So many compliments

Chef Brothers did an amazing job catering our wedding. Kendra was our event coordinator and ensured everything would be perfect. And it was! She made sure everything was perfection, down to the size of the table cloths. The food was fantastic and our guest are still talking about how good it was.

Above & Beyond Catering

We didn't hire the caterer until 3 weeks before the wedding due to various circumstances of one cancelling on us and another with lack of communication. Last minute, a friend told me about Chef Brothers. I reached out and immediately had a call back and we set the ball rolling. Victor was incredible to work with nailing down details. On wedding day, two vans arrived right on time and began set up for dinner and appetizers. The bartender was awesome and jumped right behind the bar getting things ready. I didn't have to worry about anything at all. The staff that came to work were all just amazing! They made sure that guests had drinks with dinner, they cleared tables, they poured champagne right when we needed it. They were on point. The food was fantastic, people are still talking about it. At the end of the night, we had a to go container to take with us. I would definitely recommend Chef Brothers to anyone needing a caterer!

Delicious and delightful

The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone said you don’t normally eat at your wedding but we had someone personally make our plates for us(we had chosen a buffet) and they even boxed up the leftover food for us which was a blessing since we didn’t have any food at the house we were able to eat the leftovers for the week, and it was just as delicious every single day. Chef brothers is kind, considerate, polite, flexible, and they went above and beyond to do what we needed.

Great Food! Amazing Service!

We looked at numerous caterers in Gainesville and Jacksonville prior to hearing about Chef Brothers Catering and I'm very glad we held off on making a decision until then. Chef Brothers was absolutely amazing! Kayleigh, their event coordinator, was very responsive to our emails and beyond helpful. They even held a group tasting, allowing us to try out almost their entire menu prior to making a decision.
Not only was their food amazing, I highly recommend their coconut shrimp and my husband loved their Cajun turkey, but they also provided all of the rental items we needed. We were able to get all of our table linens, china, and glassware, as well as several easels from them for a much more reasonable price than if we'd tried going through another company. Overall, I highly recommend them for all of your catering needs.

Top notch catering for our Christmas party

Thanks so much for catering our company Christmas party ! The food, decor, staff and service were beyond our expectations. People are still talking about our wedding food... 6 weeks later!

Before I found Chef Brothers I had talked to five other catering companies, but when I first talked to Kayleigh, I knew I found the one! First of all, their tasting was AMAZING, they host all of their upcoming brides and you get to request things to try (as well as all the other brides) so you get to try SO many things off of their menu! They are so accommodating and Kayleigh put up with my million questions without hesitation, she even found me the color table cloths I was searching for and at the cheapest price compared to other vendors. I haven't even mentioned the FOOD... The food at our wedding was SO good, I swear people that were at our wedding are still talking about it. People always say that the bride and groom won't have time to eat, but it was my MISSION to make sure I ate at my wedding because I couldn't wait to eat their food again! The staff was great and everything went smoothly, I highly recommend Chef Brothers for all of your catering needs! Seriously, just check them out first and save yourself some time!

Great food! Amazing service

“I want to share the fabulous experience I had with Chef Brothers Catering. They seamlessly handled a catered dinner for my parents 60th anniversary this past weekend. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Seriously, the food was absolutely amazing. Chef Brothers has some of the BEST food I have had from a caterer! Kayleigh helped us from day one. We were able to attend a few tastings to narrow down the menu for the wedding reception. She is very experienced in this business and had some great ideas to help us along the way. The team at Chef Brothers are incredibly kind and give great service. Every part of our experience with Chef Brothers was perfect! They catered our wedding of about 170 guests. Everyone I talked to after the fact said the food was amazing! The day of the reception they were there early and had all the tables set up just right! The staff for the event was so nice and helpful! They were so easy to work with before and during the event. From our first tasting we had we knew any food served was going to be delicious. There were so many choices and yet we were able to adjust to our taste.
The set up, the servers , the whole total package was wonderful. Our guest had a great time and they truly kept mentioning the food. We didn't have a lot of leftovers because people kept going back!
The whole table set up was worth it as well. Not having to worry about rentals was wonderful. They took care of it all.
The quality and service on all aspects were wonderful. Denise did a great job and I made a friend out of it!

Chef Brothers was wonderful and really made our reception amazing! I had absolutely no idea what I was doing during wedding planning, and Kayleigh was patient and incredibly helpful. They took care of setting up my centerpieces, guest book, name place cards and more. The day of, the staff were professional and accommodating. They were amazingly affordable too, and everyone was raving about how good the food was. I couldn't imagine another caterer for my wedding day!

