Amazing selection of wedding dresses at affordable prices!
My budget was $1700 for a wedding dress and I found so many high-quality dresses that I loved within my budget at Christian Lane. I visited 3 other bridal shops before coming to Christian Lane and usually found nothing that I loved or the dresses I did like were $2500+ and out of my budget. My experience was completely different at Christain Lane! I actually found 3 or 4 dresses that I thought could be the one, which is a great problem to have after visiting multiple other stores and feeling like I was never going to find my dress. I ultimately said yes to the dress that same day at Christain Lane and I got that feeling that everyone says you are supposed to feel when you find your wedding dress! Also, we were offered champagne right away and the service was great! The owner had many great recommendations for dresses I should try on and was so knowledgeable! I also appreciated that they had some dresses in sizes 4 - 8 to try on and I was better able to envision what the dress would look like on me without all the clamps. I felt like one of the "Say Yes To The Dress" Brides.
The moment I showed up to my appointment the owner Bri asked me what I wanted, I told her I want change, "Something different, and I want it to change from ceremony to reception". Bri went straight for a new just in dress, we also pulled some that my family wanted me to try. The moment she zipped me into the first dress I wanted to cry, I felt beautiful. She knew what I needed, I tried the others but still had my heart set on the first one. She had so many ideas to add to the dress to make it different from ceremony to reception. I appreciate everything Bri did to make it the best experience ever. Amazing experience, amazing dress
I called and asked if Christian Lane had any availability. I had only been to David's Bridal, as my budget is pretty low. Within minutes notice, Bri fit me into her schedule. She let me try on SO many dresses and made me feel beautiful & sexy throughout the process. I found my dream dress which was WAY above my budget. I decided to leave and come back another time to get my dream dress out of my mind. Bri offered me the dress at such a low rate that it fit my budget. I still left but came back shortly after. Bri kept the rate, and I walked away with my dream dress. I did not expect such wonderful service and a great experience. Bri was bubbly and my hype-man throughout it all. We had the most amazing time shopping for my wedding gown at Christian Lane
The owner and staff and Christian Lane were on top of every single detail when I had my appointment. They helped me get in and out of the dresses I tried on and never left me waiting. I was nervous and excited to find my dress and they made it so fun and easy. The quality of the dresses are high quality and stunning! I highly recommend booking a dress appointment with Christian Lane! Beautiful space they had for pictures and accessories to go with the perfect dress on your big day!The owner and staff and Christian Lane were on top of every single detail when I had my appointment. I loved this salon. The salon itself was beautiful and comfortable to be at. It was the 1st and only bridal salon I looked for dresses at. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
They had a great selection of bridal gowns at all different price ranges. I was also able to walk in without an appointment and still received excellent service. I will be going back to order my bridesmaid dresses.

This bridal salon is definitely worth visiting! The customer service is superb. We felt so comfortable and were treated like guests at someone's home. The selection is great, the environment it clean and polished. It's a must visit if you're looking for your wedding dress!This bridal salon is definitely worth visiting! Extremely waste of time and poor customer service
I reached out to Christian Lane bridal via mail to book an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on and purchase dresses. I’ve should’ve known from the response that I should not book here. They may have misunderstood that I was just looking for bridesmaids dresses, because she said we should focus on my dress first, and then on theirs, and that during the week would be better for bridesmaids shopping because it’s a pretty small space. 2/4 were coming from another country and had to change schedules around in order to attend the appointment. So they booked us for a later time in the evening.
When we got there, it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, there were quite a few brides there also trying on dresses, and I thought, why would they book all these people at once? She’s asked if we had an appointment, I said yes we are here to look at bridesmaids dresses, (she didn’t seem to impressed) she then pointed us to two small racks and went to get some swatches. She was gone for a good 20 mins. She then returned and said if you are going to try any on you’ll have to use the bathrooms, since they have no dressing rooms available. (Again why would they book us if they didn’t have room. I did let them know how many people were going to be there). She kept disappearing, she was no help. There was a poor selection of dresses and sizes.
The other customers were getting upset with us because the bathrooms are being used as dressing rooms when they needed to use it. My bridesmaids were very polite, and tried to free up the bathrooms when needed. They never once suggested any dress styles or color choices, we felt like we were more of an inconvenience to them than customers. I would understand if this was a walk in establishment, but we had booked an appointment.
This was my first experience in a bridal store and thought they would treat you with way more respect and professionalism and of course be more helpful. I would never recommend this place to anyone, which is sad because there are not many bridal stores in this area.
