User1747594 Sent on 08/04/2014I cannot even imagine having my wedding anywhere else after having it at Chateau! The place has been completely re-done recently and looked brand new for my wedding. My wedding was in the Grand Ballroom and I knew it would be beautiful but it was even more beautiful than expected. We started off communicating with Elle but eventually Ashley took over after Elle hurt her back. Let me tell you, not even the smallest bump in the road. Chateau makes sure that the wedding runs so smoothly. They really have it down to a science. I was a little nervous since I had given them so many special instructions that maybe it wouldn't be exactly how I wanted it. I was so wrong. They literally did everything EXACTLY the way I asked. The night of the wedding, Georgia was the bride and groom attendant and let me tell you. That girl has got it together! She was there for me the entire night and already knew what I needed before I asked her. She is amazing! The entire staff is so friendly and they really do make your night the most memorable night. At the church, I had a few hiccups so I did not walk in feeling care-free. They literally took over and I had the most amazing time of my life! Even my dad said he felt so relaxed because Ashley and the rest of the staff were totally on top of their game. You won't even understand how much you are getting from this place until it is over. I would 100% recommend Chateau Country Club! -
User1596728 Sent on 04/24/2014Chateau Country Club was an amazing place to have our wedding reception. It was so nice to have a place that did it's own catering, which was fantastic. The set up was perfect for a reception with enough tables and seating room but also a perfect place for a band and a dance floor. I would highly recommend this to anyone. -

User2359654 Sent on 10/10/2015Chateau is a beautiful venue for a reasonable price compared to other venues in New Orleans. They are a one-stop shop since they provide the location, food, service and cake credit, which is nice. My guests appreciated the easy parking. They do weddings all the time & usually set the reception the way they are used to, but you can have things set up differently if you want, you just have to coordinate with them which could take while since they only have limited meeting times. They know how to take care of the bridal couple & parents since you each get an attendant. Also, they take you to a private room at the beginning where you can eat & then send you off with food & cake, so we didn't go hungry! I'm very glad we had our reception at Chateau. -
User2057538 Sent on 03/03/2015Just about everything was perfect for my wedding at chateau except I asked the venue not to serve the cake on napkins and they served the cake on napkins. Some of the items I asked chateau to set up for the reception were placed in the wrong place after I gave specific information as to where I want each thing and a coordinater for chateau drew a map of where each thing should go.My two second line umbrellas I wished to use for the reception were misplaced by chateau and I was unable to use them for the secondline at my reception. The food was good. The venue was beautiful and clean. My personal attendant did an awesome job. Our car was loaded up and they sent us home with extra food.
