A hidden gem!
My husband and I are big brewery fans, so we knew we wanted to host our wedding at one. Little did we know, Golden Road has the cutest and most unique venue for weddings! More importantly, Sarah and her team were fantastic to work with. They were so responsive and made this process so easy. From the initial message to the day of, I highly recommend this as your wedding venue.
My husband and I are huge brewery fans, so choosing a brewery for our wedding venue was a no-brainer. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place than Golden Road, which boasts the most charming and unique venue for weddings. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was working with Sarah and her team. From the very first message to the big day itself, they were incredibly responsive and made the entire planning process so seamless. I can’t recommend Golden Road enough as a wedding venue.
Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the atmosphere and the food. And let me tell you—the food was absolutely incredible. Golden Road offers a special menu for private events, and it was amazing. We couldn’t have gone wrong with any of the options. For our cocktail hour, we had the charcuterie board and veggie/pork egg rolls, both of which were huge hits. For the main course, we selected Korean baby back ribs, chicken pesto cavatappi pasta, and lemon dill salmon, paired with kale salad, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. To top it off, we went with the chocolate-dipped Oreos, cheesecake bites, and donut bites for dessert, and they were the perfect sweet ending.
If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind venue with amazing food and top-notch service, look no further than Chloe's at Golden Road! -

Perfect venue for a cozy wedding
My husband and I are not big dancers, so we wanted to throw a reception that was more laidback. Chloe's was perfect for our unconventional celebration. The vintage decor and speakeasy vibes were immaculate. All of our guests were stunned by how unique the space was and asked how we found such a charming venue (hidden inside a bustling brewery, no less).
One of the best things about Chloe's is that there is no venue rental fee. You only need to pay for the food and drink minimum. For our 75 guest count, our minimum was $5,500. They offer various drink plans. We went with paying a running tab based on consumption because not all of our guests drink, but couples can do a basic open bar for $40 per person or drink tickets.
The food was fantastic. Andrew and Sarah were flexible with our vegetarian and vegan options. Even our pickiest eaters only had great things to say about the meal.
Super grateful to the kind staff at Chloe's for making our reception fun and easy.-

Best Wedding--would go even with a bigger budget!
We found this place through a friend (they had their wedding there!) and were surprised to find how budget-friendly it was because their reception/ceremony was SO lovely. We booked a year in advance (which may be advised for the holiday season as the reps let us know it books fast!). The venue is pretty well decorated already (has its own vibe) - so we brought only a few decorations (like flowers, extra lights, etc).
They give you a lot of time to prep on-premises and work with you to ensure they have the right schedule for your needs.
Was really great for a party under 100. Can't sing enough praises for how lovely this venue is. Their staff was super kind and helpful; they really knew how to work within their means. Also - the drink and food were fantastic! Everything was a hit! If we had more money for another wedding, we'd still do the reception here! It was awesome. If there's any critique--it'd just be that the space is small, so be mindful of how you'd do your "ceremony" if you were to have any kind of ceremony there. Otherwise, it's literally perfect. -

Chloe's is a great value for a unique venue
We used Chloe's for both our ceremony and reception, for a small wedding (~45 guests). It didn't feel like a typical wedding venue, which felt more like us and less like we were putting on a show. Sarah helped answer some of our questions via email early on in the planning process, but eventually we were handed off to Andrew because she was going to be out on maternity leave. Andrew was super helpful and patient when we came to tour the venue (a few times - to book, with our coordinator, for a tasting, and one last time right before the wedding) and was always very prompt answering questions over email. The tasting was really great - most of the food exceeded our expectations, and our guests really liked the food on the day-of. The top hits were: the spicy BBQ ribs, salmon, roast chicken breast, superfood kale salad, brussels sprouts, and bruschetta and meatball tray passed appetizers. People also seemed to like the roasted potatoes and strawberry salad, and the churros for dessert. We ordered a la carte vegetarian and vegan lasagnas for guests as well, and our vegetarian friends seemed to enjoy those. The rolls were fine, kind of generic, but good for people to have a base before drinking. We surprisingly weren't crazy about the short ribs at our tasting, so I'm really glad we decided to add the BBQ ribs on at the last minute! Hard to go wrong with the food here, and really nice not to stress out about catering. The bartenders were all really fantastic and the service we got overall was great. I also really appreciated the flexibility in using Chloe's - there was a good window for vendor load-in, they were able to help us arrange some of the furniture where we needed it, and since no one was using the biergarden during our event we were able to pop out there for family photos before the ceremony. We also really like that Chloe's has so much decor as it is - the coolest wallpaper, wooden chairs and tables, pinball machines, not to mention all the vintage art and memorabilia on the walls. They also have string lights up which adds to the ambience, although a few of the light bulbs were dead - hopefully they change them! I noticed that every time we visited, so it's been like that for months, but I consider that a very minor complaint overall. Even though they aren't typically a ceremony venue, using the fireplace as a ceremony altar worked well for us, and I think is definitely doable if you are having a small wedding (like 60 people or less) and are bringing in a day-of coordinator. Our coordinator set up 10 chairs at the front for family, and then everyone else stood around in the main area, while we processed and recessed from the Snug. My favorite part was probably setting up our photo booth in the Snug room, and using that room before and after the ceremony to have a few minutes of quiet time before the party. Parking is also somewhat limited at Golden Road, but we made a Lyft code for our guests and that worked quite well. Chloe's is a fantastic, unique option for an unconventional wedding. They are also very reasonably priced, which is unheard of in the wedding industry - especially in a city like LA. I definitely recommend them for a couple looking for something a little different.-

