We hired Chauffeured Elegance for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier we did. They provided a professional service, our driver was on time and he was so nice! We used the town car, and it was clean and perfect. We planned our wedding from another state (where we currently live), and having such a company who complimented their service with great communication was such a stress reliever. We greatly recommend Chauffeured Elegance!

We highly recommend Chauffeured Elegance Transportation. They were helpful, responsive and reliable. Our goal was to make sure our wedding guests returned to their hotels safely......and they did! I didn't have to worry if the shuttle showed up or not. They did everything exactly as we wanted. Thank you for making our first Wedding hosting experience a successful one!

The team at chauffeured elegance is great. I'd recommend them to anyone getting married in the Twin Cities area. Good prices, easy to deal with, experience was fantastic. We used them all weekend for airport pickups, shuttles to our ceremony/rehearsal dinner, and to drive around our bridal party. Highly recommend!

With ALL the activities that an engaged couple has to worry about as you plan your big day, make sure that wedding transportation is one of those crucial details to your marriage that you do NOT have to spend too much time planning on the front end. With Chauffeured Elegance, we have received stellar customer service during our planning. Colleen, specifically, has truly been a 5 in every category mentioned below.

We approached CE because of the fantastic reviews, and the customer service aspect has delivered in spades! Make this detail of your wedding one of the easy ones that you won't have to worry about!

We will be providing a follow up review of the ride experience. If it is anything like the customer service, our transportation will be perfect on our wedding day.

Colleen and the drivers were great to deal with throughout the entire process. Colleen was responsive to emails for clarification when needed. The drivers were on time, friendly and kept us all safe. A very good experience for us and our guests.

We loved using Chauffeured Elegance for our transportation of the bridal party from the ceremony to the reception with stops for pictures along the way. Of all the companies we researched, this one stood out by far. Easy to book, accommodating for our various stops, and excellent customer service. The driver herself was amazing and professional- and the bus was beautiful and clean. We loved our experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and fun experience!!

We had a wonderful experience with your company: drivers were prompt (early, even), very professional, courteous, and accommodating. The customer service via the phone was super-friendly and helped coordinate a last-minute request for a later pick-up time. The vehicle was clean inside and out.

Everything was great and helped add to a special day for us to safely celebrate our wedding with friends.

Great company to work with and use! We used a limo to drive my husband and I from our ceremony to our reception. We stopped off along the way and took pictures just the 2 of us. Lynn was our driver and she was wonderful!!!!! She was on time - which that is a HUGE thing with me!!!!! She held my dress and flowers as I was getting in and out of the car. She never hurried us along when we were taking pictures. The company got back to us very quickly if we had any questions. Would recommend for your event!!!!!!!!!

Chauffeured Elegance provided our wedding day transportation. We were picked up at the church, driven to a photo location at the lake, and dropped off at our reception venue. We were very pleased with the limo bus, amenities, and driver. The cost was worth every penny to ensure our wedding party and we had a fun and safe transportation option. We cannot say enough great things about the company and service, and we definitely recommend Chauffeured Elegance.

These guys were AWESOME!!! They were prompt, courteous, accommodating and flexible! They did what they said they would do, when they would and how they would! Here's 2 examples of their superior service - 1)After the bride and her family had been dropped at the venue, they realized they had left the box with the ring bearer bear and flower girl baskets in the van, the service was done at that point, however, upon calling Bob, he did not hesitate and was even excited about being able to help and had the box delivered, in the snow, to the venue within 30 minutes!!! 2) at the end of the evening, the driver very patiently waited for 30-45 minutes for me and my wife while we waited to ensure that our last guests were picked up by the hotel shuttle....

I have already told people about "Chauffeured Elegance" and will continue to tell people to use them!!!

I cannot say enough about Chauffered Elegance. They were prompt, clean, kind, and professional. We hired them for the first time for my daughter's wedding, and my daughter said that they were just great! I have since hired them to pick me up from the airport, and again I cannot say enough about the experience. They were a breath of fresh air at the end of a long day of very tough travel.
Whenever I have a need to either book a limo, or am trying to figure out how to get someone from point 'A' to point 'B', I turn to these guys first. They aren't always available, because they are so good, so if you're interested book them quickly!

We had an absolutely amazing time and this company is great! When it comes to limo companies, you definitely get what you pay for! The price was all inclusive so we did not have to worry about cash and tips on the day of which was really nice. Our driver was extremely prompt, courteous, and flexible. The bus had a great sound system and tons of room! We highly recommend this company.

