Renato at Chernaya made our dreams come true! I had my mother’s dress that I wanted to wear for my wedding but I also wanted to modernize it without destroying it. From the moment we met I had the best feeling that we were on the same page. The whole process was so stress free. They took such great care of my moms dress and took all my requests to the next level. I loved my experience so much

Best bridal shop in miami

This is by far the best experience! I can’t say it enough. I bought a fully beaded Marchesa gown and the whole experience was incredible. The seamstresses were so sweet accommodated me every step of the way. I’m shocked by any negative reviews as they had me inspect the gown each time I had a fitting and I signed off on the gown when I left. I got married in Greece and they made the process the least stressful part!

I would recommend all brides go to CHERNAYA

One of the best decisions throughout my whole wedding planning process was Chernaya Bridal! I went to several shops in NYC and Miami and they did not compare to the service I received at Chernaya. Priscilla helped me choose the perfect Michal Medina dress. Renato helped me customize my dress exactly to my body and had multiple fittings with me until I felt perfectly comfortable. Zulema & Josefa were the best and kindest seamstresses! I cannot say enough about my experience at Chernaya! Thank you all so much!

From the first day I stepped into Chernaya till my now the staff has been nothing but helpful. Renando is the best, he's so helpful in every way. Each and every team member made me feel so comfortable and my wedding dress once all alternations etc were completed looked amazing. The staff here is awesome! The seamstress are all wonderful! I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this bridal house, my experience, and the staff that helped us. From the moment my sister, Laura (Matron of Honor), and I stepped foot into the boutique we realized that this was not your typical bridal shop. The dresses on the showroom floor were impeccable and breathtaking! We had made an appointment beforehand and the experience felt SO personal. Pricilla, the manager, helped us the whole time and she was so knowledgeable and sweet. You can tell she really cares about her clients and the happiness of the bride! I felt so special! She picked out different styles for me to try on initially and that helped guide us. I fell in LOVE with the third dress I tried on and this is the one I ultimately picked! It's beyond anything I could have ever imagined.. so classy and elegant (sexy too!). The whole team at Chernaya are all so nice and accommodating. I can already tell that working with them for the fittings will be a pleasure. They are very meticulous and take great care into the alterations/getting the perfect fit for each bride. I feel so blessed to have found this place!! It's a truly wonderful experience. Also, please note: My sister and I visited one more shop the next morning (a shop in the Gables that is pretty popular, and we already had the appointment set). The experience did not even compare or hold a candle to our experience at Chernaya. We then returned to Chernaya an hour later to try on more dresses and ultimately say YES to my favorite all along. I HIGHLY recommend going here!!

THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE BRIDAL HOUSE.

It’s UNBELIEVABLE! I went shopping for a wedding gown in Miami, New York, LA and Europe and BY FAR this bridal house was the perfect choice.

Dress shopping could be very overwhelming especially if you’re not sure what style you want. I was extremely specific and had a vision of what I wanted my gown to look like. At the moment, none of current designers were creating what I had envisioned. I wanted classic traditional but modern, elegant and just a hint of sexy, sleeved, a little bling with lace and pearls and that’s exactly what they created. The team is extremely tentative with a lot of patience. They called me every time a new designer was showcasing in their studio, sent me opinions, I must have gone over there a dozen times before finding the perfect dress, and very time they made me feel like I was welcome and not pressured into get anything at all.

The in house designers attention to detail is phenomenal. They also created a custom hand embroidered lace with crystal detail cathedral length vail, absolutely STUNNING! I would go to Chernaya OVER and OVER again if I could. Thank you Pete, Priscilla, Renato & the Chernaya Team for my beautiful gown. It was very I dreamt of having and more!

Not only is this team warm and inviting (and the boutique itself...stunning), they are the consummate professionals. Priscilla, Pete, Renato and their fellow experts and artists put a concentrated focus on the experience and the excitement of finding the perfect wedding dress..and I'll always remember them for that. There was no added pressure or ticking clocks. I was blown away by their selection, listening ears and discerning eyes -- just as much (if not more) as I was their hospitality. I look forward to recommending this beautiful boutique to friends and family. It is, without a doubt, a true Miami Design District gem.

