Chef Jack’s Catering was Amazing. I would pick them time and time again to have cater my wedding. They were so professional, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Their whole staff was so kind and the guests were very happy with their food. 10/10.

Chef Jack's is Best!
Chef Jack’s was our caterer for our wedding on 11/9, and they were the perfect choice. At our tasting, the team put together an amazing meal filled with numerous appetizers, two main courses, two sides, and a sweet treat. You MUST do the grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters, they were a hit! Chicken en croute is also a must for the main dish. We are still dreaming of that meal. Our guests complimented the food all night and for weeks after the wedding. Somehow it was even better than the original tasting. Candy was our lead from Chef Jack’s, and she was incredible, coming out often to check on us and the flow of the room overall. They were incredibly accommodating to any and all allergies and dietary restrictions that we had with our guests, and not a single person was unable to be fed, and for two of my guests who had been to weddings where they were unable to eat, this was important to me. I would recommend Chef Jack’s over and over again!

Amazing wedding caterer
My wife and I recently used Chef Jack’s as our wedding caterer and we cannot recommend them enough!! So many guests commented to us how good the food was and we couldn’t agree more. Beyond the wonderful dinner menu, everyone LOVED the grilled cheese and Reuben shooters for the cocktail hour. Also, staff was very attentive throughout the day and made sure any guests with dietary restrictions had their needs met so everyone could enjoy their meals. Finally, leading up to the wedding the point people at Chef Jack’s were always quick to respond to various communications which made the planning that much easier for us. We absolutely loved working with Chef Jack’s and appreciate all they did for us!

People are still talking about the food!
“I have never actually left a wedding full before.” A direct quote I received from a guest. The food was fantastic and I have received so many additional compliments from guests. Chef Jacks was amazing to work with from the get-go. They are responsive and attentive. There was not a detail overlooked. We had a buffet for 160 guests and within 25 minutes everyone was eating. I was so impressed. I have been to other buffet weddings where it took nearly an hour to get everyone through the line. Do not hesitate to book CJ!

Hire Chef Jacks for your wedding!
We had so many compliments on our wedding food and Chef Jacks was to thank! We got married in Oct 2022 and ever since we first reached out, working with Chef Jacks was seamless! They were courteous and professional and very responsive. Not only that, their food is delicious and they think through every detail including a mini shot of baileys at the end! Chef Jacks has a lot of experience catering weddings (as does their staff) so during the day everything went off without a hitch. Not only that, they went out of their way to seek us out and make sure we had a chance to try all of the appetizers. And Chef Jacks has an extensive menu for food sensitivities and went to great lengths to ensure all of my guests were accommodated. I highly recommend hiring Chef Jacks for your next wedding!

We hired Chef Jack's to cater our plated meal for our wedding of 140 guests and they did a phenomenal job! The wait staff was very professional and well dressed. The table settings were beautiful & high quality. When searching for a caterer, we found that Chef Jack's offered the best quality for the price. If I could give 10 stars I would - Chef Jack's is absolutely amazing. Everyone who attended our wedding could not and still cannot stop talking about how good the food is. From our first meeting/tasting with Tony to the very responsive team who quickly answered any emails/questions and guided me through the process, to the entire waitstaff at the event to the absolutely outstanding food…they all killed it! I have planned hundreds of events and worked with top of the line catering companies in New York and Chicago and I do not think I’ve ever had better food and more compliments on the food with any other caterer. We did the action stations - with an Asian station, mac and cheese station, meat carving station, "cold" station (cheeses, salad, dinner rolls, etc) plus passed appetizers during the cocktail hour. Every single thing tasted as good or better than it did at the tasting. Happy to answer any questions from anyone regarding Chef Jack's - but you cannot go wrong!

Simply the most amazing food, staff, and quality! I can't say enough great things about the Chef Jack's team. We were referred by a friend and after our tasting, I cancelled our other appointments with other caterers. I knew there wasn't a way we were going to top what we had just experienced. My only complaint (and it's not even a complaint!) was that on my wedding I was too full to finish my meal. Everything came out hot and fast which was important to my, now husband, and me. The execution of their ambiance from cocktail hour through dinner was impeccable. The team couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly and so fast to respond with any questions we had along the way. I want to host another event just to Chef Jack's can be part of it. Thank you, thank you for making our wedding memorable and delicious!

