Kevin @ Choice DJ is the bomb!

We’ve used Kevin twice for two of our daughter’s weddings- 2022, then in 2024. He’s get the crowd on the floor and knows how to keep the agenda moving. Everyone had so much, he’s like fam now!

Wedding DJ

Kevin was the DJ for our wedding. We lived out of state and he was super accommodating and flexible while planning everything by phone/email! He’s such a fun guy to work with, we had a blast planning and the wedding was perfect. Definitely recommend him!!

Hire Kevin to DJ your wedding!

Kevin at Choice DJ's was absolutely amazing! He brought our wedding vision to life and exceeded all of our expectations! He was easy to work with and very professional. He played amazing music the entire night, took in our requests as well as our guests, and he kept the dance party alive! We bought the package that came with uplighting and dance floor lighting, and we would highly recommend the entire package. The venue was beautiful! Kevin also brought in his open photo booth with props that was the hit of the night. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Highly recommend Kevin!

Kevin was an amazing DJ!!! He was very professional leading up to the wedding and provided me with all necessary information. He is friendly and stayed on scheduled during ceremony and reception. I gave him some songs I wanted played, but the rest he improvised and they were perfect. We had the best wedding party and Kevin definitely contributed to that with his music. The setup and lights were perfect, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Highly recommend!

Perfect Wedding Day

DJ Durk was the best! Our guests had the best time dancing and the dance floor was never empty. He was very receptive and open to our song requests. We had an amazing time and I definitely recommend him!

We had such a blast with Kevin from Choice DJs! He was very professional and accommodating. He had no problem getting our guests on the dance floor with his awesome Emcee skills!

Excellent DJ - highly recommend!

Kevin with Choice DJ's was fabulous! He was instrumental in coordinating the ceremony sound and did a wonderful job as DJ throughout the reception. He is willing to please and was loved by all. Highly recommend for a joyous and fun event!

Kevin did an amazing job at our wedding ceremony and reception! From the moment we started emailing about hiring him, he was so responsive, organized, and easy to work with. When the day came, everything we had asked was perfect! He knew how to read the room so we'll for the reception, and everyone had an incredible time on the dance floor!

So much fun!

Kevin did not disappoint! He was so easy to work with and kept our guests on the dance floor the entire night. He even got out on the floor with us! I cannot say enough good things about him!

Kevin is the Best.

Kevin did a fantastic Job at our wedding. He handled music for our ceremony and reception, and also emcee'd for the events we did during the reception. He smiled the whole time. He was easy to contact and quick to answer any questions or recommendations we had. He was also able to play one specific version of a song we requested for the ceremony which made a difference to us. We will be using Kevin and Choice Dj's in the future.

Kevin with Choice DJs is the best DJ ever! Our wedding was a huge hit because we had the “dancing DJ”. He knows how to liven up the party and what to play and when! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a DJ that is professional and great at what he does! I would choose him time and time again!

Durk made the party rock!

Durk did an amazing job of DJing our son and daughter-in-law's wedding reception. Multiple folks told me that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Of course, we all shared a joy at seeing two beautiful people joined in marriage, but the party belongs to the DJ! Durk made the party rock! Great choice of music. Just the right amount of emceeing. The dance floor was packed for every song. Thank you, Durk, for making it an unforgettable party!

Kevin was a fantastic dj! We had several wedding guests tell us after the wedding that they liked our DJ, which I find to be a huge compliment that our guests had a great time too. He was fun, easy to communicate with and within our budget!

Kevin was amazing! We of course gave a list of our songs for cake cutting, entrance, etc but his music choice while we were dancing was spot on! He kept everyone on the dance floor! We didn't want the party to stop at the end of the night. He also gave us a copy of our music which included a good friends acoustically singing our first dance. It was really special for us!

