  Beautiful Maternity & Milk Bath

  My boyfriend and I loved having Chelsey for our maternity and milk bath shoot! Right from the start, Chelsey was attentive, detailed oriented, had a genuine interest in my expectations and was a great communicator all the way through. Things don't always go as planned when it comes to pregnancies, so I'm grateful for Chelsey's flexibility when it came to picking a date. Chelsey has a fun loving attitude that made both of us feel comfortable all while being able to capture our beauty and our emotions during such a special time in our lives. I appreciated that she listened to what I like. For example, I'm into soft neutral color schemes and she totally listened. Even down to choosing the blooms for the milk bath. Chelsey has an exceptional talent and knack for what she does. And she does it with her whole heart and it shows. I would totally recommend Chelsey to family and friends as well as choose her again.

  Above and Beyond

  Chelsey exceeded our expectations, she went above & beyond! From our very first meet & greet, to our engagement session and finally to our wedding Chelsey was perfect every step of the way. When I first met Chelsey I knew there was an instant connection from our common interests, hobbies and past experiences, she was the only photographer for us. Chelsey then traveled to do our engagement session photos, making the environment light & fun. She gave amazing direction! Then for our wedding day, I was so grateful to have her there, not only providing talented second shooters, but cheering me up as I battled through an inner ear & sinus infection. The day after our wedding she sent us sneak peeks that left us on the edge of our chairs awaiting the rest of our photos. Chelsey is a true gem and her amazing artistic ability to capture every magic moment will leave you in awe!

  Chelsey was an absolute dream to work with. We really wanted to find someone to capture the emotions and special moments of our wedding day, and not just the traditional staged photos. We knew the day would fly by and we wanted to be able to relive the moments through our photographs. I am somewhat of a control freak and I love taking pictures, so I knew giving this up to someone else was going to be hard for me. I felt at ease from the moment I met Chelsey. She is so pleasant, kind, and passionate about what she does. The photos turned out better than we could've hoped and we will be sharing them for years to come. I could not have asked to find anyone a better fit to work with than Chelsey. My friends and family continue to not only complement how beautiful the photos turned out, but on how wonderful Chelsey was to be around. We were truly blessed to find her and have her be such an integral part to our day.

  Chelsey was a dream to work with! Right after I got engaged I knew that finding an affordable wedding photographer that took great pictures was hard to find. I came across Chelsey and was so excited when looking through her portfolio!! I was crossing my fingers that she had our date available! :) She made my husband and I feel so comfortable on our engagements and on our special day! If you need a wedding photographer she is your girl! We have already been recommending her to our friends! You can tell she loves what she does and that to me is so important! Thanks Chelsey for our wonderful photos!!!

  Chelsey has such an amazing talent for capturing precious moments! Our photo session was so casual and fun.   Chelsey did such an awesome job with my pictures with my 4 legged friend (horse). She was able to take what I explained I wanted and bring it to life in a picture. I will treasure my photos forever thanks!

  From the moment I met Chelsey, I knew she was going to be a perfect fit for our wedding. I interviewed quite a few photographers, but as soon as I met chelsey, I knew we had found the perfect photographer for our big day. She was incredibly professional while maintaining a calm and laid-back air that made everyone feel at ease. She was easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding and was always clear and prompt with her responses. She spent the entire day with us (from the bridesmaids luncheon, to getting ready, and then on to the ceremony and reception). She and her assistant fit right in with our family and friends; how fun that your photographer is also such an amazing person too! As a result, they were able to catch funny, silly, candid, and sweet moments without forcing them. We were all just able to relax and enjoy the day. Lastly, I could not be happier with the end product. Chelsey's work is beautiful, unique, and truly captures the moments and essence of our wedding. We have the photos displayed throughout our house and every time I look at them I can't help but smile. I highly recommend Chelsey Somohano to anyone who wants to feel at ease, have fun, and have a photographer capture beautiful memories of your big day. Who wouldn't want that?

  When I began looking for a wedding photographer, I had a couple of things in mind. First, I wanted great photos with a good number of candid shots, rather than just the posed/staged ones you sometimes see come out of weddings. I also wanted a good value.

For a great price, I received a print of each one, along with a disc of all of the photos so I can have them printed when and at the size I want.