Chef Jack's was absolutely amazing. Like many others, we were supposed to have our wedding in 2020, but rescheduled to 2021. I was nervous about rescheduling, but Chef Jack's was SO understanding and flexible. Tony was great to work with at the tasting and planning the event, Candy was so organized and put my mind at ease in the month leading up to the event. She was familiar with the venue, and made suggestions to help our day run smoothly. The day of was flawless. Nicollette was so kind throughout the day, ensuring we had everything we needed. They made sure we had plenty of appetizers (even brought a platter for the wedding party before we made our entrance to the reception hall), brought us slices of cakes, and checked-in frequently. So many guests complimented the food (we did a buffet). On top of this, I thought they were very affordable for the high-quality food served!

We were doing tastings for 3 days and chose Chef Jack. Mainly for presentation. Food and professionalism. After we had our tastings with Chef Jack we knew in our hearts we found our caterer but had to keep the other appointments. Tony whom I just love for his mannerisms and that presentation which my husband still talks about. On rhe day of our wedding 7 24 21 Chef Jack was just amazing. The appetizers were our of this world. I pause to give tribute to their assistants. From the youngest I just cant say too much about their professionalism. It was a hot day so after the ceremony and pleasantries I went inside to cool off and wait for dinner. Wouldn't you know they came inside to offer me N my husband appetizers which I couldn't stop eating. What can I say about Candy our coordinator for the day. I just love her to pieces for making sure we were fed, got our drinks and anything we needed at the sweetheart table. Guests were posting their food on social media and the compliments on social media and to us just never ends. I'll put everything I own by recommending Chef Jack as your caterer. Thanks Candy for giving me a most professional and elegant wedding a woman could ask for in a caterer.

Chef Jacks was simply amazing. Our wedding was on June 20. From the first moment we reached out with a general inquiry, their communication has been great and the entire team is very knowledgeable and friendly. We did our tasting with Tony months ago, and he did a great job fully explaining everything. The food options were all SO GOOD!!! We had trouble deciding which options to go with (we chose buffet) because they were all so tasty. I personally thought they offered a good amount of food for their buffet, too. We compared them against a few other caterers and Chef Jacks offered more and were affordable too. As we got closer to the big day, we worked more with Candy, and she was also there on the day of the wedding. Our guests RAVED about how good the food was. The staff all looked very professional in their uniforms, and made sure me and my husband were taken care of the entire night. Between their food, their service, and the communication, I would highly recommend using Chef Jacks

My fiancé and I found Chef Jack's as they were a preferred caterer at our reception venue. We were impressed initially with the offering, the pricing, and the responsiveness of their staff. The tasting we booked with Chef Jack's was phenomenal and won us over immediately. They allowed us to bring a few guests with us and hosted us for a full-fledged dining experience. They had a table set as if we were at a reception with several courses to sample. After this experience, we immediately knew we wanted to book Chef Jack's. We received so many compliments about how delicious the food was at our October 2020 wedding. The chicken en'croute is absolutely TO DIE FOR. The appetizers are phenomenal. The bar service and wait staff were so polite and accommodating. We booked Chef Jack's pre-COVID and are happy to say that their service and responsiveness continued throughout the pandemic. They flexed with us on everything given the extenuating circumstances of having an event in the midst of a pandemic. Above all, Tony was the most helpful and kind throughout the process. We really enjoyed working with Tony and the Chef Jack's team. I would undoubtedly use Chef Jack's again if I need an event catered and whole heartedly recommend them to everyone.

Chef Jack's is amazing! Because of covid, we were unable to do the tasting in person back in March, but Eric arranged it so that we were able to take everything to go so we could still sample before deciding on a menu. They took extra safety precautions for the wedding itself and made us and our guests feel safe. The food was also absolutely delicious - both the appetizers and entrees. They even included chocolate covered strawberries to serve with our cake and bailey's in little chocolate cups. The guests LOVED it. We got so many compliments on the food. Highly recommend!!