Kevin was fantastic and so much fun to work with. He was easy to communicate with and he did perfectly with our ceremony and reception music. I was dancing the whole night! Kevin was outstanding. He was happy to accommodate our requests, read the crowd perfectly, and was in general a very professional, fun, and courteous person to have at our party. We also had a few musical friends playing instruments and singing during the ceremony and for our first dance (some of our favorite moments from the entire wedding weekend!), and we really appreciated how proactive Kevin was in working with them to ensure all the setup was in place and everything went smoothly with zero stress.

Kevin was just the best throughout our entire wedding planning process! He was extremely helpful and responsive through emails, meeting in person, and even on the day of. Kevin took every single thing we discussed and stuck true to exactly the plan I wanted. Kevin was our DJ, but he also provided the sound equipment for the ceremony and made sure that our musicians were hooked up and that all of the mics were working. He was such a fun DJ and knew how to get everyone out on the dance floor! Kevin was truly very professional, fun to work with, and an amazing part of our wedding day. I 100% recommend Choice DJ's!

Kevin was beyond incredible! First off, he is one of the most easy going guys you'll meet. I enjoyed putting together some of our favorite songs while chatting about the type of music we wanted. His pricing was one of the best in town as well! On our wedding day at Wren's Nest, he set everything up without any issues. When it came to the sound quality it was incredible! Most of all he kept the crowd dancing all night! One of our biggest compliments was that everyone said it was one of the best dance parties they've ever been to! We'll be hiring him again for any event we ever put on! Thank you Kevin for an incredible night!

We loved working with Kevin and Choice DJs. Kevin was an absolute delight from the beginning to the very end. Having a big number of people from Australia, Kevin worked extremely hard to make sure that all of our guests enjoyed the music and provided a wide variety of genres. He worked with the guests and their song requests and even let us do Karaoke!!! We had such a blast on the dance floor and couldn’t have had a better DJ on our special day!! Thanks again! Choice DJs was amazing to work with! Kevin was so flexible with our wedding day schedule. It rained and our ceremony was delayed and Kevin was so kind to stay a little later since we got a late start! the music was great! we had a lot of Latin music at our wedding and he did a great job at knowing when to play what song. I would highly recommend choice DJs, they are professional and very sweet and accommodating.

There is literally nothing to not love about Kevin! He is the easiest to work with, listens to your needs, is extremely timely with his responses and our guests loved him! When I looked back at my wedding photos, I loved seeing Kevin laughing, smiling and dancing and having a genuinely good time with our guests - it was truly like he was a guest and not someone we were paying to be there. Choice DJs were incredible to work with. Kevin Thompson was the DJ for our wedding reception. He was incredibly flexible and worked with me to surprise my new bride with some special songs. He did a wonderful job of adding some personal touches as well. He was generally interested in getting to know my wife and I and it really came through during the reception. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Choice DJs is the Best DJ's around!! We used DJ Kevin at my daughter's wedding and he kept the party jumping the whole night!! He listened to the type of music my daughter and her husband wanted and that is what he played. He played appropriate music for everyone and everyone one had a Great Time!!! Kevin is also very easy to work with, he is a man of his word and his knows his business, he came highly recommended and I highly recommend Choice DJs!!! Kevin at Choice DJ's was great! Planning a wedding from Florida at a location that isn't a typical wedding venue wasn't easy but Kevin was such a huge help! We were able to text, call or email whenever we needed anything. My fiance had a lot of questions for the DJ but he was very assuring and helpful throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding Kevin handled all of the announcements and made everything work smoothly. He worked well with my coordinator and all of the other vendors and we would highly recommend him!

We also loved our string lights and up-lighting. Kevin was even able to adjust the colors to exactly the way we wanted them even in the middle of the wedding which we really appreciated!

Choice DJ's will work with you and your budget and will help you put on a perfect wedding.

Kevin Thompson provided services for my daughters reception on Jan. 30, 2016 at the Hilton Garden Inn. After we met with him the first time we knew instantly that he was the one. We were not disappointed. He was very patient with my daughter as she did not make all of her final decisions until 2 days before the wedding. He was very personable at the wedding and a big hit with everyone.
He was professional and at the same time so much fun. We were very pleased.

