I had several questions about items and prices, My sales rep was really good and responsive. I sent my sister over to the showroom to check some out there selection, like table linens and chairs, and she had a great experience as well. The rentals showed up on time. The day before my wedding! and as far as I know everything was picked up on time as well!

The staff is very friendly and super helpful when it comes to choosing which rentals work best for your wedding. They make sure it fits into your budget. We rented white outdoor white folding chairs for our ceremony. They were the basic white chairs that went perfectly. They had other options but said that we could save money with the basic ones which could still look beautiful. And they did! -

I can't say enough about the staff and the selection of rentals! We went in without even a color picked out and the reps gave us awesome ideas for our desired theme and budget. They were attentive and patient as we went through dozens of options. Eventually we decided on getting wood chairs, a few farmer tables, gold linens, charger plates, and a clear tent. Everything was in perfect shape, the farmer tables were the biggest centerpiece of the wedding everyone loved them. 5 stars for sure! -

The company was great to work with. They really helped make our wedding wonderful. I was able to stay within my budget while getting the perfect gold chairs and ivory tablecloths that I wanted for the reception. We also got the pretty garden chairs for the ceremony and an arch. The crew was on schedule to the venue and set up everything exactly as I wanted. Thanks for everything!! -

Beautiful linens and gorgeous chairs I rented from Allure Party Rentals. Delivery was one day before the guys were so helpful and they set up all the chairs in place of my tables and also helped me set up my linens. Everyone was so great from the beginning. We recently used Allure for our beach wedding reception. We rented the chairs, tableclothes, and tables. I really liked the selection that they carried with regards to the chairs and cloths. recently worked with them for my nautical themed wedding. I loved the different choices I had for my colors. Ended up reserving the chairs, linens, chargers, tablescapes, and a tent. It was really cool how the tent came with a clear top - when you put the lights on it at night it was like glowing! Overall I would definitely say I was a happy customer and would refer them to a friend. -

By far the best vendor we worked with for our wedding. The staff was extremely help and courteous on the phone and in person. The rep was able to make really good suggestions to match our theme and budget for the rental items. Planning a wedding on your own is a big task and it is priceless to have great people helping you along the way. The tent, chairs, and charger plates were so beautiful, I couldn't have asked for more. I'm so grateful to their staff for helping me create my fairy tale wedding. Definitely 5 stars! -

Recently rented equipment from my wedding on 11/22 from Allure. They had a fabulous selection of chairs and linens so I was able to put together something truly unique and exactly to our taste. I found that the staff was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The company brought the equipment the morning of our wedding (per our venue rules) and set up was done as directed and on time. I was very satisfied with the products we received and have gotten compliments on the look of everything! I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a wedding - especially the chiavary chairs and satin tablecloths! -

We rented a bridal arc and chivalry chairs from Allure for our wedding. They were very quick to answer any questions and definitely helpful on the renting and scheduling portion. I would give them a five star but did not like that the chairs were dropped off without the cushions on, also the cushions did not match overall, some had different tones of beige and even the material as a bit off. Overall it looked great in pictures due to the dimmed like, would've like to have known in advance that they don't set up the chairs. -

In the beginning there was a small mistake but they fix the issue right away. The owner does his best to work with you and to fix anything. So, I start this review by saying that I have NEVER written a negative review about any business. I got married April 9th of 2016. This was the WORSE experience I have ever had in my life. They started off by calling me less then a week before the wedding to let me know that they did not have the linens I had ordered ( which every bride knows throws off the entire decoration of tables if they are already set up and everything is ordered) They did replace them but it was still a hassle. Then, Probably 3 days before the wedding they tell me that they did not have the chairs I had ordered for the ceremony available. Again, ALL of the decorations, flower and essence of the wedding was based on the fact that the chairs were a little more rustic. He told me he would give me a free upgrade to nicer chairs and we left it at that. Then after I had made arrangements so that my ceremony would look nice with these new chairs and everything was changed, the owner calls me again to let me know that he got the old chairs again. I told him that I would keep the upgradedchairs and he said no. He said he went through the effort of getting these NEW chairs for me so that I would be happy ( when I got the chairs they had stains and marks all over them--needless to say they were NOT new.) The day before the wedding they delivered everything I had ordered, except they delivered linens of all different types of white which looked horrible. On top of that the napkins they delivered came in dirty and with makeup stains. You would think that all of this happens and they would be so apologetic right? NO. not one apology. The night before my wedding I ended up making 14 calls to the owner who told me "I am laying in my bed and I cant do anything at this point" The people ended up delivering the linens at around 9:00pm the day before my wedding and they didn't even let me check if they had brought in the right things. They also charged me a fee they said they had waved. WORSE EVER!! DO NOT USE! -

I booked Allure Party Rentals based off their "great" reviews online. I should have known from my first interaction things were not as they appear at this company. Every time I spoke with someone I got different answers and prices. I finally approved a proposal and paid my deposit for chairs, floor, and tent rental for my bridal shower. The week of the shower they called asking if they could deliver the floor early on Thursday (the event was Saturday) because they would be too busy Friday. Ok no problem. Then they deliver a wooden, spray painted black, extremely scratched floor. I was told the flooring I ordered was an off white resin material. The floor was disgusting looking. I called immediately and was told that the floor was subcontracted out and this was as good as it was going to get, that the resin floor was "pretty ugly too". Then came the tent, it was filthy. Not just some wear and tear dirt, but actually embarrassingly disgusting. As in I could not have my guests sit and eat underneath. The set up guys even admitted that they had been too busy to wash the tent. To Allure's credit they did send a guy out to pressure wash it. Although it was so dirty my dad had to get on a ladder and help him scrub it down. I took pictures to send to Allure and they admitted it was dirtier than usual. They offered to send another tent. I had to call 10 times in a row to get an answer and finally they admitted a new tent wouldn't be cleaner. So we had to give up on that. The chairs were also all stained and dirty. Thankfully with a good wash they came clean. I spoke with Brian mostly at Allure. He was horrible to deal with, rude, and unprofessional. I wrote a review and after receiving very unpleasant text messages from Brian about it did they finally honor the partial refund they promised. Weeks later the owner reached out and apologized about how everything was handled. Every interaction with Allure has been a headache and I would caution others to avoid this company. -

Unprofessional and unreliable - do not use this company. We worked with Allure Party Rentals for months - in person meetings, email, phone, detailed agendas - and at the end of the day, we did not get what we paid for. First, we ordered 139 chairs and upgraded cushions. Come wedding day, only 134 chairs were delivered. Luckily our venue had another wedding taking place, and borrowed chairs from that wedding. Next, when my husband and I walked into the reception room, 5 minutes before it was to start, we saw that Allure had delivered ivory, not champagne linens (we had gone into the company and picked from the book the linens we wanted). There was no way to change anything at that point, but we were extremely disappointed. Then, despite having written out an exact time schedule for delivery and pick up, our chairs and linens were delivered late, and not picked up until several days later. Finally, Allure accused me of lying. One of the chivari chairs broke (I saw it happen - my very skinny sister was sitting on it when it broke from under her). When I relayed this information to Allure, they said "well that's a case of he said she said." I couldn't believe I was being accused of lying.
In the end, we had chairs and linens. However, it was not what we ordered and expected, and I was extremely disappointed with such unprofessional service. -