What a complete waste of time and I felt horrible that some of the girls came all this way for poor service and no dresses! We are just going to order the dresses online, we don’t want to go through this again!

Felt like I was at kmart but it was worst
OMG what a horrible experience and total waste of my time. Dark, small, horrible customer service. Asked as soon as I walk in what price. I answered up To 2000. After that no help in picking out growns, adjusting the fit, spreading the skirt out. Nothing. One mirrored and they want 4 brides to share it. This is not a quality place but quantity. Just like Fast food. As we got ready to leave, then they interact with you... With pressure sales. If you buy today 150 off as our prices go up in June. Of course 150 makes it the sale price as online..... We came from Bella Rose which was an incredible experience but this almost ruin the day for my daughter. I am also a sewer and checked the alterations on some of the brides dresses. Not straight lines and a pucker or two.OMG what a horrible experience and total waste of my time. If there was a 0/10 button or a negative number that I could insert to describe my experience I would. Do not shop at this establishment and buy your wedding dress here. I am the maid of honor for my best friend and she bought a wedding dress here. My friend has a petite figure so she needed to get this dress tailored. Bri, the owner of the store, was like, "Oh you need to get your dress tailored here! Our seamstress is the best in the area! She's amazing, she will tailor your dress perfectly!"
Oh, but she did not do that, no ma'am! She completely f*cked up the dress. My friend had to arrive a few minutes late to her dress fitting due to traffic and by the time she arrived, the seamstress had already left. The owner looked at her, smirked, shrugged her shoulders and said, "She left for the day." My friend tried on the dress and the seamstress completely ruined the back of the dress, the back was crooked, the straps were falling off her shoulders, and the owner had nothing to say except the seamstress left and wasn't coming back to fix the mess that she made. I could eat alphabet soup and sh*t out a better response than the one she gave my friend. Now my best friend is clearly upset, her dress doesn't fit, her wedding is a month away, and she drove 18+ round trip to get this dress fitted and a trash bag with a belt would fit better than the dress that she tried on.
She goes to pay and the owner charges her $300 for ALTERATIONS! Yeah she altered the dress, alright, but not the right way! Doesn't give her a discount, the dress isn't done, it hasn't been cleaned or steamed, NOTHING! And has the audacity to ask for $300 and when my friend asked for the contact information for the seamstress, she wouldn't give it! When my friend asked her if she could reach out to the seamstress to fix this, she REFUSED! She said, "My hands are tied." Girl, I don't see no rope around your hands, she's straight covering her own ass and throwing the seamstress under the bus.
Thank the Lord my friend had an old neighbor who is a seamstress and fixed the dress for little to no cost. She had to take apart THE WHOLE DRESS and put it back together to fix the dumpster fire that dress was.
Do not trust Bri, do not hire that nightmare of a seamstress to tailor your dress unless you want to walk down the aisle wearing a potato sack because I can guarantee that potato sack would look better than your f*cked up dress. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Avoid it like the plague. Run away from this store like you just saw your ex. I want you to haul ass out of that store so fast Bri can't even finish saying the words "wedding dress" before you're gone. If I could give Christian Lane Bridal no stars I would. I had nothing but issues throughout my whole wedding planning process. They forgot to order lace for cap sleeves for my dress despite me telling them multiple times to go ahead and do it and how much I wanted them and when the mistake was realized, it was too late to get the lace in. They ordered a veil even though I called them and asked them to wait until I came back for a bridesmaid measuring to look at other veils because I was unsure. I had called them on a Thursday and the veil was not ordered yet and the bridesmaids measuring was the following Sunday (so just a few days). I had found out they had ordered the veil after asking to see other veils when I showed up for my bridesmaids measuring. They insisted I keep that veil because they thought I was a "sparkle girl", dismissing my uncertainty and failing to show me anymore veils. They failed to call me or my bridesmaids when the dresses came in, forgot to mail one of my out of town bridesmaid's her dress and had it for a whole month before my bridesmaid called to ask where it was. Another bridesmaid's dress was dirty when she received it. And another bridesmaid's dress was too small after she told them to order one size and they ordered her a smaller one instead. They failed to let me know their seamstress was gone, after telling me when I bought my dress she would be available for alterations. They failed to give my father his father of the bride discount that I had discussed in person with them, instead stating I told them to give the groomsmen the 10% discount instead (I never spoke to them about it and did not know that was even an option, however even if I had known I would have still wanted my father to have his tux discounted ). The tuxes who were suppose to be Calvin Klein were poor quality, with buttons on three of the tuxes falling off within a few minutes of being put on.