Ryan, with Choice DJs was amazing to work with. We met before the wedding and my husband and I could tell he really understood the style of music we wanted for our reception. He delivered perfect service at our wedding reception. He incorporated all of our requested songs and kept the party going all night with songs we loved. The dance floor was packed the entire night and we could not have been happier.

Kevin has a fantastic personality and was by far the best DJ I have ever seen at a wedding. In the weeks after the wedding, several of our guests commented on how great our DJ was. He even got out on the dance floor to teach some people some random dance moves. If you need a DJ in the Nashville area, Kevin with choice DJS is your man.

Kevin of Choice Dj's was incredible to work with! He was willing to work with any ceremony/reception style we wanted! He is quick to respond to questions, efficient, and on time. Ryan with ChoiceDJs was absolutely incredible!! Him and Kevin were both extremely responsive and helpful leading up to our big day, and the night of the wedding, Ryan killed it! Not only did we love Ryan's attitude and song selection, but we have had multiple guests tell us how much fun they had because of the music being played. Ryan was open to playing songs that I suggested, but also knew exactly how to keep the crowd happy with his own selections. Before the wedding, I stressed a lot about the music and was very worried about everyone having a good time. If you go with ChoiceDJs I can assure you that you have nothing to worry about!

Kevin made our wedding reception an absolute success! He was so nice and accommodating to all of our wants and needs throughout the entire planning process. He was very engaged with the crowd and kept the party lively. He mingled with our guests so well that by they end of the night he was practically part of the wedding party! Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about their experience with him during and before the event. The guests also said he was "so interactive you could tell he really loves his job." He really helped ease a lot of our wedding stress; we didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to the wedding ceremony music, lighting nor the reception. We highly recommend Kevin for anyone's special day or important event!

Kevin was a great wedding DJ! He was fun, energetic, professional, and played great music! He sent forms ahead of time to plan our special songs, requests, and the order of events for the reception. We specified certain songs and genres and he added in some perfect selections. We wanted everyone to be having fun out on the dance floor and Kevin made it happen! Highly recommended!!

Kevin @ Choice DJs was fantastic in every regard. We used his services primarily at our wedding reception in the Parthenon (Nashville, TN). He was extremely professional and expertly blended out song recommendations with his vast reservoir of tunes. We've had people tell us that they saw more people dancing at our wedding than any other wedding they've attended. We also had Kevin provide a projector and screen at our rehearsal dinner (for the wedding slideshow). He delivered both and set them up perfectly. Would absolutely recommend his/their services!

We loved having Kevin as our DJ for our wedding! He was absolutely great to work with - upbeat, positive, and flexible - and really listened to what we wanted. We told him that the music was the most important part of our wedding (haha) because we love to dance and wanted to set the tone with the guests. We wanted to do something different and had each couple of our wedding party do a dance as an intro song. Kevin took the time to cut the parts of the song and compiled them into one mix for that. Everyone loved that part of the reception! Additionally, we built our own playlist and he pretty much stuck with it and completely understood. He was also great at engaging the crowd during the reception. All in all, it was absolutely fantastic and I would definitely use Kevin and Choice DJs again for other occasions!

Kevin Thompson at Choice DJ's is so great to work with and I highly recommend him. He was easy and fun to work with and everything went great at the reception. He also helped with lighting at my reception and it was perfect. Just what I wanted. Kevin is very helpful and reliable and he made my event fun and exciting. I would recommend him to anyone!

We highly recommend Kevin Thompson as a DJ for any event! He did the music and announcements at our wedding on December 8th and despite being sick that evening, he did a fantastic job! We had friends and family rave about how great the DJ and music was at the wedding the next morning....everyone had a great time on the dance floor all night long. He was always one step ahead of what we needed him to do...couldn't have asked for anything more! Excellent service and very professional.

Kevin was AMAZING!!! He played the perfect music to fit our likes/dislikes and created a great atmosphere for the guests. He was punctual and always upbeat. Any request made he accomidated. I would hire him again and again.