Our experience with Chef Jack's was truly wonderful. I (the bride) am vegetarian and I was adamant about not wanting to eat a sad mushroom or some other token vegetarian meal at my own wedding! Chef Jack's was amazing in helping us choose a menu that would satisfy both me and the meat-eating groom. Many of our guests came up to us after dinner and said it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten, and I have to agree! We did stations and my personal favorite was the macaroni bar. Chef Jack's was AMAZING! We met with and spoke to a handful of people when scheduling the food/picking entree choices and each person was so helpful and nice! We had our tasting with Tony who was such a pleasure to sit down with and talk our day through with. We also worked with Candy, who met us down at our venue and went through each detail with us (she is the sweetest!) The food for our wedding was beyond what we could have imagined, it was sooo delicious!! One thing my husband and I always remember from weddings is the food, and the food at our wedding will be unforgettable! I cannot say enough good things about Chef Jack's or the Rotunda. We had such a beautiful, stress-free wedding day. Lisa helped with the coordination that day and it went so smoothly. The only thing I had to remember was the marriage license and the veil (which I forgot , whoops!). Overall, the staff was amazing with everyone and with the kids that attended. The place was elegant and the guests really loved the food. I love the mini grilled cheese and soup, bacon wrapped water chestnuts, and the out of the steak and chicken combo plate- the chicken was the highlight for me- so stinkin' good! Highly recommended this place for beautiful pictures, good food, excellent service (they wear tuxes and white gloves), and a wonderful wedding day!!!!!!

As a wedding planner, it is so important that the catering staff hired is tuned in to make my clients day seamless! Chef Jack's staff (Sandy included) did just that! Delicious food, fantastic service
We heard nothing but awesome feedback about the food and the staff. A particular guest was appreciative of the fresh butter, rather than butter packets. Two vegan guests reported that it was one of the best they have had at a wedding! I saw very few plates with leftovers!

Incredible from Start to Finish
We knew we wanted Chef Jack's as our caterer as soon as we started planning our wedding. Their service, attention to detail, and accuracy was impressive. They think of every possible thing so you just have to make the decisions, and they will also do special requests for pretty much everything. You feel catered to as an individual, not just as a group. Our cocktail hour and bar service was outstanding. There were plenty of hors d'oeuvres passed around. We were able to request special brands of liquor and mixers, his and hers drinks, and Cava for our toast. Their variety of dining set ups and meal options is great since we had several guests who are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. They will also make exceptions or adjustments to individual meals for food allergies or preferences. Chef Jack's made one wedge salad for my grandfather who dislikes mesclun greens. The tasting before is fun, too! We received so many compliments from our guests. No one left hungry that's for sure. Chef Jack's is worth every penny and we cannot recommend them enough!

Wonderful Caterer!
I cannot recommend Chef Jack's enough! They were super flexible and amazing to work with. We had a few random dietary requests from people and Chef Jack's was very accommodating. They were also happy to assist our venue as much as possible. I could tell our venue was thrilled when we told them that Chef Jack's was our caterer. They go above and beyond. Everyone on their team is very professional and kind. They answered all of my questions very promptly and always made us feel like a priority. Our tasting with them was awesome and that type of attentiveness and friendly service was showcased at our wedding. I love that they offer complimentary Bailey's shots to everyone. It was such a fun touch! Definitely recommend Chef Jacks!

Catering for Wedding
We worked with Toni, Candy, and Elaine specifically at Chef Jacks, however the entire team was nothing less than amazing. So professional, helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from setting up the food tasting, to the actual tasting, as well as the day of wedding!
The food here is delicious: some guests commented it is the best wedding food they’ve had! Everyone was served within 16 minutes, so no one was waiting long to eat.
The pricing is so reasonable for the amount of food you get!
I will definitely be using them in the future for any large event or party!

Chef Jack’s provided delicious food and a unique experience with chef stations for our wedding!
Candy ran our event, and she was a pleasure though the whole process. Very prompt with her replies, accommodating with any of our requests, eased any worries and was helpful with anything and everything. Even beyond the food! She truly wanted us to have the perfect day! And come the day you can tell she has done this once or twice (wink). The staff was flowing around the room like a dance, everything looked perfect, she checked in with us to make sure everything looked as we had envisioned and I was also touched she brought us food to make sure we were able to eat since she “knew we wouldn’t sit down”. How thoughtful!
So on to the most important thing… the FOOD! The food at our wedding was even better than at the tasting! Everything was phenomenal and guests are still talking about it! (Specifically the pear quesadilla and the Mediterranean station).
Thank you Candy and team for letting us relax and trust all would be taken care of. Thank you for the most delicious food we could have ever hoped for on our wedding day and making us and our guests feel special.
We absolutely recommend Chef Jack’s for your wedding and any event you may be looking to get catered. You will be in good hands!

