My husband and I were supposed to be married on May 2, 2020, but then the coronavirus started spreading. We decided to postpone to July 4, 2020. Ruth and Sherry were fantastic to work with in the date change and making sure everything ran smoothly. The day of the wedding they blocked off the ceremony to make sure the other hotel guests not apart of the wedding weren’t passing through. It was such a big help! The venue was so awesome and the renovations are stunning it was so complicated to pick place for pictures. For the coronavirus they had arrows directing people which way to go into and out of the lobby. The doors that had pull open option had hand sanitizer at the bottom. They had a self- temperature taking machine at the entrance and they required all employees to have masks on.

I am an out of town bride and fell in love with Chateau Elan during a visit a year before our wedding. I knew I HAD to get married there after seeing a wedding take place on the Matisse Lawn (where I got married). The venue is not only beautiful (the woods, vineyard, rose garden, etc.) but the staff is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Shakila Marshall, Associate Director of Catering, was in charge of our wedding and she was FANTASTIC! Not only is she efficient, detailed, and willing to go the extra mile to make her bride and groom have the wedding of their dreams, but she is kind and helped me throughout the wedding process. She walked me to the aisle! Something I will always cherish. The food was amazing! Steak and lobster all the way! Definitely add a late night snack! So yummy and your guests will love! Also, the entire staff is fantastic. They help so much with the room blocks (thanks Angelic Herndon and Kevin at the front desk) and also I held my Rehearsal Welcome Reception at Sarazen's Bar and Grille (thanks Shannon Holizna and Chef Ron!!). I loved our welcome reception so much! We had amazing food and had our favorite pictures and music going at the Grille. It was so memorable! Our guests from FL, CA, and LA cannot wait to go back to Chateau Elan! Look forward to seeing the whole staff again soon! Thanks always from the bottom of our hearts!

This was the first place I went and it was amazing. The atrium was where the ceremony was held and the elan ballroom was where the reception took place. The decor was just what I wanted the food tasted great and I felt it was just what I wanted.

We fell in love with Chateau Elan when we came years ago to celebrate our 1 year dating anniversary. We had high hopes with the resort being our wedding venue and we are excited to say that Dawn and Jessica exceeded our expectations. Both ladies were very easy to work with, professional, accommodating and the CE team overall showed great teamwork. The wedding planning process, day of and day after were all awesome experiences. Our dream wedding came to fruition and it was because of the kindness, expertise and world class customer service by Dawn and Jessica.

They really care to ensure that their brides and families have a most memorable experience. As a planner, we definitely team up with one of the great catering managers, and work hand in hand to ensure that everything is taken care of to meet and exceed our brides vision and expectations. Working with Dawn Tibbles, Jessica Strickland and Hannah Cassidy is just a wonderful experience from our side. We love the passion they also share with for their brides and the amazing staff at Chateau Elan is definitely one of a kind, starting from the valet concierges! We are always greeted with such a wonderful smile! The Food, outstanding! We hear so many great compliments from the Couples and their guests that the food and service is excellent. I had the MOST amazing experience with Chateau Elan for my wedding in October. We had our first site visit with Dawn and we knew this was where we wanted to get married. We then worked closely with Aubree, who was absolutely fantastic! She was so quick to respond and was there every step of the way. Everyone at Chateau was so accommodating and organized and made our day go so smoothly. My only regret is that it's over!

I had so much trouble finding the right place for my husband's and I special day. Every place I saw just didn't feel right and no place included as much stuff as Chateau Elan did. I went and toured the grounds of Chateau Elan with Dawn and I knew immediately I wanted my wedding there! The grounds were beautiful and I could envision everything! Dawn and her team are experts in the wedding industry and it shows! Dawn and her team made it so easy to plan my wedding there and I knew I was in great hands. All the vendors that Dawn recommends have ton of experience there and are the best of the best. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, a better team, or a better wedding. My husband actually choose Chateau Elan as our wedding venue and it was the best decision! They were so accommodating with everything. I worked with Ashley who I can't say enough great things about. We stayed an extra night after the wedding and I wished we spent more time there. We'll be making this our anniversary getaway from now on.

Our catering manager Ashley Campbell (a.k.a., wedding coordinator, drama eliminator, and superstar) was so professional and oversaw every detail. Chateau Elan was the first place we inquired about for our wedding. After meeting with Dawn and seeing Chateau Elan we immediately knew we had to have our wedding there. We had our ceremony on the Chateau Lawn and our reception in the Cask Room. Of course, I was inspired by pinterest to plan my entire wedding and decided not to hire a wedding planner. I was so grateful Ashley was able to assist as much as she did on our wedding day. Ashley was awesome, always available whenever I had questions and very helpful with suggestions. Michael and I would like to thank the entire Chateau Elan Team, Ashley and Dawn for making our day perfect!! If you are a couple looking for a place to get married, this by far is the place to do it. The food is delicious; all our guests are still talking about the food.. "the best steak they have ever had!!" The winery is beautiful and did I say WINE!! Definitely recommend wine tasting a day or two before the wedding. The team is amazing to work with and overall the winery wedding atmosphere is worth every penny!!

My daughter was married at Chateau Elan on September 9, 2016 and it was absolutely perfect. The venue was breathtaking and the food was excellent. The entire staff was wonderful and did an awesome job. Dawn & Ashley went above and beyond to deliver the "Best Day Ever" for my daughter and new son in law.

I cannot thank Ashley, Dawn, and the rest of the staff at Chateau Elan enough for helping make my wedding a dream come true! I fell in love with the atrium in the Inn many years ago and knew I wanted to get married there! They were both very flexible and friendly while planning our big day. The food was delicious, served hot, and good portion sizes. They worked well with all of my vendors. It was really like my wish was their command. They made the planning process and the actual day more relaxing. Ashley helped customize my wedding exactly the way I wanted it to be. It was worth every penny!! Everyone was professional, responded quickly to questions, and fun!

