  Top Notch Service = No Stress Wedding

  Nicole was such an incredible resource to us both in planning the wedding and the day of. She took care of all the minor details that I never would of thought of, while letting us make the decisions and not pushing us towards anything. The wedding went perfectly because of the careful planning Nicole put into it as well as her work the day of to keep everything on track. I wouldn't highly recommend working with Nicole and her team at Chiave Events. You won't be dissapointed!

  We loved Chiave!

  From the very first meeting with Neusha and Nicole from Chiave Events, we knew they would be the perfect coordinators for our wedding day. They were both super personable, easy to get along with, and they made us feel as if we had known them as friends for years even though we had just met. Throughout the entire planning process, the team was right there by our side. They were super attentive and responsive to our questions and ideas. They provided us with fantastic recommendations that fit perfectly with our vision and helped us with whatever we needed. They even created a seating chart sign from scratch based on our ideas, which ended up saving us money! On the day of the Wedding, everything went smoothly without a hitch and it was the best day of our lives. We couldn't have been happier with the services that Chiave provided. Neusha and Nicole truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We highly recommend them for any event!

  Best Team, amazing energy!

  I contacted Chiave Events with just an idea that I was considering but needed some basic information from an industry professional to know whether it was worth pursuing or not with my budget.
  I wanted to throw a secret 25th-anniversary vow renewal for my parents and needed everything from rentals to caterers, to a photographer. Neusha and Nicole handled absolutely everything for me on my behalf and had updated budget sheets and mood boards ready for me at every meeting. If I ever had a question about where something was coming from or how it was going to work, I would get a response immediately.
  They work with such a high level of professionalism and can really turn any idea into a reality. They take all the stress of planning an event off of you and work their magic. They also are always ready with multiple options so that you don't have to feel like there is only one right answer for you and your event. They have a range of companies they work with to make sure you are getting exactly what you're asking for and more.
  I couldn't have been more pleased and happy with the outcome of the event and I think the tears from my parents and the guests help to show that this event was wonderfully planned.

  Chiave Events was amazing!

  Chiave Events was a godsend for our wedding! I'm a corporate event planner, so you would think I would have some sort of leg up on the wedding planning process--but you'd be wrong. Weddings are a completely different animal.
  
  Neusha and Nicole were so knowledgeable and organized. We used Chiave's "partial planning" option, because we had already gotten the ball rolling before hiring them. Our vendors had a great time working with Chiave also, since they were so organized and thorough. It made the wedding planning process so much easier. They also made themselves available to answer questions, whether they were etiquette questions, design or logistics questions, or asking for an honest personal opinion.
  
  We also used some of their props for our wedding aesthetic. They have the ability to make custom vinyl decals to apply to mirrors signs, which was so convenient and much more economical than trying to get that done on our own.
  
  Neusha and Nicole--thank you so much! Our wedding was a complete dream-come-true and we definitely have you two to thank!!

  After the excitement of my engagement wore off, I realized I had a big wedding to plan for people who like to party. Venue, food, flowers, everything needed to be on point. With no clue on where to begin, and enough dread to drive me to the courthouse for a quick wedding, I turned to Neusha. First thing I wanted to mark off of my list was the venue, and I had a pretty demanding list of what I wanted. Neusha provided me with a list of venues that met my criteria, and her explanation of everything they offered helped me come to my final decision. It was incredibly helpful in light of the fact that I didn’t have a lot of time to devote to this task. She knew what to ask, who to ask, and how to explain it all to me.
  
  I never felt shy about asking her questions and getting her opinion. I’m pretty stubborn, and I occasionally have terrible ideas. As much as I hated it at the time, Neusha gave it to me straight. She was never wrong. Not once. That’s the mark of someone who knows her way around the industry. Neusha dealt with any unpleasant or difficult task that I was just not up to. She managed a schedule, my guests, and even flagged down a few bewildered souls with jumper cables when the car that was to take me to the church wouldn’t start.
  
  She was as hand-on and hands-off as I wanted her to be, and she was my touchstone through a process that lasted 10 months. Neusha thoroughly enjoys what she does, and that passion comes through in her work.

  Worth Every Penny

  Chiave Events made my wedding day so perfect! I had a ton of hand made items (pictures, table numbers, monkey knots, and flower arrangements I did myself) I wanted on the tables and they set everything up so beautifully. This was no easy task as all my flower arrangements shifted during transportation and didn’t look right, but they were able to fix the flowers and display all my decor better than I imagined. I also ordered the wrong frosting on my cake so it also shifted in transit. The whole top was sliding off but I never even knew until days later! They were able to add flowers to the cake to make it look good as new and sneakily told my husband to cut from the bottom of the cake instead of the top.
  I remember my wedding day being so perfect and I am so greatfull to Nuesha and Nicole for making that possible! Thank you again Chiave Events!
