Cal and Amanda were fantastic to work with. Amanda will help you coordinate your wedding script and find a perfectly matched officiant for the big day. She was helpful, responsive, and kind. We ended up going with Cal, and he made our day very special! His words were read meaningfully and we got many comments afterwords about how touching our ceremony was. Thanks Cal and Amanda for guiding us through something we knew nothing about and managing to help us make it to so heartfelt and special. -

I am so happy that we used Chicago Wedding Officiant Services for our wedding. They were affordable, quick to reply, and so friendly. We had Cal as our officiant and he did a great job. You can tell he's been doing it for a while. He genuine cares about the couple he is marrying and it shows. So many of our guests thought that we knew Cal personally before our wedding. They were surprised we had found him online! He made our ceremony so personal and special it felt like we knew him for years. I wouldn't change a thing! Thanks Cal. -

Cal was great. We forgot our marriage license but he was willing to forgive that and waited until a guest dropped it off at our venue. The communication all around was fast and accurate as well. -

Isabel Quintero performed our ceremony exactly as we wanted, with amazingly clear diction, a warm tone, and a bright smile. Aaron helped us get everything together before the ceremony, gave us lots and lots of options, and was incredibly responsive to questions. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an officiant. -

Scott was amazing to work with! He was very professional and actually helped the coordinator at our venue with our rehearsal to ensure everything went smoothly for us. Honestly, knowing the service and quality he provided I'm surprised they don't charge more. Aaron was very quick to reply to our questions and helped us through setting up or vows. I couldn't have asked for more for such a special day! -

Aaron was phenomenal to work with as a wedding officiant!!!! From day one of contacting Aaron all the way to our wedding day he was quick to response, very helpful in explaining things, and very professional. Aaron was also flexible when it came to rehearsal dinner dates and locations. I would highly recommend working with Aaron. He was there to coach us through our wedding planning, and really helped put our minds at ease which is very important for a stressed out bride. With Aaron, I knew everything would be taken care of, and I could focus on other parts of the wedding planning. I would highly recommend Aaron as a wedding officiant! -

Aaron did a very good job. All of our guests thought we knew him previously. We also had an unconventional rehearsal in a loud space with groomsmen determined to make jokes and not listen, but he handled it very well. -

We picked Isabel to perform our ceremony and she was great!! We wanted our ceremony to include Spanish and English readings and she was perfect. Aaron was also very helpful with the process of finding an officiant and the ceremony selection. Thank you both for everything!! -

Aaron was great to work with - we loved the fact he let us build out our own ceremony flow! We are very organized people, so we appreciated getting Word documents with an outline so we could pick and choose how we wanted everything to go.
Aaron also did a great job keeping our bridal party in order at the rehearsal and actual wedding ceremony - we had a large bridal party that doesn't listen too well and he took that all in stride and got us all in place to make the ceremony go off without a hitch! -

Chicago Wedding Officiant Services was recommend to us by our wedding planner at Naturally Yours Events. We were lucky enough to have Aaron as our officiant, and loved the entire process of working with him. Using Aaron's ceremony tools, we were able to customize our ceremony to fit exactly what we were looking for with Aaron's expert guidance along the way. He understood our desire to have a short and simple ceremony, but helped us to ensure the ceremony was beautiful and meaningful. Aaron is a wonderful public speaker, and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the ceremony. Most importantly, Aaron is extremely responsive and is just a lovely person - we very much enjoyed meeting with him, and couldn't have asked for a better officiant! -

I really enjoyed working with this company. Our officiant Cal was great and professional, he really fit our wedding perfectly. Aaron was very professional on setting everything up and getting emails back to me in a timely fashion. I'm very glad that we decide with this group over the others because getting to look over the ceremony first made us feel more at ease with everything. Chicago Wedding Officiant Services is a great option for someone just looking for an officiant for their wedding. They give multiple templates for you to choose from so that you don't have to worry about it.
From miscommunication with our coordinator, our marriage license wasn't mailed out before it expired. I contacted Aaron and he was extremely helpful the entire time. I found out that the officiant had to call the county's department for me and request a duplicate license. They received it and mailed it back to the county office for me without an additional charge. -

Aaron Keller and The Chicago Wedding Officiants was absolutely amazing! Aaron met with us several months prior to our Wedding, he was so kind and patient. I was a very anxious Bride, as we had a guest list of 275 and our vision for our Ceremony including many multicultural rituals such as Jumping the Broom and being Lassoed. Aaron was invaluable to us, he personalized our entire ceremony. What a gem we had! My new husband and I both could not have been more pleased with him or the service he provided us. He was so calm and professional and punctual and friendly always. Thank you Aaron, for everything! Aaron was a great addition to our special day! He included a perfect balance of humor and sensitivity, religion and values, and personal touches catered just to us. He really listened to the information we submitted regarding who we were and what we were seeking in our ceremony. Our guests appreciated the 20-30 minute length of the ceremony, and the overall presentation Aaron provided. Our marriage certificate was submitted in a timely manner as well! And the cherry on top: he was in our budget! We couldn't have asked for anything more! -

We used Scott as our officiant. He was great and helped us plan out the format of the ceremony and was flexible in adding a line my Dad chose to do the day before.
The templates they use are great and we were able to piece together parts from different ones to make one ceremony we really loved! -

