Best. Band. Ever!

Yall- I'm not kidding when I say Chillula is the absolute best wedding band! Booking the band was my #1 concern for my wedding. We live in Lex, KY and got married in HHI, SC and our group of friends LIVE on the dance floor all night, so the band was the most important (besides open bar!). I knew exactly what I was looking for, a fun bar-type band with a sax that just makes you want to get up and dance. We don't like the typical shout, sweet caroline, etc., we wanted fun, r&b, pop like covers and that's exactly what Chillula played all night! Our friends seriously raved about them for 2 weeks after our wedding! They loved them so much they almost came to our after party! So if you're looking for a band to book- do not hesitate booking them!!!

Chillula made the night!

AMAZING is all I can say. The night was made by the energy, and sound of Chillula. So easy to work with! The New Orleans style send off was done spectacularly and will be talked about from the guests for a long time. You can not go wrong with them!

I have worked with Chillula for a number of years, and let me tell you what. These guys know how to bring the party. They have a wide variety of songs they play and utilize some of St Augustine's top talent musicians. If you are looking for something a little different that the standard wedding band Chillula is your band!

Chillula is the BEST!!

Don't hesitate and BOOK CHILLULA!! These guys are so talented, fun, and kept the dance floor packed for the entire reception. Music was important to us when planning the reception, and they absolutely nailed it - combining my choices from their song list as well as personal requests. We also had them play during our cocktail hour which was such a great addition. On top of it all, Chase is a true professional and made all the planning easy. We are so happy and thankful for all of the fun memories they helped us create.

Amazing wedding band!!

If I could give Chillula 10 stars I would!! First off they sounded amazing, which is all you can really ask for in a band, but more than that they made our wedding a hit!!! They were incredibly flexible when the air conditioning in our venue broke and moved the entire party outside to the patio and kept our reception going!! Without Chillula I'm convinced more people wouldn't have partied through the heat! They also let my father in law perform and were just overall incredible. Best Wedding Band Ever!

We booked Chillula for our wedding in April and had an amazing experience with them! Chase is super helpful and there are a lot of choices as far as instruments and extra items to add on. We wanted custom songs for the first dances and that was no problem for them! They played an acoustic set for our cocktail hour and then the live band for our reception. Our guests had the best time dancing all night long! I would recommend Chillula to anyone wanting to have a lot of fun at their wedding!

So much fun

Chase and the guys were amazing!! We had so much fun Last night! Everyone was up dancing and having a blast on the dance floor!! Exactly what I visioned my wedding to be! I highly recommend chillula!!

Chillula was absolutely amazing at our wedding! Chase played acoustic during our ceremony for processional and recessional and cocktail hour, and the full band played for our reception and they didn't miss a beat the entire night. We opted to add on their DJ to keep the party going during any band breaks and it was a great mix of live and dance songs. Their live music options are awesome and a great mix of current/top 20 music and classics to suit all tastes, ages, and groups of people. Their sound and overall showmanship is great even for those who don't want to dance - they're just a fun band to watch and listen to! They are reasonable in their pricing and allow upgrades, such as stage lighting, playing during ceremony, and the ability to add more band members, all while staying really affordable. Our wedding, from ceremony to reception, would not have been as great as it was without Chillula, guests raved about them all not long and the dance floor was always full!

Selecting Chillula as our wedding band was by far the best investment we made in our wedding planning process. We selected the 4 person band, and they rocked! They played the perfect mix of old vs. new songs that guests of all ages could enjoy. Our dance floor was packed the entire night, so that says it all. This band rocks. I highly recommend you hire Chase to do the wedding ceremony and cocktail music as well. It added such a special touch to our ceremony.

A band can completely make or break your reception. Chillula MADE our wedding reception! Totally brought the fun, dancing, and created such a perfect atomosphere for wedding guests! One of the best decisions we made for that day was hiring Chillula to come to New Orleans to entertain and party with us! We now have people calling us asking who they were for friends’s/family’s weddings! And I will definitely continue to refer people to use them. We want to get married all over again just to experience that party they made happen!