Choosing Chernaya Bridal House for our month-of coordinator was no doubt a great choice. Kasey came recommended by our caterer and after meeting with her for the first time, I knew she was a good fit as we instantly clicked. Kasey is very professional, yet she is very real and provides good advice and opinions. I felt like she could be one of my old time friends! You should see her timelines.. up to the minute schedules-- I have no idea how she keeps herself so organized. She is so sweet and very calm, which is something every bride needs on her wedding day. Talking to her the month before our wedding was no sweat, as she answers emails and texts and doesn't leave you hanging. As much as I enjoyed interacting with Kasey the weeks leading up to the wedding, I think what made her extremely successful as a coordinator, in my eyes, was the fact that I barely saw her on our wedding day! To me that meant that was working hard for everything to come together without bothering us and she made it easy for us to enjoy our time with family and friends and not worry about what was happening next. We are so thankful for Kasey, she went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much.

Everything about my experience at Chernaya Bridal House was exceptional. I am a local Miami bride from the south miami area. As I researched designer bridal stores in the area, Chernaya kept coming up. They had a lot of different designers that the other shops in my area did not carry so I decided to give them a shot, and I am so glad I did! Chernaya carries the most amazing designers that I never knew I could find in Miami. Their service was incredible and their attention to detail was amazing. I was the only bride in the store from the start to the end of my appointment! Priscilla, Kasey, and Renato were incredibly knowledgable and they each made this experience one that I will never forget! It truly was the magical experience that I was waiting for! I highly recommend Chernaya to every bride!

We found Kasey through our venue, The Raleigh, and are so thankful we did! We hired her for full wedding planning services and it was the best decision we made! She was there every step of the way to help guide us through the process. A major contribution was having her help pick vendors, who I will have to say ended up being the best in the biz and put on a dream wedding for my husband and I! We knew we wanted our wedding to be romantic and modern, but there were so many moments when we teetered between options or started getting distracted with different vibes and Kasey always had such helpful and direct advice so we wouldn't be led astray of what we really wanted the night to be like. She pulled everything together so cohesively and everything was BEAUTIFUL! The night was so much magical because of her and I really couldn't have asked for a better planner. Highly recommend! At least use her for the day of so you don't have to worry about anything on the day of, and you can spend the day enjoying your new partner and family and friends without a hitch!

GO HERE! That's the best advice I can give any bride looking for a dress in South Florida. I am getting married in Nantucket but live in South Florida so I did the appointments in Coral Gables. After going to Chic Parisien and a few others in the area in the morning - I was starting to panic! My experiences were not what I was expecting. Quickly being thrown into a room and then rushed and no one was really listening to me. So my mom called Chernaya and they had an open appointment that afternoon. We made our way to the Design District in Miami and we blown away. The bridal suite is simply amazing. The decor alone and this was the first place we were offered something to drink (it's the little things). We started out giving Priscilla (who is incredible) ideas and then she explores the store giving you lots of options and then you head to the room to try on. It works great as you are behind the curtain with Priscilla and your guests are right outside. They do the big reveal - it was the first place where I actually felt like a bride and not a just a customer. We found the dress! Priscilla and Pete are a great team and gave opinions when asked. They also stayed within my budget of $6k. I couldn't be happier with the experience!

We hired Kasey to help in the weeks leading up to our Wedding Reception and for the day of. It was one of the best decisions I made without a doubt. She was very responsive from the minute I reached out which is a rarity in Miami. I have to admit I am a control freak but after one meeting with Kasey it was hard not to have complete confidence in her - she is total pro. Having her there on the day of lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and everything went amazing.

We had a vision of our perfect wedding day and Kasey made it come together even better than we could have imagined. Planning a wedding is obviously not for the faint of heart, and planning a gay wedding can be even more challenging, given the lack of resources and information for the LGBTQ community in this area. When we met Kasey, we were both a little nervous and unsure as to how to pull off an event in which we would feel comfortable and proud, in Miami, where we didn't even live. Immediately, Kasey put us at ease and demonstrated that she was confident and in control. She really listened and understood that we were looking for something that was both elegant and inviting for our guests and helped us find the right vendors and venue that made our day incredibly intimate, celebratory and special. We truly could not be any more pleased with the perfection of our day. We both found ourselves trying to come up with another event in which we could work more with Kasey; she's that good. We are both fairly particular guys and don't easily dole out superlatives, hyperboles or undue compliments. However, Kasey is the best. Her talents and passion for what she does are remarkable. Don't hesitate to work with her for your event.