We had a limo for the bachelorette party. The car was clean, the driver was friendly and on time. We booked them for the wedding too.

Oct. 2014 Your driver was absolutely wonderful. I understand we had a drunk guest and the driver went the extra mile to ensure her safety. At one point, she moved the van to block the young woman’s exit from the parking lot until someone could convince her not to drive drunk. We are grateful that Chauffeured Elegance provided great service for both our bachelorette party and wedding.

Chauffeured Elegance was an integral part of my wedding day and they delivered without any hitches! Due to flooding, we had to move venues just a week prior to the wedding and the hotel was not close to our new venue! Chauffeured Elegance not only was so flexible and kind in dealing with the changes, but in their pity for me they also gave me great deals on a second shuttle they still had available for the evening. And of course all my guest waited until the very end of the night to leave, which left the wedding party without a shuttle! But no way did they let that happen! They called their offices and made an extra trip for us for only a small fee. They were absolutely fantastic, reasonably priced, and so kind. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for making our day worry free!

Chauffeured Elegance Transportation did a phenomenal job for our daughters wedding. They provided shuttle service from our hotel to the wedding venue for the bridal party and all of our guests and then brought them home again at the end of the evening. Setting up the contract was easy and seamless with their help and professionalism. They went out of their way to make sure our scheduling needs were met while still keeping our costs and total hours affordable. Our driver was outstanding, always taking good care of our guests. He was at all times polite, fun and a perfect gentleman. He made everyone feel comfortable. We would highly recommend this service.

This company provided on time professional service for the wedding party and the wedding guests. Everyone who used the transportation commented on how great they were. We had the 28 passenger limo coach and a 56 passenger bus. I would highly recommend!

Colleen was so helpful with organizing everything for our wedding. The limo bus we had was amazing we couldn't have asked for a better limo bus to have for out wedding. The driver was super nice and stopped many times on the way for our photographer to take pictures before we got to our reception. I definitely would recommend chauffered elegance to any bride and groom to be for their special day or any other event!

The service that Chauffeured gave us was exactly what we were looking for. The driver was very professional and helped us check to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. Due to the rain I think we changed our photo location which he didn't mind. The 13 passenger bus/van was perfect. It was affordable and held our entire wedding party plus a few extras. I liked that vehicle due to the ease of entry and exit. The girls had no problems climbing in and out in their heels and dresses. It was also spacious enough to fit our coolers and bags of snacks. I'd highly recommend this vehicle to any group making short trips between a wedding, photos, and a reception and will surely rent from Chauffeured Elegance in the future. Thanks again!

We were so happy with your services! Both the bus and the town car were on time and the employees were so friendly an accommodating! We loved driving around, there was plenty of space- you provided us with water which was great! Getting on the bus after our ceremony was one of the best moments! We had a really great experience with your company! My dad organized everything for us ahead of time, and said getting everything scheduled was easy and you were all very responsive to any and all questions we had.

On the day of the wedding our driver, Tony, was amazing! He went above and beyond all afternoon. It was raining and he provided umbrella service not only to those getting on the bus but other wedding guests out to their cars. On the bus he made sure we knew it was time to celebrate! Which was exactly what we were looking for. Then later on during pictures he provided a towel and a plastic top for me to sit on so my dress wouldn't get wet during some seated pictures. He really helped make the day special!

I contacted Chauffeured Elegance to provide ground transportation between the hotel and wedding site/venue for the wedding party as well as guests staying at the hotel. They were very easy to work with from beginning to end - from initial set up, through any changes, to the billing process. My husband and I worked with Chauffeured Elegance for our whole wedding weekend and would definitely recommend them! Planning a MN wedding while living in DC was not always the easiest, but they were very responsive and helpful as we tried to figure out the best options for the number of guests we had. Chauffeured Elegance also provided coach bus service for the wedding party and out of town guests for an event we had the night prior to the wedding, and they were punctual and friendly, which we and the guests appreciated!

We used Chauffeured Elegance for our wedding day transportation. Prior to the ceremony we booked a 28 person limocoach which was amazing! Everything from the quality of service down to the mini bottles of water provided was top notch! The limo was very clean and sharp looking as well. Chauffeured Elegance was the epitome of professional wedding transportation. After shopping around for various vendors, we decided to use C.E. for our special day. We couldn't have been more happy with the service we received! Our driver was very friendly and helpful. When the shuttle arrived to pick us up, it was fully stocked with ice and ready to go! Chauffeured Elegance did a great job transporting our wedding party from the chapel to picture locations and then to our reception. The limo bus driver was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Chauffeured Elegance as a professional and budget friendly option for bridal parties.