We asked Chase, Ted and DJ Hu to play our ceremony and reception for our wedding. Best decision we made for the day! They were excellent, super easy to deal with and so talented! They played everything we wanted to hear, both live and recorded. I was a dancing fool all night and everyone had a blast on the dance floor. My husband and I favor metal and glam rock, along with the occasional oddity song. They accommodated everything we wanted for our big day. We could not have asked for more! Chillula is the best band ever! We had both heard them play around town at different venues and always thought that we would love to have them play at our wedding. We are so glad we hired them! They played the best songs and could feel out the mood of the crowd. Chase did a great MC job with announcing all the introductions, dances, tosses, etc. Chase also played acoustic before and during the processional of the ceremony - wouldn't have had it any other way, it was absolutely beautiful! The whole band was so much fun and played several songs after the wedding was actually over. Chillula is seriously THE best, we hope to hire you all again for another event in the future. My now HUSBAND's and my goal for our wedding was simply that people would leave and say this, "Wow, the food was great, the Band killed and that wedding was so much fun." It has been exactly a month and the feedback we have received from our guests makes us feel like we accomplished what we set out for! Chillula was the second best decision we made on our wedding day! The first was to not allow the groomsmen to play golf the morning of ????.
I have had the priviledge of watching them play around St. Augustine and was curious how that would translate into a wedding vibe. Last summer, my husband and I were able to attend a wedding that they were playing at and at that moment we knew we had to have them. They KILLLED it at our wedding from their song choices to their DJing to just keeping the general flow of the wedding moving forward and without a dull moment. We have had 2 friends book them for their upcoming weddings ???? After they went to ours! Loved them, loved them, loved them!

Chillula Band was a great, high energy band, that played great music and kept our guests dancing the whole night. All of our guests said they loved them. Also, Chase was awesome to work with and always helped us out with any questions or requests we had. Yes, we would recommend them. We had the 4 piece band that included the saxophone.

Chillula is fantastic! They are very laid back and keep the vibe even up to the wedding as calm and collected, when chaos is occurring everywhere! Chase is wonderful and is so much fun to be around. Everyone at the wedding loved their style in music and they kept the dancing going all night even with a crowd that doesn't typically dance :)

We highly recommend Chillula for any wedding or event where FUN is the highlight!

Chase and his band did outstanding job at the wedding reception in Palm Coast, FL. Everyone could not stop talking about how great the band was and we were so glad we added the additional horn instruments. They kept the dance floor moving all night, everyone of all ages was having a blast. I would 100% book Chillula again for my next event and recommend them to any Bride and Groom who are deciding between bands. Chillula wins hands down.

Chillula drove through a hurricane from FL to NC to make sure we had the celebration we had hoped. You can trust that they will be there and you can trust they will put on a show. We feel lucky to have had them and feel gracious that they pushed through to make it even in the storm. Everyone loved them and trust me you will too!

Chase and the rest of the Chillula band were awesome. They helped a lot with the timeline during our wedding, and were very fun to work with. They learned our first dance song so we could hear it live, and all of the other music was great as well. Definitely add at least the saxophonist -- we couldn't believe how good he sounded. Overall, I'd highly recommend booking Chillula for your wedding.

Chillula was the perfect band for our wedding day! Chase knows exactly what he is doing. From my initial quote to the day of everything was straight forward, easy to understand, and received quickly! While planning a wedding these qualities are appreciated more than you can imagine. The day of Chase played our ceremony with an acoustic guitar and it was so beautiful! After our reception our guests could not stop telling us how great our band was! They seriously did not disappoint! Chase also set-up up-lighting for the reception that was beautiful, and not expensive at all compared to what other vendors were quoting us. This band truly and honestly is worth every single penny!

I cannot say enough about how great the band was!!!! They played a wedding for our friends and we loved them so much that when it was our big day we had to have them.. Every one of our guests that was talked to raved about Chillula as well!!! They went above and beyond for us and played better than I'd even remembered!!!! Couldn't have been happier with the decision we made to go with them! Everything from the lighting, playing the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception were far better than expectations!!
If you're thinking about a band for your wedding this is the one to choose. If you're thinking about a DJ for your wedding, stop what you're doing immediately and choose Chillula, you will not be disappointed!!!

