🇧🇷Fui madrinha no casamento e ajudei a cuidar dos detalhes. A gerente e o DJ foram muito atenciosos antes e durante o evento. O lugar é lindo, de frente ao mar, com uma varanda grande. Gostei muito da comida e dos drinks, mas em especial do atendimento da equipe. E todos os garçons e pessoal do bar foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Ficamos encantados. Super recomendo!

I was a bridesmaid at the wedding and helped take care of the details. The manager and the DJ were very attentive before and during the event. The place is beautiful, facing the ocean, with a large balcony. I really enjoyed the food and the drinks, but especially the service from the staff. All the waiters and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. We were delighted. I highly recommend it!

When we booked Chez Bisutti for our wedding, it hadn’t even opened yet. We waited almost two years for our big day — but it was so worth it.
The support we received in Brazil, led by Beatriz, was perfect — I just wish I had met her sooner! She gave us complete confidence that everything would turn out just right.
Until our wedding, they hadn’t done any tropical-style décor yet, so I didn’t have high expectations that it would look exactly how I imagined… but I was blown away!
The decoration was flawless — and the food and drinks? Absolutely amazing!
I would recommend them with my eyes closed!

Excellent service. Every detail of the wedding was beautiful and exactly as the bride and groom had dreamed. The organization and the entire Bisutti team in Punta Cana supported us from the first day we contacted them until the last. Without a doubt, we would recommend them 100%. The venue is spectacular, a cool place with air conditioning, the beach in front for the ceremony, the guests and family were delighted with the decoration, the venue, the music, the food was divine, the waiters were very attentive, drinks were always available for our guests, we can only thank the Bisutti Group for their excellence and quality in the service provided.

Our wedding at Chez Bisutti Punta Cana, located at the stunning Club Med, was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something truly magical, and the experience far exceeded our expectations.

The infrastructure provided by Club Med made the experience for both us and our guests unforgettable. The circus classes, the golf course, and the all-inclusive services offered by the resort added a unique touch, ensuring that our guests were always entertained and pampered. The convenience of having everything at our fingertips created the perfect setting for the most special day of our lives.

What made the day even more incredible was knowing that ours was the only wedding taking place. It was such a special feeling for my wife to be treated like the “queen” of the resort. The personalized attention and exclusivity made the day even more magical for her, and it showed in her happiness throughout the event.

Having our ceremony right in front of that breathtaking turquoise sea was an unforgettable experience. And knowing that, just twenty steps away from the sand, we had the best event space in Punta Cana brought us peace of mind. Chez Bisutti’s venue gave us the perfect balance of beach beauty and event security, ensuring that weather was never a concern.

Celebrating our reception with the incredible views outside created a stunning backdrop for our photos, which turned out absolutely gorgeous. The Bisutti team’s expertise in creating unforgettable events was clear from the start, giving us full confidence that everything would be flawless. Every single detail was perfect, and our guests loved every moment. I cannot thank the team enough for making it such a seamless and joyful experience.

My experience with the Bisutti Group at the Club Med Punta Cana was perfect. I had all the support I needed during all the process and during the event. They took care of all the details of my wedding, and it couldnt have been better. The food, the music, the drinks, te decoration, the staff and all the organization was incredible!
And I also have to say that the wedding destination experience was the best. Enjoy a few days in a paradise with all my family and friends, was memorable!

Chez Bisuttis venue was absolutely breath taking, the food and service the day of the wedding were 100/10.
I will say planning the wedding was a bit of a headache at times but it could be due to the time difference (6 hours) as well as never visit the country. The team overall did plan the most beautiful ceremony and reception. With every penny and would do it again.

Chez Bisutti did a beautiful job with their venue. The arch was perfect and exactly as we asked. The food was delicious and all our guests were very happy with it. The wedding staff were so friendly and nice.

I am writing this review to express my heartache and disappointment as a guest and bridesmaid at my friend’s wedding, which was handled by Bisutti. Typically, guests may not notice the behind-the-scenes issues during a wedding, but Bisutti made it impossible not to see the numerous problems.

The lack of service, organization, and overall quality was extremely poor. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that things were not going smoothly. I can safely say that this was the worst wedding I have ever attended. The issues were so glaring that my friends and I still talk about it to this day.

It’s disheartening to witness such a special occasion marred by such unprofessionalism. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering Bisutti for their events. A wedding should be a joyous celebration, not a source of heartache and disappointment.
