Highly recommend Chrusciki bakery. We used them for our wedding reception in December and the quality, flavor and presentation was everything I could have hoped for.
Our tasting experience at the Lancaster location was great, Leah was very informative and helpful and able to accommodate our group.
The communication throughout the entire process was very easy and everyone was very kind and helpful!
We ordered the white almond raspberry cake as our tiered cake and it is my personal favorite. The red velvet sheet cake, macarons and cookies were all GONE at the end of the night. Everything was a big hit with our guests!

Regards to the chef! Best Dessert!
Our cake was so beautiful! It was designed perfectly and the entire process of working with them was so professional. Our cake tasting was so much fun and they really took their time to ask us questions about what we wanted to design the perfect cake! Amazing flavors and custom options!
I can't say enough good things about Chrusciki bakery. They made my bridal shower and wedding cake and both were absolutely delicious. We got so many compliments all night, including that the cake was "life-changing." Not only do they have great quality cakes and lots of flavor combinations to choose from, but their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. They do a lovely spread for a wedding tasting and my husband and I really enjoyed the overall experience and brainstorming meeting with our consultant. They created a beautifully unique cake that incorporated our custom toppers and mix-and-match cake flavors. Plus, their prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of customization they incorporate. I highly recommend them for any special event!

We chose Chrusciki for our dessert table selections not just for their tasty treats but because we heard their customer service is second to none! And when you are planning a wedding in a global pandemic you need all the help you can get! Evangelina was beyond helpful to us in helping with the selection of desserts and coordinating delivery to our venue. The desserts tasted and looked amazing, and everyone raved about them! Chrusciki Bakery was great and so very delicious! They were extremely friendly and great at listening to everything we wanted.
We got a traditional 6” cutting cake which was placed as the top tier on our giant cupcake tower! It looked amazing!
We had a big wedding of about 260 people so we especially loved how they were able to in cooperate as many flavors/frostings as we wanted. It provided such a good variety that no guest was unable to find something that they didn’t like! I will say that the white almond raspberry cake is to die for!
They took care of everything when it came to communication and set up with our wedding venue which was extremely helpful!! One less thing to have to worry about when planning your wedding. They also give us a complimentary cake on our first anniversary which is such a nice touch to show what your business means to them.
Great, delicious bakery! We received a lot of compliments on how good the cupcakes tasted. Very well priced as well if you’re looking for a bakery that won’t break the bank!

Chrusciki Bakery was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! They allowed my mother and sister to come to the tasting (for free) and had a delicious assortment of cakes and frostings to choose from. They were extremely flexible, helping me to design the perfect cake and stay within my budget. Their decorating is top notch! Chrusicki’s was amazing to work with from our very first meeting. The tasting was very helpful as we had no idea what flavors we wanted, and it made it so much easier to decide on combinations. We ended up going with white almond with raspberry swirl cake, raspberry buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. And OMG we had zero regrets, the cake exceeded all of our flavor expectations and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. We wanted a simplistic naked cake with some flowers from our florist pressed in, and it turned out perfect! Our wedding cake was beautiful and most importantly DELICIOUS. Our guests asked us where we got it from all night. Highly, highly recommend Chrusicki’s if your looking for a bakery for your wedding!!

My husband and I hired Chrusciki for our cupcake dessert display at our wedding! We worked closely with Dominique and throughly enjoyed the entire process. The tasting experience was so fun and Dominique was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness about flavors (since they were all SO delicious it was very difficult to narrow down). Our absolute favorite was the carrot cake cupcakes, but our guests raved about the raspberry almond cupcakes. Chrusciki went to far as to reach out to our venue on our behalf to coordinate the dessert setup. I will be going back to the bakery for all my future dessert needs. They nailed our vision and the taste can’t be beat. Thank you Dominique and all of Chrusciki team!