AWESOME!!!!!! My husband and I have followed chillula from bar to bar for the several years we have lived in Saint Augustine, so choosing them for our wedding was not even a question. They have always been crowd pleasers, play music that people of all generations enjoy, and have what my mother calls "funk." The biggest compliment we received after our wedding was "that band, they were soo good" and it was the truth! We even had a friend cancel their DJ and book Chillula for their upcoming wedding. Stop looking for other bands, book Chillula, you won't regret it.

We knew within a couple minutes that this band was something really special and exactly what we were looking for for our wedding day! Incredible, personable, extremely talented, and the best band you could ever hire! Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without these guys! This band was amazing! My wedding guests did not get of the dance floor and Chase and the guys were great about going with the flow and just emphasizing a fun party atmospehere.

We first heard of Chillula through another wedding vendor we were using. We went to see them perform live and immediately wanted them for our wedding reception. Their fun energy on stage and professional sound was exactly what we were looking for to create a very fun, dancy atmosphere for our reception. There was even another couple there who had previously used them for their wedding, and just wanted to see them play again! The couple advised that we book this band ASAP. They play mostly new pop hits, but aren't afraid to break out some older hip-hop classics to spice things up. The frontman, Chase, was incredibly helpful and flexible leading up to the wedding, even allowing my brother to perform a song he had written for us in between sets. In retrospect, the value for the entertainment package they provide is incredible. I highly recommend this band for any occasion, but especially a wedding reception. Chillula brings the party!

Our guests LOVED Chillula! We had so many people compliment us on the band and we are still hearing from friends and family how much they enjoyed them. Chase played the guitar for our ceremony and learned a couple of custom songs that we chose. For the reception, they worked with the schedule and played all of the songs we asked for during special moments like our first dance the cake cutting. Chase also acted as a great MC! The band started after dinner and played all the great songs our guests could sing along to....I danced all night! They were incredibly responsive to our inquiries and requests and extremely flexible with any changes. So glad we chose them for our big day!

They were absolutely amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better band to play at our wedding. The band members are all very professional and friendly-- but most importantly they ROCK Their song selections had everyone up dancing from all different age groups. They have a wide selection of songs from different decades & played so many hits-- we definitely did not miss out on hiring a traditional wedding DJ. I would recommend Chillula without hesitation to anyone looking for a band to play at their wedding. We also had them play during our ceremony and cocktail hour and would recommend this as well to anyone looking to have the extra special touch of class. We had so many compliments on it and it made it feel very personal for us.

Recommend 100 times over!! Look no further!!

We got so many compliments on the band. One of my friends who is engaged is even booking them for her wedding. Definitely get the full band or at least make sure you pay for the trumpet guy. Totally worth the money.

October 2015 - Wedding in Jekyll Island GA: As the groom, I wanted to not only have a nice wedding, but also a very memorable party with dancing and fun for our friends and family. I decided that having a band would be our big wedding splurge, because no one ever remembers the DJ but people will remember the band forever. This was the best decision, and it made the reception so fun and memorable.

We had Chase play acoustic guitar at the ceremony which was very nice and set the mood. The remaining members of the band then joined us at the reception and had a wonderful setup (3 person) with great lighting for dancing. The band played all our favorite songs, and Chase not only has a wonderful voice but they played around with some lyrics to make the songs fun and family friendly. They did a great job with activities and announcements and played with very few breaks, and even played longer than expected since everyone was having such a great time. They even stayed and partied with us after the wedding was over. Overall, would not have changed anything about the experience. May of our guests were very impressed with the band and told us how much they enjoyed it. And this is Jen I second this review it was an amazing and fun night!

My husband and I asked Chase and Ted of Chillula to play our wedding ceremony and our cocktail hour on 9/26/15. We also asked for (their) DJ Hu to play the reception. I cannot say enough about these guys. Chase, Ted and DJ Hu played our special requests and ensured everything went smoothly from the moment they arrived early to the ceremony venue, to the moment they left the separate reception venue after all the guests left. They did not cheat us time or entertainment! These guys are awesome - very cool, very professional and very talented. As the bride, I would recommend them to anyone, regardless of musical taste, venue or wedding theme. They will NOT disappoint you!

