Great Experience!
We went with Cheesy Eddies for our wedding and had an amazing experience with them! The desserts and wedding cake were perfect for our summer wedding and offered a wide variety for guests to choose from. We would recommend them to anyone! -

The folks at Cheesy Eddie’s were very easy to work with - we chose an assortment of cupcakes and cheesecake blooms in lieu of a cake for our wedding (~110 guests). They provided a lot of detail right at the outset about our options, and offered tasting boxes so that we could make informed decisions - these didn’t include our seasonal fall options (pumpkin, apple caramel, and s’mores) at the time, but it worked out great! They have many different offerings for flavors and it seems that you couldn’t go wrong choosing any of them. The cheesecake blooms were a huge hit. Guests raved about how delicious everything was. We were a little worried about having too many items leftover, but that proved not to be a problem! -

Amazing and Delicious!
They did our wedding in July! They were incredible to work with in planning, and have a great tasting box setup. Delivery was seamless and the desserts were incredible. They have displays available for rental though we opted to buy our own. For a 200 person wedding, we did the two tier carrot cutting cake (kept the top for anniversary and sliced up the bottom for guests), and 400 total mini desserts (100 each of bourbon caramel cheesecake, red velvet, original cheesecake, and peanut butter ganache brownie). I wish we had done about 50 more, they were so popular! -

My husband and I frequently visited the south wedge location when we moved in together and knew we had to have them for our wedding. The communication and consultation was great. They know exactly what they’re doing and make the process so easy. Everyone raved about our desserts and we couldn’t be happier to have them part of our wedding. They have so much variety and great options to choose from that you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend! -

My husband and I used Cheesy Eddie’s for our wedding cake as we love their carrot cake. Due to COVID our 2020 guest list went from 80 to 25. We spoke with Lindsy who recommended what amount and size cake would be best for this guest list. We can’t wait for our formal reception in 2021 with the rest of our guests to have our planned wedding cake. -

I honestly don't know where to begin...from the first email to schedule a tasting until the end of our wedding we had nothing but the best experience. Lindsy was beyond amazing, my husband and I fell in love with her warm and caring personality immediately. She guided us through the process of picking out the perfect cakes for our wedding. We went with a 3 tier naked cake, 2 tiers were carrot and the other chocolate with a cream cheese frosting. In addition we had a cheese cake kitchen cake that was amazing. Lindsy and her husband saw to it that our wedding cake made it to our farm (where we had our wedding) in one piece :). At our request Lindsy and her husband stuck around most of the night to help our guest, cut and serve cake and to be a part of our family that night. The professionalism that Lindsy upheld was just phenomenal. If you have the pleasure of her being your day of coordinator, then you're in for a real treat.
As for the cakes themselves; the taste of the carrot and cheese cake is like no other. I honestly don't think there is a bakery in town that can even come close. The frosting is sweet and full of flavor but not too heavy either. The carrot, chocolate and cheese cake are just amazing. The presentation of all of it, the way Lindsy decorated my cake, the complements from all of our guest was just outstanding.
Should you choose Cheesy Eddie's? 1000% YES! -

Two words: OMG YUM. Cheesy Eddie’s was incredible to work with. Lindsy is the sweetest & most genuine person you’ll talk to, in hopes of only making your dream cake come to life. After our original cake was put on hold until next year, she helped us craft a smaller cake for this year and it was absolutely stunning and incredibly delicious. We had carrot cake, cheesecake, very vanilla, & chocolate and every single bite of everyone was amazing. Our guests ate every last bite and each one commented on how beautiful it all looked! Thank you Lindsy for being so accommodating, helping us craft the perfect scenarios for both years, & for being there for us during this time! We cannot wait to work with you again next year ❤️ -