We chose Chrusciki’s for our cupcakes at our wedding. Working with Dominique was a breeze. She set up a tasting and had several options for us to try. The combinations were endless! So many different delicious flavors that weren’t just vanilla and chocolate. Everyone ate the cupcakes (snuck some home too) and asked where they were from to go back for more! We didn’t just stop there. When I needed a grooms cake for the rehearsal dinner, Domi hooked me up! I came in with so many ideas and she narrowed down to an amazing cake with mini cupcakes. The cake was amazing and perfectly designed. It gave me even more leverage to brag about Chrusciki’s!! What’s even better is they offer a free anniversary cake with your purchase of wedding cake/cupcakes. I am so looking forward to that. Since we planned our Buffalo wedding from Portland, OR, we chose Chrusciki Bakery for our wedding cake based entirely on recommendations and reviews - and we’re so glad we did! They offered lots of customization options and produced a beautiful version of what we had envisioned for our cake. Dominique was helpful in communicating with us leading up to our wedding, and the cake was delivered several hours before the guests arrived. We were even able to rent a cake stand, and once we returned it we got our deposit mailed back to us.
And of course, the cake was absolutely delicious. Thank you Chrusciki!

We used Chrusciki for our wedding cake and wedding favors (cupcakes). Chrusciki took my matron of honor's drawn out design (Hogwarts castle and the Millennium Falcon) and made it a reality. It was stunning. Our cupcakes were Star Wars characters and the colors of the Hogwarts Houses with sorting hat! Guests loved them!

This ballet did such a beautiful job with our cake and the added cupcakes. We went a little off norm with the cake looking like a birch tree with mushrooms and Cala lilies (we are nature lovers), and they did an incredible job! Everyone loved the amazing flavors of the frostings and cakes too! They were delicious, not too sugary to where it's too much, and so moist, hard to find sometimes. These were some of the best cupcakes we've ever eaten. I, the bride, was determined to have cupcakes instead of a typical cake at my wedding and working with Chrusiki made it happen. We had four DELICIOUS flavors, and literally all 200 of the cupcakes were eaten at the wedding, people loved them so much Our flavors: Chocolate cake with peanut butter filling and peanut butter icing, white cake with oreo filling and chocolate icing, white almond raspberry cake with cream cheese icing (possibly the tastiest thing i've ever eaten), and carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Honestly these guys were amazing! They were able to make my dream wedding cake a reality, even down to the final detail of the crystal! Also note I last minute asked them for cherry cupcakes for my wedding shower and they were more than accommodating! Both times my guests had their cupcake or cake I was told they were delicious! My cousin used the same bakery for his wedding little over a year ago. After I had the cake at his wedding I knew that Chrusciki was the only choice. The cake tasting was very intimate, getting to try all the available fillings and cake flavorings. We also wanted to a new style of cake called a "naked cake." They were able to accommodate our needs and the cake was perfection. The cake was so good that people were packing away extra pieces into take out containers! Thanks Chrusciki for such an excellent cake.

Chrusciki Bakery did an AMAZING job creating our wedding cakes, cupcakes and cutout cookie favors! Karen, the cake decorators and staff were a pleasure to work with, start to finish. The initial cake tasting was great. Karen was very flexible and provided all the flavors we were interested in trying. I provided an abundance of ideas and thoughts that seemed a bit all over the place, but Karen and her girls did an amazing job executing a display of cakes and cupcakes that was everything and more than what I envisioned seeing on my wedding day. Same goes for my cutout cookie favors! We narrowed down to a few designs that worked great with our theme! The Chrusciki team put so much effort into every detail, right down to wrapping and tagging the favors! Baking is a huge passion of mine and the minute I tasted their White Almond Raspberry Swirl Cake at a Buffalo Bridal Show, I knew Chrusciki Bakery was the only bakery for us! They sure did not disappoint! Our guests LOVED our cupcakes and cakes! All our friends and family could not stop raving about the flavor and couldn’t believe how moist the cakes were. Words cannot describe how happy and thankful we are for everything!