Chateau Elan was everything that I had hoped it would be and more! We had the best overall experience at this venue. We had the cask room for our rehearsal dinner, the ceremony took place on the Chateau Elan lawn and the reception was held in the Winery Pavilion. We also rented two villas for the bridal party and several rooms for our guests to stay in and the resort. Ashley Campbell was our catering manager and she did a wonderful job! The wedding ran very smoothly and all of our questions were answered. The chefs at Chateau Elan did an amazing job. The family style dinner at the cask room for the rehearsal dinner was great and so was our duo platted entree of ribeye and lobster at our wedding. I would not change anything about our wedding! Thank you so much Chateau Elan!

We are so glad that we chose Chateau Elan as our wedding venue. From our first meeting with Dawn, we realized it was going to be the perfect venue – easy to get to, beautiful hotel rooms, elegant reception spaces and such a special setting.
Everything during our wedding weekend went off seamlessly. It was really nice to have an all-in-one venue from a group wine tour, an amazing couples massage at the Spa, to our rehearsal dinner in the Cask Room, wedding ceremony in the Atrium, our reception in the Debussy and breakfast in the Versailles. Each venue was perfectly set up and the service that we received throughout the weekend was fantastic. The food throughout the weekend was delicious, which is not always expected for a large event.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Dawn, Carolyn and the entire Chateau Elan team. They responded to every (and I mean EVERY) question we had quickly and thoroughly. Carolyn, our catering manager, was truly our partner every step of the way, and made planning our wedding a complete pleasure.
And let’s not forget how beautiful the vineyards are! We were lucky the vines were still full of leaves in mid-November, providing a beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. All of our guests had a great experience at Chateau Elan.

I'm only concerned that there is't enough space to write about my amazing experience with Chateau Elan. Dawn, Ashley, the bellmen, the bar staff, the servers, the front desk staff, EVERYONE makes you feel like you are the ONLY bride in their life. They made planning my wedding SO much easier than if i had selected a venue and then had to piece together a caterer, event planner, linen vendor, stemware vendor, etc. by myself. You TRULY don't realize how much you have to rent until you don't have to! Chateau Elan offers so many options for linens, food, alcohol, etc. It was almost like one-stop-shopping, but without the big-box feel. You get personal one-on-one attention and they are masters at event coordination. When I decided to hire a "month of" wedding planner, Ashley gave me a great list of CE recommended planners/coordinators who knew CE well. (This was also one of the best decisions I made.) I could go on for days with rave reviews. The food was SPECTACULAR, the full, open bar was a major hit, the butler passed cocktail apps were show stoppers. Having my wedding at CE enabled us to have an in-budget wedding that looked like a 6-figure wedding. Hint: My budget was NOT 6-figures. Almost a month later, our friends are still dishing out compliments.

It behooves you to give CE a call and schedule a visit. I swear I wouldn't waste your time...and neither will they. Thank me later.

Chateau Elan was the absolute best choice for our wedding! Ashley responded quickly to emails and phone calls and were able to answer any questions we had about the ceremony, reception, or even our guest accommodations. Chateau Elan caters their weddings and the food is TO DIE FOR. Seriously, if you care about having good food at your wedding, this is the place to go. We chose to do a seated plated dinner. If you or any of your guests have dietary restrictions or allergies, Chateau Elan will make sure they are taken care of! Our wedding was amazing, everything went smoothly, and I would highly HIGHLY recommend Chateau Elan to anyone that wants everything to be perfect on their wedding day!

Dawn Tibbles and all of the staff members were so very helpful, kind and genuine with their passion to make our April 30, 2016 Wedding one to remember. Our overall view is that the Chateau Elan personnel are focused to ensure that every detail was planned exactly how we wanted it. This venue was perfect for our wedding and our guests with the options available to simply enjoy oneself. Most of our guests needed to travel down from the Kentucky, Iowa and around the country. All have shared how much they loved having such a beautiful and convenient place to spend the weekend of our wedding (it is also very simple to get to from the airport, which they appreciated). Most of our guests were from other parts of the country and were very impressed with the venue. All weekend I kept hearing from guests about how beautiful the rooms are and how friendly the staff is. Our wedding planning with the staff at Chateau Elan was professional and questions were answered promptly. Overall the day was beautiful and flawless. On January 30, 2016, we celebrated our daughter's wedding at the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. Everything was perfect!! From the delicious post rehearsal buffet dinner to the ceremony that was held in the Atrium to the amazing reception in the Winery Pavilion, the Chateau executed everything flawlessly! Dawn and Ashley, the Chateau wedding coordinators, were friendly, efficient, creative, flexible, and professional. They made certain that everything was on time and ran smoothly. And whenever we called with concerns or questions, they were always helpful, patient, and easily accessible. The reception dinner and wine were both delicious and served efficiently and in a timely manner.
Additionally, service throughout the Chateau property was excellent. All of the staff that we encountered were efficient, friendly, and polite. They all provided service above and beyond.

Our younger daughter was married in The Atrium at Chateau Elan in January 2016. It was a 6 pm wedding and the most absolutely romantic, perfect place for a wedding!

First, our experience with the Head Catering Director, Dawn Tibbles, was fabulous. She was NOT pushy or in a big hurry. She was ready with handouts & prices-- but not insistent on going over our "budget"!

Next, the vendors that Dawn recommended (photographer, cake, florist, decorator, music, photo booth, hair & makeup, rehearsal dinner {Cask Room}, Bridal Brunch, Groomsmen's Lunch)--all were 110% on target with excellent service, talent, energy, personality, and efficient!
I would like to say that our DJ was awesome bc he was able (with Dawn's team's help) to show a video toast from my son-in-law from Kuwait! There was not one dry eye in the entire place!!!
Honestly, this wedding was the absolute best experience we've ever had! The staff is beyond amazing and professional and are extremely accommodating. Everyone: from the general manager, doormen, valet, housekeepers and front desk staff was fabulous!

Our November wedding weekend was absolutely amazing and every detail was executed flawlessly by Dawn, Ashley, and their teams. Our family and friends were extremely impressed with the resort, food, grounds, and level of service provided by the entire staff that weekend. It truly is a first class resort! We had our rehearsal dinner in the Cask Room, which was beautiful and intimate. It allowed our guests the opportunity to enjoy the incredible winery during their stay and then afterwards we headed to Paddy's! Our ceremony was held on the Matisse Lawn and then our gorgeous reception was in the Debussy ballroom. The entire weekend was magical...truly a dream wedding. We received so much positive feedback and compliments from our guests. We will be looking forward to many return trips to Chateau Elan!

