Fantastic band!

DC Fusion and its management were wonderful to work with from the jump, and they delivered an amazing performance at our wedding reception. The band has a huge list of available songs from all different genres, and was flexible to add requests as well. They came prepared and coordinated perfectly with our venue and other vendors. These guys are pros!

"Chris Grasso Music" arranged for DC Fusion band and Anthem Trio-- all were excellent!!

Chris Grasso did a wonderful job booking all the musicians for our daughter's wedding. He arranged for the band DC Fusion to play at the wedding reception, and Chris also booked "Anthem Trio" to play for the wedding ceremony. All of them were terrific!

All our guests absolutely loved the band, DC Fusion. The band did a fantastic job and kept the dance floor hopping all evening long. They had so much energy-- and all the musicians were so talented! The soloists sang beautifully and all the instrumentalists were superb! The sax player and guitar player from the DC Fusion band performed for the cocktail hour and they sounded fabulous.

We also loved having the Anthem Trio play for the wedding ceremony. Anthem trio is a trio of violin, cello and hammered dulcimer-- and they can play a broad range of music from popular standards to Celtic music. We called Chris Grasso looking for a violin player to perform during the ceremony and he offered us a choice of musicians: violin, violin and cello, or all 3 (violin, cello and hammered dulcimer). We were delighted to have all 3 play for the ceremony---
and they played beautifully.

Chris Grasso was very professional, very organized, and so easy to work with. He was always very quick to respond, as we made changes and added more musicians to the contract. We highly recommend contacting Chris Grasso to arrange the music for your wedding or other event--- and we highly recommend DC Fusion band and Anthem trio! They were so talented and flexible and fun to have at the wedding.

Such a vibe!

I went back and forth on a wedding band for what seemed like months because the music was so important to my husband and I. We didn't know if we wanted high-energy dance band or hipster folky rock. Chris was patient and understanding during that process and always answered my questions promptly, even when I was on the fence. When we eventually did go with DC FUSION - it was such a big decision that I was still nervous about it. But Chris has such a calm demeanor, even over email, that he made me feel at ease and confirmed with each interaction that I had picked the right band for our wedding. On the day - we got to see it in action. DC FUSION is indeed a high-energy dance band - but they have tons of range. Our first dance was to a swing-like number - that they absolutely killed. Our guests raved about how tight their sound was. and a week later many are still telling me their feet hurt from dancing so much. We also used them for our cocktail hour and ceremony music. I provided sheet music for the ceremony and the keyboardist was able to accommodate us even though it was an odd request. If you're looking for a wedding band that will keep the dance floor full, adaptable, and has a wide range - look no further than DC FUSION.

Great Band Great Manager

We had a great experience with Chris Grasso Music for our wedding. Chris Grasso was very responsive and accommodating during the planning process.
All of the musicians were excellent. Eric Waters played the guitar beautifully for our ceremony. DC Fusion preformed for the reception and absolutely killed it, could not have asked for a better wedding band.
Overall our experience with Chris Grasso music was exceptional and we would highly recommend them for your wedding!

A Truly Professional Musical Group

From the moment we found DC Fusion's amazing demo tape on-line, Chris Grasso has been instrumental in helping us plan our daughter's wedding reception. He responded quickly and clearly to every email and phone call, provided helpful advice on event timing and playlists, and was incredibly accommodating and patient as we worked to re-schedule the date and location of the reception during the pandemic. In the end, we cancelled the reception due to COVID concerns, but Chris refunded our entire deposit. His was the only company among all our vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, videographer, florist, etc.) to refund our deposit. We hope to re-book DC Fusion for another event in the future. In the meantime, we wish Chris, his incredible musicians, and his company all the best.

DC Fusion provided the entertainment of the century at our wedding in January, and we were absolutely blown away. As a bride and groom, you're stretched pretty thin on your wedding day. As we paraded paraded through the hall of our venue attempting to greet all of our guests, we kept asking how things were going in the main ballroom. Every guest said "the dance floor is full and the band is amazing," which we expected them to say since we really liked what we saw from DC Fusion online. However, when we finally made it back into the ballroom and saw for ourselves what the band was doing on the dance floor, we were FLOORED. The floor was packed, the sax player was rocking out in the crowd, people were jumping and screaming... It was beyond words. DC Fusion played their heart and soul out and 100% made our wedding memorable for us and our guests. Amazing musical talent, all great musicians and vocalists. Fantastic mix of songs (including the two they learned for our first dance and parent dance) and really read the room perfectly. From the moment they played our first dance, to the final rendition of "Shout" to close us out, we were amazed by DC Fusion and highly recommend them as THE wedding band of DC. If you're reading this trying to pick a group to play your wedding, stop your search right now. DC Fusion is the only way to go.

Loved DC Fusion!

