Amazing Photographer!

We used Chris Fig productions as our wedding photographer and couldn't be happier. Unfortunately our original photographer passed away 3 weeks before the wedding and Chris came to our rescue! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the photos and his passion for photography. Not one moment of our day was lost. Definitely recommend!

Chris Fig Productions was a joy to work with, from the very first meeting where James, who was to work our wedding, showed us examples of what he'd done before, what he liked to do, and, more importantly, listened to what we wanted. On the day of he was great, seamlessly interacting with all of our wedding party and guests as he did his job, and he was fun to just talk to as well. The finished product was everything we wanted and more; the recap video was beautiful and perfect and the full video captured so many great memories from our day. We couldn't be happier we chose them.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Chris Fig Productions. Right away we met with James, the videographer who would be shooting our wedding, and he showed us some samples of his work. He went over pricing and options and if there was anything he couldn't answer, he found out for us. He was always available to answer questions leading up to the day. James is personable, talented, and great at his job. Working with him and with Chris Fig was a smooth process and we are thrilled with how our videos came out.

Chris Fig did the video for my wedding and they were incredible. We were looking for a non-traditional, cinematic video. We wanted the important moments captured artistically, without hours of people dancing. They did just that. I let them know beforehand what was important to me, and the 40 min video captured everything. The day of, they were professional and discreet. They put a mic on my husband, so the ceremony was loud and clear. The video jumps between parts of the ceremony, speeches, and other parts of the day, so it's not boring. We were surprised that we actually laughed watching it as it included sound clips of great moments we didn't remember. They also include a video re-cap which was a great trailer to post on social media! These guys are worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Was professional and like a ghost... He captured the day without anyone knowing he was there. My sister in law used him as well and loved him, she then suggested him. Loved working with chris!

We were so happy with Chris Fig Productions. The video terrific!!! Our videographer James really captured all the special moments and then some and was great to work with! He responds very quickly to emails and he's attentive and very professional. He was unobtrusive the day of the wedding and worked really well with my photographer. And after shopping around with other videographers, you also can't find a better price!

I was very happy with the video (basic edit and recap) that I received from Chris. He really captured all the special moments and then some. Chris was great to work with -- he listened to what I needed and made suggestions to the existing packages. He responds very quickly to emails and he's attentive and very professional. He was unobtrusive the day of the wedding and worked really well with my photographer. And after shopping around with other videographers, you also can't find a better price!

Chris did an amazing job at our wedding! He was so professional and really took the time to answer our questions. He always answered our emails and calls right away. When I asked him to see if he could arrange a live-stream of my wedding for my relatives in Europe, he went out of his way to set it up for me. On your wedding you really need vendors that go the extra mile and show they care about your special day, Chris and his team embodied this. On the day of my wedding, he was positive, energetic and on point, even with all the last minute changes going on. He went with the flow and really put effort into getting great shots. Chris even reminded me about the interviews I had wanted him to do of friends and family. With all the excitement going on that day, it felt good to know he was looking out for us even when we couldn't remember ourselves! Most of all, Chris is a really nice and friendly guy, someone you really want on your team on such an important day. If you are looking for a great videographer with quality service and a reasonable price-look no further!

We loved everything about our experience with Chris Fig productions. They were very organised and professional in the lead up to the wedding day which made the pre-wedding scheduling so much easier. On the day of the wedding our videographer James showed up and was very professional and friendly. The one thing I worried about a videographer was that they would be obtrusive and "in your face" the whole time. This was not the case with Chris Fig productions and James. He was very discreet - no big lights and microphones. You barely noticed him there. He did some interviews with me and the groom but they were short and sweet and well timed. He was the perfect videographer. We then received the actual video quite quickly after the wedding which was a pleasant surprise. The video was excellent! The quality was fantastic and the content was everything we could have asked for in memorialising our special day. Thanks Chris Fig and James!

My husband and I were married April 2013 at the GIHC. We chose Chris Fig Productions for our videographer. We had meet with other videographers but Chris really stood out. His work and professionalism were the reason we chose him. From start to finish he answered all our questions and kept us informed. The video turned out great. We had a great time at our wedding and Chris captured every moment beautifully. I would highly recommend Chris Fig Productions.

I can't say enough good things about Chris Fig Productions! Leading up to the wedding day, Chris was responsive and flexible. On the wedding day, everyone was so impressed with how sweet and patient and hard working they were! My husband and I couldn't be any happier with the wedding day- they were were professional, yet fun. Hardworking, yet patient. Captured every moment, yet were not intrusive at all!
They helped to make our wedding day such a special day!