Our November wedding at Chateua Elan was perfect in every way. The staff was extraordinary, especially Dawn and Carolyn. All of our guests raved about the beauty of the grounds as well as the hotel. The food was delicious, even including our rehearsal dinner (held in the culinary studio in the winery - highly recommend). The event staff went out of their way to make every detail beautiful, even in ways we had not specifically discussed. I did the planning process myself, so it was nice to have Carolyn there the day of the wedding to help make sure everything went according to plans and ran smoothly. Honestly it was a very stress free process, as well as the day of. I would get married there all over again!

We picked Chateau Elan for our wedding venue mainly because of the aesthetics and working winery, but they turned out to be a fantastic venue in many other ways. The catering team, especially Dawn and Ashley, were amazing at responding to all of my questions. I did most of the planning myself, so it was great that they provided so many things (linens, tableware, amazing catering), and made it so easy for us to make choices. It was also great for all of our out of town guests, since there are so many things to do without leaving the resort. Definitely both a beautiful and well organized wedding venue.

We had our perfect outdoor wedding at Chateau Elan a couple weeks ago! I did not hire a wedding coordinator so Ashley became my new best friend while working on planning the wedding the months before the wedding. She was great when I had a question and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly! On the day of the wedding Ashley she became my Day of Coordinator! All I had to do was enjoy my PERFECT wedding! The staff there was extremely nice! Every single person in attendance loved the wedding!

I can't say enough about how amazing Ashley and Dawn were at Chateau Elan. From the beginning stages of wedding planning to the day of the wedding everything was so easy! My husband and I loved that everything is included! This took so much stress off of the wedding planning process. Ashley was so organized and literally had everything together from day 1. We were incredibly impressed! The only thing that I would complain about is that the day is now over. We loved everything from the hospitality of every single staff member at the resort to the AMAZING food served at our cocktail hour and reception! We had so many compliments! I ripped the bustle on my dress while practicing our first dance song during cocktail hour and Ashley and Dawn even sewed me into my dress! Thats service! Our wedding turned out perfectly!! We absolutely love Chateau Elan and will be back to celebrate in the coming years! Thanks so much!

I have been dreaming of this venue since I was a little girl, always wanting to "grow up and get married to my prince in the castle". I was so worried when I first looked at the price because wedding costs can give you sticker shock at first. Being a business analyst at work, I quickly went to work building spreadsheets to compare Chateau Élan with other "more affordable" options. What I learned surprised me so much- they really weren't that expensive in the grand scheme of things. Chateau Élan bundles their value into 1 big cost, but what you don't see is the all the "extras" that you are getting in that price, the 2 biggest being: 1) Wedding Coordinator/Reception Coordinator- This role is INVALUABLE! To have someone help bring your vision to life, keep up with all the small details, ask the right questions, and keep everyone on a timeline the day of the wedding so you don't have to, is ESSENTIAL! Carolyn helped me every step of the way as I planned my wedding! She kept up with my vendors and helped escort my guests and bridal party to the right places at the right time. It was so effortless and a definite must-have for even the most organized bride! 2) The décor/main essentials- Chateau Élan provided all of the chairs, covers, podium, and stage for our wedding ceremony. It looked beautiful! They also provided all of the tables, chairs, plating, silverware, chair/table covers, centerpiece candles/vases/décor etc. for the reception as well. I didn't have to have any separate vendors for these areas and saved a ton of money!
The food at chateau élan was fantastic, the rooms were amazing, and the service was spectacular. Our out of town guests (which made up 90% of our guest list) were able to enjoy all of the amenities on property (wine tasting, outdoor pool, golf, spa) and had locations for the "after party" on site. No one had to drive which made adult activities that much more enjoyable. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Where do I start? Our daughter's wedding was everything I thought it would be, and more! Dawn Tibbles and Carolyn Grantham were there every step of the way from initial planning to the day of the event. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on the beauty of the venue and the deliciousness of the food. At the last minute we had to change the ceremony venue from the Matisse Lawn (soggy) to the Chateau Lawn (less soggy) because of the recent heavy rains. What was amazing was the rain stopped and the sun came out exactly on queue and we were able to have a rain-free wedding. The change to the ceremony venue was seamless due to the professionalism of the Chateau Elan staff. The reception in the Winery Pavilion was amazing. With help from Carolyn, and especially Rich and Dawn Larsen from Creative Events by Sunflowers, the wedding was a dream-come-true. Carolyn and Dawn (our day-of wedding coordinator) made sure everything flowed according to plans. We couldn't have been more please. Finally, the food was exquisite. The chef is very talented.

We were very happy to have had our daughter's wedding at Chateau Elan. The guest rooms were elegant, the food and service at all the restaurants was very good, and there was plenty to do during the wedding weekend. In fact, the groom's parents held the Rehearsal Dinner in the Cask Room. Chateau Elan is the perfect "destination" wedding venue! My husband and I are planning on spending a weekend at the Spa Inn. My wife and I from the beginning had our sights set on having our big day at the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Little did we know that the day was going to be so amazing. Our on site coordinator Ashley Campbell took care of every need we asked for from the very beginning. We would bring ideas to her and her response was always, "Yes we can make that work"! Planning a wedding from Dallas, TX, you never realize how nice it is to have a team like that on your side making sure everything is what you want. Ashley and her staff went above and beyond any expectation we had for our big day. If anyone is in the area looking for a wedding site, or planning a wedding from afar, this is a must to visit and keep on your radar. Thank you Ashley and the rest of the Chateau Elan Staff for everything you did!