DC Fusion was such an amazing wedding band. I booked them for our July 13, 2019 wedding after only hearing their song samplings online, and I am so so happy we went with them. They are so talented! All their songs were wonderful, and their rendition of our first dance song (which they learned for the occasion) was perfect. Our guests loved them and kept telling us how great the band was—especially when the saxophonist came out on the dance floor! Everyone was dancing all night long. All communication with the band before the wedding was so helpful too. As one example, we didn’t want our first dance to last for the entire song so they suggested what was a natural break in the song so it would be about one minute and provided an MP3 file editing the song accordingly. They also made suggestions to our timeline that made everything flow much better than I had originally planned. I cannot recommend DC Fusion enough, we loved them so much!!

Chris Grasso and DC Fusion

Chris Grasso was just terrific to work with! All along the way he was helpful, flexible and professional. With excellent attention to detail, he guided us to a perfect wedding party. DC Fusion was such a fantastic band. They had everyone on the dance floor the entire night with a wide selection of songs to suit all tastes. Their sound was strong from beginning to end. Killer dance band; accomplished, professional and worth every penny.

After playing countless club gigs myself, and having heard scores of club / wedding bands, I have to say, these folks are among the very best of them. As tight, versatile and accomplished as you'll find, professional in every sense, and just a killer combination of musicians and singers. Every one of our guests said they were the best dance band they'd ever heard. Made our night!!

The band was hands-down the best decision we made about our wedding. Everyone loved it from our little flower girls all the way up to the grandmas! They played a great variety of tunes and kept people on the dance floor all night. People are still talking about how fun the band was! Chris was professional and very responsive to all our requests. It was a pleasure working with him! Everything was easy to coordinate and he gave us peace of mind about how the day would go. With so many things to worry about, he made it easy to check something off the list. I recommend them to everyone! They really made our day extra special!

Dc fusion is amazing!

My brother used Chris Grasso Music and after all of our family and friends raved about them my now husband and I did not want to use anyone else. DC Fusion lived up to all of our expectations, and made our day extra special. They are so talented and even performed our First Dance Song, which we will remember forever.
We highly recommend them to anyone who wants a band that can get a crowd going, and would chose them again!!

Highly Recommend - Incredible Band

DC Fusion was an awesome wedding band from start to finish. Their manager Chris Grasso was incredibly responsive through the entire planning process and worked with us to make sure we had the experience we wanted on our wedding day. They learned the songs we wanted them to for our wedding day, they were totally open and amenable to our song list requests, and they sounded incredible on the wedding day!

They were flexible with the size of the band, and went with a slightly smaller lineup because we had a relatively small dance floor area. They had great energy, kept our dance floor packed all night! We were totally pleased with our choice in wedding band and would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Dear DC Fusion, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You did exactly what we wanted: You kept the dance floor packed and our wedding rocking all night. DC Fusion has a reputation for being able to read a crowd and they lived up to that reputation. In addition, DC Fusion granted our every wish, including our very detailed requests when it came to our: Hora, father/daughter dance, first dance, parental tribute dance, introduction as husband and wife, and opening set. When the saxophonist jumped down to the dance floor to do his thing, our friends and family went wild. DC Fusion never had to resort to encouraging or directing people verbally; their musical direction did it all. DC Fusion accommodated us by playing for our pre-ceremony cocktail hour as well, even though it required them to do some logistical juggling of the instruments that would be used again in a different location for the reception. Their classic jazz musical selections during the cocktail hour were perfect. Finally, communications with DC were easy and professional throughout. Their reached out to us more than a month before the wedding with a questionnaire designed to facilitate music planning, their song list, sample time-lines, and contact information. We spoke to both the band's manager and leader before the wedding and felt completely confident that our wishes were understood. We knew it at the time but now, six weeks after the wedding, we look at our photos and videos and are reminded again, of how great DC Fusion was. If you want your wedding dance floor to be continuously full of happy friends and family dancing their hearts out, go with DC Fusion. You'll be thrilled with the results.

The band was amazing! Our one regret from the wedding is that while socializing with all of the guests we did not get enough time to enjoy how great the live music was! We got so many compliments from all of our guests who had a great time! We had so much fun! They learned the song for our first dance and gave a great performance! We could not have asked for a better band! Chris was so responsive! We went through all of the details in advance and talked through our rain plan on the phone the day of the wedding. He was so accommodating in answering questions! It was clear they were very experienced! Having live music is more money than hiring a DJ but it was well worth it.

DC Fusion performed at our wedding and completely blew us out of the water! We requested 2 new songs not on their song list for our first dance and our "father/daughter mother/son" dance and they were both perfect! DC Fusion kept our guests on the dance floor all night with an amazing selection of songs. I highly recommend DC Fusion, they were instrumental in our perfect wedding night.

We are so glad we chose DC Fusion to perform at our wedding! Throughout the planning process, Chris was very responsive and professional! We loved every song the band played and our guests couldn't stop raving about the music- many guests said it was "the best band" they'd ever heard! Once the music started no one wanted it to stop- truly, when it came time for our reception to end no one wanted to leave because they were having such a great time on the dance floor. DC Fusion absolutely made our wedding!!! They were phenomenal! The music was amazing and the musicians truly kind and accommodating. They were able to read the crowd and really made the night special. They took into consideration our preferences and really delivered exactly what we asked for. The individual dances were wonderful. We had two musicians also play during our cocktail which was a nice touch. Working with Chris was easy; he's organized, helpful and very responsive. Booking DC Fusion was easily one of the best wedding vendor decisions we made. The entire band was terrific - everyone loved the music and people are still telling us how much fun they had on the dance floor! Benjie and the band went out of their way to incorporate a few special moments/tributes to key people, and the entire night was flawless.