Incredible Venue and Team
Chloe's is such a fun choice for a wedding. They have indoor and outdoor spaces, both options are fantastic. We had booked the indoor space and were thrilled to use it until COVID cases started to increase. The team quickly pivoted and arranged for us to move our reception outside. Working with Sarah leading up to the event was very smooth and the team during the event was amazing. The food was also excellent as well as the drinks (it's a brewery after all). The pricing was also very fair. Everything was very clear and we did not feel like we were being overcharged like so many other venues will do when you say you are having a wedding. We truly loved how everything turned out and would highly recommend Chloe's. -

The best decision we made (other than each other)
We had our wedding BECAUSE of Chloe's. The staff, the venue, the whole thing was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Sarah M helped up in so many ways I can't even count. From the tasting to our millions of questions to finding my brother in law's missing jacket that he left behind, Sarah and the staff at Chloe's made our night easy, classy and magical. This is a hidden gem in Los Angeles and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. You'd be smart to book. -

Chloe's at Golden Road Brewing & Biergarten is a real gem of a place to have a ceremony and reception. Sarah and the Chloe's staff are true professionals and made our day seamless and special. A Night To Remember!
We had an incredible experience having Chloe's host our wedding reception. The space is so unique and special--we still get compliments about how intimate and fun the event was. The entire events team was so accomodating throughout, and particularly with our day-of set-up situation. Sarah is wonderful to work with and made us feel so at ease during our numerous tours, question-answer sessions, food tasting, etc.. They were very open and honest about our budget and helped us plan the right event for us. Day-of, the reception felt seamless. The food was delicious--another compliment that comes up often from our guests. Honestly, Chloe's is the best-kept secret wedding reception spot in Los Angeles and once people discover it, the space is going to blow up and become impossible to book. Do yourself a favor and book! I'm so glad we did!-

Fun Fun Fun wedding venue
Last year I had such an amazing experience having my wedding reception at Chloe's at Golden Road. It was such a great value and a cool venue to boot. I loved the hidden secret entrance and the Pub theme which worked so well for my husband and me. It was the perfect laid back fun atmosphere for our wedding. Absolute Perfection
This place is amazing. I had my wedding reception here last year and it was perfect. Staff was super friendly and flexible. Sarah was really good about answering questions in a timely manner. Also you are given a specific time frame for set up but Sarah and her staff were really flexible in allowing me to come in earlier. The food was amazing and not your typical boring wedding food. I still have people saying how they crave the Korean short ribs that we selected. Of course it goes without mentioning that the beer was outstanding. I know it looks small but the space was more than enough for my 90 guests. We were a little skeptical about having to separate our guests between the upstairs and downstairs but trust me it was not an issue. Such a memorable location at an outstanding price. -

Amazing Nontraditional Venue
We had our wedding reception here for just over 100 people and it was fantastic. We turned it into a Gatsy-themed speakeasy. Sylvia was amazing to work with. We were looking for a fun, different venue with great food and a funky atmosphere. This was it. Once you're in Chloe's you have no idea there's a brewery outside. We loved it! -

The perfect spot for our wedding rehearsal lunch. We had about 25 people (immediately family and wedding party only) invited and wanted to do a small and casual lunch before our wedding rehearsal. We used the upstairs room at Chloe's which has three separate spaces, with games, a billiards table, plenty of seating for all our attendees, and has absolutely no noise disturbance from the restaurant out front! They let us customize a lunch menu to include 3 different sandwiches, sides, and salads, and even brought up some french fries as a snack before everyone arrived. We opted to give each guest a drink token they could use down at the bar for the event. Morgan was great to work with, even when we finally made this location decision last minute! Since it was a lunchtime event the staff was pretty low, sometimes hard to find someone to help out/ask questions to. But everyone enjoyed their time and we had a relaxing lunchtime! -

I used Chloe's for both my wedding ceremony and reception. Everything was smooth and exactly how I had asked.
My one complaint would be that the bartenders were left in charge of the iPod that had all of our wedding music on it. I was told that it would be locked up and inaccessible until we were ready to leave at the end of the night. Because of this I meticulously planned several playlists, I purchased an app that would play them through, so that there would be no need to start/stop anything. I even allowed the proper amount of time for speeches. Unfortunately the iPod was left out and the bartenders gave in to various guests/parents making requests regarding music and volume. It created a bit a frustration since there would be bits of unexpected gaps with silence during dinner & dancing but honestly was a very small obstacle. Considering how well and easy the rest was I am extremely pleased! -