Best food and service
We used Chef Jacks for our October wedding (180 guests) at The Atrium and they absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark! We worked with Candy, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We were able to customize everything from our table linens/napkins, to our appetizers for cocktail hour as well as our buffet package. Every appetizer is to die for, and their dinner entrees speak for themselves.. AMAZING! If there is one thing you do right on your wedding day, make it the food, and make it Chef Jacks. We are still having guests tell us how amazing all the food was and how great all the catering staff was! We highly recommend Chef Jacks for any of your catering needs.

Chef Jack's was the best caterer that we could have chosen. We had done tastings at 8 different catering locations and Chef Jack's was our top pick by a mile - no other caterer can compare. We did bump our food budget up a little bit to have Chef jack's but it was well worth it. All of our guests loved the appetizers and the dinner was melt in your mouth delicious. Right when they arrived at our venue, immediately Chef Jack's staff started setting up the tables and getting the food prepared. They did everything in the background while I was able to continue getting ready and enjoy the day. The quality of service we received was wonderful; I would definitely recommend Chef Jack's to anyone looking for a caterer.

Chef Jack’s catered a cocktail hour and sit down dinner for my daughter’s wedding in July 2018. We are foodie snobs and have attended quite a few elegant affairs as we live in the suburbs of Washington, DC. Needless to say, our standards are extremely high.
From the first telephone call to the wedding reception, Chef Jack’s has been exceptional. Candy and Tony were very quick to answer questions. Attention to detail is one of the most important aspects of catering. Candy put me at ease time and time again answering my questions and I knew I was in good hands. Candy even made a restrictive plate within a few hours of the event even though it wasn’t ordered previously. Working with Candy was like working with one of my best friends.
The hors d’oeuvres set the tone for a fabulous dining experience. Not only were they visually beautiful, but they tasted as if you were dining from at a fine restaurant. Many guests stopped me that night, and after talking about the ceremony had to tell me right then that the hors d’oeuvres were absolutely delicious and they couldn’t wait to see and taste the dinner. The seated dinner did not disappoint and began with a beautiful presentation of a papaya salad in a martini glass. The dinner was exceptional with the innovative food, quality, and design. The service throughout the evening was outstanding.
It’s now days past the wedding, and the guests continue to talk about the food. Thank you Candy and Chef Jack’s for making the evening distinctive.

I've been to at least 10 weddings in the Milwaukee area and all of the food has been "just ok." When I started planning my big day from >3000 miles away, I was worried I would't be able to find really good food for an affordable price. Chef Jacks was definitely both. The other thing I was worried about is portion size. Chef Jacks was PLENTY of food, and we did a plated dinner! I highly recommend CJs! They did an incredible job, beautifully served and plated, and tasted awesome! Wouldn't have changed anything to make it better! And the Bailey's chocolate shots and the raspberry sauce with our cake....... AH-mazing.

Candy was great to work with and helped us so much to plan the perfect day. I have gotten so many compliments on the food at our wedding. They are a step above every caterer we tried or any wedding food I've had. Things went so smoothly because they are such a wonderful company and so professional. my wife and i were photographing a wedding at Dover, which was catered by Chef Jack's - as wedding photographers, we have never felt so considered and looked out for by another vendor. one member of the extremely friendly staff even made plates of appetizers for all of us other vendors so that we may also enjoy the magic they had provided - i've seen thoughtful caterers bring a plate to the Bride and Groom for the same reason, but never to the photographers and DJs!

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW AMAZING CHEF JACK'S WAS!! I worked directly with Candy and Tony at Chef Jack's and they were fantastic. They were fantastic with helping me setup table decorations. The staff they had the day of my wedding were amazing; they cleaned each decoration they set out, they thoroughly re-wiped down the silverware and checked their cleanliness, cleaned and packaged everything up nicely and were soooo friendly to us and our guest. If that wasn't enough, their food is to die for!! So many of my guests have commented on how delicious the food was and I myself was thrilled to get a good meal after a whole day of getting ready. I highly suggest the chicken en croute! Their appetizers were all so good it was hard to choose and I'm so glad we got the chocolate cordials. Chef Jack's is absolutely amazing. There's a reason a company is able to stay in business for 30+ years!!

