    Christopher's Formal Wear is an excellent place to go for all your wedding attire needs. Not only did our bridal party look amazing but they felt wonderful! The thorough measurements and the great attention to detail made for a perfect fit. They have a wide selection of styles and choices and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. You will not find a nicer bunch of ladies to work with!

    We got our bridesmaids' dresses and the guys' tuxes from here. They were great! Super friendly and helpful staff. My stepdad had an issue with his tux, and they took it back immediately where the seamstress fixed it while he waited. Excellent service! Great local business!

    Christopher”s Formal Wear



    I had a terrible experience with Christopher from Aware Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Despite living two minutes away, getting them on the phone was nearly impossible. I decided to visit the store, but when I knocked gently for attention, the person who came to the door was incredibly rude and slammed it in my face. I would strongly advise against using this formal wear for proms, weddings, or any occasion. Their customer service is lacking, with delayed responses and no willingness to assist. Additionally, their in-house alterations were exorbitantly priced at $142-$195. Stay away from this place!

    Do not use!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They refused to correct their mistakes on my bridesmaids’ dresses, was rude, and talked to me like I was an idiot. Their staff did not measure anyone properly and then did not order the requested size numbers. My girls were told they could pay for alterations that would’ve equaled the same amount as a whole new dress!!! Not to mention having to call multiple times a day to get anyone to answer!! This isn’t my first time purchasing in the formal industry and thought there would be better service from a small, local shop. Boy was I wrong!! The “owner” even went as far to leave the store to avoid speaking to one of my bridesmaids when she picked up her dress!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY OR REFER BUSINESS TO THEM!!!