Band was awesome! Our wedding was pushed backed due to rain, however, the band was flexible and worked around our tight timeline. They played through their usual break to try to help us get back on track and give us the most for our money. All of the guests loved the performance. The dance floor was packed and we had a great time! Would book these guys again in a heartbeat!

This is the band to get if you want your event to be a hit!! St Augustine was a destination wedding for us, so we based all our planning off of research and reviews. Chillula came with extremely high regard by all the locals. We were anxiously excited about our reception and having Chillula entertain our guest without ever seeing them in action. We were pleasantly surprised and our special night would not have been the same without them. Our guest enjoyed them so much that visited them at another performance later in the week. Chillula is the band to have if you want your event to be a success while entertaining your guest with their unmatched set list of 80s, 90s to today's hits! I wish we could take them back to Ohio with us so we could continue to enjoy their shows....

Chillula was one of everyone's favorite parts of our wedding! My only complaint is that I wish they could have played longer! A wedding band is such an awesome touch, and Chillula is such a fun band for a wedding, they had everyone up and dancing and having an awesome time-- from the groom's father to our 3-year-old niece and nephew who were all on the dance floor until 10pm!! Chase is also a nice, cool guy who was very easy to work with.

My husband and I met in a karaoke bar, and on that night we sang "Lean on Me" with two of our mutual friends. We closed out our wedding night with Chillula playing "Lean on Me" while my husband and I sang. People were singing along and crying and it was EPIC!

I can't say enough amazing things about Chase & the band. They were everything and MORE! Literally I started dancing at the first song and never stopped! The dance floor was packed & I even saw my dad get lured on there! Every single one of my engaged friends want them to play their upcoming weddings! Everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about the band and how amazing they were!

I need to have another party so they can play something again!!! :)

The band was very flexible with my last minute changes and demonstrated excellent communication leading up to the wedding. There was an unknown factor on how the weather would be on the day of my wedding and the band proved that they were willing to work with me any way possible!

This band is great. Played my wedding and their diverse music had everyone dancing from my younger relatives to my grandparents. They are super professional and I reccomend them for your event. If you have time preview them at a local St Augustine bar you will have a great time.

Chase and the band were far and away the best band we could have hired for our wedding. Everything from communication prior to the wedding, setting up the song selections and order of events, to the actual wedding reception where they simply knocked it out of the park. The music was perfect, they sounded great and we had numerous guests ask us where we found this awesome band! They had everyone up and dancing - from the grandparents to the children and everyone in between - and the pace and tone of the music was perfect. We had the full 7 piece band - which was great! The horns and the DJ made it that much better - we'd highly recommend the full ensemble. Without hesitation, we'd tell you that if you're considering a band for your wedding in northern Florida - Chillula should be at the top of your list.

Chillula played at our wedding last night and I could not get on here fast enough this morning to write this review. Well, I had originally picked out a big time wedding band from Atlanta, GA to play at our St. Augustine, FL wedding. I spent months and many restless nights worrying about if we made the right decision on the band because... well let's face it, if your band sucks, your reception sucks. My only experience with hearing Chillula had been at local bars, which they rocked, but regardless, I was nervous to have a "bar band" at the wedding. Boy was I wrong. A few days after speaking with Chase for the first time, we happened to attend a friends wedding that they were playing at and all of my worries were put to rest. Chillula had our guests on the dance floor literally the entire night, and our guests were even chanting for an encore when the reception came to an end. If you are still looking for a wedding band and are undecided, take the plunge and go with these guys, you will absolutely not be disappointed. To Chase and the rest of the band, thank you for making our wedding day so easy and so memorable.

I really can't say enough about how great Chillula was for our wedding! Chase played his own acoustic music at the ceremony which was absolutely beautiful. They turned already good songs into great dance songs and really nailed the mood of our guests. Everyone was dancing! I still have people raving about how fantastic the band was. They spun some oldies into dance music as well which really got my dad up and dancing. They were so easy to work with and very flexible. They turned our reception into a real party! A live band is 100% the way to go for a really fun reception. They have such an awesome sound and have very talented musicians. I would absolutely recommend this band to anyone looking.