Going into the planning of our wedding we had this perception in our minds of what wedding food tasted like (not great) so it was important to us that we trail ran our potential vendor. We ended up meeting/taste-testing at four local caterers some were great and some mediocre. Chef Jacks was BY FAR the best that we tasted and surprisingly also a really responsible price (we chose to do plated dinners). Their staff were incredibly friendly and straight-forward — there was never a moment where we felt like we were getting ripped off or not being told the full story. They were prompt with their responses and dealt with all of our silly questions with big smiles on their faces. Come our wedding day the food looked and tasted just as good as the day we taste-tested it in their “office”. So many people were talking about how great it was and were beyond excited about the complimentary chocolate shots after dinner! The staff on our wedding day were dressed to impress and kind to all of our guests. Overall just a really great experience with these guys and would recommended them to everyone! Thank you!

We first experienced Chef Jack's level of service at a family members wedding and when it came to our own they were at the top of our list. We were not disappointed- their food is delicious and service impeccable all at a great value. We appreciated that pricing was clear and packages all-inclusive (linens, dinnerware, etc). Tony and Candy were easy to get a hold of, responsive throughout the planning process, and attentive day of! Their event expertise was so helpful in carrying out our vision. We met with a couple different caterers for our wedding, and when we met with Tony from Chef Jack's and tasted their food, there was no question or decision to be made. Their food is fantastic, and they have a wonderful variety of dishes to choose from. They are also incredibly friendly and laid-back. We received so many compliments about the food at our wedding, that I can't even keep track anymore. Food was one of the things that was most important to us for our wedding, and they exceeded our expectations for a caterer. We also worked with Candy. She helped us to coordinate the day-of schedule and make sure that every thing that needed to be taken care of on the day of our wedding was taken care of. Chef Jack's is experienced, friendly and flexible. It's obvious that the quality of the food is very important to them, and they put time and effort into the dishes that they serve to you and your guests.

From our first time meeting at the tasting, to the night of our wedding, we were continually blown away by how friendly and helpful everyone we encountered was. The catering team continually went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our wedding was amazing. The food was delicious. Everyone LOVED it! The ice cream sundae dessert bar was a huge hit! And they took care of all the little details. From set up to clean up to anything else that came up in between (like being handed the groom's keys and wallet minutes before we walked out for the Grand March!) They were absolutely amazing!

We got married in August and Chef Jacks was our caterer. We are so incredibly happy with their service and our experience with them that it's difficult to put into words. After the first tasting it was obvious we needed them as our caterer. It was by far the best food we had tried. They were incredibly easy to work with throughout the rest of the planning process and helped me finalize plans with other vendors to make sure the day would run smoothly. The staff blew my husband and I away the day of the wedding. They showed up early, unloaded their truck incredibly quickly, and got to work immediately in the kitchen. The staff was professionally dressed and it was obvious everyone had been trained really well. The food was just as good as we remembered it from our tasting and all of our guests kept raving about it, even those that have gotten married before, and our chef friends. That same night my parents had to clean up the barn since we brought in a lot of our own items, and the staff from Chef Jacks stayed to help them get everything out and load their vehicles. They were amazing!! My parents were so happy they helped them out. Cannot say enough good things about their service or their food. If you're debating on getting them as your caterer, you definitely should.

You would be silly not to book Chef Jack's Catering! My husband and I knew Chef Jack's was for us not even 5 minutes into the tasting. Not only was the food at the tasting absolutely delicious but Tony was extremely friendly. After we booked Chef Jack's the entire team was super helpful and very responsive to my many e-mails. When my husband and I met with Candy to discuss the details she had all of the answers for us down to napkin colors - her knowledge of what to do is invaluable. Last, but certainly not least, the food on the day of was phenomenal - we received SO MANY compliments about how tasty the food was! We did passed appetizers and a plated dinner and I loved how professional the waitstaff were - it made the entire evening feel that much fancier and formal.

I HIGHLY recommend Chef Jack's to cater your wedding! The first time we met with Tony to do a tasting, a woman and her daughter were walking out. They highly recommended them and said that this was the woman's second daughter's wedding and she would only go with Chef Jack's and now we know why! From the beginning - the tasting (delicious!), meeting with Candy to go over the day, the set up, delivery, every single staff person (especially Pam!), the food (appetizers, family style dinner, coffee, serving of cake) the bartenders, to clean up it was THE perfect day. So many of our guests complimented Chef Jack's food and staff - it was the party of the year without a doubt! Pam coordinated everything the day of the wedding and she was AMAZING. The special touches (her holding an umbrella for me as I walked to the ceremony from my house to the tent because it was pouring rain!) are unforgettable. Our family and friends literally have said that we sure know how to throw a party! I would love to take all the credit for that, but Chef Jack's made it that way! Our wedding day was 7/23/2016 - we are counting on Chef Jack's for our 4 daughter's weddings (ages 15, 10, 8 and 7 right now!)