Additionally, Chris was an awesome partner to work with throughout the planning process. Our venue presented us with a few unexpected challenges, and Chris was crucial to helping us navigate around them. He was incredibly patient with my many questions and concerns, and provided helpful guidance to ensure our entire night was seamless and tons of fun for everyone. Could not recommend them more highly!

Chris was so great to work with--helped us find just the right band for our wedding, with a great repertoire and fantastic groove. We hired DC Fusion--as someone who's been playing music for pay since the 1970s, I have to say they were absolutely amazing, rave reviews from all my guests, including many musicians and a few pros. If you want a dance party at your wedding then DC fusion is the way to go. From the first song to the end of the night, the dance floor was packed. So many people came up to us and told us wow... where did you manage to find that band- they were amazing. I was a little worried about going with a band because its somewhat of a wild card- but I should have not worried about all because they knocked it out of the park. It was very important to for me to have a wedding where everyone had a great time and DC fusion made that happen- I am so thankful they were part of my big day!!

Such a great band!!! I used the vocalist and keyboardist for my ceremony and the full band for my reception. They learned a few songs that were special to me and their existing song list is quite extensive. We had a long, 6 hour reception and they were amazing the entire time! I honestly don't know how they did it!

The saxophone player would come onto the dance floor on occasion and blew away the guests with his solos. The vocalists were amazing and the drummer has quite the voice too! The guitarist, keyboardist, saxophone player, and entire band- absolutely great. I had a number of guests ask me the name of the band too!

All my communication was with Chris Grasso (the manager?) and he was super responsive and accommodating.

My sister did a surprise toast that involved music and she said her communication with the band in setting up the surprise was perfect too.

Nothing to complain about! Definitely recommend!

Chris was an absolute pleasure with whom to do business. He was very responsive. Had great suggestions. Provided us just the right music for our event, moreover on very short notice. The jazz trio who played for the birthday event were very nice, professional, excellent musicians and fit our crowd so well. The guests, the birthday boy and the hostess were all extremely pleased with the event!!

DC Fusion were top-notch and really made our reception great! We listened to tons of other bands and we're so happy that we went with them. Both Benji and the female vocalist (whose name I don't know) were SO good! They were really great about interacting with the crowd and keeping the party going. We also loved the saxophone player and all the other musicians.

Chris Grasso was our main contact and was very professional throughout the whole process. He always responded promptly and kept up with us on all deadlines. He is very good at his job!

We've worked with Chris and the other artists he reps for two of our past three holiday events, and the experience has been consistently great. This year, I called just a week out, and Chris was exceptionally accommodating, worked to get me the vocalist and band I wanted. A last minute substitute on pianist for the quintet was clearly-communicated, and seamlessly executed. I'm always happy to recommend Chris.

DC Fusion was AMAZING! They really kept the party going at our wedding reception and everyone LOVED them. So many people came up to us after the reception saying what an awesome job they did. DC Fusion made our wedding reception absolutely amazing. People were dancing the entire night and we lost count of how many compliments we received on the band. They really blew the roof off the tent and everything went so smoothly--from the sound setup all the way to the end of the night. The female vocalist was not the same one as in the promo videos -- but she killed it. The sound guy even downloaded our entrance music, because we forgot to bring it. Chris, our go-between, was highly responsive from start to finish. My husband and I both grew up around and playing music, so the quality of the band was extremely important to us. We viewed two other bands before selecting DC Fusion -- so happy we kept digging until we struck gold!

Our guests can't stop raving about the music ! Selecting DC Fusion and working with Kevin Oliveria again created such enthusiasm for our guests! Thank you so much , Benji was a true professional business man making sure to accommodate all my wishes. Excellent vocals , the two were outstanding . Unbelievable brass section, the sax player coming onto the dance floor was over the top! Imagine over 125 people dancing at any one time.
Those that didn't dance , didn't because they don't know how but they boogied in there seats . WOW!
Hosting a breakfast now for all the stay over guest and they are still pumped up. Congrats to you on putting together such a awesome group of 1st class musicians.

DC Fusion was recommended to me by Chris Grasso and it was VERY GOOD ADVICE! The band is super classy and they have a very good updated uptempo sound, as well as what I was after, which was the classics, from The Duke to Ol'Blue Eyes to Sarah Vaughn to Ella to Bossanova w/ a touch of Samba, some Motown (they do great justice to the Tempations!) & the finale was Landslide, Fleetwood Mac version (it was a 60th birthday after all!!) On Chris's suggestion we opted for extra jazz vocalist and were very happy that we did! Super performance!! There is nothing like LIVE MUSIC!! Thank you for helping make the evening very special! GA

Hiring DC Fusion was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Chris Grasso was consistently prompt, responsive and incredibly helpful in answering all of our (many) questions and addressing any concerns from the first time we inquired about the band through the day of event (ranging from whether the band could adjust their volume in our small venue to when and how long the band breaks should be). This was important since we planned the entire event ourselves and had a special performance from the MOH -- the band was very willing to learn a new song, practice with her just before the event, and accompany her. The band was phenomenal. Our guests danced the entire night away and continue to rave about them still today. They were also affordable with options to expand or decrease band size based on preference/needs. I'd give infinite stars if I could (talent, value for money, experience, Chris/DC Fusion has it all). Thanks Chris and DC Fusion for making our day incredible.