I got married out of town (Jacksonville) and on a holiday. I was very happy with the service and professionalism. Denise was so helpful day of in making sure the groom and I always had anything we needed. She was also quick to answer emails and texts. Very happy and food was delicious! Food selection was fantastic and tasting event very helpful for selecting our menu. Food was excellent and reasonably priced considering all that was included. Worked with my cousin to accommodate her child's strict food allergies. Service was exceptional. Staff efficient, competent, courteous, accommodating, and friendly. Coordinator was hands down wonderful. She made our reception run smoothly and like clockwork while working around our improve schedule as a couple throughout the event. We didn't have to worry about anything or any details. Paying for the upgraded service/serving sets was well worth it. They all really helped to make it a special day filled with happy memories. They have a collection of decorations they make available to you as part of their service. Set up, including reception decorations, and tear down included. Children are at a reduced price. Only really "bad thing" is you have to wait for a tasting even they have every couple of months to try their food. Definitely recommend them.

Where to start with how satisfied we are with Chef Brothers and Ms. Denise,
Ms. Denise was simply put amazing; she was professional, caring, intuitive, and for lack of a better word outstanding!
We would have been lost with out her guidance and truly put our minds and fears at ease.
The food and staff of Chef Brothers was professional and courteous the entire night.
The food was delicious and the talk of the wedding even till today.
We are beyond grateful for Ms. Denise and Chef Brothers, I cant even imagine our wedding with out them!

We hired Chefs Brothers for our 4th of July wedding in Saint Augustine. This team did an amazing job. Our guests can not stop raving about how amazing our food was at our wedding. From the cocktail hour all the way through to the final course, the food was phenomenal. They were incredibly professional and did a fantastic job. Denise was amazingly helpful and friendly from the start. The staff at our event was delightful and fun. The food and presentation was better than the tasting. Many of our guests commented that they had never done brunch before, and now, like us, they are making it a regular event. What greater compliment is there? We really enjoyed all of the great food from Chef Brothers! We opted for a buffet with 3 entrees and a carving station, which I highly recommend. We attended a tasting before officially booking Chef Brothers, which gave us a good idea of the kind of variety of food that they offer. Our guests all told us that they really enjoyed their meals and the staff also made sure that we had plates of food during the reception (and they put together boxes of leftovers for us to take home, just in case we didn't get enough food during the reception). The waiters and bartender were all very sweet and professional and they all assisted with set up and clean up so that the wedding party could relax.

Denise was very helpful with decorating the space - I gave her a ton of paper lanterns, which she hung up for me so that I didn't have to recruit family and friends for that task. She and her staff also set up the tables and the buffet in a beautiful way and I was very happy with how the reception looked.

Chef Brothers has quite a few clients, so I recommend booking them early in your planning process. They can get busy, but I think that's a great indicator of the quality of their business. When your event happens, they give it their full attention and make sure that everything runs smoothly.

I have Celiac and they were so wonderful! They made EVERYTHING gluten free for me, so I wouldn't get sick on my wedding day. Plus, it tasted so good! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

We had a brunch wedding reception. Chef Brothers catered the cocktail hour and the reception. They had a bartender that made mimosas, bellinis, and bloody marys for our guests. The food was AMAZING! In particular our guests loved all of the food, but in particular raved about the french toast casserole, Cheese Blintzes, and the omelet station.
The whole staff helped to set up and break down. Special thanks to Denise who went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly for our big day!

We had a wedding of about 120 people and Chef Brothers was the most affordable company we found with responsiveness above par. Denise was phenomenal and answered every question we had as well as helped with the tiniest of details. We booked them well in advance and she helped us through the entire time. Two days before the wedding I found out that my wedding flowers were stuck in a snow storm and would not be there for my wedding. When I told Denise of the issue she jumped right to her phone and found some local florists that could help with the missing flowers. Denise helped a frantic bride not only find flowers but also sat with me for FAR too long for what is expected of her and helped me make bouquets for the next day. We dropped all of our decorations off and loosely described what we wanted and she made it better than we expected. When we showed up to our venue we were blown away by how perfect everything was. The food was PERFECT ( on the grill option YUMMMM!) and the day was just managed perfectly. We felt at ease the day we booked them and on the day of the wedding my husband and I both sighed and said we really made a great decision choosing Chef Brothers!