I have been fond of Cheesy Eddie’s for quite some time and they were an easy choice when it came to deserts for our wedding. We went with our favorite options: raspberry swirl and original cheesecake, and the miniature jillian’s delight cookies. For our cutting cake, we chose the white raspberry torte cake. Lindsy, the wedding consultant at Cheesy Eddie’s, is lovely, creative, helpful, and knowledgeable about all things wedding. For example, we had a hard time deciding between two different designs for the cutting cake. Lindsy was able to incorporate both ideas to make a beautiful and unique design. The team there executed the idea flawlessly and every bite was delicious. Additionally, Lindsy was cautious of our budget and the vision we had for our day. This all being said, I was a “covid bride” and Lindsy handled the last minute changes, alterations, and ever evolving protocols with grace and without placing any pressure on me. Lindsy also handled the set-up and instruction to vendor staff flawlessly on the day of. We are so grateful for all that Lindsy and the Cheesy Eddie’s team did to make our wedding day wonderful. -

One of the Best Decisions We Made!!
When our original pastry chef had to back out last minute due to health issues, Cheesy Eddie's really saved the day! Lindsy was extremely responsive and helpful through the whole process. We ended up going with a small cheesecake as a cutting cake and 40 assorted cupcakes. The cupcakes were a HUGE hit!! Everyone raved over them (especially the smore's one)! Our cheesecake was chocolate raspberry swirl and it was honestly the best cheesecake I've ever had! We rented cake stands through them and overall their pricing is extremely reasonable. Ever since the wedding we keep going back to their shop to try new amazing desserts! They are the only place I buy desserts from now!! -

The multiple layer wedding cake from Cheesy Eddie’s was amazing and we could not get a better cake or better wonderful service for such a reasonable price. The whole staff were super friendly and Cheesy Eddie’s are one of the best bakeries in the world. -

Cheesy Eddie's was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I knew we wanted to do something a little different from a normal wedding cake. We love cheesecake and knew Cheesy Eddie's would be the right option.
The wedding cake consultant, Lindsy, was very attentive and easy to talk to. She helped to walk us through the different options they offered for wedding cakes.
We decided to go with the retail option to save a little bit of money. This option didn't include a consultation meeting or a tasting, but Cheesy Eddie's sells their cheesecake by the slice so we just pooped into the store to try some flavors. Even though we didn't have an in person consultation, Lindsy was still extremely helpful.
We had a few phone calls with her and plenty of email exchanges. She always answered our questions and helped us to achieve the visions we had for our cake. And these exchanges were happening during the busy holiday months, but Lindsy was still able to get back to us at a very reasonable time.
Overall, we were very happy with our wedding cake from Cheesy Eddie's. It looked beautiful and the flavors were delicious. Our guests loved it!

Wonderful!
I cannot say enough about Cheesy Eddie's - they are fantastic to work with - Lindsy was so helpful! We had a cutting cake and a cupcake assortment for our wedding and everything was delicious - our guests loved everything! We will definitely be using Cheesy Eddie's in the future for events! -

It was no question – Cheesy Eddies was a must for our wedding. Our initial meet and greet with Lindsy was such a pleasant experience. She was kind and patient with us, listening to all of our ideas. She made recommendations that were appreciated. Cheesy Eddies was prompt with their delivery on my wedding day and made the presentation beautiful. We had a 3-tier plain cheesecake that our florist adorned with roses and greenery. Our guests seemed to LOVE the cheesecake bar with fresh fruits and fruit sauces. We also had 5 different cupcake options. Our flower girl said, “This is the best cupcake I ever had”. If I could do it all over again, I would order DOUBLE the cupcakes. Those went SO fast.

Outstanding
My husband and I are so happy we went with Cheesy Eddies for our Wedding on July 20,2019. Lindsy was amazing to work with and this was by far the easiest part of our wedding planning process. My parents had a Cheesy Eddies wedding cake 32 years ago and I was excited to keep the tradition going. Everyone absolutely loved the cake and the delicious mini desserts we ordered. Kathleen Sent on 12/16/2014When we met with Cheesy Eddie's, I wasn't expecting to be able to afford their wedding cake. I was pleasantly surprised to find that we could. We did a three tier display cake and 6 kitchen cakes. We were able to do different flavors for every cake. We did two types of cake and the rest were different flavors of cheesecake. It was divine. They also decorated my cake exactly like the picture I gave them. I expect delivery went well since it was in place at our reception venue when we arrived.
If you are planning a December wedding like we did, get your cake order in ASAP. They only take one wedding order in December.