As mother of the bride I found the shopping experience at Chernaya absolutely lovely. Everyone was very nice to us and extremely considerate. We arrived one hour late because of extreme weather and the entire staff stayed late for us way past closing. Their designer bridal gowns are simply exquisite and they loved seeing the bride in them. They were a joyous group of people. Their showroom is beautiful with great lighting and the fitting rooms are very comfortable for the bride and the bride's ensemble. They appear to have a special market segment which should should do very well in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. I wish them abundant success.

Exceptional service in an industry that desperately lacks quality attention by its professionals. Pete Karageorgos and the staff at Chernaya are expert listeners when it comes to a bride's desires and needs. Compared to other bridal houses which are either strictly or secretly sales driven, Chernaya simply focuses on servicing the bride, and of course the sales will come. I look forward to taking my future sister in law to this boutique.

I visited Ever After and Chic Parisien prior to going to Chernaya Bridal and Chernaya blew the competition away. Excellent attentive service, bright and huge dressing rooms with 4 walls of floor to ceiling mirrors. The only have two dressing rooms so they can provide top notch attentive service to each bride. Even the seamstress helps you try on dresses and offers advice suggestions for alterations. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or at a cattle call bridal gown store that just wanted me in and out in under an hour. Let's face it, when you're spending upwards of $8K on a gown you want to be pampered and Chernaya is the only place that has met that expectation.

Honestly, I don't think I could have been more fortunate to have found Kasey as my wedding planner. She was on top of everything, from detail to detail and truly listened to what it was I wanted - making all the pieces come together into one seamless gorgeous day. Kasey was a huge asset to me, as I was planning a wedding from across the county so I relied on her and her expertise. She did a great job at corresponding with me about every aspect, and was able to communicate through text (with pictures and simple questions from me) which was very comforting. Above all, she was fun to be around and offered great energy! ...She even brought all the left over booze and food over to our rental home for the after party. At the end of the night, I felt like she was family.

Kasey is the best wedding planner ever. Being something of a control freak, it wasn't easy for me to lett someone else manage such an important event for us, but she was so competent that it was actually a relief. She had fantastic ideas that we never would have thought of and coordinated everything beautifully. I almost feel like my review won't suffice for Kasey's amazing work. Some people are just born with a talent and Kasey was born to be a wedding stylist. There is no way that I would have been able to plan.style.coordinate my wedding without the help of my confidant, advisor, advocate, partner, friend, stylist and wedding guru Kasey.

Kasey helped me through every step of the process. She went above and beyond. From finding the right vendors (for the right price) to pining pins on Pinterest to treasure hunting to consoling me when I got antsy. It was so nice to have her on my side. Wedding planning can be a lonely process but not with Kasey. I always had someone I could rely on. During my wedding process, I relocated from Florida to Minnesota, I began a new job search and started a new job all while planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away. Kasey was there for me every step of the way. She took on extra tasks and reassured me that everything was going to be okay and it was! Kasey always responded to my emails and was always available to talk.

On my wedding day, my groom was gravely ill. Kasey did not miss a beat and she again reassured me that she would take care of everything and that it was going to be fine. And it was! My wedding went off without a hitch! Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY danced the night away. All my guest said they had never been to a more beautiful, well-coordinated and hyped wedding in their lives!

On my wedding day when I walked into my venue, I was amazed by her styling talent. I couldn’t believe how detailed and beautiful everything was. You could see her love, talent and passion for what she does in every detail, in every oh so perfectly placed flower. It was just pure artistry. It is not something learned but something that you are born with and Kasey is a star!

Self-admittedly, I don't think I was an easy bride to work with. I had hired and fired vendors on my path to the aisle! I doubted myself, my decisions and was overwhelmed with the whole planning process.