We couldn't be more pleased with Chef Jack's Catering for our wedding. We had it at the end of June at the Milwaukee County Historical Society. Being such a planner, I actually started looking at caterers almost 2 years before our wedding. They were very responsive and even let us do tastings to accommodate my parents' and fiance's schedules. They honored current pricing over 'future' pricing, when some other caterers wouldn't even give me menu prices because we were so far out from the wedding. As for the food, what you get at the tasting is exactly what you get at the event. Same quality regardless of how people they serve. We'll get to that in a moment. During the planning process, Tony & Candy were so responsive and let us make changes until 2 weeks before. They're about quality and experience, not trying to get your business. What I mean by that is they actually mentioned a late night food truck as an idea instead of making us choose them to cater late-night food. They even let us bring in our own desserts and they provided the utensils to serve them. In terms of price, they're not the cheapest, but they are worth every penny. They made a special Filipino-style appetizer for our guests and everyone raved how delicious it was. They researched it on their own and came up with the recipe. All guests were greeting with champagne & strawberries. We had a beef & chicken duet plate for dinner and everyone raved about it and how perfectly cooked it was. We had 230 guests and for the dinner plate to come out so consistent is proof that they're about quality. Whatever dessert you choose, they still offer chocolate covered strawberries to the guests. As for timing, they were so easy to work with. My Dad spoke for 30 minutes! We warned them ahead of time that dinner may get started a little later and they rolled with punches and everything still came out perfectly. I still get feedback from my guests about how great the food was. So highly recommended

There is a reason for their phenomenal rating. Fun to work with, delicious food, fabulous service and no hidden costs. I am so glad I did not have to hire a wedding planner as that is so expensive. There was absolutely no need. They easily moved the guests from place to place. Not sure how they do it. They know the timing and the evening went like clock work. I hired them for my daughter's wedding and I got to enjoy the entire evening without a worry. I would not even consider another catering service, they were that good.

This is so long overdue!! My husband and I were married on 5/14/16 and we cannot say enough amazing things about Chef Jacks and The Rotunda.
All we have been hearing are compliments about how delicious the food was-- which is exactly what we were hoping for. Everything from the coordination of the event and the tasting- to the actual reception-- was perfect. I was blown away by the thoughtfulness of the staff and their efforts to make sure my husband and I, as well as our 150 guests were taken care of.
I would, and have been recommending Chef Jack's and The Rotunda to everyone!! Huge thank you to their staff- we couldn't have asked for more!

Chef Jack's was incredible. We received many, many compliments from our guests on how wonderful the food was throughout the evening. We chose to do food stations, which are each manned by a chef. Chef Jack's was very amenable to tweaking the menu to reflect our tastes, and the end product was phenomenal. We particularly enjoyed the potato station. The passed appetizers were a hit, too. Chef Jack's prices are competitive with other catering companies, but we think their quality and customizability far surpasses their competitors. We would absolutely hire them again for another event.

Everyone at Chef Jack's was easy to work with and they were always available to answer any and all of my concerns. We had our wedding ceremony at the Rotunda, and the reception followed right after. The service for the ceremony and the reception was absolutely perfect. Our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed the food and how impressed they were with the staff. We are extremely happy we had Chef Jack's there to help us celebrate our big day!

Hands down the best decision that we made was hiring Chef Jack's to cater our wedding. I was very familiar with their service and staff, so it was very important to me that my (now) husband also be impressed with them.
From our first meeting, Chef Jack's was courteous, informative, helpful, and really took the time to go through their service and food. We really felt like they wanted our business and sold themselves to us. (something we did not feel from another caterer we shopped) We priced out the competition and while Chef Jack's did not win in the "cheaper" category, it didn't matter. Their food and expertise is what sealed the deal.
Fast forward to almost a year later, and the meetings and interactions with Candy and Tony were always helpful, informative, and timely. When they said they would check on something I had an answer within a day. When I wanted to completely change my seating style, they were right there with me and made some great suggestions for linens to compliment the space and tables. They were on top of every question we had. The day of our wedding, I knew that they would be on their game and everything would be perfect, I cannot express what that actually means to a bride and groom. We had to worry about NOTHING. We didn't have to answer any questions and could just enjoy our evening. They always made sure we had a drink (even though it wasn't their bar service) and enough food.
Above everything else, the FOOD! It was everything we wanted and more. Our duet plate was exactly the same as we had tasted, and foregoing a cake they suggested a flaming baked orange alaska, and not only was it perfect and light to end the meal, but it was quite the talk of the night when Chef Tony started lighting them on fire! Everyone said and continues to say how it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted.
Thank you Tony, Candy, Erik, and Jack we could not have asked for a better night and it was largely in part to you and your team.