One more note (no pun intended), after we hired DC Fusion, Chris provided us with several options for ceremony music. Ultimately, we hired Chelle with Music by Anthem to play violin. We really liked working with Chelle to put together an appropriate musical set for our wedding ceremony. Chelle was versatile, responsive, and had helpful ideas. She was the perfect touch to our simple, but personalized ceremony. Thank you, Chelle, for being a very special part of our wedding day.

I always say the band (or dj) makes the party and for our wedding, Amaretto was perfect. The dance floor was full the entire time and the band picked just the right songs for our crowd. Everyone had a great time! Could not have been happier with the band. Also, the band director, David Fletcher, was pleasant to work with and very responsive to our requests/questions. We asked the band to learn two new songs and they performed those songs flawlessly. We highly recommend Amaretto.

Chris was very easy to work with and DC Fusion was fantastic. I had tons of compliments from my very tired guests! It was an amazing night!

Also, I did a lot of preliminary research on wedding bands. I wanted a quality band at a great price. Seriously look no further. You don't need to spend upwards of 8k on a band. DC Fusion is the way to go!

We had DC Fusion for our wedding at the Willard in Sept 2012. The Band MADE our evening the best wedding ever! We jsut got our wedding video...and confirms even more that this band was the reason our wedding was such a fun time! Literally...from the moment they started playing ...i think our dancefloor was never empty. There was even a poitn in the night when the sax player came out on the dancefloor and started playign! it was awesome. In addition, for our first dance...they learned how to play a song that was not on their list...and made it sound perfect. I can't thank you enough.
We (and all our guests) had a blast! They are definitely worth the money (and honestly, probably more!)

If I could give 10 stars, I would. DC Fusion was AMAZING. They are incredibly talented and kept the energy of our wedding high from the start. They have a huge list they can play from, and let you add 2 or 3 new songs for them to learn for things like first dance or father/daughter dance.

At one point I looked around about half way through the reception and everyone was on the dance floor. They interacted with the crowd, and kept everyone on their feet -- even wading into the dance floor to sing from the middle of it! So many of our guests told us they were the best band they'd ever heard at a wedding, and have asked for their name to recommend to friends.

They were also a dream to work with. Very easy, and hasslefree. I can't say enough good things about this band!

I cannot say enough good things about DC Fusion. They provided the music for our reception, and they seriously made the entire evening. Not only were they extremely professional, they are RIDICULOUSLY talented. They worked with us on creating a set list that would appeal to all of our guests, and played the best collection of songs, from motown to current hits. We have not stopped receiving calls and emails from our guests about the band, and everyone said it was the first wedding they attended where literally everyone stayed on the dance floor the entire time. We had the pleasure of having DC Fusion play at our wedding in Hallam, PA in November, and we couldn't have been happier with the band! They traveled from Maryland and played for our five hour reception, taking only about a total of an hour-long break the entire time. The group had everyone who was able to be on their feet dancing - on the dance floor the entire evening! I don't think I left the dance floor for more than 5 minutes! Their musical repetoire was huge - including songs from the 40s - today's pop hits...and they played everything that evening, just as we had requested. Each of the band members, including the singers, were so talented and energized throughout the evening. Our guests, from all over the country and the world were asking if DC Fusion would travel near and far to play at a private party or corporate event - they were truly top notch! Chris, the band's manager, and Benjie Porecki, the band's leader were also fabulous to work with as we neared the wedding date. No request was to big for them. They were organized and extremely helpful, as well as professional. I would work with Chris and DC Fusion again in a heartbeat!

Amaretto MADE my wedding! From the moment they began, my guests were on the floor dancing away! Even 6 months later I still have guests telling me it was the best wedding they have ever been to (music to my ears!). It is absolutely true that if you want your wedding to be spectacular, Amaretto is the way to go. Chris was so responsive to my emails, my head spun. The band played beautiful background music during dinner (at which point some of my older guests got up to dance) and then kicked it up into high gear for the rest of the night. There was not a single guest that didn't make it out onto the dance floor and the smiles on their faces will live in my memory forever. Although they are more expensive than a DJ, the experience you and your guests will have is absolutely worth it. In a nutshell, if you want a wedding that will go down in the history books as the best wedding ever, hire Amaretto.