Denise and the entire Chef Brothers’ staff were exceptional. We had a small wedding with about 55 people and Denise worked with us one-on-one to make it elegant and fun. She was able to get all of the special items we requested and took care of everything for us on the day of the wedding, which included last minute guest cancellations/additions and rearranging seats at tables on the fly. All of our guests raved about the food, especially the eggplant rollatini and the honey glazed baby carrots. I would highly recommend Chef Brothers’ for any event.

Chef Brothers was amazing! The food was delicious (as I was scarfing it down on our wedding night LOL--as in, I didn't get much to eat at our wedding). Not only did they provide us with great food, but wonderful service and Denise is THE BOMB DOT COM. I gave her set-up instructions and she did everything perfectly and utilized leftover decorations in beautiful ways--she even let us pick up our stuff on our own time. We were allowed to come to two tastings because we were both sick the first one which was nice. Basically, they took care of us which is all we could ask for, and they were very sweet! Denise truly made the experience with Chef Brothers WONDERFUL.

On a side note: we were debating between Celebrations and Chef Brothers--so we ate at Cafe C twice ("same food" as Celebrations--that's what they told us) and TWICE it made me nauseated and that was the end of Celebrations in my mind. And Chef Brothers is more affordable!

Our venue (Jolie Events) called eight days before the wedding to let us know they'd gone out of business. We had no venue, no caterer and no decorations. We were introduced to Denise an event coordinator at Chef Brothers Custom Catering who helped us put a reception together in less than 5 days! Chef Brothers had another event they were catering for that weekend but said they could do both. I can't imagine the stress level making all this happen in such a short period of time but I have to say it was magic! We had compliment after compliment saying the food was fantastic. As a wedding photographer I've had many a dinner at weddings but this was by far the best. These people get the mark of excellence from us!

Everyone at Chef Brothers -- especially Denise -- made it easy and fun to plan and celebrate our beautiful, slighty-quirky, dream wedding. Denise took SO much of the stress out of our preparations, and her experience and dedication to detail made the entire planning process incredibly smooth. Chef Peter's culinary treats were delicious... EVERYONE raved about the food. (Even those of us with special dietary needs and sensitive stomachs!) The wait staff was literally the best I have ever encountered, making us and our guests feel like royalty. And in case that weren't enough, Chef Brothers went above and beyond to recommend other top-notch vendors, who also did not disappoint.

Chef Brothers has a wonderful reputation and I have attended events that Chef Brothers catered, so I knew that the food would be excellent. But I must say that Chef Peter White and his staff far exceeded my expectations.

From the first meeting with Denise, I felt completely relaxed about my daughter, Dallas' wedding. We had interviewed other caterers and I was very concerned about all of the "chores/tasks" that I was going to have to deal with. We are part of a very large sociable extended family and I am the ring leader for parties. I am also a notary and I do a lot of weddings but I did not want to deal with 100 guests wedding for my daughter. Denise took care of every little detail that my daughter or I mentioned from the food choices, decorations, a candy table, bar, are just a few. I know she is a "pro" at this wedding planning but I can't say enough about how at ease she made Dallas, me, and my husband feel. The weather/rain was an issue due to the wedding being outside at Kanapaha. But as with everything, Denise always had a backup plan for every detail. In addition to her taking charge of details, she also was always conscientious of price and managed in our budget. Denise made my job extremely simple -- I showed up as the mother of the bride and had fun!

It was the biggest event of our lives and Chef Brothers created an atmosphere with their highest quality food and service. I can't say enough about them and would highly recommend them for any event of any size. They are my caterers for life!

Chef Brothers was with me all the way through my event, from planning to clean up. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. Denise had great ideas and the staff worked efficiently and with a great attitude.

Chef brothers took care of all the details, both large and small. Denise offered great suggestions for both our wedding and brunch the following day. I was firstly kind of worried about the food because all my guests are Asian and they usually prefer to Asian food. However, almost everyone likes the food and there is NOTHING left after the wedding when I was trying to pack some food back home. They not only did great job on catering, but also give you advice and help you do the decoration, just like event planner. It is really great and pleasant experience with them. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I found Denise the Coordinator very helpful and flexible. She worked well with the other vendors and the management at our venue. Chef Brothers also was helpful in setting up for the wedding and lots of little things that they didn't have to do. We were happy with the presentation and taste of the food. Our guests complimented the food and service Chef Brothers provided.