I had a small wedding at Chateau Elan in February. 33 people total, including myself and the groom. I chose their winter wedding package, so I was able to receive some discounts. We saved about 20% of our estimated budget due to the winter discount. At first I was worried that we would not get appropriate service from the venue since my budget was tight and we had only small number of guests. But, on the wedding day, everything turned out to be PERFECT. It was just more than anything I hoped for. We were provided with more than enough staffs for our reception and their service was just flawless. Ashley was my catering manager and she was so friendly and compassionate. We had bunch of email conversations before the wedding and she tried her best to accommodate my needs. The food was excellent and their wine was the best - I highly recommend their muscadine wine. It's my personal favorite. Ohh, and my guests loved the open bar. Everyone LOVED it. it was included in my wedding package and one of my bridesmaids ended up drinking 10 glasses of cosmo! :) Our bartender was also very friendly and he made us some specialty cocktails with his own recipe. Lovely! Even with all those luxurious service they provided us - two nights stay at King suite, open bar, gourmet dinner service, champagne and chocolate covered strawberry upon our arrival, and so much more - my wedding was surprisingly affordable. If you choose this venue for wedding, you will not regret. had the best day of my life here :)

The Chateau Elan was an excellent choice for our wedding. The service was great, the dinner was awesome, and our planner, Kelsey Boggs, was outstanding! Everything went smoothly, our guests had a great time, and the venue provided the perfect background for our wedding photos. We would recommend it to every couple!

Where do I begin? When searching for the perfect wedding venue, we stumbled upon Chateau Elan and I couldn't have been happier with our decision to get married there. Not only is the property beautiful, but the customer service and responsiveness (specifically, from Dawn Tibbles who was out Catering Manager) was more than I could have ever imagined. She was there providing us support for the big day along the way and the wedding wouldn't have been the same without her. I went into the day absolutely confident it would be spectacular, and it lived up to my expectations. I would highly recommend this venue, and it's even more perfect for hosting your guests for since it includes everything imaginable to do (restaurant, pool, spa, golf, etc.). Best decision I have ever made!!!

Carolyn Grantham was not only our catering manager, but also helped us in planning our entire wedding. She has a great eye to detail and has great passion towards her field. From the moment we began discussing wedding plans, she was professional, prompt, and pro-active. Since I was planning my wedding out of state, email was the best form of communication. Carolyn was always very quick to respond to my needs and she was willing to help me in any way that she could. She was extremely detailed and was always able to answer my (100's of) questions that I had emailed her.
One of the easiest parts of planning my wedding at Château Élan Winery & Resort was that everything has handled by Carolyn. I didn't have to worry about contacting 15 different vendors to handle planning our wedding. Carolyn did all of that hard work for us.
She did an excellent job communicating with my vendors. They were always informed which made everything easier on me.
On our wedding day, Carolyn made sure everyone in our wedding party was on time, well behaved & prepared to walk down the aisle. Several of my bridesmaids are newly married and they noticed how helpful Carolyn was. They all made comments on what a wonderful job that she had done.
The staff serving our dinner were all polite and poised. They were very professional and were willing to accommodate our guest’s needs.
The ceremony location, the Château Lawn, was absolutely amazing. ALL of our guests commented on how beautiful the grounds were at Château Élan Winery & Resort.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the quality of service from every person we came in contact with during our stay including the valet, bellman, front desk, housekeeping, catering and especially the wedding coordinators. Each person went ABOVE & BEYOND to make us and our guests feel like VIP's. The venue and food were AMAZING! Kudos to Dawn and Carolyn for making my event flawless and a day I will never forget!

We held our wedding ceremony and reception in the beautiful and unique Cask Room at Chateau Elan. We could not have been more pleased with the entire event. Our coordinator went above and beyond in making sure that everything went smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. Everything about the day of our wedding exceeded our expectations. We were incredibly impressed with all that Chateau Elan had to offer. There were so many different activites for our guests to choose from and so many options for a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We went back and forth between two venues and finally settled on Chateau Elan about 7 months before our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. My then fiance and I had both had very busy schedules so it was a blessing to have Dawn and Carolyn as our coordinators. We hosted an intimate wedding of 35 guests at this resort the weekend of 7/5/14. We were the smallest of 3 weddings that weekend which originally concerned me. However, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special - like royalty. The CEO was on site to congratulate us first after we left the ceremony. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed all the resort offered during the weekend - spa, golf, winery, lounges, pool, etc. Our guests had a wonderful time and we made many special memories. There is nothing more I could have asked from Chateau Elan. Hands down, the best choice for us.

Chateau Elan was ABSOLUTELY amazing! From the first day we met Dawn Tibbles, the wedding coordinator at CE, to the day we checked out after our wedding everything was perfect! The grounds are gorgeous and all the staff is extremely friendly and will help guests in anyway they can. Everyone made us feel like VIPs and took care of anything and everything we needed or asked for. The concierge manager, Korai, helped us with all logistics during our wedding weekend and Henk Evers, the President, was always available for anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable (MULTIPLE compliments on the mattresses) and all our guests had an enjoyable stay. As for the actual wedding, everything went exactly as planned! The setup that CE did was exactly as we had discussed, and the bartenders and waiters were all courteous and very professional. The winery staff worked with us to coordinate tours and decor. The venue was everything we could have dreamed of for the happiest day of our lives and I would recommend both Chateau Elan and Dawn Tibbles to brides looking to get married in the area. We had a relatively large wedding with 100% destination and they handled everything for us so that we could just enjoy our wedding weekend! We plan on visiting Chateau Elan for getaway weekends for many years to come and would definitely suggest checking it out!