Chris was able to work with us to provide us with a video package that suit our needs and budget. Our videographer James was amazing to work with. He made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. He even helped give our photographers some tips on good photo opportunities. Several of our guests commented on how nice and personable he was. When we saw our video we were absolutely thrilled!!! James captured so many moments we didn't even remember!! The editing was great everything flows so smoothly it's our own wedding movie. It was such a pleasure to work with Chris Fig Productions, they are true professionals!

Chris Fig did an amazing job on capturing the timeless moments of my wedding. We could not have been happier with him and his team through the entire process. After we hired Chris we were at ease and knew we made a great choice. Chris has made it possible for us to enjoy our wedding day all over again with the work of our amazing video. There is nothing I would change about it, It is absolutely Perfect!!!! I would recommend Chris for many reasons, not only is he reasonably priced he is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I feel Chris went above and beyond our expectations.

MY husband and I went back and forth quite a bit as to whether we wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding. After talking to a bunch of friends who had recently gotten married, we decided we would rather have regrets about getting a videographer than end up wishing we had a video of our wedding. I can't tell you how happy I am that we decided to have a video in general and specifically that we hired Chris. Part of the reason we weren't sure about a video is that my husband hates having a camera in his face. Chris was so unobtrusive but still captured all of the important moments and the general feel of our wedding. It really means a lot to me now to have our ceremony, the toasts and our parent dances on video. Chris did a beautiful job editing our video and put together a really fun montage of the highlights of our day. Chris is professional, a pleasure to deal with and very talented. I really can't recommend him highly enough.

Chris Fig productions was an excellent choice! The day of the wedding they were friendly, unobtrusive , and professional. We forgot that they were even there! When we got the wedding video we were more than pleased with the results. They captured every special moment in the ceremony and the reception. I have been watching the video over and over again and each time it brings me back to the day and all of the great emotions that came with the day. This was money well spent and I would definitely recommend using Chris Fig!

I am happy that I hired Chris Fig productions. He was very attentive and followed up with me. It was such a fresh breath of air to work with him because I knew I was in good hands from our initial interaction and I did not have to worry about the videographer services and therefore was able to focus on the rest of my event. I'm actually looking forward to having another event, so I can work with Chris again as he was so great. I was very against using a videographer, however my wife really wanted one. I have zero regrets after seeing the quality of Chris' work. I think my favorite part was that we didn't even know he was at our wedding. He did a great job of staying out of the way, and getting great video. The quality of the DVD was spectacular and Chris went out of his way to rush us our video so we could watch it at a family gathering shortly after the wedding. Even after we realized that WE (not Chris) made a mistake, he showed no hesitation in correcting it, and did not even charge us. He is amazing, and if there were six stars, I would have given him another. Chris comes with my wife and my highest recommendation

Chris was wonderful to work with for our wedding. He was extremely professional throughout the entire planning process. On the day of, Chris continued his professionalism. He captured every single important moment of our special day, but did so in a very unobtrusive way. He was never pushy or demanding. His turn around was quick. We received our video about 4 months after our event and we were able to enjoy our memories in time for the holidays. Thanks for everything Chris!

Wow, there are no words that can express how pleased I am with the service Chris provided. Chris was able to document my entire proposal on CHRISTMAS DAY! He is very reasonable, understanding, punctual, and the quality of his work is fantastic!

Chris Figs displayed the utmost professionalism before and during our event. I knew from the moment that I met Chris that he was the videographer for my 25th Wedding Anniversary event. Chris did a fantastic job capturing the events of our day. He made a great movie for us to enjoy forever. We can't stop watching the recap of our event. It is so awesome and everyone loves it! He was very easy to work with. Most of the time, I didn't notice that he was there recording. We absolutely love our Wedding Anniversary video. It was perfect! Chris was friendly and amazing from beginning to end and I would recommend him.

I can't say enough about my experience with Chris Fig Productions. I had to scramble and find someone the week before my wedding when my original videographer became unavailable. He was so responsive, professional and for some reason just felt comfortable the minute I spoke to him. When it came to my wedding day, the videographer was there bright and early and in fact, I didn't even know he was there until after the ceremony and halfway through the pictures when he came up to introduce himself. That is when you KNOW they were good...conspicuous and not "in your face". I asked him to please interview some of my guests at their tables and that he did and so well. My guests even commented on what a nice, professional and great guy he was. When we received our final video, I honestly did not expect it to be that good. The editing of it was nothing short of amazing!! I just can't say enough about them and would recommend them to anyone!!

Let me tell you, if you want to hire someone who really listens to you, hire Chris Fig. I met Chris first and the James, since Chris was busy on the day of my wedding September 1st, 2012 at the Harvard Club. He offered services of his partner James. We had a separate meeting with James, he was so personable and that's what I loved about this guy.
What I value the most is that James was unnoticeable; he was never pulling us or doing any crazy things videographers can do.
It is a great team, great prices and very very professional. I am sure if I need video services anytime soon; I will hire Chris Fig with no doubt.