As a bride, you have one day to execute your vision, but I only had a general feeling of what my day should be like. The staff at Chef Brothers superseded my expectations. They went above and beyond, and I could not be more grateful.

The food for the wedding was absolutely delicious! Everything from the hors d'ouevres, to the salads, to the main course and sides were AMAZING! Everyone RAVED about the food! We were more than pleased with the wonderful job Anna did in coordinating the event, setting out the decor perfectly, and making sure all the details were taken care of! We will be using Chef Brothers for our family company's events from now on! Thanks to Chef Peter, Anna, and the rest of the crew for doing such an outstanding job! They made the whole ordeal stress-free and were so helpful!

Thanks to Chef Brothers custom catering our wedding was a dream come true!! The staff were absolutely fantastic and did such a great job accommodating ALL my guests (even though there ended up being more than we expected), while keeping a smile on their faces the entire time. Due to our unique situation, being that our previous reception and catering venue cancelled our event just 8 days before our big day, Chef Brothers catering was also able to beautifully put everything together last min. and you would have never known. As for the food... it was just incredibly delicious! Tons of people informed me afterwards it was the BEST catered food they've ever had, and of course I have to agree! If you are looking for perfection and trust worthy people to make it happen, I HIGHLY recommend using Chef Brothers to cater your event. You won't be disappointed!! Chef Brothers was amazing! We planned a wedding reception in October for our June date. Everything was amazing -- the food was delicious, the prices were as quoted, the set up was beautiful. Denise paid close attention to all of the details to make the evening perfect. We had so many compliments on the food - not only the quality but the variety.

Chef Brothers Catered my wedding and I was extremely pleased with their service! Denise (their wedding coordinator) is awesome!! Chef Brothers was great! The food was delicious and the presentation was great. They were flexible and always found a way to fit us into their schedule, even when they were in the process of moving to a new location. Denise, the wedding coordinator, went above and beyond to make our day special. She went out and bought 90 plates from thrift stores because we asked once if they had an eclectic collection of china and didn't charge anything extra. She did everything we asked and went above and beyond. Fred, the chef, was great as well. For our tasting, he gave us so much food that we went home with four boxes. Everything was clear and concise and we knew exactly what we were getting and what we were being charged for. The prices were reasonable for the quality of service and food.

We used Chef Brothers for the catering at our wedding and was SO happy with them. Denise was our coordinator and she did so much more than deal with the food. She was like a wedding planner in a way and helped me with a lot of little details. You can't beat the deal that Chef Brothers offers, and the personalized service that they provide. The food was delicious! Our reception didn't start until 9 pm, so we went with heavy hors d'oeuvres. The food was so good and there was plenty. We had several guests remark about how good the food was. The wait staff was excellent as well! Thanks Chef Brothers!

Chef Brothers did an amazing job with my reception. My guests raved about the food. I didn\\\\\\\'t hire a wedding coordinator, but I didn\\\\\\\'t need one. Chef Brothers decorated everything perfectly. They provided the food, linens, tableware and together with our smaller details for decorations, they made the place absolutely stunning. I was a very pleased bride that was able to relax and enjoy my wedding. Peter is an amazing chef. He says he takes care of the food and he did just that. I cannot say enough about Chef Brothers Catering. Peter and Denise made my rehearsal and wedding day perfect. They were flexible when scheduling appointments around my crazy schedule and prompt with sending me proposals and contracts. On the day of my wedding, myself and my husband, bridal party, family and guests wanted for nothing. The grounds were left clean and in perfect order. The wait staff was friendly and professional. Even more than 2 weeks after our wedding we are still getting compliments on the food and staff. Denise is a pro and thought of everything. Chef Brothers truly made our day special and I can't thank them enough.

My daughter's wedding was at the Santa Fe River Ranch and Chef Brother's catered the most delicious food as well as provided excellent servers and bartenders. My guests were so complimentary of the variety of dishes, and the absolute wonderful flavors of each! Denise made numerous trips to the ranch to make sure everything was taken care of, and made sure the whole event ran smoothly.

I highly recommend Peter White as a chef and Denise Henault as an exceptional event planner. Both took great pride in their part in our wedding!