I had my engagement party at the Chateau Elan and had a wonderful experience. I worked with Ms. Karen McGaha and I couldn't say enough positive things about her. From my first conversation with her, she was friendly, accommodating and provided excellent customer service. I was planning for a 100-guest luncheon and under short notice and she was able to make all the arrangements I requested. This included getting the ballroom that I requested and also making arrangements with the Chef to have Indian food incorporated with our luncheon. She answered all her emails promptly. When she was not in the office, there was someone else who was available to answer her emails and calls (who was very friendly and professional as well). In addition to the excellent service, the venue itself is beautifully maintained both inside and outside. We were able to take some great pictures. The Chateau Elan hosts many weddings and events, but I truly felt that every staff member wants to accommodate you and and make all the arrangements to ensure your event is special and memorable. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

This is a one stop shop, all inclusive, ceremony, food, drink, reception hall, which is exactly what i wanted since I was planning long distance, plus it has the "Wow" factor. Everything the venue had control of went without a hiccup, everyone is very professional and responsive to all your needs. My recommendation is to have a "Day of Wedding Planner" to work with venue if you don't already have a wedding planner. Everyone bragged about the environment, how beautiful the atrium was, how great the food was, they could tell no expense was spared. In fact i'm pretty sure I made a $25k wedding look more like $40k. When searching for venues and everything i wanted included, most hotels and other venues wanted to nickel and dime you for every little thing whereas Chateau Elan will give you a one price per head count and take care of everything. I got the most bang for my buck out there, and yea since 99% were coming in from out of town, they complained about the drive from the airport but once they saw the venue and the wedding they knew it was well worth and was so happy to be apart of my special day. I felt like a princess.

Chateau Elan has every detail planned and works with you to ensure you wedding day is without a flaw (at least on their end).

Note to brides whose families tend to run late, when you send out your invitations make your start time 30 minutes before the wedding will actually start. I wrote 3:00 pm on my invitations and itineraries for the guests, but it started at 3:30, and guess what everyone was seated by the time I walked down the stairs at 3:30, but i heard people were still arriving around 3:15, you just have to know your guests. My wedding program that was on every seat did say 3:30 so the guests didn't think i started late, but how it actually started on time.

Our wedding at Chateau Elan was perfect. Dawn Tibbles and her team were absolutely incredible to work with. Leading up to the event she was easy to contact whenever I had questions and was available to recommend any vendors and worked with me as I made changes along the way. She was always so kind and such a calming presence throughout the planning process. The ceremony and reception ran themselves because the Chateau Elan staff was on top of everything the day of. They really made the night special and fun for us and all of our guests. Everyone kept complimenting the venue space, the food and the service. My husband and I have already recommended the venue to a few other engaged friends. You are in great hands with Dawn Tibbles and Cheateau Elan.

Our wedding was one a kind. Dawn Tibbles was so delightful to work with. She's amazing. From the elegant foods of availability, to the outstanding reviews from our guest that attended our wedding. Dawn really went overboard to make our dream a reality. Everything went as planned. The moment we arrived, it felt like royalty. Valet greeted us and was very prompt. The front desk associates were full of smiles and very knowledgeable with check in. The Bridal Suite was immaculate. It was huge. Extremely clean. It was exactly what we expected Chateau Elan standards to be. Guest that flew in said they've never experienced a wedding as exquisite as ours. There are words that can't describe the moments we've shared at Chateau Elan. We loved it. Thank you so much for making our memories of a lifetime so special.

Being from Florida, I was not familiar with Chateau Elan and found it on several wedding sites. All of the reviews were so positive, I booked it with out actually visiting the venue first. A little nervous, I made an appointment with Dawn Tibbles, the coordinator, for a tour and to make arrangements. I was greeted in the Inn lobby by Dawn and taken for a tour. I was so impressed and relieved. Everything seemed so effortless. Could this really be so easy???? YES! We were able to give our daughter the wedding of her dreams within our budget. I am so anxious to see the photos!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dawn Tibbles. She is just amazing! Dawn walked me through the pre-wedding process and promptly answered all of my questions, many times within minutes. Once the wedding day arrived, I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my daughter. I never had to worry about anything, Dawn was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. If there was any sort of problem with the set up, I am totally unaware.if you want an effortless wedding, Dawn Tibbles at Chateau a Elan is the ticket!

I also want to comment on the facilities and staff at Chateau Elan. The venue is beautiful and well maintained. Our guests enjoyed the convenience of the gym, the restaurants and the winery. Most of our guests were from out of state, wondering what they would do on Saturday. They soon realized there was so much to do, they were wishing the had stayed longer. There is also a Publix right across the street for any munchies or items you may have forgotten. The entire staff, from the valets, cleaning staff, wait staff, front desk and security were all friendly, gracious and helpful.

We only have the one daughter, so I will not be planning another wedding. However, if I did, Chateau Elan would be at the top of the list! It is well worth the money.

Dawn Tibbles was our sales catering manager and wedding coordinator. Where do I begin? If I had to describe Dawn in one word, I would say unparalleled! Actually I can’t use just one word. Exceptional, brilliant, wonderful, delightful, incomparable … I could go on and on. My mom and I fell in love with the venue and Dawn immediately. Dawn made us feel like we’d known her for years. She made us feel so comfortable and we knew that my wedding day would be magical. Dawn was very patient and very calming (in a very stressful time). Dawn gave us a tour of the entire inn the day we met her. She clearly explained all our options, gave us great ideas and provided specifics on various wedding vendors from their preferred vendor list. Mom and I scheduled 5 venues to tour that day. Chateau Élan was the first stop. Chateau Élan was our ONLY stop. When it was time to sit down with Dawn and discuss reserving the venue, we knew we didn’t need to go anywhere else. We were right at home. We’d found the PERFECT venue.

The day of my wedding I didn't have to think twice about where to be, what to do or when my vendors would be arriving. Each vendor we chose was very familiar with Chateau Élan and had worked with Dawn and her team in the past.

We were on a budget and used the house centerpieces for our reception. The wine puzzle and the votive candles were a perfect fit for our theme. They were beautiful and simple.

My wedding at Chateau Elan was like a fairy tale! It was the perfect setting for my family to just come and stay the weekend. The guys played golf, the ladies went to get their nails done and plenty of great food. Alyssa and the team at CE definitely know how to make sure everything goes smoothly and they couldn't have been any nice during the whole planning process. My guests said that my reception had the best food of any wedding they've ever been to. The Atrium was transformed into my dream come true wedding destination. The wedding packages were very reasonable for everything that is included and I was able to just hand everything over to Alyssa and her team when I arrived. I highly recommend Chateau Elan for any occasion!

Chateau Elan was the perfect spot for my wedding. I wanted my wedding at a vineyard and this went beyond my expectations. Alyssa was wonderful to work with. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day and if I could do it all over again, I would!

