Wonderful Night!

Checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. My guest were still talking about the food, the atmosphere and the FOOD two days later. Working with Jake was easy and pleasant and the chefs were fantastic with all of their creations. A must use venue and/or cater!

I can not recommend this caterer enough. They were a pleasure to work with and were very attentive to our needs. I will recommend them to all of My Auburn Brides! They were accommodating, easy to work with and always available to help us or discuss changes or additions. And then the food…..You won’t be disappointed!! Divine pairings and beautiful presentation! Wedding reception

Christina’s did an incredible job
Catering my daughters wedding at Twenty one Acres in Auburn! We live in Boston and my daughter in Birmingham! Sounds like a planning nightmare but Jake helped us plan an amazing celebration! Cheers to the Chef!! Wow the food was wonderful! We got so many compliments and the bartenders and staff were top notch! We would not hesitate recommending them!

Father of the Bride

After much research i decided to host my daughters rehearsal dinner at Christine’s. From the first phone call with Jake I knew this was going to be perfect. Jake’s enthusiasm was refreshing. The chef was genuinely excited to share his creations. The staff was amazing. The taste testing felt….personal. Jake went out of his way to accommodate every request. The rehearsal dinner was exactly what I had envisioned. Intimate. Delicious food. Stellar service. Highly recommend Christine’s for any event! Exceptional.

Above and Beyond!

We used Christine's for our son and DiL's rehearsal dinner and for parts of the wedding reception. Food was EXCELLENT, BUT the people and the service were ABOVE and BEYOND, and the rates were so competitive! To be honest, I expected a lot, and Christine's delivered way more than that! Do yourself a favor, quit looking and call Christine's. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Extraordinary Service & Quality!

I would highly recommend Christines Unlimited for your upcoming event. The owner and staff are amazing. They handle every detail before being asked. The meals are prepared perfectly and tastefully. The caterer can make or break your event. You will not be disappointed with Christines. They will make sure your event is successful and all your guests are happy. Best money I ever spent!

Confident, qualified, and adaptable

Christine's knowledge and confidence in what she does meant we trusted her completely on the big day. We didn't have any worries about all things catering related. We used Christine's Unlimited for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception and she amazed our guests with both meals. She made sure our guests with allergies had a complete meal available to them as well. Very easy to work with and trusted her completely.

Amazing!

Christine was so great to work with. She was very responsive and super helpful during the stress of wedding planning. She catered for my wedding and everything was PERFECT. We had a taco bar, pasta bar and tater tot bar, as well as servers walking around with hors d’oeuvres. The food was incredible, the servers were so friendly, and my husband and I were very well taken care of. We had food waiting for us at our head table and we had everything we could have needed. Everything was incredibly organized and I can’t thank Christine enough for her friendliness and help. Everything was perfect!!

Fabulous Experience

Christine was such a joy to work with and super helpful with all the little details!! She has a great variety for her menu options and is very easy to work with. She catered our rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding reception and everything was perfect!! We had several comments from our guest about how great the food was!! Christine and her staff did an excellent job serving and keeping things clean during both events. It was a great experience and I would definitely use her again!!

Christine and her staff were fantastic!! Very responsive- honest about what I needed to add vs. didn’t need to add which was helpful! Anyone in Auburn knows her work and you definitely see why- everything was absolutely incredible. My guests loved it!

When all the guests are raving over the food and making it a point to tell the bride, you know you have selected the right caterer for your special day. Christine was excellent to work with! You need to book her if you can!

Christine and her staff were top notch and professional on every level. Their execution was evident of Christine’s preparedness with the details of the day. The staff was efficient and organized. Quality of food was outstanding.

Amazing service and amazing food!

Christines Unlimited was truly so amazing to work with. When our original date was moved because of COVID we had to change caterers and it was such a blessing in disguise! Christine was so incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process. She was always super quick to respond and answer all my questions and gave the best advice! She was also super flexible with our last minute venue change. The food was amazing and the service was awesome! She is so well versed in all things catering I trusted her whole heartedly through out the process! I would recommend her a million times over!

Dean Rehearsal Dinner

First of all let me say that this dinner had to be planned long distance. Everything was planned via phone/email. Christine was spot on with everything I asked for. The food as well as the service exceeded all of my expectations. The groom asked for a menu that was a little out of the norm, shrimp and grits, red beans and rice as well as chicken and sausage jambalaya! The food was so good you would have sworn you were in New Orleans! And when Christine tells you she is known for bread pudding you need to believe her! All of my guest said it was the best they had ever had. To top it all off her staff matches the quality of her food. The service was amazing. As hostess we all know it can be a little stressful. I am here to tell you Christine and her staff took every ounce of stress away. I highly recommend Christine’s Unlimited, Christine and her staff for any event. And I recommend their Cajun fare!!!

I had an idea of doing the wedding with cocktail appetizers and Christine took the idea and ran with it and did better than I ever could of imagined and it tasted just as good as it looked. She’s very professional and easy to work with.

Great food and greater service!