Kevin is awesome, such a party animal! He is so much fun and listens to everything you suggest or want. We made the best decision in hiring him as our DJ. The mom dance off comes up in so many conversations, thanks for making it happen.

Fun. Energetic. Knows how to work a crowd. This is how I would describe this DJ. He was fantastic! He worked with me and played our wedding video so we did not have to worry about bringing it and making sure someone had the equipment to do it! His price is AMAZING and if you run over, he is reasonable enough to keep partying! He was fast to respond to emails and I would use him again if I ever needed to! :)

We met Kevin Thompson at a bridal show at Opryland and he was very helpful and really seemed to want my day to be as special as it could be. He got in touch with me about a week after the show to get everything setup.

Durk Brown was our DJ for the our wedding. He always kept in touch with us and made it a point to make sure he had all the songs we had requested and made sure not to play any songs we didn't. My husband and I are not big Country music fans and I asked Durk to steer away from that genre. He did just that and we had a BLAST! The dancefloor always had someone on it whether it be kids, the bridal party, friends, and older adults. Everyone still tells me how amazing it was and I just don't think it could have been any better if didn't have Durk as our DJ.

This company was very professional and courteous to our needs. I would definitely recommend Choice DJ's to anyone looking to add a really nice atmosphere to their wedding. I look forward to using them again for future events!

Durk Brown was our DJ for our wedding and he did a great job. We really can’t praise him enough. We had so many guests tell us how much they liked him and the music he played. He also did the music for our ceremony and it went perfectly. My worry was that people wouldn’t dance; no bride wants an empty dance floor! Durk assured me that he would watch the crowd and play music that would keep them dancing and that he did. Everyone had a great time! He was also extremely helpful with the tough song choices (mother/son dance) and had great suggestions! We are so happy to have had Durk as part of our wedding.

words cannot describe how I feel about choice Dj's. I called Kevin on a Sunday afternoon and we planned the entire wedding that day. He was so professional and prompt. I had searched for djs all week and BY FAR his price and VALUE was by far the best. We booked Kevin for our wedding reception...absolutely wonderful!!! More people danced at our wedding than all of our friends combined! The music selection was up to date and everyone loved him! Kevin Thompson provided a perfect combination of professionalism and fun to our wedding reception. We received numerous compliments following our wedding. Kevin is very reliable and easy to work with. He arrives very early to ensure all equipment is working properly and is very organized. He even provided sound for our outdoor ceremony, taking into account potential issues with wind so it wouldn't cause distraction. We hired them to DJ our May wedding. Our DJ, Kevin, got our music requests hours before the reception and he still put on a great show! The music was right in line with our tastes despite us getting our requests to him late. He figured out quickly what we liked, and he had a great feel for the flow of the party. Easy abs fun!

We are so happy we chose Choice DJs for our music at our wedding! They did the music for our outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour, our reception, and also provided a TV for our slideshow. They have the ability to do way more than that, including photo booth, lighting, etc. A full package! Kevin was amazing to work with, and DJ Shaun was so nice and kept everyone dancing! They were both so easy to work with throughout the planning process, and were very accommodating to my requests. We would choose them again and again!! ☺️

Great DJ and Emcee!

Kevin did a great job! We hired him to do microphones for the Officiant and Groom as well as cocktail hour and reception music. He not only did a great job setting the right atmosphere and mood with the music but he was a great emcee also! He even went so far as to get on the dancefloor and help show some of our dancing challenged guests how to do the Electric Slide! Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend!

Durk was our DJ, and he was amazing!! He did everything I asked, and he sent me tons of suggestions and helpful information to help me arrange the best reception. Our reception was SO fun. There were 20+ people on the dance floor the entire night... He played sweet songs during dinner, and his commentary was perfect, friendly, and fun. I would recommend Durk a million times over. He texted and emailed back quickly and made himself available at all times. The price was very reasonable and it was easy to add on things we needed, like a lapel mic and speakers for the ceremony. Love Choice DJs! Durk and Kevin were awesome to work with!