These guys were absolutely amazing. My wife and I happened to stop by a bar they were playing at one night, and decided on the spot that if they were available, they would be playing at our wedding.

Well, they actually moved their schedule around just to be available for us. So right from the start, we knew we had made a good decision. Chase was easy to work with; I kept in contact with him via email in the months leading up to the wedding, and he was very responsive and accommodating. We made some changes to the timeline along the way, which I know can be a challenge, but he took it all in stride. The night of the wedding couldn't have been better. Chase played guitar for the ceremony, we added a keyboard for the cocktail hour, and then had the full band for the reception. Every part of it was perfect. From start to finish, they knew how to set the perfect tone. We gave them no instruction about what to play or not to play, feeling confident that they knew that they were doing. We were right. The best part is that these guys are really, really great musicians. They play a wide variety of music with a whole lot of talent, and they have some music of their own that is pretty impressive as well. We ended up having some wedding crashers from the surrounding area who, as I was asking them to leave, said they just wanted to get closer to the great music.

When I was researching them online, I noticed that most of the videos they have posted really don't do them justice. If you can, go listen to them play live. I guarantee you will want to book this band.

Our experience working with Chilula was seamless from the get-go. We booked way out and I found that Chase was so responsive and understood 150% any anxieties I had, whether they were grounded in fact or not. I was very excited to have them and felt that I was going to let them lead the party, as they are the professionals. I was planning the wedding entirely myself and they were helpful in coming up with my timeline for how the evening was going to go.

On a very special note, what really made our night above all else, was our "First Dance" song. We picked a Dave Matthews song. At first, Chase Rideman said Dave Matthews is just to tricky to cover--with his unique voice and guitar solos. HOWEVER, we were completely and utterly shocked when we went up for our first dance and Chase did the acoustic version live. We were expecting to play the recorded version.

Chilula is a band that goes above and beyond. They are doing this yes, to make money, but also the love of music and the genuine desire to lead others into a memorable party. Music was so good, it was hard to walk away from the dance floor.

These guys are the best entertainment for any event! We had a small wedding and these guys had everyone dancing! They are very flexible and easy to work with and accomodated all of my requests without skipping a beat. Chase also played our ceremony which was perfect as well. Chase and Chillula were great! Chase played acoustic guitar for our ceremony and we had the full band and DJ for our reception. They kept the party lively and were able to play live and specific songs through the DJ. Our guests thought they were great! We had a great time and danced a ton! They were great at knowing when to play what type of music. We gave them freedom to make decisions on entrance songs, etc. This was a great call and helped us relax and enjoy. The night ran great and was a lot of fun thanks to Chillula!

I can't say enough good things here about Chillula, all around they exceeded our already very high expectations... A year ago all I wanted was to find a non-stereotypical / awesome wedding band and I was fortunate enough to come across Chillula. Then after talking to Chase (who is SO nice, organized, responsive, and laid back), it was clear who we had to have at our wedding... and we were not disappointed! We had Chase play the guitar during our Ceremony and the whole band + DJ play at our Reception, literally the dance floor was packed until the very end... which made us SO soooo happy! Even with all of the nonsense with our surprisingly annoying venue - everyone of Chillula was so accommodating, so fun, and professional... this entire 1st month since our wedding we are still receiving compliments on how awesome our band was. I will miss working with Chase as much as I have been this past year but I seriously can't wait to partake in another event where Chillula will be playing as I know that if they are there than the event will be amazing. I would recommend Chillula to any of my family or friends.

Chase and the rest of Chillula were so amazing. They did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception as well as announcing the wedding events. We had several guests all night long telling us they were one of the best bands they've heard, that they've never danced so much at a wedding, and even had family that were making plans to go see them perform after the wedding. Chillula is a fantastic band. They are all very friendly, professional, and flexible--it was a pleasure working with them. Chase made sure all the details were set well before our wedding day, which was a relief.
On the day of, Chase played his acoustic guitar before and after the ceremony. It was just enough to set the tone without being too much. The band also put on a GREAT show at our reception. They had the perfect set list, (some songs even sounded better than the original!). We all had a ton of fun dancing and our guests gave us rave reviews about Chillula! My husband and I are VERY happy with our decision to hire this band for our big day and we highly recommend them.