My husband and I recently got married and we could not be any happier with the level of service and attentiveness we received from Chicago Wedding Officiants! When we were initially looking for an officiant for our ceremony it was very important for us to find an officiant who was bilingual. It was very difficult to find any and when we stumbled upon Chicago Wedding Officiants we were very hopeful! From our initial inquiry to our very last email with Aaron, he was very detailed, flexible, understanding, and professional about every single detail and aspect that goes into planning a wedding ceremony. He made the process of planning such an important event that much easier-which my husband and I appreciated greatly! The day of our ceremony we were thrilled to meet our officiant Isabel Quintero! Isabel delivered the sermon with such care, eloquence, and joy! Many of our guest were touched by it and we received many wonderful compliments after the ceremony. Without a doubt one of the best in the business. I had Aaron officiate my wedding and he was nothing short of amazing. He was prompt and very enthusiastic throughout the entire duration of our wedding. Not to mention he also works closely with an amazing photographer that captured every moment to the T. We were provided with the high resolution photos just two days after our wedding which was very impressive. I give this service 10 thumbs up!!!!! -

Aaron was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to all of my emails, texts, and phone calls. We had to move our wedding day 4 months earlier, and Aaron was very accommodating with the change. Through out the planning, he was extremely professional. On the day of the wedding, Aaron arrived at the site promptly and on time as promised. He looked very professional and carried out the ceremony very sufficiently. I am happy to have Aaron as our wedding officiant! I highly recommend Aaron.

We worked with Aaron recently and the entire experience was beyond amazing. I really wish I could give him a 10 on flexibility. We had to change venues last minute due to the bride falling ill and Aaron was able to make it happen with only a few minutes notice.
Aaron was very prompt and reliable with responding to my emails and phone calls. He was very courteous and professional throughout our experience with him. It is clear that he has years of experience in this field.
We had Aaron write up our vows and he was even able to incorporate our own type of unity ceremony into it. The whole ceremony was wonderful with the delivery and writing. We could not have asked for anything more.
We are so happy we stumbled across Aaron and his Chicago Wedding Officiant Services and would recommend him to anyone in the Chicago area for weddings and elopements. -

Aaron and Mike the photographer were awesome, I seriously couldn't have hoped for anything more. My wife and I decided to get married a week or so ahead of the date, and started feverishly planning the wedding. I was making calls from my home in Hawaii, and she was making calls from her home in Illinois. Everything came together so easily, and they were extremely accommodating even though my wife and I felt like we were totally disorganized. Aaron held everything together and delivered the best ceremony I've ever seen or heard. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for the most memorable experience of their life. -

Aaron was responsive throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding. My fiancé and I wanted to make sure we had a bilingual officiant and that our ceremony reflected our personality. Officiant Isabel Quintero was absolutely fantastic! When my husband and I met her for the first time we felt as if she had known us for years. During our ceremony she had some much passion and her voice is truly delightful. We could not have chosen a better officiant for our special day. Aaron was very attentive throughout all of our corresponding. He offered a great selection of readings that were a little different from the typical ones you hear at weddings every year. Three days before my Goddaughter's wedding, I found out she and the groom had planned a great reception, but neglected to arrange any kind of wedding ceremony or select an officiant. I called Chicago Wedding Services late in the evening, expecting to leave a message, but actually reached a real person on the first try. Thank goodness for Aaron Keller and this company-- I was a little panicky given the fact that over 200 people were coming in to see a wedding that might not occur, but Aaron took care of everything--sent beautiful sample vows in Spanish and English for the bride and groom to choose from (although they could have used their own, or a combination), met their complicated last-minute scheduling needs, and performed the ceremony in Spanish. Highly recommended!!!

We worked with Scott through Rev Aaron for our ceremony and he was great. Aaron was very responsive in the process of assigning us an officant and met all of our reqests in doing so. When we met Scott for the first time at the rehearsal he was very helpful in guiding us through the ceremony. He was also very professional and curteous on the day of wedding as well. He also mailed our license the next day so my wife can change her name ASAP. Prices were competitive and payment was east with PayPal. Overall great experience. -

Aaron was not only extremely easy and willing to get a hold of throughout the entire process, but he was happy to be doing his part. I never once saw him without a smile. He was also stock full of recommendations for our ceremony script if we didn't know what we wanted. My wife and I are not very religious people and he was extremely accommodating to our wishes for what was said. He was willing to meet with us in person well before our day and then from there we communicated via e-mail, which he responded to every time within hours. I can't recommend him enough and am so very glad that he was present on that day that my wife and I will never forget.

We were not the best at writing vows so when we heard Amanda could take this off our hands it was perfect. She done an amazing job.
Cal was our officiant who was just lovely, we had a quote from winnie the pooh and when he read it out it took me back to being a very small child staying at my grandparents house, my grandfather would tuck me in at night and reading winnie the pooh to me. It was very touching. We couldn't of asked for a better ceremony.

Aaron was beyond helpful with assisting us to locate the information we needed in order for is to wed in cook county. My husband and I travel A LOT for work and sometimes I was unable to get back to Aaron as quickly as I would have liked to, he however was prompt and clear with his reply.
We had an intimate wedding of 5 people, which was organized entirely by email.
Isabel performed our service, and we were very pleased. She has a warm and calm demeanour . Her delivery of our ceremony and vows couldn't have been better. -