We have always enjoyed Chatea Elan for quick getaways but now this place is even more special for us. We had our wedding at Chateau Elan on August 31, 2013. I am extremely impressed by their service and professionalism. They have the most dedicated, most professional staff to make you and your guests feel so welcomed. I originally planned my ceremony outside, but unfortunately it rained an hour before the start time. Chateau Elan staff was so quick to respond and to create a beautiful ceremony site for us at the ballroom. All of my guests were very impressed.

Regretably, I hired a wedding planner that did not help much and in fact complicated many things before and during my wedding. Chateau Elan even took on my wedding planner's responsibilities. Especially Dawn Tibbles (events director) and Anil Ozcelik (catering director) made our day an unforgettable one by going above and beyond what would be expected of them.

All the family members from out of town had a great time as well, enjoying the beautiful views and amenities including the pool and the golf course. Plus - the food and the wine were great! I recommend Chateau Elan to anyone planning to have a wedding or anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Chateau Elan is one of the most romantic and beautiful settings for a wedding. It is, in my opinion, the perfect place to be married! I would highly recommend Chateau Elan for both the ceremony (we were married in the Atrium of the Chateau Elan Inn) and reception (ours took place in the Elan Ballroom). We are simply in love with Chateau Elan. We had the pleasure of working with two wedding coordinators- Alyssa and Dawn- who were both absolutely fabulous!!! We never worried about anything, and our wedding (I kid you not!) was perfect. There is not a single thing we would change! And much of this is due to Chateau Elan. The staff is incredibly courteous and friendly. The Inn is absolutely beautiful. The vineyard is the perfect place to take pictures! The food at our reception was delicious. The venue, just wonderful. Really, Chateau Elan is just perfect, perfect, perfect!!! And they have a little something for everyone- a winery, an Irish pub, a jazz bar, three golf courses, a fantastic swimming pool, and the most relaxing spa. Plus, the list just goes on and on. We will continue to go back to Chateau Elan, and truly couldn't imagine having gotten married anywhere else! Choose Chateau Elan for your wedding, and I promise (as extremely corny as this may sound)- all of your dreams will come true!!!

Absolutely GORGEOUS venue! I live out of state and Dawn has been so helpful throughout the wedding planning process, promptly responding to my emails and answering any questions I've had. The staff has been friendly every time I've been there and everyone seems so happy for you when you tell them you're getting married. Highly recommended!

We worked with Dawn Tibbles at Chateau Elan. Dawn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As a matter of fact, I can't say enough about how helpful everyone at Chateau Elan was. We drove 2-1/2 hours to get there and the drive was definitely worth it. I could not be happier with how everything turned out.

The rehearsal dinner was at the Versailles Room. Malik reserved tables for us away from the general diners but we were able to eat off the enormous buffet. Even my nephews and nieces were able to find food that they liked! We had great service throughout the dinner.

There was plenty of room in our suite for all my girls to be there when I was getting ready.

The ceremony was on the Vineyard Lawn behind the Winery building and the tree gave the perfect shade. The reception was in the cask room - the food was delicious, everything was beautiful and Dawn asked all of the right questions to ensure that our celebration went off without a hitch.

I just had my 260/300 person 2 day indian wedding at Chateau Elan. When I first starting working with them Julie King was my assigned wedding coordinator. I was very unhappy with her style and the way she tried to manipulate my choices/decisions. Once I spoke with Cheri Miller, her boss, she immediately corrected it and changed my wedding coordinator to Alyssa Potts. I can't say enough nice things about Cheri and Alyssa. They went over and beyond on our wedding weekend and helped make it more than we could have ever hoped for. My guests are still talking about how much they loved the venue and had a great weekend. They were extremely flexible in making last minute changes as needed, they had a great attitude throughout, and extremely patient. My ceremony got rained out minutes before it was supposed to start and they were great in helping us figure out a last minute back up plan and get my guests where they needed to be. Alyssa was great through the planning process in keeping up with details when I was unorganized and giving suggestions from her experience. Sometimes I was a little impatient with Alyssa's turnaround time, but really it was because Alyssa's busy time was the time I was free so I had to adjust to that a little (probably how it is with wedding vendors in general since their work is on the weekends) but she would often send emails late into the evening or night to make sure she got back to me timely. We had a few hiccups through out the weekend (expected in an indian wedding) and they were right there to help fix things. I would say my favorite venue there was the Wine Pavilion. It was beautiful with just a few decorations. The Chateau Lawn was a perfect venue for the ceremony as well (unfortunately that's what got rained out). Thank you to Alyssa and Cheri for your flexibility and patience!

The venue was absolutely beautiful. Neysa Crist was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I had. I was a "do-it-yourself" bride and planned on decorating the reception and ceremony area, but she and her staff took care of almost everything so I could relax. The intimate wedding package was very affordable, the food was good, and the service was incredible! I couldn't be happier!

Basically, after viewing around 50 different venues in the Atlanta area, I chose Chateau Elan. I was looking for an outdoor venue but was willing to compromise for an indoor venue as long as the venue was very customer service oriented and that it could support both the ceremony and the reception. Well Chateau Elan proved to be that and more. The service was FANTASTIC. The venue was BEAUTIFUL. Our venue coordinator was Jennifer Fontana who was absolutely TERRIFIC, even though she has just recently had a baby she was available for me by phone to answer all my questions whether big or small. She helped make everything WONDERFUL!! Thank you Jennifer and Chateau...we loved our wedding!!!

We only had to visit one venue. I knew after walking through the atrium that was where I wanted to get married. The ceiling of windows gives you the lighting and effect of being outdoors without the weather stressor. This is a beautiful venue and there are countless reasons why so many couples choose Chateau Elan as their venue, go visit and you'll see why we did too.

The Party Nation band has so musch energy that our dance floor at the Debussy Ballroom of Chateau Elan was completely filled the entire night!In addition, they customize the songs as well as the performance so that the bride and groom felt as if they knew them personally. They are a very flexible, talented and professional group of musicians. Patty and Steve made several calls (even a conference call with the bride, groom and bride's parents)in order to learn more about us and the guests that would be attending the wedding! They surpassed our expectations and we highly recommend them if you wnat to party!