Amaretto is AMAZING! They played at our wedding in October and they were the hit of the party! From the first song to the last they were perfect and full of energy. Our guests did not leave the dance floor all night! The playlist was terrific, a mix of everything, it was just right. The band is professional, on time, interactive and they make the bride and groom feel so special! For weeks following our wedding day we had texts and emails from our guests asking about the band and how we found them. I was new to the area and I booked my wedding in Tyson's Corner. I wanted to have a band so I searched online and wedding expos. I was lucky enough to run across DC Fushion. I've never seen a band as good as this one. I wasn't able to sit down at all the whole time of my wedding because all I wanted to do was dance. All of my guest were dancing and praising how great the band was. I am looking for another event to plan so I can have them there. Book them now because I see this band going placing in the future. Every guest at our wedding who commented on the music said that Amaretto was the best wedding band that they had ever seen. We couldn't agree more, and suffice it to say that we have been to our fair share of weddings. As we had hoped would be the case, Amaretto had everyone up and on the dance floor from start to finish, with an incredible range and remarkable judgment as to what would keep the party going. They nailed the songs we asked them to learn for us (with very little lead time) and were extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire planning process. We wouldn't change a single thing about our experience with Amaretto.

We know that hiring a big band to play at your wedding is a sizeable investment, but hiring Amaretto is an investment that you most certainly will not regret. Thank you, Chris Grasso and the entire band, for giving us a fantastic evening of music that we will never forget.

We had Amaretto play at our wedding and they were fabulous! Chris Grasso Music, LLC and Amaretto were easy to work with and communicated effectively before the wedding. The musicians were very professional, energetic and talented. Amaretto has an expansive play list which we enjoyed and they were willing to learn a few new songs upon request. They are by far the best wedding band I have ever heard or worked with and those comments were echoed by all of our 200 guests!! We highly recommend Chris Grasso and Amaretto. (Chris also arranged for a string trio for the ceremony (Anthem), who were superb.) From beginning to end, Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with -- attentive, well-organized, accommodating, and thoughtful; he answered all of our (many) questions promptly and thoroughly and made the entire process painless. He is a true professional, and a warm and kind person.

Amaretto was fabulous. They had our guests dancing all night long! They performed just the right mix of music, and our guests (from all over the US) commented that Amaretto was the best wedding band they had seen. They were very accommodating with respect to the songs we wanted played, as well adding a song that was not on their playlist. Our only regret was that we couldn't continue the music and dancing at the the night's end! We would hire Amaretto again without hesitation.

We hired Amaretto (9 piece) as our reception band and had the sound engineer stay an extra hour to play music from our ipod. Amaretto far surpassed our expectations, do not hesitate to hire them as your wedding band, you will not be disappointed! They not only sounded great, but they spent the time to get to know us as a couple so that the music played was a reflection of us! It was also super important to us that the music played would engage guests of all ages, and they were so fabulous that our dance floor was filled the entire night! They are the best in DC.

We had DC Fusion for our wedding in early January and we LOVED them. We added 4 pieces to the band because we had a large wedding in a large room, so we wanted to make sure the sound was powerful enough. They were absolutely amazing, they kept everyone dancing the whole night, and they really worked the room well. From the first song until the last, they were unbelievable and totally professional.

We are extremely picky about our music and spent countless hours looking for the right band. We took a chance on DC Fusion and were not disappointed. They were even able to learn 4 songs that we requested and played them perfectly.

One curveball was that the lead male vocalist got the flu the week before our wedding and needed to be replaced. I was extremely nervous about this switch, but the minute I heard the new singer at our first dance, I knew I had nothing to worry about. He was incredible and got the crowd into it all night long.

We got compliments all night long on the band, and the dance floor was packed from the beginning until literally the last note was played. People are still telling us how awesome the band was and, in my opinion, they really made the party.

Lastly, Chris Grasso was a real pleasure to work with. He responded to all of my emails right away and was always professional. He was flexible and really listened to what we wanted.

Overall, I would highly recommend DC Fusion to anyone who wants a great band that will get everyone partying all night.

We had DC Fusion perform for our ceremony and reception. They performed 3 songs for the ceremony acompanied by acoustic guitar and sax. All I can say is that it was amazing. I am dying to get my wedding video back so I can hear it again. Their playlist and energy really made the reception a blast. During the cocktail hour, the music was at the appropriate level for conversation and sounded great. Once the dancing started, the bands energy and enthusiasm got people on the floor right away! None of our guests wanted to get off the dance floor as each song was better than the next. The band accomodated our request tha they learn three songs, and kept those from our "do not play" list off the set list. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The band was a huge part of our wedding being as elegant and wonderful as it was.

Amaretto played at my wife and I's wedding this past weekend in Pennsylvania and they were nothing short of amazing. We cannot begin to describe how fantastic DC Fusion was at our wedding on 9/4/11 at the Hotel Monaco. For us, the band and music set the mood of the party, and DC Fusion could not have done a better job at immediately letting everyone know that this was a PARTY! Everyone, from ages 11 to 70, were out of their seats for every dance song that was played. If I could put pictures on here, you would see that I am not exaggerating when I say that several times throughout the night, every chair was empty. Even the music played while we eating was great. No one wanted this party to end, and are happy to give DC Fusion credit for that. I had no less than 30 people come up to me the next day to tell us how great DC Fusion was and ask about how we found them and to tell us that we have set the bar for all of our friends' future weddings.