I couldn’t have been more pleased with Christines Unlimited! The caterers took the last minute stress (last hour, actually) off this mother of the bride hosting a back yard wedding. They truly went above and beyond! The guests couldn’t stop talking about the delicious buffet!

Amazing Wedding Caterer

Christine is a highly professional wedding caterer. She was very helpful throughout the planning process. In addition to catering our wedding, I also had my bridal brunch at Christine's private space. During our wedding day Christine and her employees were very helpful in turning our ceremony space into a reception space. When we finally got a chance to eat, she was very attentive in making sure we were able to have everything we chose to be served, as well as coming to congratulate us. Christine's Unlimited was the total package because she not only provided us with our buffet, but our dessert bar and bartenders for our open bar. If you're looking for a wedding caterer, Christine is by far the best choice.

Christine’s was the first & only place I called for catering our wedding! So many different package options to fit all your wants and needs. Christine was very personable, getting to know her clients. Herself along with her staff who came for the wedding were exactly what you would want in a staff member- happy, motivated, personable- you could tell they all loved their job! I recommend using Christines for any occasion! The food is absolutely delicious!

Great Venue

Planning a rehearsal dinner from out of town was an easy experience. Christine responded quickly to questions by email or phone. The staff provided a delicious meal with fantastic service. We received many compliments from our guests! This was the perfect place for our celebration!

With Christine you get experience, along with great service! Her cooking speaks for itself and her staff is always wonderful! We were so thrilled with the outcome of our wedding catering! We wanted Mexican food for our reception, so she gave us a LIVE fajita station! Christine and her staff did an awesome job catering and coordinating our event. We're from out of town and not really familiar with venues. After checking around with other places, I found Christine to be extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Christine and her staff were very efficient and courtesous during preparation as well as during our event while serving out guest. My husband and I immediately bonded with Christine when we first met and stayed in touch regularly for any changes that needed to be made. We had the couple come in and meet her on the Thursday prior to the event and they immediately fell in love with the venue and was getting even more excited with their upcoming event. The entire experience was one of feeling confident that I didn't have to worry about a single detail because I knew it was going to be taken care of if not by Christine, her well experienced staff. There was a vast variety for food selection for whatever your event may be and our food choices were delicious. Christine offers suggestions for your food selections and works with you closely to develop a perfect plan for your event. It was amazing to watch our plan unfold into the perfect rehearsal dinner. I would highly recommend checking out this venue for your next event especially if you love a vintage atmosphere. We have truly have met a new found friend. Thanks to Christine and her staff.

Christine was amazing as our caterer and just as a wonderful of a person!!! She helped us plan all the food that was needed for the wedding and guided us on how much and did all of this with us living almost a thousand miles away! She kept us calm when we would get overwhelmed!! All of our guests raved about how fabulous the food was and said they have not had such good food at other weddings or events!! From hors de vours to the main buffet it was excellent and soooo yummy!! Christine's execution on the day of went flawlessly and there was always plenty of food ready for everyone!!! She

We found Christine with a Google search. As soon as we met with her personally we knew we had struck gold for our son’s rehearsal dinner. The ambience of the facility is charming with just the right touch of cozy. The quality of the food is 5 star and the service is second to none. Christine and her team are incredible! From start to finish Christine was very easy to work with, she always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. I met with her once and knew everything would be taken care of. Christine herself was not able to attend my wedding but the team she sent was fabulous! The chef personally served my young nieces their chicken finger plates and made sure they had everything they needed. It melted my heart! We got many compliments on the food and service. Christine catered our wedding a few weeks ago. We met with her several times before the wedding. She was so helpful to make sure we picked the perfect menu and helped to make sure we had everything that we needed. We did heavy hors d'oeurvres and she made sure that we had the perfect variety! We did a tasting which was amazing and the food at our wedding was so great! Christine was so great and easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone!

My daughter wanted to have an Italian themed sit down dinner for her wedding reception. Finding a caterer that could do that in our area was proving to be difficult until we discovered Christines Unlimited. After our initial appointment with Christine, we knew she was the caterer we wanted!! She helped us plan the menu, guided us through the reception process and timeline, and gave us several suggestions that helped us immensely. The reception was exactly what my daughter envisioned and our guests are still talking about how excellent the meal was!! I recommend you get estimates from at least 3 caterers. Tell them your dream menu and then tweak it from there. Christine' s Unlimited did a beautiful job! It was everything I'd hoped for in appearance and taste. She is very experienced and does not get flustered by things that come up unexpectedly. She is so prepared, her business is run like a well oiled machine! She always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. She helped problem solve. She was very willing to work with the venue owners/ managers to make our event flawless. Excellent!!

It didnt take long after checking several venues in Auburn, AL for my son's rehearsal dinner to find most restaurants charge a $ 1,000 flat rental fee for the room only. They were nice restaurants but nothing very private. After checking with Christine's Unlimited I found the rental fee for a private venue was $ 400.00 on Friday night for 3 hours. I met Christine and immediately knew she was the one I wanted to handle that very important night for me. When preparing the menu with my son and daughter-in-law Christine seemed to have endless flexibility. The setting was very intimate and romantic. The food was amazing, the staff was very friendly, and I can't say enough about the wonderful evening that we all had thanks to the quality of food, service, setting and Christine! She took and important event and made it extraordinary.