My now husband I stayed here for the night of our wedding! It was a very nice hotel and they set up candles around the bathtub along with rose petals sprinkled on the bed! The rose petals were supposed to have been lit when we arrived, but it was still pretty!

My wedding at Chateau Elan was by far the most beautiful event most of my family had ever been to. This place is the best place to start your life together as husband and wife. The staff is professional and they were at my family and I's beckon call throughout the whole weekend. Money well spent!

Drew and all the people behind the scenes are amazing. i was able to work behind the scenes of a wedding (before mine) and i can truly say that all the staff there cares about each wedding and puts their heart into what they do. When it came to my wedding, i had NO worries because i knew how well they worked and how they put in there all to make this day special. The venue is just beautiful and breathtaking. The pictures turned out amazing because of all the beautiful locations to take pictures. Even though there is a chance that there are other weddings, they make sure to see that you don't run in to one another. Everyone was so flexible and drew worked with me up to hours before the wedding to make sure everything was set and how i wanted it. The food = AMAZING. Everyone was and is still commenting on how great the food was. We made it a weekend getaway and planned events there for everyone to do (wine tasting, etc.) You get what you pay for and i highly recommend it for your big day! They truly make you feel like a princess! :)

My fiance and I fell in love with the vineyards and the resort during our first site visit. The grounds are immaculate, and for those of you who want to take outdoor photos, it's nearly impossible to take a bad picture there. The service was exceptional from everyone including the bellmen, receptionists, drivers, waiters, bartenders, etc. Chateau Elan also provides great on-site catering managers, and I found this invaluable. I had the opportunity to work with both Drew and Maureen and they were extremely helpful throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Unfortunately, it rained on my wedding day, so we had to move the ceremony indoors into the Atrium. Still, even with this last minute change, everything was beautiful and Chateau went out of it's way to make sure it was. They even provided a white SUV to transport us after our sparkler exit so that we wouldn't get wet in the golf carts. The food was also really delicious. My parent's couldn't stop talking about it after our tasting and our guests are still talking about the food! In addition to great service and food, the best part is that they really do provide a one-stop shop package that includes so many things you would have to bargain for or pay extra for elsewhere. I cannot say enough about how great Chateau Elan was and if I had to do it all over again I would not have my wedding anywhere else.

Our wedding coordinator was Maureen and she was absolutely amazing. She was fast about returning calls. Met with us a number of times. She was great about helping us schedule tastings and things of that nature around our schedules. She is so kind it made it easy to ask for her help and favors. She never acted like we were asking too much or bothering her. My mom even had her number so she could call and ask questions. We didn't try to negotiate at all, I wish we had. It was a little expensive, but you don't have any extra costs at all, like linens or silver. They even provide centerpieces. I was happy with our wedding day. It was perfect and Chateau Elan and Maureen's experience had a lot to do with that.

Where do I even begin with Chateau Elan! I'll start with Ashley - she was our point person for the day. Ashley was SO amazing. I had probably eight billion questions on a regular basis and she was always so quick to respond and help sort through all of my questions. She was SO accommodating and would go above and beyond to find ways to make some of my silly requests possible. And she was just ONE member of the staff of absolutely amazing people. Every time we stepped foot at Chateau (from first tour to wedding day) we were always greeted with kind, hospitable, and wonderful people! I was completely blown away by the service and this was all before the rehearsal even happened!

I was worried thinking about so many weddings happening at once the night of our wedding. Somehow (and I still don't really get it) - Chateau made me feel like I was the only person they were tending to for the day. There was barely a moment where I had to ask for help because it seemed like they were one step ahead at every turn. The food they provided was UNREAL! I have never had a better meal at a wedding - and had SO many people compliment the food at a wedding! It is honestly a miracle they served over 150 people at the same time, and all of the food served was warm and delicious. The chef's there are amazing.

I'm sure there is a million other things I could say about Chateau and the amazing service they provided. But I'll leave it at this - if you are even slightly considering Chateau - I would 100% recommend you go for it! I have zero regrets from my wedding day and I owe most of that to Chateau!

I would 100% recommend Chateau Elan as a wedding venue. Dawn Tibbles showed me around, and Jessica Eskew was my coordinator. They both were a huge help to making my big day go as smoothly as possible! Whenever I needed to meet with Jessica, she would set up an appointment right away. Whenever I had any questions, she always answered them. I felt very confident with the two of them come my wedding day. Jessica stayed in contact with my other vendors as well so everyone was on the same page. I couldn't have asked a better place to have my wedding!!

What a wonderful venue! We held our wedding in the vineyards behind the winery and the view was breathtaking! Dawn our wedding coordinator was wonderful. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was - from the food, to the ceremony, to the Cask room where we held our reception. They allowed us to customize the event to make it what we wanted and were very accommodating. All our fiends love the venue and loved the service they received from the hotel

We had our ceremony and reception at Chateau Elan. Kaitlyn was fantastic to work with. From the initial planning to giving us suggestions and making last minute changes, Kaitlyn was super helpful and flexible. We planned a small, intimate ceremony (20 guests) to be held outdoors at the vineyard. Although it was a little too early in the season for the grape vines to green up, everything was absolutely beautiful. Our reception was perfectly executed and the staff was very attentive to our guests. We had a wonderful experience at Chateau Elan and with Kaitlyn's help, I was able to be as stress-free as possible.

I worked with Dawn Tibbles and she is/was OUTSTANDING. Dawn was very helpful from the time that our contract was signed until we checked out of our Honeymoon suite. It started to rain as my ceremony was beginning on the Chateau Lawn and Dawn acted immediately to get my guests inside to a room for my ceremony to be held. There aren't enough words to describe how FABULOUS Dawn and the entire Chateau Elan staff were. My mother said they are treating you and your wedding like a Celebrity!!

Chateau Elan was a beautiful venue and was the perfect location for my dream wedding. The food was delicious, the wine was tasty and the service was top notch. If anything went wrong, I never had a clue that it did. We worked with Alyssa and she was great. She was always very professional and helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better planner. I was very happy with the outcome and would recommend Alyssa and Chateau Elan to anyone.