We were referred to Chrusciki by many friends who have used them for wedding and shower cakes. We called and set up an appointment for our complimentary cake tasting and we knew THAT DAY we had to book Chrusciki for our wedding. The cake and frosting flavors were phenomenal and the prices were competitive. We cancelled our other cake tastings and booked immediately. They delivered our cupcake tower all the way out to Batavia, NY and set up our cupcakes and cake topper just as we wanted. The wedding cake coordinator was fantastic with communication and made sure our cake was perfect down to every last detail. I know at weddings there is always a ton of cake left over, but we only ended up with ONE last cupcake (that was quickly picked up by the best man). I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a great tasting cake at a great price with excellent delivery and set up.

Karen was so patient with me!! We decided not to have a full cake and just a top tier for myself and my *new husband!* She brought my vision to life! She created a dessert table fit for a king and queen! We had 6 varieties of mini desserts that were gone almost instantly! Everyone commented on how delicious they were and utilized their to go boxes to take some home! She also provided all of the dessert stands! EVERYONE loved the table and the desserts!!! I would highly recommend Karen!!

We decided to go with cupcakes instead of the original wedding cake most people choose. We had an appointment with Karen from Chrusciki to sample some kinds- we knew right away we were going to book them as the cake is amazing! I sampled the white Almond raspeberry swirl previously at a bridal show and LOVED it ! We picked 3 diff kinds with diff kinds of frosting (at no extra charge) we also opted for mini size cupcakes (perfect for people who don't eat a lot!) and regular size! They also provided us a box to take the small cake home so we could freeze . My husband and I are not cake people and were highly Impressed . Karen was very easy to work with and at our last appointment where we paid final bill she asked what we wanted for our 6 inch cake to cut at the reception. I had no idea- but they designed a cake that matched my wedding colors and it was perfect! Thank you Chrusciki!

Couldn't recommend them more highly. The cake was delicious and they nailed the decor/vision I was going for. They incorporated fresh flowers from my florist and it looked better than I had hoped. We had guests coming up to us afterwards just to comment on how good the cake was!

Dessert was definitely one of our top must haves at our wedding and we are so glad we went with Chrusciki Bakery!! They went above and beyond to create a custom 4 tier cake for us from the inspiration I found on Pinterest. They even worked with me to create a custom flavor of lemon raspberry with fresh raspberries and a lemon cream cheese filling... SO GOOD. The cake itself was stunning but my favorite part was the amazing dessert table they set up for me. A beautiful table they set up with various cake stands, crates, and decorations was filled with the most mouth watering, tempting pastries and desserts. We ordered a huge variety of mini desserts including eclairs, cannolis, fruit tarts, brownies, Oreo balls and more... We had the desserts out for cocktail hour and we had them replenished all throughout the night. I can honestly say that every time I looked over to the dessert table there were multiple people filling up their plates with yummy treats. Lastly, they also did my wedding favors, we did cute little raspberry pretzel pastries. They individually bagged our pastries and put our ribbons and "Thank you for helping us tie the knot" tags on each one! I would highly recommend Chrusciki Bakery!! They also did my bridal shower cake, and I will definitely be back for any future parties that require desserts! Thank you so much for everything! :)

Our cake was gorgeous, delicious, and the service was great. We loved doing the tasting and the bakery was very easy to work with. We got the white almond raspberry cake work raspberry buttercream filling and white chocolate buttercream frosting. Everyone loved it.

Chrusciki Bakery was one of a couple bakeries we could have selected for having our wedding at Holiday Valley, and we are so happy that we selected them! The cake turned out to be beautiful and was just as requested. We went with carrot cake with cream cheese icing for 2 tiers and white almond with raspberry filling for the other 2 and it was deeeelicious! Chrusciki Bakery comes HIGHLY recommended!!!!

I ordered mini desserts from this bakery for my wedding as we had small plates of bite size desserts instead of cake. The desserts were DELICIOUS and very reasonable. I was bale to provide multiple desserts for all of my guests and it cost less than a small cake. They were very professional and accommodating and were able to provide recommendations. Also, they deliver to venues and coordinate with the venue directly so you do not have to any coordination at all. Just place your order and they handle everything else.
While I did not order a cake, I did do sampling for cake when I met with them and everything that I tried was delicious!