The band is very detail oriented and organized. They went to through the entire ceremony with us and had great suggestions throughout the entire process. Our venue was difficult since it was on an island only accessible by passenger ferry, but the band did everything they needed to for things to happen flawlessly. Chase played the acoustic guitar during the ceremony and did a wonderful job of providing beautiful background music that didn't steal the show. We had guitar, keyboard, bass, & drums play for the reception and they kept everyone dancing the whole time. The music selection is great and everyone kept asking where we found this awesome band! I really have nothing bad to say, everything went great even with the difficult venue and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a band.

If you are looking for an unbelievable wedding band, then look no further. The Chillula Dance Party Band had our entire wedding on the dance floor all night long. Chase Rideman was professional, but relaxed – he stepped me through a timeline for the evening to get a feel for how I wanted the ‘formal’ aspects of the reception structured. We selected an unusual first dance song that the band learned to play for us and we received tons of compliments on Chase’s singing voice! Our wedding was a mix of older family members and younger friends, which can be a tough crowd to satisfy musically, but Chillula hit the perfect mix all night without playing your typical cheesy wedding music. All around – this band is incredible and I would highly recommend them for your wedding or any occasion.

We hired Chillula for our wedding ceremony and reception. We really wanted a live band that would make our reception a big dance party....we got it!! They were amazing!!! My reception was outside and even in the cold every single one of our guests was outside dancing the night away. They played a large variety of songs that all of our guest loved from teenagers to grandparents. I can not stress enough how amazing this band is. I received so many compliments the next day. Our guest wanted to know who the band was and when/where we could see them again. They truly made my dream dance party come true. Chase also kept the event moving along as planned. He is very reliable and was easy to work with. If you are looking for a great band to play your wedding, look no further. We will defiantly go see them again and are truly grateful that we found them.

We are so pleased that we chose Chase to entertain us and our guests at our wedding. We both enjoy several different genres of music and he was spectacular. He was on time, very professional and his timing and execution of the songs he played was spot on. We asked him to play whatever he felt appropriate. The result - all of our guests asked where we found him, and all commented on how great the music was. We would recommend him to anyone!

I wanted to book CHILLULA dance party band for our holiday party in 2012, but they are so popular and we asked them late in the game and they were unavailable. So, we booked them a full year in advance and they did not disappoint! I've personally heard CHILLULA dance party band at three different events in St. Augustine, 2 weddings and a gala and all three prior experiences were amazing. We have a younger company where people like to have a few drinks and dance. The music was perfect... a little Justin Timberlake and Outkast which was great! The dance floor was full and everyone was happy. Our company was super impressed and all throughout the night I had people come up to tell me how much they loved the band. The compliments continued through Monday. I would highly recommend CHILLULA dance party band to anyone for a wedding, holiday party, basically any event that you want people to have a great time and dance. The entire band was super friendly, fit right in, were open to suggestions and extremely, extremely talented. For the price, hands down you can't find anyone better. Forget the DJ, hire this band!

Chillula was recommended to us as soon as we told our family we were engaged.. the one vendor we 'had to have!' We are the type who enjoy a band over a DJ for a wedding. Chillula was amazing. There were even strangers peaking over the wall into the Government House courtyard filming the band and the guests getting down. My only surprise was the band being inside the venue when we arrived due to the rain from earlier and not being clear about where I was to have an 'entrance' at that time. However, after checking the weather and the band having a plate of our amazing food we had that night, they packed up and made their way outside while we had our speeches. By the time we we made our way outside, the party started! Thank you Chillula. You have a special place in our heart from now on.

The Chillula Band were absolutely AMAZING at my wedding. All my guests kept telling me how fabulous the band was and everyone was dancing and having a great time. Chase was very very easy to work with, he kept calm and made me feel comfortable that everything was being handled so I could enjoy the wedding. Chase played guitar during the ceremony and the band played during the cocktail hour and reception. I recommend using the Chillula Band for your entire event!! I couldn't have been happier with their performance and on top of all that their pricing was very reasonable. Best band a girl could ask for on her special day... thanks Chillula Band you guys rocked!