Denise and Chef Brothers are wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of for our wedding, including making centerpieces for bar tables that would match the ones that we had done for the tables the week of once we realized that we would need extras! Exceptional service. Chef Brothers made our reception a delicious, elegant, and classy event. Our tables looked stunning, the food was superb, the service was very high-quality. Peter White and Susan were both wonderful to work with. I was an out-of-town bride, I planned my wedding from South Florida and only met with Peter once in person, and spoke with Susan over the phone a few times. Despite the distance, they granted my every wish, and were very reasonably priced. I love that they did not force a service charge upon me, and allowed me to tip them what I thought was proper. Great people, great service, I highly recommend them.

Bridal party table was not set-up, but the staff pulled high top tables together and made it work. We only had a total of 5 in our bridal party.

Chef's Brothers (formerly known as Chef's Gardens) was awesome. Peter was very laid back, and I have to admit, I was a bit worried that he was too laid back. He didn't seem to take notes during meetings and he didn't ask for a deposit or contract. However, he was very willing to work with us on our budget and offered us some great deals. He was very flexible in customizing a menu for us and the food was amazing. Everyone at the wedding raved that it was the best wedding food that they have ever had.

Chef brothers did a great job! We booked with them a year out, and Kayleigh did a great job answering my questions and bearing with my type-A personality. Her team decorated the venue spectacularly, and took care of everything. It rained last minute, and we had to go to plan B, and they pulled it off great. The only two areas of improvement I would recommended are as follows: I received the final bill the day final payment was due. When I called to ask about giving them an e-check (as we’re not local) I was told they couldn’t do that and so I had to pay with card (which has an extra 3% fee). If I had been given the final bill with enough time to mail them a check, we could have saved about $90. Also, the food at the reception was great, but we did notice a slight difference between what we ate then and what we ate at the tasting. Among other things, we got the Neptune salad and seafood only jambalaya. Both seemed to be more liquidy than when we had tried at the tasting -the Neptune salad was very oily and there wasn’t as much seafood as there was at the tasting it seemed like. My husband said the stuff chicken was a little off too. All the flavor was there, though. Chef Brothers did great with providing a gluten-intolerant guest her own GF meal, and also our guests said how the appetizers were great during cocktail hour. We did pay the extra small fee for Kayleigh to coordinate our ceremony, which was a big bonus too! I would definitely recommend them.

Overall I was very pleased with Chef Brothers Catering. Having prior experience in the industry has made me a bit more critical and my expectations a bit higher than most I'd assume. For a privately run small business I'd say they did a fantastic job. Probably with a few more staff on the event planning side they would have earned 5 stars. There were a few things that were overlooked the day of that made absolutely no difference in my experience but were an oversight nonetheless.

We had Chef Brothers Cater our wedding. We had the breakfast buffet for our dinner. The food was great but they only brought coffee and water for us to drink and in the contract we were supposed to have like 2-3 kinds of juices and tea. WELL we did't get them which I wasn't happy about. What really upset me was I was assured by one of the owners "Peter", that everything would be there for the wedding. When we called after the wedding and asked Peter what had happened he took no responsibility for this matter and instead blamed it on me and my husband because we should have looked over the contract. Other than that he was professional till that point.

They were very flexible and willing to work with me to make my day extra special, however, the follow through was the biggest disappointment that could ever be faced. Nothing but empty promises and a broken heart is what I was left with.

The food is decent but does not make up for the lack of professionalism and destruction they presented at my reception.

The event planner supplied by Chef's Brothers was extremely unorganized (which we didn't figure out until after the reception) and did not complete the set up of the reception before leaving due to a disagreement with the owner. She called my mother 30 minutes prior to the wedding ceremony began to say there were no chairs at the location, which we discussed with her on several occasions she was to be responsible for supplying the chairs.

The staff destroyed the center pieces I spent months making. I walked through the setup for the center pieces on multiple occasions with the event planner, which she apparently didn't share with her staff. All the staff needed to do was place a light inside the center. They instead tore all the tissue paper out of the pumpkins and did not put the lights inside. This thoroughly upset me since I had spent so much time working on the center pieces and they were an essential part of the decor and theme. When wait staff was asked to correct the problem before the reception began we were told they couldn't do anything without the permission of the event coordinator who had already left. Seeing my hard work destroyed absolutely ruined my evening. It was very difficult to force a smile on my face and continue with my evening seeing the destroyed center pieces strewn about the tables.

The bartender told several guests requesting a glass of wine that she was "too upset to pour wine" and that they would need to drink a beer instead. She also disappeared multiple times from the bar leaving it unattended and guests having to serve themselves.