We could not of been happier with our birch wedding cake! It looked amazing and tasted even better. Before we met with Karen we were worried the birch might look too cartoonish but she understood exactly what we wanted. We got our subtle but obvious birch cake that fit our rustic/romantic theme perfectly! She worked with our florist as well to add fresh flowers and the final touch of a cute "carved" heart with our initials in the birch was just the cherry on top! We worked with Karen at Chrusciki Bakery and I could not of asked for more. Karen gave us everything we were looking for. Not once did she feel like my business was not important even with a smaller budget. We ended up ordered a 14 inch round and 150 cupcakes. The flavor combinations were whatever we wanted to have and in as many combos as we wished. I had a request to use a specific tip for the frosting and I was told I could have it with not hesitations. Karen was very responsive throughout our entire planning and I could not be happier with their bakery and service! Highly recommended!

My mom thought it would be nice to order some pastries for our wedding in addition to cupcakes and a cake we had already ordered from elsewhere, so she contacted Chrusciki. Chrusciki was very responsive and did a wonderful job helping her decide what to get. All of the pastries were excellent and the guests raved weeks later. I was happy we had some leftovers to take home! I especially wish we had ordered more pastry hearts--such a nice "Buffalo" touch. If their pastries are any indication, I am sure their cakes are excellent, too!

Chrusciki's made our wedding cake. Our reception was at the Millennium Hotel so the cake was included in the price. All we had to do was set up an appointment to do a tasting, tell them what we liked, and they took care of the rest. At the tasting we tried multiple frostings, cake, and fillings. The cake was absolutely delicious. I am not a fruit filling person so I was happy to see they had oreo filling. We put it together with the vanilla cake and white chocolate frosting! We went through Chruscikis for our wedding cupcake tower! We made such a great choice with this! We decided to go with cupcakes to have more flavors and how delicious they were! The best part of the cupcakes they were that perfect sweetness, including the buttercream frosting. We enjoyed them so much! The set up was beautiful and they made sure all our Disney touches were added to the top cake. Before the wedding when we met with them they were super nice and helpful and easy to get a hold of. We had an unusual request for our wedding. We wanted a cupcake tree with our cake topper on a top tier. They came through with our request when I couldn't find anyone else who would and also made the most delicious cake I've ever tasted! We had mini pies for our wedding instead of a traditional wedding cake and they were a huge hit with our guests! Chrusciki was very flexible and open to making a variety of flavors. We had cherry, peach, mixed berry, apple, banana cream, chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, and Oreo flavors. My only regret is that we didn't set aside a flavor of each for my husband and I to take home because they were gone by the end of the night! I loved the way that my cake turned out! After having seen them at a bridal show (and tasted their cake), I knew I had to get my wedding cake from them. I got a white cake with salted caramel frosting and filling, and it was absolutely delicious! We ordered well over the amount needed for our guests and still had no cake leftover at the end of the night because it was so good! The cake also looked absolutely beautiful! They did a great job of following my requests and making the cake look stunning. It was the perfect fit for the wedding.

Chrusciki Bakery was everything a bride could hope for. On my recent wedding date I was in need of not one cake but 10! This was no trial for them they delivered above and beyond my expectation. I came in well below my cake budget and got more than I could bargain for. I am so grateful I chose them. They were accommodating to me in multiple ways, during meetings with me, my newborn son was always welcome, which means A LOT to a mom with a new baby. Also because I live so far away most of our corresponding was able to be done by e-mail. Although I was paid in advance, they still called a few days before the wedding to check on me. They sincerely care! They sent sweets to our hotel on our wedding night. It was amazing, they are now our family bakery. I couldn't imaging going anywhere else! They even went so far as to check in with me a couple weeks after the wedding to make sure everything was awesome. They are a #1 bakery and seem like they can work with any bride with any budget. I also stop over occasionally for some of their other tasty snacks. My husband loves the old fashion cupcakes! I am forever grateful for the amazing service I received from the Chrusciki Bakery team! The cake was delicious, the service was great. They did two cake tastings with us, one with just my now husband and one including my parents to help make a decision. The store in Lancaster is small, but very clean, with amazing aromas! We live out of state and the email responses were quick and left me feeling confident that everything was being taking care of (which it was). We received many compliments from our guests about the cake- both the design and taste.