Chris was amazing from beginning to end. I changed the location the day before the wedding (it was a destination wedding and rain was predicted so I changed the location to a larger gazebo in the park to accomodate everyone) and he received the message and was there on time. I know we went over on our time and he was patient with us. He even assisted my friend that was serving as our photographer with the shot set ups. He was so helpful throughout the process. He was a true professional and just a really nice guy. The service was fantastic and the product was amazing. Our video was so beautiful. He caught every little moment beautifully. I was so impressed with the way he edited the video. It was perfect.

Chris did an amazing job capturing the events of our day... making for a wonderful movie to enjoy forever! He was very easy to work with and worked well with our photographers. We knew he was there because he made sure he got all the best footage however; he did so in such an unobtrusive way. We absolutely love our wedding video and really appreciated how Chris went above and beyond to get it to us before we left for our Italy honeymoon in order to share with relatives.

When my husband and I met with Chris and James one of his videographers in their beautiful studio in NYC, we knew after only a few moments we would be booking with them. Chris was extremely professional and accommodating, which accommodation as any bride would agree is key! Chris had another wedding to shoot on our wedding day so he set us up with James. Our wedding was at West Point and Chris assured us James would be a great fit for our needs and desires for our wedding day. James was more then we could have ever wanted, he was such a pleasure to work with and he really has a natural talent and artistic ability to capture the moment. I cannot recommend Chris Fig Productions enough! Chris was the consummate professional, and I have 100% confidence that he captured our wedding day beautifully. From the very start of working with him, I had no doubt that Chris was the one to use. I met with him in his studio a year before the wedding, and Chris ran through several options of video packages, and every option was incredible. He never tried to push the most expensive package on me at ALL, but his work was so fantastic that I couldn;t resist signing up for the biggest one! Chris also spent time with me asking about my fiance, what we were looking for, the type of event and location, etc. As the event drew closer, Chris was in constant touch with he regarding songs we would like on the video, pictures we would like shown, and the timing and flow of the event. On the day of, Chris showed up right on time, and I cannot express how calm and kind his demanor was--he put me right at ease, and I was happy to have him record the most intimate moments as I was getting ready. He was unobstrusive and never in the way, yet he made sure to capture every moment. Throughout the ceremony, I was never aware of his presence, but he was there in the background getting every detail. Even during the formal photos, Chris was there, shooting away, and then switched over to the cocktail hour where he captured our guests enjoying themselves. The reception was one big party--the kind of party where it's hard to keep track of the action--and Chris was there through it all, yet never in the way. I really cannot express how wonderul it was to work with Chris, and I would recommend Chris Fig Productions to anyone!!

Chris and his staff are OUTSTANDING. We are from the Pittsurgh area
and wanted to find someone to video our son's surprise engagement at Rockafeller Center in New York city.

Chris made everything very easy, in spite of the fact that all the planning was being done "long distance". He was so very helpful, kind and professional. He got back to us immediately any time we had questions
or concerns.

The families of the future bride and groom could not be there, but the vidoes and pictures are so amazing that we all feel like we participated in the event.

Chris provided video services for our wedding. Not only was he able to video and provide us with a copy after the wedding, he was able to broadcast it live, post the video on YouTube immediately afterward and also run a Skype video call with family who could not attend. We felt like our friends and family from around the world were able to be virtually with us. Made our day!

If you are looking for high quality and a wedding dvd which will capture every memory and intricate detail from your day- use Chris! We had a very small and intimate wedding in Central Park and even with a small amount of people we didn't notice Chris being there. He was extremely unobtrusive, yet managed to capture the small, important details from our ceremony and he was also very patient. The final wedding dvd exceeded our expectations and will be a memory that we will treasure forever. We would 100% recommend Chris- an excellent videographer and a lovely man.

I had a great experience with Chris. He was prompt and professional at all times. His prices are reasonable, and the quality of his work is great.

I debated whether or not to even get a videographer, but I decided to do it and I'm happy I did. You won't get to see everything that happens on your wedding day, and the day flies by. The video will capture those moments forever.

I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone - he offers a great balance of quality, value of cost, and reliability!