In addition to the fantastic energy that DC Fusion brought to our reception, I also want to compliment Chris Grasso and Benjie for being so responsive and willing to work with us to ensure that everything went as well as it did.

I wish I had a better vocabulary to give DC Fusion an even more raving review. Thanks again DC Fusion for making our wedding a night to remember!!

Amaretto performed at our wedding reception on the Eastern Shore on June 25th and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My husband is a musician and generally really critical of other performers, but he was on the dance floor all night and can't stop singing their praises. Quotes such as "best wedding band I've ever heard" have been uttered by many guests -- including by our professional photographer who's been to who knows how many weddings in her career. The dance floor was packed from the first dance to the last. The vocalists and musicians were nothing short of perfection. At one point, the trumpet player was even on the dance floor with us, jamming away.

From our first interaction with the band manager, Chris, we were greeted with professionalism, quick responses and flexibility. The band was able to meet our song requests and adapt them perfectly. Really, we couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a band for their wedding. You will not regret your decision.

The talent of the musicians was truly remarkable and the dancefloor was one of the highlights of our night. We cannot thank Chris and crew enough for all they did to exceed our wildest expectations.

Loved Dc fusion!!!!! They MADE our wedding! We asked them to learn two songs for us, and they did so perfectly. When wedid our first dance to Alicia Keys If i aint got you, I thought the lead singer was just as good as alicia ;-) I cant thank them enought for making our event so wonderful

I can't say enough good things about Chris Grasso and the band, Amaretto. From the beginning, Chris was responsive and professional. He worked with my budget and gave us a great 7 piece band. His pre-event form was very thorough and he followed every single request to the letter. He also let me make my own CD for him to play the exact songs that I wanted during the band's break. the band itself was phenomenal. Every song was right on - for parents and younger generations, everyone was pleased and dancing like crazy. the vocalists and musicians really look like they're having fun up on stage and that makes for such a fun party. The mix of music was absolutely perfect. My dad was so pleased with their performance which really made me happy since I know the music was so important to him and because he paid for it. I missed my own photo booth and my own desert bar b/c i never left the dance floor - but i have no regrets! At brunch the next morning, everyone was talking about the band. Amaretto set the tone for the night and they did a PERFECT job. we had a phenomenal party and all the credit goes to amaretto. If you want a crowd pleaser for a broad audience, if you want a reliable band leader, a class act, and if you're ready to be sore from dancing the day after your wedding, you must hire Amaretto!

Amaretto absolutely rocked our wedding! Chris was great to work with and the band was able to learn our first dance (Virginia Moon by the Foo Fighters), which was great. We were thrilled to hear that the band liked the song so much that they would be adding it to their songlist.

Our guests were coming up to us all night saying how amazing the band was. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you so much Chris and Amaretto!

We hired Amaretto to perform at our wedding December 4th 2010. These guys are outstanding!!! At any price Amaretto is unbelievably talented, fun, and flexible. Chris was so easy to work with before and during the event. Amaretto made our wedding the most fun night of my life. #1 they are professionals they sound and perform phenomenally. #2 They will work with you to make your event what you want it to be. After the 1st hour I approached Chris and asked for high energy and excitement, Amaretto came prepared. The horns started flaring, and all of my guests flew out of their seats an danced like maniacs the whole night. I have picture proof of non-dancing people going nuts, you know, the ones who always stay in their seat for all events. You owe it to yourselves to check out Amaretto. Only if you want the perfect band for your event.

We hired Amaretto for our wedding band through Chris Grasso and also used band members for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I cannot say enough good things about Amaretto! They had all 200+ people dancing the entire night at our wedding. We've been to at least 20 weddings, and we've never heard anyone halfway as good as them...and all of our guests said the same thing! They learned 3 very different songs for us, and dancing to each of those songs was such a highlight for us. Chris was amazing to work with, and we are already trying to think of another event to celebrate so we can hire Amaretto again! You can't go wrong with these guys....they MADE our wedding!

We did not provide the band a playlist, and it was not necessary! The band felt out the crowd and played be best, most appropriate music. They had all the guests up and dancing all night long - it was wonderful! The band members were very friendly and interactive... they even encouraged me (the bride) to come up for karaoke! They were a great group to work with. I'd love to hire them for other occasions, and I know some of our guests would too. I keep hearing comments from guests about how much the band rocked the house!

Amaretto was the #1 best choice I made in planning my wedding. I cannot say enough good things about them or recommend them more highly. They are true professionals. The band absolutely MADE the wedding. Dancing went all night, starting from the first song, through to the last. The only thing I would change would be to order a larger dance floor! They were easy to work with, made the day go smoothly, and are obviously wonderful musicians. They learned some special songs for us which went flawlessly. I would urge anyone looking for a wedding band to choose Amaretto. They are by far the best I have seen. Thanks again Chris and company!