There were several dishes we ordered for the cocktail hour that were not put out at the cocktail setup until after all the guests had entered the venue for dinner. We were still charged for these wasted dishes.

None of the leftovers were supplied to us after being told they would be, including the untouched extra tier of cake we ordered from the cake vendor.

Maybe Chef's Brothers is great for a corporate lunch or tailgating event but I would NEVER recommend them for a once in a lifetime event like a wedding. I feel cheated because what should have been the most wonderful beautiful day of my life was only ok because they let me down. Their service was a huge disappointment.

Cashed Deposit and Ran

If anyone is looking for Chef Bros. they've closed shop. AFTER cashing deposits. After weeks of trying to reach Chef Bros, their fb is deleted, website is deleted, vans for sale on Craigslist and location is locked. No one ever reached out. This is new ownership that used a good reputation to take money from people. So sorry for any brides that are in this situation. It took a LOT of investigating to find any answers at all.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company

I was going back and forth about posting this review but have decided to do it in order to save anyone else the stress my husband and I endured. We hired Chef Brother Catering (also the owners of 19th hole in Turkey Creek) back in March 2019 to do our wedding this past February 2020. The old owners and Chef were amazing. The food was amazing. The service was wonderful and they were just easy to work with.

Late in 2019 we were notified that they sold both business to a new owner. We were a little worried but the new owner assured us everything would stay the same. They said they were going to have a tasting for everyone at once soon and we would be able to tase the food made by the new chef. After months of trying to figure out when that tasting would be we finally got a call from someone who before telling us the tasting date wanted our credit card information for a deposit. We explained we gave the old owners our credit card for the deposit months ago and he said they didn’t have it anymore. So we obliged which ended up being a huge mistake. They charged us 50% of the total cost at that point! The contract we had (we never signed it by the way) said we were responsible for a 350.00 deposit and the rest of the cost would be paid 72 hours before the event. We let it go since we were obviously going to have to pay it anyways and we were scared we couldn’t find another caterer before the wedding in less than two months. After the man ran our card he gave us a date for the tasting.

So eventually we went to a tasting. The food was really not good. My husband, my best friend and her husband and I all tried to find the positive because at this point it was 40 days before the wedding and we couldn’t find someone else. They made it really hard though. The tasting started 30 minutes late and we saw the food arrive 20 minutes into the scheduled time. We met 4 other couples who shared our wedding date and all had over 100 guests at around the same time as ours and all the venues were in different cities. We were told originally that they only did two weddings on one day. We were obviously concerned. We set up a meeting with the fourth wedding coordinator we had worked with since the new owner took over (they went through 4 wedding coordinators in under three months) and spoke with her. She showed up to the meeting late again. We expressed concerns and she assured us.

I decided I just felt too uneasy about everything and didn’t want to pay thousands of dollars to stress and for the subpar food. So I called Kendra and canceled our contract. I asked about the deposit and shared I wanted the extra we had paid returned per the contract. She assured us she would get the manager to refund the card. Several days later we still hadn’t received the money. We called and she said she was going to get it to us that day. The next day.... nothing. We called again and she didn’t answer. We called from a different number and she answered right away. She said the next day she would make sure to get us the money. The next day came and went and still nothing. This went on for about a week. She finally gave us the owner’s information and we called him. He didn’t answer. We sent emails, no answer. We showed up at his restaurant 19th hole in Turkey Creek and saw him there in person. He said he didn’t have a check book but would get us the money back the next day by dropping it by my office. It never happened. We needed up speaking with a lawyer who sent him a letter. We finally got emails from him claiming he would give us back the money. Again, it never happened. We filed a dispute with the credit card company which originally they denied because they said we had a contract but we appealed it and presented our evidence including the actual contract and the emails form the owner stating he knew he owed us thousands of dollars and would return it to us. Luckily, our credit card company came through and returned the money to us today!

We found out recently this company owes a lot of people money and a quick search of Alachua County Public Records shows several court cases filed against him this year for this exact issue and other serious money related charges. We were also lucky to find an amazing caterer who took care of us last minute 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏼.

We also have had someone we know(who works in a restaurant) tell us they had to provide catering to a wedding urgently due to Chef Brothers not showing up to the wedding they were supposed to cater.

I recommend you don’t use Chef Brothers. If they show up the food is a gamble (not favorable odds). Also, obviously a company with an owner that has these issues with money does not care about making sure his customers are taken care of. He has more pressing issues going on legally. I really don’t want anyone going through what we did during something that should be a happy time.