Kasey helped calm my fears and ease my anxiety. As we got closer to the wedding, I started relying on her experience and expertise more and more. Come the day of the wedding, I totally let go, and let her grab the reigns! Best. Decision. Ever.

She executed the wedding day and night of my DREAMS. In fact, the top 3 things I hear people talk about is how smoothly everything flowed starting with the ceremony to the last dance, the band (Flavor), and how beautiful the reception room looked with all the details. I have Kasey D to thank for all the above. She checked in with vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page.

Even my groom gave her a high-five during the reception, and told me later that had she not been there, he and I would never had the opportunity to eat our dinner or steal 10 minutes together prior to being announced to our reception.

Kasey is sweet, thoughtful and will help guide any bride through the planning process.

Kasey D. was simply fantastic! She coordinated our wedding with precision and excellence. Every little detail (and there were many) was addressed – literally nothing was overlooked in the planning process thanks to our dream-come-true wedding planner. My husband and I knew we had a winner after our first meeting. Kasey really understood our vision and was totally on board with our ideas. And she also openly expressed her concerns about ideas we had that she knew from experience probably wouldn’t work (which is absolutely necessary – trust me).
We had a large wedding, over 700 guests, which would have been a huge challenge for anyone. But Kasey executed it masterfully with her breadth of experience, incredible vision, unique creativity and meticulous attention to detail. Also of the referrals she gave provided exceptional service. We so desperately needed her and she came through in so many ways. The fact that she was truly realistic was so incredibly helpful – having such a large wedding requires making some strategic adjustment to the typical wedding standards and Kasey walked us through that process with ease.
What was really awesome was her communication. She was always quick to return texts and her emails came like clockwork, first thing in the morning. This is absolutely invaluable, especially the last few weeks before the wedding when stress is looming and nerves are stretched. This wedding simply would not have happened without Kasey D. She worked tirelessly to pull this seemingly insurmountable task off without a hitch! Because of her, we really did have THE PERFECT WEDDING DAY!

I was married on January 19, 2013 and had the pleasure of having Kasey D as my wedding planner. I cannot begin to express what an amazing help Kasey was throughout the whole process. At any moment that I needed her, Kasey made herself available to me and offered any assistance that I needed. Also super helpful was some of the tools Kasey utilizes when planning a wedding. Every few months, Kasey would send worksheets and timeline sheets for me to fill out that would lay everything out on paper. This was helpful to EVERYONE as sometimes one forgets things and needs something to reference. Additionally, Kasey made herself available 24/7 via email and text which I found to be very helpful! From a decor standpoint, Kasey was everything I needed. I really wanted to have a big say in the design and decor of the wedding but sometimes had a hard time making decisions given the five million options the wedding world offers. Kasey was someone I could trust in when having to make hard decisions and because of her, my wedding looked exactly how I wanted it to. Where Kasey's work really shines though is in the coming weeks of the wedding. What I thought would be a chaotic and stressful few weeks ended up being nothing but enjoyable due to Kasey's organization and eagerness to take the stress off my hands. Not once did I have to deal with any schedule, time or vendor (unless I wanted to!) matters which really allowed me to soak in the magical day that it was. Having said that, if you're looking for a wedding planner/coordinator then Kasey is your girl. I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member getting married.

It is with great enthusiasm I write this review for Kasey D Weddings. What a delightful experience I had as the mother of the bride working with Kasey. She was a must have for my daughter! We were impressed from the moment we met her right until the very end of the wedding day! She exceeded any and all expectations I had in working with a wedding stylist. Her responsiveness and professionalism throughout the planning process of only 7 months was top notch! She communicated with us at every opportunity, was available for vendor appointments, and extremely creative and flexibile with our evolving wedding theme. It truly is all in the details for Kasey. That is where she shines the brightest. Many of our guests commented it was the most detailed and beautifully styled wedding they had ever attended. The entire day flowed flawlessly. Dress of my Dreams!

After you enter Chernaya for the first time, you know that you've arrived to wedding dress heaven. The quality of the dresses we saw there were unmatched and the designs were breathtaking. Whenever I (a non-crier) started crying my eyes out when I put on the dress that would become my wedding dress, I knew we had found it. Andrea was who assisted us that first day and she was a huge help throughout the entire fitting process. Renato always made me feel beautiful and helped find the most perfect veil for my dress. All the seamstresses were so sweet and helpful and the dress fit me perfectly after they worked their magic. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and I'm so thankful to the team at Chernaya for all their help!