DCFusion was a great choice for our reception band and really made our day! Chris Grasso was very responsive during the whole timeline leading up to the wedding and always promptly answered all our questions. We had so much fun dancing to DC Fusion, and many of our guests commented that they had never seen a dance floor so full of people from start to finish. DC Fusion was happy to learn a new song for our first dance, which really made our day. They made great song selections that had everyone singing and dancing along. Plus, they were better priced than other bands we considered. If you're looking for an upbeat, lively party, we wholeheartedly suggest DC Fusion.

Amaretto played at our Sept. 18 wedding and did a fantastic job! We were so impressed. Several of our guests remarked that they were by far the best wedding band they've seen. They really connected with the crowd and had a great mix of fast, slow, classic and new songs.

When we started planning our wedding my fiance and I agreed that having a great band was very important. We're so glad that we chose Amaretto. We had the full horn section too which was a lot of fun. The players actually came off the stage and surrounded the dance floor which was so neat!

We highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for lively, sophisticated and energetic entertainment for their special event.

Amaretto:
These guys were GREAT!
We crashed a wedding to see them in action and they had a stiff wedding up and moving like crazy. Literally, some gramma was doing a turtle spin when we left.
We knew right then that if they could get the geezers here shaking booties, they would have NO problem with our younger, more party oriented crowd.
Chris & the crew were very responsive, had a great list of tracks to play, learned a song for our first dance and we feel like they were worth every penny.
The singers made Aretha Franklin roll over in her grave from awesomeness and the crowd interaction was great. Not too much, but enough to get everyone into the spirit and having a great time. 6 weeks after the wedding, I'm still getting over a severely sprained Dancing Toe.
I would highly recommend Amaretto for any wedding...unless you don't like fun or good music. Then you can bring your iPod and put on your Moby playlist.

Chris is awesome!!! He always responded to my mother and me very quickly (the same day if not within hours) and he accommodated my song requests that I submitted very close to the wedding even though they were supposed to be in 1 month before. I was very confused about the process for picking music for the wedding and Chris guided me through! The ceremony music was amazing and although I didn't get to hear the cocktail hour jazz trio my guests loved the music. As for the reception and Amaretto, they were a truly incredible band! People were dancing ALL night and the music was awesome! The band was interacting with the guests and the guests couldn't get enough of them! I loved every single song they played and they have a wide selection of songs available. My mom and dad love Chris so much they even attended an event on New Years that Chris was playing music at. After they heard him play they got me very excited for the wedding! Chris Grasso and Amaretto are awesome and I would definitely book directly through him again! For anyone unsure of whether to have a band or a DJ, nothing compares to a band! The live energy makes the evening special and gets guests excited to dance. It is also much more personal than having a DJ play recorded songs.

Ok, brides! This is it! Amaretto did it all! Big band, swing and soft nice stuff during dinner. (Grandma swooned to the tunes she used to dance to but couldn't now.)
Then, bring it on! The music popped the party open! EVERYONE danced...to the end...and thats what we wanted for our big day. When the lights came up, people were still on the dance floor, sad that it really was the Last Dance.

We had a wonderful experience having Amaretto perform at our wedding reception. Chris Grasso was pleasant to work with, and easy to reach throughout the whole process leading up to the wedding. The jazz trio played during our cocktail hour, and then the whole band played for dinner and dancing afterward. Their set list has a great variety of music, which meant there was something for our guests from all age groups to enjoy. We received numerous compliments from both our guests and the location staff about how great Amaretto was. We would highly recommend them!

Here’s the hard truth: If you DON’T hire Chris Grasso’s band for your reception and you later go to another wedding that DOES include this band, their reception will blow yours away, period. If you’re okay with that, so be it. But you were warned.

My wife and I had a budget for our wedding but one thing we both wanted to have was a band rather than a DJ. We had to pay more money for this but there is absolutely no question it was well worth it, even with our budget. Chris Grasso's band is so good that they should probably charge double or triple what they do. After having seen them perform, I actually feel that the price they charge is insulting… to themselves! You're not dealing with your average band that plays mediocre to decent music that no one will remember a couple months later. You are dealing with exceptional talent, experience and true music gurus, here. People will be talking about Chris Grasso's band from our wedding many years from now.

If a couple has the opportunity, they would be extremely foolish not to hire Chris Grasso's band for their wedding reception. I would say that most of our guests had more fun at our wedding than any other wedding they have been to, and it is mainly due to this band. I can't explain how much they added to this event and if you've seen them perform at a reception, you'll know what I'm talking about. The crowd also has a lot to do with the success of a reception but you simply cannot find another band as good as this one if you want maximum entertainment. I cannot state enough how good of a decision it was for us to hire Chris Grasso. And in hindsight, if we had an even tighter budget that would have constrained our expenses even more, I would have cut people from the invite list in order to still hire this band. (If it’s a choice between having more guests or hiring this band, sorry, but I’ll send my regrets to all those who don’t make the invite list.)

For those who will rule out this band or who favor recorded music with a DJ, they'll most likely have a decent reception regardless. And fortunately for them, they'll probably have no idea how much better their day would have been had they hired Chris Grasso. I’ve been to many prior weddings with DJs or other bands and had a decent time at most of them. But after having Chris Grasso’s band at our reception, all the prior receptions I’ve been to seem like “second-class” events. And after having Chris Grasso’s band at our reception, future weddings we go to will undoubtedly be disappointments. If a couple goes with another option and later has the privilege of seeing this band at another venue, they will be kicking themselves with severe regret about not hiring Chris Grasso for their own reception.