Chef Jacks was fantastic for me wedding this past weekend! Every time we told another vendor we were working with Chef Jacks they had nothing but good things to say! Before the ceremony they came to the bridal suite and assured me that they were all set and everything was going beautifully which made me feel good. The food itself was incredible. We have all been to weddings where the food is mediocre at best. The filet and chicken were juicy and delicious. The vegetables had a great crunch and were so flavorful. Not to mention the appetizers during cocktail hour were also incredible. They checked in with me all night to make sure everything was up to our standard and if I needed anything at all. Truly professional and delicious!

Booking Chef Jacks was hands down the best decision we made. They were excellent from start to finish. We had no idea about anything to do with wedding catering (or weddings in general!) going in and they were so helpful & accommodating. The tasting was a great experience- they were friendly & professional & the food was great! They also threw in a few extras for us. We didn't have any wedding planner/coordinator which was totally fine because Chef Jacks ran the show on the day of. They knew what they were doing and everything ran smoothly & they worked well with all of our other vendors. The food was outstanding - we had the duet plate with the tenderloin & chicken en'croute & we got SO many compliments. Everything was cooked perfectly. I loved how they handled their pricing as well - everything was included & up front - there were no surprises or hidden fees. When we paid the bill we knew we were paying for EVERYTHING (including staff, gratuity & tip). I would highly recommend Chef Jacks.

We had the most wonderful experience with Chef Jacks! We couldn't have asked for anything better at our wedding. Candi, Jack, Eric and Tony were a pleasure to work with. Everything was absolutely amazing! After our tasting, we knew we had to go with Chef Jacks. The food was so incredible. The food at the wedding tasted just as wonderful as the food at our tasting. I got so many comments from guests on how professional and kind the staff were on our wedding day and on how incredible the food was. We can't thank the people at Chef Jacks enough for all their hard work. We had such a wonderful experience! The hors d’oeuvres were hand passed around our cocktail hour – and were prepared hot on site. Our guests raved about the delicious hors d’oeuvres. Food was wonderful, staff was extremely responsive to emails, etc. and flexible (we had many dietary restrictions - vegetarian, gluten free, gluten free and vegetarian, children - that they accommodated happily), and wait staff was very professional. We could not dream of ever choosing anyone else. The food was absolutely fantastic. No one remembers or talks about wedding food and we expected ours to be no different, but its 2 months later and our guests are still raving about it. Their staff was incredibly responsive and helpful as we selected our menu and taste-tested the options. Their portions are generous and there are great options to choose from. On the day of the event the service was truly exceptional, and we had a few high maintenance requests that they accommodated without question. I have and will continue to recommend their services to anyone in need - they will not let you down.

Wow was the food great! We got so many compliments on it I was shocked. My only complaint is that people were so full from cleaning their plates many didn't eat cake or late night food! Not only did it taste great, but also the team was awesome to work with. They respond quickly to emails, had the easiest pricing to understand, and were kind during the tasting and organizational meetings.