I highly recommend this band! They were amazing and kept the party going.. Very talented musicians. We had a ton of compliments about how much fun they were.. We were sad when they had to stop. Chase was very responsive and did an awesome job all day!!

I would have given Chillula more stars if possible! They were just amazing. Chase played our ceremony solo with a perfect mix of acoustic music, and then we had a 4 piece band play our reception. They were so awesome! We have had so many guests, young and old, comment how good they were and several say they were the best band they'd ever seen play a wedding. He read the crowd perfectly, played an awesome and non-typical mix of music that had our whole party dancing till we had to shut it down for the noise ordinance. Chase was super organized and professional and the whole band was just a great group of guys. I want to get married again so we can hire them again, they were that good!! Thank you thank you thank you Chillula for truly making our wedding the perfect night.

These guys were unreal. They kept the energy up the entire night, not a single guest was sitting for the three hour reception. We were working without a planner, and changing up times at the last minute, they worked with everything and made it seem like the entire reception was perfectly planned. Professional, fun, and great musicians. Cannot say enough good things about Chillula and Chase.

We had a blast at our wedding with the help of Chillula!! Our guests raved about the band and how great they were and we couldn't agree more! The acoustic guitar during our ceremony and first dance to the amazing covers and DJ during the party, everything was perfect! We would recommend them to everyone for any event!

Chillula rocked us all night long! My wedding guests are still telling me how awesome the band sounded throughout the whole reception. I can't wait to throw another party just so we can book this band!!

Nothing else I can say but....ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Chase and the boys made the most important day in our lives so memorable...I couldn't have asked for more! From the instrumentals of the ceremony...to the light music played during cocktail hour...and ending off with music that kept people on the dance floor all night long... all my guests are still raving about the music the band played...THANKS GUYS! Besides, the obvious hit the music was of getting the party started and keeping it popping all night long...there are so many more reasons why Chillula ROCKS! For starters, Chase was willing to change the dates of another gig so that we could acquire his services. Second, he was in constant contact with me throughout the process helping me plan a timeline out and was very knowledgeable on the way a wedding should flow. Also, when we changed the timeline a right before the day he was willing to come a little bit earlier than discussed!

I would recommend Chase and his band to any future wedding couples. There professional, flexibility, knowledge, and MOST IMPORTANT MUSIC is second to none!

Chillula played at my recent wedding reception and simply put, they were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. My wife and I wanted a band that had a great, "non-cheesy" sound with a lot of vibe and personality. If this is what you are looking for this is the band for you! Chase was the consummate professional and was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Most importantly, these guys are flat out excellent musicians who played great music and knew when and how to keep the dance floor packed. We left all the MC work to Chase and he did an excellent job in that respect as well. Outside the open bar, Chillula was the main hit of the night as all of our guests raved about how good the band was and asked how we found such a cool band. If you want a great party band in the Jacksonville area Chillula is the band to book! If you have any hesitation these guys play a lot in St Augustine so check them out and talk to Chase. Once you hear them play I have no doubt you will love them and be convinced they are the band for you!

Chase and his crew were AMAZING!!! I had never been to a wedding with a band, so I was nervous that no one would dance.....boy was I wrong!! I had never heard them live and only listened to their clips from their website, but they had music that was current and got the crowd going. I knew they would be good, but they really exceeded my expectations (and believe me as a bride, we have very high expectations!). Seriously....book Chillula for your wedding, you will not be disappointed.

This band ROCKS! Chase was my point of contact throughout the whole process and was on it. I had to plan my wedding from across the country so service was important to me. Chase made himself available to chat whenever needed. Even with a 3 hour time difference. The band was friendly and prefessional. The sax guy even let my sister and I take some goofy photos with his saxaphone! Everyone was raving about the band during and after the wedding! Ryan and I would recommend them for any event (not just a wedding) where you want your guest to have fun and dance.

Also, we had Chase play acoustic during the ceremony...now I don't really remember that particular part probably because I was so nervous not to fall walking down the aisle, BUT all of the guest said how beautiful he sounded and they loved that we did something different. We would definitely recommend Chillula again!
