CheapShots helped us celebrate 3 of our daughters' weddings. We keep coming back because of the great experience we have and the wonderful memories the photographers capture. They have been so helpful in suggesting ideas without pushing, have made the shoots fun and relaxing, and have been super flexible - especially this time around. Pie Day Wedding
I had CheapShots! come and take my wedding photos. I got them back within a week, super quick! I am very impressed! My photographer Lourdes was so sweet and she took amazing pictures. She interacted well with everyone and got all the photos that I wanted! -

Love the fast turn around of our photos. 1week after our wedding day, Cheapshots Photography sent us almost 2000 pictures and gave us all copies and rights to all photos. A lot of photographers hold your pictures hostage, but not Cheapshots. LOVE, LOVE LOVE how they captured our amazing day!! -

The photoshoot was amazing! We were very concerned about getting what we wanted with the props we had, but we actually got what we had in mind, and more. There were also some picture ideas we did not present to our photographer, but she was amazing because she saw a good spot and told us how to pose. We are extremely happy with our pictures! The time it took for the pictures to be ready was great, and the ease of downloading the pictures was very user friendly. -

We had an issue with our bridal photo shoot photos being the wrong size for us to download. They had not saved the originals, so we had to do the shoot again. That was stressful, but they gave us more photos for the trouble. They were very responsive and got everything redone very quickly. We loved how all of our photos turned out. We did engagements, bridal/groomals, and our wedding. We loved thay we got downloads of all of the photos taken! Our photographer, Rory, was amazing! She was creative, engaging, and fabulous to work with. We would highly recommend her and Cheapshots. -

We had three photographers. The first photographers pictures weren't very good, next photographer did amazing, and the last photographer was very hurried and ended taking pictures after about 25 minutes when we had a whole hour to go through. Overall the pictures turned out fine thanks to the second photographer but other than that I would say it was not great. Responsiveness was also very unprofessional. I did not feel like they cared as much about my pictures and special day as they did the money I had previously paid them. -

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Absolutely the worst experience EVER and not to mention it was for my daughters wedding - Memories that you want to look back on and now the only thing the pictures make my daughter do is cry because they are that bad!! So here is what happened:
I reached out looking for pricing to several companies, I will admit cheapshots was responsive and seems friendly and great. I decided based of that and the lack of replies I was getting else where that they would work. They are a photographer company so they should so good.
Well as soon as paid them, they disappeared! EXCEPT for their AUTO messaging system that they claimed was a real person. I continued to get DAILY text from this "person" saying you should use us, let us be your photographer and we will give you a special discount, you haven't decided to us us yet well we will give you an extra discount if you use us - remember I have ALREADY paid them and had this scheduled and yet here I am getting daily texts saying (basically we ripped you off, if you would of waited you could of gotten a better deal). Anyway, so I reach out for weeks and finally get a reply saying so sorry, I told them (I think they called the suto crap melissa or something to stop texting you and dont worry I gave you our best price). Well needless to say that never stopped until maybe 2 weeks before the wedding, so that was fun. Now, I understand that technology does not always work like it should so I looked past that. I was annoyed that she insisted that it was a real person, when I am sure that a real person is not so dumb that when I replay and say I already have scheduled and paid you guys, that they dont reply and continue to send. messages.
Anyway, so this whole time they tell me you will have one of our best photographers, send us pinterest pics/boards to give us an idea of what you want, etc. Great so I am doing that with Amanda - the girl that is suppose to be our photographer and Wyatt the video guy. I gave them specific times that they needed to be there and send all sorts of things to give them an idea of what we wanted and I told them the 2 BIGGEST things I want on the video is when they come out of the temple and when they do the burn out when they leave the reception. Anything else is great, but I have to have those 2 things - TWO THINGS - well day of the well, they are ready to come out of the temple and NO VIDEOGRAPHER is around. The photographer is there and is not even sure if it is our wedding she is suppose to take pictures of. She said it was her FIRST day on the job and all they said was be at the temple at this time and reception at this time, NOTHING ELSE!!!!!! I called Wyatt the video guy and no answer, I Called again and no answer, I called a third time and NO ANSWER. I then called Amanda and the OWNER of the company tryingt o figure out what was going on and their cell phones went straight to VM - NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO HELP US!!!! THIS IS YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR JOB and NOTHING! Finally I asked every one to pull our phones and please record the video and 25 mins later had them come out of the temple. Then the photographer says ok what do you want, I say family pics, she said ok how? Im sorry what did you just say!!! You are the Expert, start directing and putting people together to get photos, she has NO IDEA what she is doing so luckily I had one of my best friends there who is a REAL photographer and I and we started directing the photos and putting groups together - ALL photos where taken int he same spot and it was a JOKE!! Well I say a guy wondering around about 30 to 35 mins later with a camera - I asked if he was Wyatt and he said yes so I tell him this is your group please start filming. Anyway, after a lot of time and us basically doing their job, they leave. Then at the reception - first off Wyatt did come dressed nice which was so nice, however the photographer looked like they just rolled out of bed. She sat on a chair in the same spot MOST of the night and took pictures. I figured well she knows what she is doing so I asked to make sure we got certain pictures, but this is a wedding and you should be able to figure this out all on your own - you are the expert NOT ME!!
Well after the reception they left and said I should have photos and video with in a week or 2. Needless to say it was 2 MONTHS later, after I called and texted and NO REPLY, that I finally got a text saying oh we sent those to your email a week ago. I open up the email and see it and it says to download the links and you have only 5 days, blah blah blah. I try to download the links and NOTHING - it just keeps giving me an error, so I reach out and tell them its not working - again NOTHING, I keep texting finally a week or so later they reply saying they will resend the links - they did a week after that, I again could not open it - it keep giving me an error. I reached back out and said - still not working. So they said ok we will get you a USB drive of the photos, great - that will work, BUT you have to pay us more money !!!!!!! They want $35 bucks for it, at this point I am pissed my daughter is upset and so I just pay it, then 2 more weeks go by and I keep saying where is teh USB drive, can I come get it, no reply. Finally they respond and say this drive is not big enough I have to go buy a bigger one OH and that will cost you another $40 dollars!! Ok first off I am not stupid I bought a freaking hard drive that was 1TB and that only cost me $90, so I know I was getting screwed over, but paid it. Finally 4 days later we got the drive after we went to another event she was doing and got it from her.
We looked at the photos all excited and THEY ARE PURE GARBAGE!!!!!!!!! They are all crooked, crap photos. The 60 I PAID for them to edit - oh they edited them to BLAKC AND WHITE!!! That was it and on top of that they edited one of me with my back turned and I am talking to my neice (little girl) and all you see is my back and the top inch of her head and that is one they EDITED for us by turning it black and white!! That is their editing job!!! EVERYONE please I am begging you DO NOT USE THIS GARBGE OF A COMPANY!!!! My daughters wedding memories are crap!! There was not a single one that we even wanted to print.
I am paying another REAL photography company to try to fix the photos, however I was just informed yesterday that the photos are so bad they cant fix them, they tried so now they are taking the video we got (which was alright) and trying to take photos from that so my daughter has something she can look at and not cry!
BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE HIRING CHEAPSHOTS for photos.

Cheapshots provided an inexperienced photographer and unusable engagement photos. They refused to partially refund our package even though they only provided 1/6 of the services agreed to. Do not hire this company.