We were so happy with our venue choice! We were told the food was some of the best wedding food people had had. There were a few times during the process where communication could have been better, however we had a 2 year planning process and the venue contact changed part way through and the current coordinator is very responsive. Highly recommend

The Resort is a great and well organized place for brides who want the perfect day. The entire team was there to help make sure our ceremony and the remainder of our wedding day was perfect. The coordinator was there prior to the wedding to help make sure outside vendors found their way to the correct location and ensured everyone was in their places. We highly recommend Jessica!!

We had a gorgeous wedding in September at Chateau Elan. The staff and wedding professionals are at the top of their game but do make sure you pay close attention to the contracts you sign as they are concretely adhered to. The only complaint was the inflexibility with an earlier check-in than 4:00 on the Friday of my wedding rehearsal dinner which was being held at the venue. I have to say they did a wonderful job of creating a romantic and intimate mood for that dinner. The food and service was executed beautifully and I would highly recommend Chateau Elan to brides looking for the ease of all components of their weekend being handled on site.

My Husband and I were Married on 4/18/ 15 at Chateau Elan in the Atrium. From the day he asked me to Marry him my wish was to have our wedding at Chateau Elan. Ashley Campbell and Dawn Tibbles made it VERY possible!! We could not have asked for a better team to work with in planning our wedding. They always had an answer to my question or if I was not sure about something we figured it out together. To this day, I still have guests tell me how amazing the food was! From the moment I walked on the property the day of our wedding, I had no worries. They made sure everything was taken care of and if something went wrong, I still to this day don't know if it did! Dawn and Ashley were the Last 2 people I saw before I walked down the Isle and they helped make it a calm and fun experience! Thank you to the whole Chateau Elan staff for an amazing experience.

We had our wedding at the Chateau Elan this past March and the venue was GORGEOUS! All the staff were very polite, professional and eager to help in anyway. Our wedding suite was BEAUTIFUL! Love the new remodel of the pool area as well. I would highly recommend this as a wedding venue!

My wedding was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very accomedating and the food was excellent. This is a perfect wedding venue! I cannot wait to see the photos!

My wedding was held at Chateau Elan on July 21st. We had a lot of family from out of town, so Chateau Elan was the perfect place with everything being on-site and in an absolutely gorgeous setting. Julie King was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing! She helped us throughout the entire year that we were planning our wedding and really worked with us to help create the wedding of my dreams. The entire staff at Chateau Elan was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire wedding weekend. The food for the rehearsal and reception was absolutely incredible! We are still talking about how perfect the wedding was, a huge thanks to Chateau Elan!

I had my wedding at the Atrium and it was gorgeous. Maureen was exceptional to work with and she always always tried to do everything she could to make the ceremony and the reception run smoothly. They were very flexible and accomodating. The venue was gorgeous and we were shuttled over to the vineyards so that the ladies didn't have to walk in heels. What an awesome experience... I can't imagine my wedding anywhere else. Thank you!

The perfect spot to spend our wedding night! The staff was wonderful and very responsive. The food was excellent. All in all, the best hotel stay I have ever had.

All & all, we had a great wedding experience with Chateau Elan. The food was AMAZING, we had several guests stop us to tell us it was the best wedding food they ever had. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were a dream, very beautifully done.

The only room for improvement I can think of is communication - it can be tough to get answers to emails and I never received an official vendor list despite asking a few times. Also had some trouble checking in (just us luckily, none of our guests), it took almost an hour.

Once we were checked in it was all perfect!

Wow! I'm not even sure where to start. Let me first start with Dawn Tibbles. There is one word to describe Dawn and that is simply amazing. Dawn made our wedding day one to remember. Customer service came natural for her. I am at a loss of words of how grateful I am at her services. Dawn was responsive! Even on her days off, she would respond to messages. She displayed patience throughout and down to the wire. I realize she had a ton of weddings but as a bride, she treated me like it was her only wedding. She was simply amazing from the signing of the contract to greeting us at the door to say good bye when we checked out. At the end of it all, My husband and I didn't feel like this was a business transaction, we felt like we gained a friend. Now as for the staff, they were all great. I have never encountered this type of service from a large venue but they pulled it off. They were kind, courteous, they constantly checked on us to ensure our needs we're met. I would highly recommend chateau élan to any and everyone! If your looking, no need to look any further!!!!

We were very happy with our wedding and reception at Chateau Elan. Our wedding coordinator, Connor, kept in touch with us throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding she coordinated everything from our arrivals through the ceremony and reception. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that all the details were covered and exceeded our expectations at every turn. The catering for the dinner, including the wedding cake, was excellent. We highly recommend this venue and staff.

It was an exceptional wedding venue. Everyone was very helpful and flexible. It was amazing to have found everything in such a timely manner. There wedding packages are a great idea and made everything so much easier.

Awesome venue, great food and our guests from out of town really enjoyed themselves. Highly recommended!

My experience with Chateau Elan was fantastic. Drew Tull worked as my catering manager and did such a great job listening to my concerns and wants, as well as returning emails and questions in a very timely manner. The only problem we encountered through the entire process was that my husband and I lived over two hours away from Chateau Elan at the time of planning and he was unable to attend the food tasting (CE only makes appointments at 11 and 2 Monday through Thursday). The food was great! We did the buffet for our reception and the food was to die for! We got lots of complements after the wedding. We had a January wedding, so we were able to talk down several prices for catering, as well as the ceremony fee. Don't be afraid to haggle! Especially during off-season! The whole experience was great! I'm so glad we were able to work with Chateau Elan!

The event and venue was beautiful. We had a small service in one of the intimate wedding rooms. The wedding coordinator was there to make sure we got the flowers and everything was to our liking. It was a very positive experience!

This is truly a wonderful wedding venue. From the moment we first visited to our wedding day the staff were fantastic and accommodating. The vineyards, winery, food & the overall ambience makes the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort such a special venue. Thank you to Jessica Eskew for helping to make our wedding a very special day.