We had a great experience with Chauffeured Elegance. They offered hold onto our beverages prior to our wedding day, then had everything in the limo bus and on ice for us the day of. Our driver was early and very friendly, the limo bus was clean and spacious, and we truly have no complaints. Thank you!

My wife and i couldnt have been more grateful for an awesome source of transportation after the wedding ceremony! after returning back to the reception hall there were many parts of the wedding party that wanted to stay on the limo coach and ditch the reception because we were having way too much fun on the Bus. thank you so much for all that you have done!!!!

If you need a shuttle or limo for your wedding, use these guys. Seriously. I'm not typically blown away by good service, because it is usually the norm these days. That said, I felt the need to send the following email the day after our wedding:

"I thought I would drop you a line and let you know that everyone was really happy with the service you provided for our wedding last night. My wife and I didn't ever take the shuttles ourselves, so we didn't get a chance to talk to the driver... but we think his name was John? Anyways, word has it that he was really pleasant, offered to help my wife's mother load up gifts at the end of the night, offered to take anyone anywhere they needed to go, and just made it a really good experience for everyone overall. It sounds like he really went above and beyond.

I also really appreciated you allowing us to split up our service time for early evening / late evening. You were the only company that we spoke to that offered that option to us. It worked out very well and allowed us to save a few dollars.

Again, thanks for your help and awesome service!"

I cannot say enough about this company.
They were wonderful to work with and more than fairly priced.
My daughter and her new husband along with the entire wedding party were
so impressed with the bus and driver. They really enjoyed having a time and space to just relax and enjoy each other.
We also booked a Town car to transport the bride and groom to their hotel.
They loved that and the driver was super cool too. I would recomend their service in a heartbeat!

The driver was courteous, the ride was smooth, and the quality of the vehicle was superb. The driver arrived a few minutes early and had no issues with waiting for us to say our goodbyes to our families.

We were not able to do the 2-3 hr limit that so many limo places required. Chauffeured Elegance understood our need and came up with a one way transport. Picking up the bride and groom and taking them to their reception. They worked with us and kept the cost within an affordable area. They have someone there to call the day of our wedding in case something happened. This was so helpful, just knowing if we had any questions someone was there. Our driver was there early and ready when the bride and groom came out of the church. He worked with a groomsman to get the wedding party in their cars to follow the bride and groom's. We had our reception at Earle Brown Center so it was better the wedding party drove their own cars to the reception. The driver was very attentive and made the drive to the reception enjoyable. I so appreciated the thoughtfulness of your staff, who made sure our needs were met and made our calls more personal. They were truly interested in our wedding to make sure their service fit our needs, and not just a quick sale to make money. Again, if you want to work with caring and an attentive staff who are there for you to make their service fit your needs....then you should contact Chauffeured Elegance.

You cannot find a more professional service to do your events. They will go out of their way to make it the best day ever!!! We had used a limo/bus transfer from the hotel to the venue (3 miles apart) but needed to do two trips. We had beautiful pictures and our chauffeur was so wonderful to let us take pictures inside with each group. Amazing service*******I would definitely recommend them to do your event!

Chauffeured Elegance Transportation was great with providing us a great clean limo. The driver had a great sense of humor and was flexible with our stops and time schedule. Highly recommended by me and now other organizations are going to start using them too! The first contact with the company had quoted me a lesser cost than what it actually is supposed to be and still kept their word. Awesome!!

Chauffeured Elegance Transportation was great. They were very nice to me over the phone and were quick and easy to deal with. The cost was one of the lowest I found and what a great deal. The service was great, the driver was really nice and open to wherever we wanted to go. Also I got the 18 passenger limo bus and it was awesome. It was easy for me to get in and out of with my dress on and everyone fit comfortably. The inside was really nice and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would definitely recommend them!

We had Chaufferured Elegance provide limo service for our son's groom's dinner and also for their wedding the following day. Since we had decided on a restaurant in Mpls for the groom's dinner, we didn't want our guests to have to worry about finding it or parking. So we hired Chauffeured Elegance to take us directly from the rehearsal to the restaurant. They provided a limo that was exceptionally clean and the ride was very enjoyable. The next day for the wedding we used Chauffeured Elegance for transportation to get pictures so the bridal party could be together and all get where they were supposed to be on time and safely. Our son and daughter-in-law said the limo was always right where it was supposed to be and they couldn't be happier with their wedding day.

