Christina is SO sweet and has an eye for those beautiful unexpected moments! She has a beautiful light and airy style that is sweet and stunning at the same time! Plus, she's all over the map! You will not regret booking her, she is so passionate about her work!! -

Ricky Sent on 02/06/2020Late with engagement Photos and backed out 1.5 weeks before our wedding
This was back in October of 2019 but I was pretty disappointed that our she decided to dip out on us 1.5 weeks before the wedding. As if we didn't have enough stress from wedding planning already.
Long story short: She was suppose to have our engagement photos delivered 3 weeks before the wedding so we can have it to put up during our wedding but:
1. She was late on delivery blaming it on the bay area’s power outage (which PGE technically told us in advance so everyone can plan around)
2. Little to no effort on giving us a realistic timeline after she was late (like hey, if your house doesn't have power, I’m sure come coffee shops or public places a few miles away have WiFi; its 2019 no?). Handle your business and client expectations accordingly. If you need to make the extra drive, then do so because that’s when you said you’d deliver. Good customer service - its simple. We drove all the way to you for the photoshoot which was an hour out of the way for us did we not?
3. Resorts to canceling the contract ; 1.5 weeks out from the wedding. Still no estimated delivery.
4. She even had the audacity to follow up the next day, said she was on her drive to a wedding and for us to confirm whether or not we want to cancel. Oh, so some clients are worth the drive and others aren’t hmm? Interesting.
5. So we said screw it, if you don’t want to be there, we don’t want you there. We asked for the refund. She said it will be sent within 48 hours. Followed up 4 days later and guess what? No response. 1 week later, still no refund seen. So now we have to go through the trouble to dispute it with the bank.Christina Piombetti Photography's reply:
This couple’s wedding contract was cancelled, at their request, less than 2 weeks before their event. After notifying me of the cancellation, they immediately filed a chargeback claim with their bank. Once the bank was contacted, the timing of the refund was out of my control. A full refund was processed on 11/8/19.
After the holidays, I sent them a note letting them know I wished them the best. Their engagement session was included in their wedding package, and in the note, I included a photo from their engagement session as a gift, to let them know they were no hard feelings after their late cancellation.
They must have really loved the photo because they asked for the entire gallery. I let them know I would be more than happy to send over the full gallery if they wanted to purchase an engagement session, since a full refund had already been processed.
When they learned they would have to purchase the photos, they responded with this review. I reached out again to see if there was anything I could do to make it right for them, but they did not reply. Still, I wish them only the best!