My husband and I used Chris Fig Productions to document our wedding day, and we couldn't be happier with his work. We were recommended to Chris by our photographer; it turned out that we were more pleased with Chris' work and professionalism than our photographer's. You hardly noticed that Chris was even at the wedding, yet somehow he managed to capture all moments of the wedding in a fun, beautiful, and tasteful manner. Chris was easily our favorite vendor that we used for our wedding. Not only was Chris professional and discrete on the day of our wedding, he was so accommodating during the editing process in the days following the wedding. The finished product of his work was terrific; we could not be more pleased. Most vendors treat customers like a number, or just another customer; Chris treats you like a person, and is excited for you on your wedding day. We were blown away by our wedding video! Chris is a professional and a pleasure to work with. Our happiness was his priority. We were very impressed with Chris' services. We saw videographers much more expensive whose work didn't compare. The best part of the video is the recap. We've been able to send it to our friends and families (via e-mail) for everyone to look at. Chris was easy to work with, always responding to e-mail and phone calls. We selected Chris Fig video to do the video for our most important day. Chris was super professional while feeling like family. Chris was FANTASTIC!!! He made sure that he was able to get the shots we wanted and NEVER intruded or inerupted the proceedings. He was a true professional in every sense of the word and helped us have an incredible event. Chris was great to work with and my husband and I are very happy with the video we received. He did a really good job with capturing all the details throughout the ceremony and the reception, which was very important to me. Christopher was a pleasure to work with and the video came out even better than expected! We wish all of our vendors worked out this well. Christopher went above and beyond during the wedding. He even helped me out with my tie when I had some wardrobe issues. Plus, he seemed to capture EVERY meaningful moment during our wedding. Watching the video, we were shocked that he seemed to be everywhere! But, during the wedding he was never in the way. In fact, it was only when I had the tie issue that I remember him coming out of the shadows to help out. Overall, A++ and there is no one that we could recommend more, you will be very happy!

Christopher was very helpful right from the first meeting. He answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the different videography packages and options. After reserving his services for our wedding day, Christopher was always accessible via email and responded to any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. Our videographer on our wedding day was James and he was very polite, professional, and shot beautiful footage. Christopher was in touch with us throughout the editing process and always kept us up to date with the progress. Chris & Co. were simply amazing from beginning to end! Chris handled all communications, meetings and arrangements leading up to the wedding day seamlessly. He was a very good listener when it was time to advise him of specifics we wanted to film on our day. Both videographers were prompt and discrete throughout our entire wedding. Used Chris Fig Productions for our annual investor dinner presentation. They were very quick to respond and available even though we contacted them 2 days before the event! They edited and included slides in the way that we wanted it in the presentation and we received the final product within two weeks! I thought Chris Fig Productions were absolutely fantastic! Chris is very kind and professional. The work they did on our wedding video was beyond what I even expected. They are very unique with the way they capture details and did so in a very modern and tasteful way. I honestly preferred Chris Fig over the photographer I had so that should say A LOT! Reason why I say that, just looking at the video several times I felt like I was reliving that moment again and couldn't stop tearing up and that is exactly what I wanted after it was all said and done. With all the chaos of what's going on, you don't really get to enjoy and/or notice the environment around you on your wedding day and I'm happy to say that Chris Fig has given me the opportunity to sit back and enjoy my once in a lifetime event without feeling like there was a moment lost. I hired Chris for my January 2, 2011 wedding. I planned a wedding in 4 weeks due to my husband being diangosed with a rare and incurable cancer. I gave Chris a background on my situation and how important this day was for me to be able to know when my husband will no longer be with me, that I can look back and see him. I asked him in writing to video tape mostly my husband. When I received the uncut version, I was extremely angry!! He would videotape us dancing and my husband singing to me, and then right in the middle he would pan the camera onto someone else. He did this throughout the night. Every shot of us dancing would be 30seconds and then it would move to our guests. In the edited version he showed a sweet moment of us sitting at our table and whispering to each other..it was about 10seconds, but in the uncut version, it was a good minute. Why was that not in there? I also told him not to videotape a certain person and Chris put that in the Contract that we signed and gues what??? That person was all in the video. Chris' response, well when something is going on, we will videotape it and when someone says something before a wedding they do not usually mean it. If I did not mean it, then why would I have signed to it and had it in writing. Now, when I look back at this day, it is full of my guests and friends and barely of my husband. How is this supposed to be a reminder of a special day of a person who may not be around much longer? Chris did not care about my requests in writing, on the contract or even verbally at the wedding. I pulled him aside and asked that he not have a particular uninvited guest in my video and for the last 50min of the reception, he never communicated as my photographer and DJ did for me to move so that this "guest" would not be in any of the shots. He continued to videotape at an angle to make this "guest" prevalent in every part of my video.

This was a video that he created for himself and as per his liking and wants. He never cared about our situation or what we wanted. It did not matter that it was all spoken of before the wedding of exactly how I wanted the video to be. This was a waste of money, and a day that I can never get back that he took from me.

He was not even remorseful, until after several angry phone calls did he try to attempt to apologize.
