I highly recommend Diane and her Chelsea Limousine service to anyone needing professional, reliable transportation services for your important day!
Diane responded to our need when our family wedding day plans were drastically altered with very little advanced notice. She was understanding and accommodating and made us feel secure that she would ensure our family and guests would be in good hands. -

We hired Chelsea Limousine to shuttle our guests back and forth the our wedding. From the first phone call to them, Diane was a pleasure to work with and is a true professional. She even is able to offer advise from her experience for nearby places for picture opportunities. The driver was timely, punctual, and true professional. We would recommend them to anyone and will probably be using them again to drop us off for our honeymoon. Thanks for everything! -

Our wedding was in October 2022 and we found Chelsea Limousine off of our preferred vendors list from our venue. Diane made us feel so comfortable at the first meeting and explained everything to us that would be necessary to know for our shuttle needs. As our start time and guest counts shifted, we were in constant communication to make sure everything was adapted accordingly. Her presence helped keep us calm and her clarity helped us make sure our guests were efficiently transported from hotel to venue and back again. Everything was clean and safe and we greatly appreciated Diane and the rest of the team. -

The team at Chelsea Limousine was incredibly easy to work with and would recommend them to anyone. We had several calls throughout the process planning our shuttle services which made it a very stress free process. I told them all our wedding details (start times, end times, etc), how many people we had at our hotel and from there they were able to give me the shuttle times to and from our ceremony. I could tell they were very knowledgeable of the area, and with a Memorial Day Weekend Wedding down the Jersey Shore, one of the busiest weekends of the year, I was so thankful to have worked with them.
The day of our wedding it was a pain free experience. All of our guests were on time and at the end of the night I walked right on the shuttle and we left. They did not rush us to get on the bus after the event.
The bus itself (50-passenger shuttle) was in great condition, had AC and everyone enjoyed their riding experience.
One thing I would recommend (as I did with all of my vendors) is to follow up on your own to make sure that all deposits have been received. Many vendors are working crazy hours due to influx of weddings.
Would absolutely recommend this vendor to anyone.

Amazing service
After a fallout with a prior booking for a shuttle for our wedding day my friend referred me to Chelsea Limousine & I'm so glad she did! I immediately clicked with a friendly voice on the other end named Diane. She was extremely communicative & responsive. And it was so nice how easy it was to get a hold of her. Each time just as friendly as the last and never bothered by all the changes I made through out the process. After months of chatting I felt like I had a friend on the other end. On the day of our wedding Rich was our driver & he was so kind helping all of my ladies into the shuttle from the Salon. A nice safe drive to the venue & pumped the ac on the hottest day in May! He was patient when he picked up my groom & I at the end of our wedding & when we were dropped off at our hotel he ended it with a gift of champagne from Diane. I was so touched by how personal this team was! Will definitely be back for future events and I highly recommend this company! -

We hired Chelsea Limousine to shuttle a small group of guests from our hotel to our venue and back at the end of the evening. Diane was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Over the course of several phone calls, she helped us decide which size vehicles to get, the perfect pick-up times, how to keep our guests safe during Covid19, etc. She was so sweet to ask many personal questions, including about our honeymoon, and was always very supportive, informational, and professional. The shuttle driver too was professional and timely, and gave our guests a smooth and timely drive. Overall 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Diane and Chelsea Limousine!! -

Diane was AMAZING to work with. She made sure all of our details were in order so that things ran smoothly on our wedding date. She even called again the week of to check-in and make sure everything was in order :) Chelsea Limousine provided the shuttle service to and from the hotel/venue and we couldn't be happier with their service. My parents organized this for us, and said Diane was so easy to work with. She was kind enough to type us up a letter about the shuttle times for our wedding so that we could give it to our guests. The driver was very friendly too. -

Working with Diane at Chelsea Limousine was very easy. Diane helped to make sure our day of transportation plan ran smoothly. We had 2 limos for the bridal party and then for the guests a 56-passenger van and a 14-passenger van. All drivers were friendly and got everyone to and from the reception with easy. I would highly recommend booking transportation for your wedding with Chelsea Limousine. -