Candy and Tony are wonderful to work with and will ensure that every detail of the event is outstanding--nothing is overlooked! The bar and wait staff are extremely professional and do their utmost to make sure that all the guests are comfortable and accommodated. The food is delicious and the bar extremely well-stocked. My husband and I chose the Rotunda and Chef Jack’s based on all of their reviews. I’m so happy to write another stellar one for them! They made our day so special before the actual day. Our tasting was flawless! I can’t imagine working with another venue. Tony was so easy to work with! Every email, phone call, meeting has been an absolute pleasure. They were quick to respond too. We knew that we wanted food to be the focal point of the evening and Chef Jack’s delivered. The appetizers were out of this world. I’m still dreaming about the shrimp scampi. We loved the look of the salad in the martini glasses. We also chose a combo plate with steak and phyllo wrapped chicken. The steaks were awesome too; guests couldn’t believe how all 100+ steaks were medium rare! The chocolate shot glasses with Rumchata and Bailey’s were awesome! The food was amazing and the guests kept telling me that everything flowed flawlessly. The servers were polite, professional and quick to clear plates, etc. Tammy, the dining room captain, was so nice and accommodating!! The bartenders were great too! There were a few minor bumps in the road, however, Chef Jack’s addressed each one and fixed them with the utmost courtesy. The Rotunda looked absolutely spectacular! They set everything up along with florist and the room was perfect. We had a blast working with them and on the day of. Thanks Chef Jack’s!

As the bride's mother, you always hope that everyone will enjoy their meal! Chef Jack's was FABULOUS!! Beginning with our meeting with Candy, she immediately showered us with kindness and was so easy to work with! ( I must admit that I missed the "tasting" but heard rave reviews from my husband, the bride and the groom!) The night of the wedding, the toasting went on too long but the meal was still warm and delicious!! People could not believe how beautifully even the butter was styled!! Many of our guests commented on the quality of food, the presentation, the service and the fact that everything was hot including the vegetables. We asked for a very unique event that alternated food courses and musical interludes over approximately 2 1/2 hours. While it was definitely out of their comfort zone, Chef Jack's did a brilliant job coordinating the flow of our reception. Chef Jack's was our caterer for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic. They were the 3rd caterer we visited and did a tasting with and when we met with them from the start we were so incredibly pleased.
Their responsiveness and willingness to work with couples is outstanding. They replied quickly and were willing to answer questions, etc. My husband's father made the desserts and Chef Jack's was completely fine with storing it all and plating it for us. It was such a relief and it never felt like we were burdening them.
When it came to the actual event they couldn't have been any better. I worked primarily with Candy from Chef Jack's and on the day of the event she came up to my husband and I and gave us this genuinely warm congratulations and hug. Something very small but something that really meant a lot...like it was important for her to give us our special day. The staff were just the same and we weren't the only ones to notice. All of our guests raved about how great, friendly and fast the service was at our wedding.
As for the quality of food it couldn't get much better. We did their duet plate with chicken and a filet and it was absolutely delicious. The appetizers, salads, entrees, dinner rolls, etc. were just outstanding. When doing other tastings we were not very happy with the quality of the food but Chef Jack's definitely delivered and our guests agreed.
Overall, you'd be crazy not to go with Chef Jack's. They made our day so special. Thank you!!

I cannot recommend Chef Jack's highly enough. I planned my wedding from San Francisco for a Wisconsin wedding and did not have the option of flying home to do a tasting. My husband and I were blown away by the quality of food, the service of the staff and the deameanor with which the event planners calmly and collectedly handled the logisitcs of our wedding.

Many of our guests at our wedding raved about the food to my husband and I. Our friends and family still comment how good our food was to this day!

I cannot brag enough of chef jacks. Absolutely perfect on every possible aspect. I still hear almost a year later that it was the best wedding food people have ever had. They were professional and kind during every phone call, email, and communication session. We had more then one tasting because of being uncertain about a few things. They had no problem with this. You also get a full portion at the tasting and not just a little sample. Excellent service and outstanding food!

We had our wedding at the Holy Hill Art Farm in Hubertus, WI. Chef Jack's did all of the cooking on site and the food was amazing! Additionally, their service was GREAT -- very professional and kept things running smoothly and on time. They also had several nice touches such as chocolate covered strawberries at each table and chocolate cups with Bailey's after dinner. The appetizers were also delicious and made sure to make the bride and groom feel special by knowing our names and making sure we were being fed during cocktail hour.
Finally - we also did the bar service and table linens with Chef Jacks --- both were top notch as well!!! Great bar selection and the tables looked beautiful.
A special thanks to Tony and Candy - you guys are awesome!

The food was excellent. Everyone commented on how fantastic it was, what a big portion it was, and that it was the best steak outside of a steak house. The staff was fantastic. Very professional and efficient. Everyone was super accomodating and easy to work with.

We can't thank you enough for the awesome service and food you provided at our wedding! You were so easy to work with and everything ran smoothly--even with our unique "backwards dinner" of serving dessert first. We received so many compliments and multiple guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We would highly recommend you to anyone!
