Chuck is awesome! I contacted him at the last minute to surprise my wife for our anniversary. He set up on the beach (in the dark) and my wife and I were serenaded on the beach for over an hour. I would highly recommend Chuck for any type of occasion - he is organized, responsive, friendly, and very talented. I can't say enough about him! We went the following week to catch him playing at Pompano Joe's, where we had a ball listening to him play. He is a great American, patriot, and supporter of our military as well. God Bless!

He was also to respond qucikly to save my wedding ceremony by filing in for a NO SHOW Dr. Larry Tyson of A Wedding Violinist and Chuck saved my ceremony.   Don't waste one more second reading reviews for Chuck Lawson! Call, email or do what ever you need to do to get him booked right away.
  My daughter and her fiancé saw him performing on the beach in Seaside during Spring Break. They were very impressed. They assumed we could never afford him, but nonetheless they recommended I check him out.
  It was an easy decision for me and I am SO glad I was able to secure him. Chuck's knowledge of music, experience with reading the crowd, and easy going personality made him the perfect choice for us.
  The Steel Drums and the conch shell for the ceremony were so lovely. (If you are planning the wedding I recommend you keep the conch shell a surprise to all your guests including the bride and groom if possible.) The reaction was incredible. (goose bumps included).
  From the First Dance to The Grand Escape, Chuck had guests (8 years old to 80 years old dancing) the night away. My husband even commented (and trust me, I know!) "I never dance at parties, but I think I danced half the night away." That's a huge compliment to Chucks ability to play things everyone loves!
  If I could hire him for a local party in Tyler Texas--- I WOULD! Besides the Bride and Groom and all the family and friends united to celebrate love- I would say Chuck was easily the best decision of wedding planning we made!

  My groom and I were so pleased with Chuck and his performance at our ceremony. To be completely honest I don't even remember hearing him play, I was so in the zone of my groom and getting married. However, my guests just raved about the steel drums. They were the perfect way to complete our beach ceremony. Chuck was great to work with, we booked him very close to our wedding date so we only had one conversation before our big day but he was prompt at the wedding and very professional.

  All of Chuck's reviews are 100% accurate. We are from out of state and I found Chuck on this website. I love music and was nervous to book someone I have never seen in action before. Chuck exceeded my expectations with our beach ceremony music and his live music/dj skills during our reception. He truly knows how to get the party started and has the skills to get everyone on the dance floor. If we lived in the area I would hire Chuck again for ANY event!   Chuck absolutely made our wedding. He started our ceremony by playing the steel drums and blew into a conch shell as I arrived. From the moment everyone arrived at the beach house for the reception we were on our feet dancing. Chuck has a gift for feeling the crowd and playing the songs that we requested while avoiding those awkward times when everyone leaves the dance floor for a mood killing slow song. The 50 guests that came in from Chicago fell in love with Chuck and were chanting his name by the end of the night "Chuck, Chuck, Chuck", he even finished the night with a steel drum encore! Our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and we have Chuck to thank for that. We couldn't be happier, hire Chuck for your wedding!

  Chuck couldn't have been more perfect for our wedding! He is one talented guy and super nice. He blew the conch shell when I (the bride) was about to walk down the aisle and blew everybody's mind! Who else can say they had that at their wedding? :) He can do it all...DJ, MC, sing, play every instrument..he's your go-to guy! Not only is he an amazing artist, he is also very down to earth and extremely nice! He was probably the only vendor I had that was easy to contact and was very responsive and professional. I wish all my vendors would have been as professional and trustworthy as Chuck. BOOK HIM!

  Chuck is not only a great musician, he is just a great guy in general. He does a fabulous job of getting an idea of what you want, and then what your guests want. I wanted one thing, so Chuck started out with the vibe i picked in the beginning of the night...but he knew I wanted folks to dance, so he changed the vibe for the last hour of our reception. It was perfect though. The ceremony was beautiful, I cannot rave enough about what a wonderful job he did. chuck truly cares about every aspect...and he won't let you down. I am so happy we had Chuck and wouldn't change a thing about any of it!

  Chuck did a fantastic job at my ceremony and reception. I loved the blowing of the shell to signal that I was walking down the aisle. I also loved the music that was played throughout the wedding reception. We had a blast dancing as did our guests. Chuck is also very responsive and is open to any requests that you have as well.

They still talk about how amazing he was. I paired him with Marie T. Di Giovine as the officent and they worked so well together. If you want a stress free amazing time then I suggest you hire these two and kick off your shoes and dance!

  This was my son's wedding and reception and Chuck was absolutely phenomenal! He not only "asked" what we wanted, he provided it without question or complication.....even specialty songs! He was also EXTREMELY talented in both his musical abilities and his singing abilities. My daughter will be getting married soon and we are trying to arrange for Chuck to provide his services at her special day also. If you want talent, personality, and genuine quality, all at a reasonable price, ask for Chuck. You will not be disappointed!