So my recommendation is twofold: 1) HIRE THIS BAND; and 2) If you ignore this and don't hire Chris Grasso, be sure to save yourself some severe regret and don't go to another venue that has this band. If you don't hire this band and later see them somewhere else, you'll certainly be sorry for your decision.

Chris Grasso provides the best service you could ever hope to get from a special event vendor. He is lightning fast at communicating with his clients (even arranging my contract somewhere en route between Iceland and Norway!) and very flexible to make sure he is providing exactly what the client wants. I had a ceremony duo of violin and cello, a jazz trio, and a 10 person band for the reception. All of his band members and affiliated ceremony musicians are at the highest level of talent. Even my guest who is a high-level NYC music producer said that the band was one of the best he had heard. Multiple people asked me if I had specified a playlist because they thought the music choices were so perfect, but I had only specified about 4 songs for the first dances and parent dances! Plus, I was especially impressed because I had asked Chris to place the band in an unusual spot in the venue. It was a little cramped with a marble floor and walls that made the acoustics particularly tricky. You never would have known! The volume was perfect and you could hear every instrument clearly. And he took on the challenge without any hesitation or reservation. Just told me it was fine and not to worry about it! I would hire Chris again in an instant to provide music for any sort of event with full confidence that I would get exactly the perfect service for my needs.

Chris Grasso (piano), his two bandmates, and the incomparable Sharon Clark (think Sarah Vaughn but with her own distinctive style) set the perfect tone for an elegant, sophisticated but intimate day. Classic jazz standards done beautifully. Chris is a sweetheart and was responsive to our every request. We could not have had a more perfect band.

Chris Grasso and the Nicki Gonzalez Band were perfect for our wedding. They were very easy to work with and the band itself was excellent. As the bride is Brazilian, we were looking for a lot of classic bossa nova songs, and they didn't disappoint! We would definitely recommend them to other couples.

We were honored when Amaretto agreed to play at our wedding at the Westin BWI on Oct. 17, 2009. Chris and the rest of the band could not have been any more professional, consistently responsive to phone calls and emails, extremely flexible (they incorporated a Polish family DJ into their routine, which was more than impressive in itself). When we couldn't decide on a wedding song from their already long list across genres, they learned "Feels Like Home" by Chantal Kreviazuk (one of the Notebook themes) for us personally for our first dance, along with Pitbull's "I know you want me" and Black Eyed Peas "I got a feelin'" for closings. While more costly than other vendors we considered, their immeasurable talent is priceless. Their performance was just as timeless as the smile on my wife's face. I recommend their services wholeheartedly and can't wait to see them perform again!

Chris Grasso and Ameretto were incredible. They played every special request, were flexible and professional. The band seemed a little tired to me at times but I learned that they had been up literally all night the night before trying to get to DC for our wedding. A freak snowstorm had turned normally a 3.5 hour trip into an 8-hour trip, so I just appreciate that they made all the effort to get there at all. The coordinator, Chris, was ALWAYS responsive to my emails within the same day they were written and he always accommodated my requests. They were so easy to work with and the guests loved them. Several people commented that they were the best wedding band they had ever heard.

It has been 3 months since our wedding and everyone is still talking about how amazing the band was. Having Amaretto play at our wedding was by far the best decision we made. The band provided all of the entertainment needs for our wedding and was able to accommodate all of our requests. They played a wide repertoire of music that appealed to all of our guests. Amaretto stands apart as a collection of strong, extremely talented musicians who have all come together to form a top notch band. They brought amazing energy�and it lasted all night long. We have never seen so many people, young and old, on the dance floor at a wedding. Beyond the music they are very professional and such a dream to work with,-- Chris and the band took care of everything and worked seamlessly with the other wedding vendors. I used Chris to book a jazz trio for a post-wedding Cocktail Party. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and very patient and flexible with me as I changed my mind multiple times. The trio Chris chose to book for my event was absolutely perfect- they were fabulous musicians, very professional, and a lot of fun. The day of the wedding, a major storm blew through the area downing trees and cutting off electrical power, including power to the wedding site. I called Chris on his cell phone to let him know about the potential disaster and he was already at the site with the situation well-in-hand. Luckily, the power was eventually restored and everything went almost as planned. Chris is so easy to work with and his band is amazing. They should be making records if they're not already. I cannot recommend him enough.

Chris was great to work with. He helped arrange the music we had at our ceremony - 2 trumpeters, a violinist and an organist. The musicians were wonderful and were a hit with our guests. Chris also helped us arrange for a piano player at our cocktail hour. Chris was very prompt in responding to my emails and was easy to work with. I knew I did not have to worry about any of the details with the music because he had taken care of all of it.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive to our calls and questions. He offered several different suggestions for our ceremony and was patient with us throughout the process. Chris professionally worked with us to pick our the songs and flow for our ceremony and reception. All his musicians are excellent and his singers are extraordinary.