Living in the Buffalo area my entire life, Chrusciki Bakery was known to me for being at the Broadway Market at Easter time. When we saw them at the Bridal show, I wanted to check them out and I'm glad I did. Their cake was better than Muscoreils in NT- softer and tastier. They had not been doing wedding cakes for long, but they were good! The cake artist is extremely talented. I was looking at pics on FB to help me with the design of our cake, she does an amazing job with designing birthday cakes, cookies, etc. When I was table hopping at the wedding, all my guests thought the cake was out of this world, some saying it was the best they ever had at a wedding.

We ordered a small cake to cut and 200 assorted cupcakes for our wedding (the cupcake table was included). The flavors were a hit, and we received many compliments throughout the evening. Everything tasted just like it did when we did our cake tasting at the bakery! Great value, would highly recommend!

Would have been a 5, but the wrong Sabres Logo was used on my cake. Otherwise, the cake and cupcakes were fantastic. I had so many compliments on the flavors. Our tasting was great, and we were able to mix and match flavors with the frostings. There were so many options and the bakery was so willing to accommodate us. Wonderful job!

The Mila Foglie cake, I had my heart set on, was a unique wedding cake that was made perfectly. ! Everyone commented on how beautiful it looked and then realized it tasted as good as it looked!

Chrusciki did a wonderful job with our cake. Since we had a movie theme for our wedding, Shannon made a cake with edible film strips that had scenes from our favorite movies. I'm not usually a cake person (it always tastes too dry and frosting is too sugary), but their cake is delicious--very moist with a light frosting. I didn't think people would want much cake since we had a candy station and a sweets table, but boy was I wrong! ALL of the cake was gone before the end of the reception (sadly the groom and I only got to taste one flavor). The only "mishap" we had was that a week or so before the wedding we found out they had lost our cake topper. We were pretty upset since we had ordered custom pieces from a store in Orlando, but Chrusciki was very apologetic and paid for us to have a new topper made that looked exactly like the original, and on top of that delivered complimentary Angel Wings to our reception. They handled it very professionally and it was much appreciated that they made the effort to correct the mistake. We were very happy we chose them to make our cake.

Wedding deliciousness
We ordered a small two tier cake for ourselves and then several dessert options for a guest dessert table. Everyone loved the cannolis, mini pies, cupcakes, pastry hearts, and more! They came in and set it up very nicely and tore down afterwards. They even emailed us about a few decorations we forgot so we could get them back. Would recommend for future use!

Working with Karen prior to my wedding was a great experience. The tasting was helpful and a much better experience than I had at other bakeries. They were quick to respond to my questions throughout the process and worked with my florist to get the fresh flowers on my cake without needing me as the middle man. I would highly recommend Chrusciki Bakery!!

SO, choosing a wedding cake was serious business for my husband and I. :)
I think we taste tested at like ten local bakery's before we chose Chrusciki's. It was by far the best TASTING cake and also especially best tasting frosting. ...mmmmmm
However what solidified our decision was the talent of the lady making the cakes! She was featured on one of the food network shows and so we trusted her to take on our challenge... we wanted a dragon on our cake. It turned out PERFECTLY! Also, they were incredibly accommodating and flexible in helping my indecisive self choose flavors. We must have tasted at least 4 times until we chose. Karen, the person who helped us was also very helpful in figuring out what combination and plan for cake was best for us to get what we wanted and stay inside our budget. I think the value was very good- although admittedly i have no idea what the average value for this would be.
I will buy more cakes from them :)

We ordered our two-tier wedding cake that was used in our pictures from Chrusicki's. The cake tasted wonderful and was very beautiful however, it was decorated with blue frosting instead of white like we had requested. We contacted Karen about the mistake and she fully apologized and we were sent a gift card to use there. Taste-wise, the cake was absolutely delicious, we are just disappointed that our cake wasn't the color we ordered it. I would recommend them for cake, just make sure to double check everything a few days before your event.

