  Christie was very responsible and professional throughout our pre-wedding photoshoot. From the first time I talked to her on the phone she was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. During the photoshoot she was very attentive to our needs and guided us smoothly through the process. Her photoshoot style is natural and angles are very nicely chosen. When we saw the pictures a week after the shoot we were extremely happy of the out some. I HIGHLY recommend hiring her for any important photoshoot. The quality of her photos are top of the line.

  Christie is truly a kind photographer. I am so glad she was our wedding photographer. She is creative, talented, and professional. Christie works HARD for her shots, very high quality photos- worth every penny.

  I planned a last minute civil ceremony over the holidays and was pretty confident there was no way I would find a photographer in less than 24 hours that I would be really excited about or even available on New Year's Day for that matter! I stumbled across an advertisement/promotion for Christie's work, took the chance and made the call, and miracously she responded during a time when most photographers probably would have loved to enjoy their holiday break/New Year activities. She let me know she was interested in the most accomodating way, was able adapt to my rather strange time request, and exuded nothing but respect and professionalism. we never met in person before my special day yet Christine was kind and easygoing amongst myself and my entire family. In the whirlwind of planning a ceremony kn 72 hours, I was so relieved I found a professional who was willing to capture a couple of hours, that I forgot to even worry about how the pics would turn out...and then they did...less than a week later....and oh my!!!!. I guess this is the part people are most.concerned about. So I will just say I feel like I won the lottery with Christine! the pictures were magical. She has a special spirit and I think she must capture it wherever she goes with her attention to detail and artful eye. Her quiet disposition and meek nature makes me wonder if she was quietly, yet magically, illustrating the story of those two hours in a manner we could not have dreamt until we received our photos. I felt like I had stepped back into a fairytale of that day. Christie is exceptional and her artistic storytelling through photos leave you drinking in then images and expectantly excited to turn the page. We are so grateful for you, Christie, and I hope we get to work with you again one day! Best wishes to you and all the lucky humans you may have the opportunity to photograph :)

  Christie Chen is professional and easy going. She gives us a lot of considerate suggestions for makeup, poses, and expression. Most of the pictures took by her are satisfied me. Thank you so much for making a beautiful memory on my big day!

  Christie is very professional. She did my wedding photos which happened on a boat named voyager. The boat was shaking. It might make people feel dizzy. But Christie kept taking photos which were all looked beautiful light, especially special details. Very lucky that we found Christie.

  My fiance and I chose to use Christie for our engagement photos and I'm so glad we did! We had such a great time working with her! She is punctual and professional. She gave us detailed instructions what to wear for photo session. She also made us both feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We just got the pictures back and we are both so impressed with her work! We posted some pics online, got tons of praise from our friends. We will definitely be using Christie again in the future and would absolutely recommend her to family & friends!

  We used Christie as wedding photographer at San Francisco City Hall, We got our wedding photos couple of weeks ago and they are amazing. every single picture was so beautiful and captured the moment perfectly.
  Christie was so professional . she was always on time and easy to communicate with. She did very sound preparation for every details we need to be aware of on the wedding day. she just won our trust before we met her in person.

  Christie did a great job at our wedding She's very personable and professional. She gave great suggestions on different aspects of photography (i.e. lighting, location, poses). She knew what she was doing and had the ability to communicate what it was she was trying to accomplish with each and every shot. She was also very open to other ideas and listened to whenever we had suggestions of our own. Overall, We enjoyed our time with Christie and will definitely seek her out for possible future shoots .

  we would highly recommend Christie Chen Photography. My husband and I used her as our engagement photographer after she was recommended to us by one of our friends.
  
  She was extremely friendly, professional, she had great ideas and fantastic photography skills and the engagement photos turned out awesome. we had our wedding back in China, we played the engagement photos as slideshow at our wedding, all the guests vowed at our photos
  
  The best thing about Christie was that she had our engagement photos to us within 7 days! we were really happy about this, and all the photos were available online for download.

  Christie is amazing, Her work is absolutely gorgeous and speaks for itself. But what makes her amazing is that she is just as sweet, fun, friendly and professional as can be.
  We are very satisfied with the way she photographed us. The final images came out just stunning. Her work is worth much more than the price she asked for. We were so luck to find her. Highly recommended her to everybody!

  Christie is really great! We had our pre-wedding portrait with her. She is very professional and very friendly.
  Christie showed us a lot of amazing photos for references so that we can pick our favorite places. We also got a lot of helpful advice on dressing and other stuff. On the actual shooting day, She arrived much early than scheduled to get prepared. Our session was in Napa and SF, so we were always on tight schedule that day.
  After the shooting session, we got our photos pretty fast and they are stunningly beautiful!
  We really enjoyed the days we spent with Christie . She is awesome!