I was born & raised in Miami but currently living in NYC. Since I'm getting married in Miami I thought I'd search for dresses while in town so my mom and I could share that moment together. I almost didn't go to Chernaya because I thought the selection would be out of my budget (~6k) but I'm glad I was wrong! This was by far the best experience wedding dress shopping that I had. Priscilla was so sweet, genuine and funny - my mom and I had an instant connection with her. Our appointment ending up lasting 3 hours! At no point did I feel rushed or pressured which is key. She even styled my hair in a loose up-do so I would have an idea of what the dress would really look like on my big day. They stayed within our budget and showed me some fabulous dresses. I went to all of the main Miami places (Chic Parisien, Ever After) and even a bunch of boutiques in NYC - I have to say Chernaya was my favorite experience by far. I ended up buying my wedding dress from Chernaya and could not be happier! My advice to all Miami brides is to definitely come here and try on dresses!

We hired Kasey 16 months before our wedding. Throughout this time, Kasey was always very responsive and supportive. Kasey assisted me in organizing my vision as well as making an extremely detailed timeline for the day. I would most definitely recommend a planner to assist with any event and Kasey was the perfect choice of us.

This is the only wedding vendor I had a horrible experience with. Although I left my first appointment absolutely loving Cernaya, I ultimately had to delete my previous 5 star review after events unfolded. Don’t get me wrong, my dress was absolutely gorgeous and one of a kind. I wouldn’t trade the dress for anything, which is why Chernaya is getting 2 stars instead of 1. However, the customer service is horrendous. When my mom and I flew in for my second fitting the DRESS WASN’T THERE. We didn’t find out until we arrived at the studio and was told that there’s some “bad news.” This was the designer’s fault, but Chernaya had to bear the expense to pay for our flights back another time (I certainly wasn’t going to!). Luckily, it was there the next time. However, for my final fitting, I found out the week before that my main contact would not be there. She was the only one I trusted. I was left with someone else who didn’t seem to know how to handle the appointment. I was also never shown a headpiece with a piece of the dress that I had detached as promised in multiple emails and visits prior.

The last straw came when I found out after the wedding that the gown was sent to my stylist with a HUGE STAIN! My stylist, wedding planner, and mother decided not to tell me and fix it themselves. Chernaya told my mom it was my fault because it was apparently sweat or deodorant stains, and my mom was left with a huge bill (almost $1k) to clean it. My mom was obviously furious and fought back until Chernaya agreed to pay for the cleaning, because it was ultimately their mistake as I was not instructed about deodorant or anything of the sort and left the dress in what I thought was perfect condition. Chernaya causes a huge headache from the second fitting through post-wedding for me, my mother, and others involved with my gown. I would not recommend working with them.

This place is a nightmare for any bride.

Worst experience ever. I went there by my bridal boutique recommendations. My dress is a creation of Rue De Seine from New Zealand and is a beautiful dress that was ordered 7 months in advance. The first appointment at Chernaya was great, Josefina and the other seamstress take care of all Measurements. Then they suddenly move location to Bayshore and apparently they forgot to finish my dress. Alterations were poorly made They left the dress too long and I can barely walk with the dress. They left the sleeves hem unfinished, basically it was baste and worst of all one of the seamstress stain the silk slip with the steamer and I found out 2 days later. Renato try to remove the stain by himself instead of take it to a laundry and when I received the dress it still have stains and look dirty. I have to return twice because of all the inconveniences and make a full inspection of the dress before leaving since I don’t trust their work anymore. Finally the dress was finished the way it should be and I manage to take the silk slip to a laundry that specializes in wedding dresses and they removed the stain completely. I request Renato to pay for the laundry service and he agree. Pictures provided but I forgot to take the picture of the stain, pictures bwlow are form how the silk looks afyer they tey to remove the stain which looks dirty. By far the worst experience during my whole wedding planning was with my wedding dress alterations at this place. Stay away of this place.