We met with Chrusciki over a year before our wedding. We made some changed to our design about six months before the wedding over the phone. These changes were not documented. When Chrusciki called to confirm everything a week before the wedding, I had to go over all of the changes we made again. We had told Chrusciki that we would have fresh flowers from the Florist to be placed on the cake, in a waterfall fashion (as seen in the picture). The delivery driver was the one who was instructed to place the flowers. The fresh flowers were stuck in the cake in a hap-hazard manner, with no pattern. When our florist arrived and saw this, she removed all of the flowers, fixed the frosting, and placed the flowers as seen in the picture. I am thankful, she was there to do that, but disappointed that Chrusciki did not do their part in making our cake look beautiful. On a positive note, all of our guests commented on how delicious the cake was! Our cake was included in the price of dinner for each of our guests at our venue! This was very convenient and easy for us.

I really hate to write a negative review, but I have to. Chruscicki is stacking their reviews to be positive. The experience we had was the exact opposite of what the reviews are saying on here. This is what happened to us:
1) we were given a pamphlet with at least 20 different cake, filling, and frosting choices (which are on their website too). When we arrived for our cake testing, there was only seven cake choices, and seven kinds of frosting/filling. When we asked about others, Karen said that the bakers weren’t comfortable making the other choices for a wedding.
2) several of the cake flavors/frostings had no taste. We decided to go with mocha filling Because we could actually taste it.
3) we specifically said we wanted to try the almond cake with cherry frosting . Because we couldn’t dye cherry frosting teal, we decided to switch it to cherry cake with almond frosting. 2 weeks before the wedding, I received a call from Karen wanting to confirm the final details. She insisted that we ordered white chocolate raspberry swirl. I insisted it was cherry and almond. My husband and I were so excited about the cherry and almond, and we told our entire family about the cherry and almond. She insisted on the white chocolate raspberry. Finally I got sick of arguing and said ok. But we had our hearts set on the cherry and almond.
4) The outer layers of the cake were stale.
5) At our cake tasting, there were two binders with different cake designs. Karen asked how many people we had, and then said she would do a classic circular design with cascading roses. I said I wanted tropical flowers, not roses. She said that it would be tricky for the bakers, but she would see what she could do. The cake we got had nothing but cascading roses on it, and we weren’t given the chance to look through the binders.
I really hope this helps someone out there. Be cautious when it comes to signing things, and save every receipt and contract! Good luck!

Not The Cake I Asked For
My husband and I bought our wedding cake from Chrusciki thinking we wouldn’t have any problems or issues since it’s a well know bakery to get wedding cakes from. Unfortunately when I saw the cake on our wedding day, it was not what I asked for. I wanted the fresh flowers on our cake to be ascending. I even showed a cake on their website to them as my inspo. I was very disappointed when I walked into my reception and saw it. I guess this was the one thing that went wrong on my wedding day! (The second photo was what I asked for)

My birthday was May 2nd and my family (Lindsay Cooper) ordered new a container of Chrusciki and a large tray of apple pastries and almond cake. I was so disappointed in the quality of the baked goods that I wrote a review last week saying that the Chrusciki were not flaky at all and the almond cake was so tuff that I could not even cut it with a steak knife! To make matters even worse, I gave a neighbor a sample of each before I had eaten any and I was therefore very embarrassed with the poor quality of my gift. I understand that someone called my niece (Lindsay Cooper) and she left my phone number on the machine(655-1111) but I have not heard from anyone. I am very disappointed in both the quality of the gifts and the communication from your facility. Lindsay should,at least, get her money back as we didn’t even eat the pastries! I am not usually a complainer but this was just too much to overlook. I was so excited to receive my gift as I had heard such wonderful things about your bakery but I was more than disappointed!