We used Chauferred Elegance to transport us to the church on our wedding day, and were extremely pleased with their service. It was raining, and the driver was waiting with an umbrella for all of my bridesmaids and I and escorted each of us into the vehicle. The Limo Coach was beautiful, clean, new, and stocked with glasses and a great sound system! Not to mention - they were by far the least expensive transportation company we found!
We ended up using a different company for transfer between the ceremony & reception (we signed a contract before finding Chauferred Elegance) and they were not only more expensive but held no comparison to the service we experienced with CE. I would recommend them to anyone - GREAT VALUE & GREAT SERVICE!!

Driver was awesome and they let us drop of the coolers ahead of time (2 days prior). They chilled all drinks and set them out around the limo before we came on the bus, and let us play our own music. They were timely and professional!

We were able to book a shuttle with Chauffeured Elegance quickly and efficiently after getting the run around from the hotel our guests were booked at. They were always quick to respond to emails and I had no problems with the whole process. Would recommend for hassle-free transportation.

They were right on time and room us wherever we wanted to go! The radio deck was broken so we had to duct tape it all over the place but overall it was an amazing experience!!

I used Chauffeured Elegance for all the wedding transportation for my son's wedding. This included trips to and from the airport and hotel for out of town guests, and shuttle services to and from the hotel and the rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony. Chauffeured Elegance was also used to transport the wedding party on the wedding day. All trips were timely, with professional drivers in clean vehicles that were very suitable for the needed transportation. I would use Chauffeured Elegance again without any hesitation. They will work with you to get the exact schedule you need, are flexible in making late changes that will inevitably pop up and are reasonably priced.

Chauffeured Elegance was extremely easy to work with one phone call, a follow up email and everything was booked. The driver was extremely punctual for all of the shuttle pick-up/drop-off times. The drivers was also very friendly and kind enough to drop a couple of guests off at a different hotel at the end of the night.

Chauffeured Elegance Transportation was super great! I would recommend them to my firends and family. Our driver was very kind and VERY helpful. After we made our original plans about 2 weeks before the wedding we had to make changes to our pick up time and change our itinerary and they were very helpful and we were able to change our plans without any issues or increased cost!

Overall we had a great experience with Chauffeured Elegance and our wedding guests raved about how nice the transportation was. We had the largest coach bus circle between the event and multiple hotels. The only thing I was hoping for was pre-printed or formatted information about the pickup times and any other information as appropriate that could have been provided to each hotel. I would definitely recommend this group to a friend planning in the future.

We loved them! We were able to split our service to be two separate two hour blocks - one for before the ceremony for pictures and one set for after the ceremony. We had two different drivers but were able to leave our belongings on the vehicle. Both drivers were very attentive and polite. They pinned boutonierres on for all the guys and held umbrellas over the wedding party and photographer while it was raining. We also forgot a few items in the limo between our service times and they drove all the way back to us so we could get our items. The only bummer was that we got a flat tire after the ceremony, this didn't impact our plans at all, and the limo driver ran all the way back to get a new vehicle! We'd recommend them to anyone.

The driver was there a few minutes early and was patient as we said our many goodbyes after our wedding. Despite one small hiccup (wrong turn on the way back to the hotel) it was a great experience!

We were a little intimidated by the idea of hiring a shuttle, but overall, it was pretty straightforward. When first booking, we were under a little pressure to get a lot of specific details that we didn’t have available yet. If this is the case, working with someone over the phone was much easier than emails. Chauffeured elegance was very flexible with booking our time, and was very accommodating of our needs. The drivers on the day (from what we heard) were very attentive and polite. We were so happy to have their help so that we didn’t have to worry about any logistics on our big day. We highly recommend their services. You won’t regret it.

Very helpful especially when deciding what type of transportation to schedule based on our guests needs. They were very flexible with last minute changes and pretty competitive compared to other transportation.

We used these guys for day-of transportation for our wedding. The bus was great- clean, well presented, good music system, incredibly nice driver. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the woman I worked with to get everything booked was rather curt, and generally seemed to be annoyed when I had a question or made a change. That being said, the actual experience on the day of was great.