Christine has done numerous catering events for me and my company. I own a real estate company and we host a lot of events from Awards Parties and high-end Business After Hours to Tailgate events. I'm very specific in my menu's and offerings for every event and I always ask her to help me create items that "match" my event. She always accommodates my wishes and we have a lot of fun working out the signature items to please my palate! We went through a few tastings to get my "Miniature Beef Wellingtons" perfect, but she did it. I admit that was a difficult task for a crowd of over 750, but the raving reviews prove that she accomplished what I wanted. We did the same thing with a Shrimp & Grits for the same event, as I wanted a twist on a traditional version that I find bland. I'll admit that I know exactly what I want and my expectations are very high (some would say hard to please, even). Christine always finds a way to help me make each event unique and special, so much in fact, that attendees and guests still talk about some of the food years later!

We hosted a small private party for 10 guests at Christine's venue following my daughter's graduation. The experience could not have been more perfect. From the initial booking and menu selection right on through to the event itself, Christine and her staff provided outstanding service and guidance. The venue was the best of both worlds, with the comfort of home yet the convenience of the cooking and service provided by others. My guests couldn't stop raving about the experience. While the entire dinner was great, the crab cake appetizer was the hands down favorite. My only regret is that we discovered Christine's at the end of my daughter's senior year at Auburn.

Amazing!!!!!! We had my son's rehearsal dinner at Christine's Unlimited. I live in Florida and was worried about coordinating the event from 5 hours away. I called Christine and she immediately put me at ease. I met with her once about a month before the wedding and she helped me design my 3 course plated dinner for 50 family and friends. The venue has a "Little Italy" atmosphere and was very private and relaxed and the food was out of this world great! Her staff was very professional and efficient. Everything was right on schedule and our guests had a blast. The conversation the next day was all about how much fun they had and how the food and presentation was amazing! I would highly recommend Christine's services. She made us all feel like family. It was a perfect night!

Christine Healey, in a word, is phenomenal! Being the mother-of-the-bride who lives in a different state from the location of my daughter's wedding, it was imperative for me to have incredibly smart, dedicated, talented, and professional vendors. I had never met nor heard of Christine except through online reviews, yet from the first moment I met her, I knew I had the right caterer. Not only did Christine provide thorough answers to all of our questions, she made sure no stone went unturned when determining what we wanted and provided valuable and reassuring expertise in those many areas where I was unsure or unaware of needs. Our two planning meetings were amazingly efficient and short, though I never felt rushed. As we approached the deadline for the wedding count (one week out), our numbers increased significantly from what we had expected; Christine didn't even blink! On the day of the wedding, Christine and her amazing staff handled perfectly absolutely every imaginable aspect of catering an event. They were very timely, organized, un-intrusive, and professional to the nth degree. The food was so beautifully and artistically presented; the guests commented on how very tasty it was; there were no "traffic jams" in the food line. It is the ultimate understatement to say that I truly didn't lift a finger; after our consultation meetings, Christine and her staff handled absolutely everything from top to bottom. There is nothing I would change if we could do it over twenty times. I unequivocally recommend Christine for your catering event!

Christine was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her energy and professionalism completely put me at ease; she truly took care of everything and was the backbone to my reception. There were no "hidden staff fees" or last minute charges, and she generously altered my buffet menu to suit my requests. I had so many of my guests come up to me and tell me that it was the "best wedding food they had ever had", and many of them called me later asking for leftovers!! :) Christine's staff was just as nice and hardworking as she was, and they each helped to keep my reception flowing effortlessly. I have known Christine for several years and for most of that time she was my boss. When I got engaged, she was the obvious choice for my caterer, but in all honesty, I would of chosen her anyways because of her willingness to help with your event and the care that she puts into every single event no matter how small. Our wedding was outside and we ended up having a torrential downpour in the middle of the ceremony, stalling the band, dancing, etc. The only thing that kept my reception going was the food. We had probably 30 less people show, but even with that, the guests cleaned out all of the food! People have come up to me and raved on and on about the food and how amazing it was. When you hire Christine, you don't just hire a caterer. You hire someone who knows the wedding business and other vendors in this area and who will be more than willing to let you know what the best deals are, to shy away from certain places, or just be there the day of the wedding when you are freaking about it raining on your big day. I promise you won't be sorry in hiring Christine's Unlimited.

Tell Christine exactly what you need and what your budget will be. She worked with us for menu that accommodated my Daughter-to-Be's allergies and it was still what my son wanted. Excellent variety of options for a Cocktail Reception

We were looking for a caterer to provide a unique selection of heavy hors devours for a wedding reception and Christine's was a perfect fit. We chose 9 options for our 100-guest reception and the food was excellent. Loved the diverse selection of options and Jake was very helpful in guiding us to help us make decisions. My only comment would be that I wish I had ordered about 20% more of everything.

Good Experience

We used Christine to cater a graduation lunch at her location for 17 people. She was a delight to work with, the food was delicious and staff attentive.
