Our wedding was perfect because of Chateau Bliss! The entire planning process was stress free and easy with Heather and the team. Chateau Bliss is incredibly talented and gifted. I gave them creative freedom with our venue and wedding to incorporate and use whatever decorations and accessories they thought best suited our wedding and venue. All we asked was that it follow our color scheme and general vision. It came out perfectly and surpassed our expectations.
Chateau Bliss handled our florals, table settings, event design, cake display, favors display, bar decorations, sign displays, place setting and more. The team was there to assist us when we needed water, food, assistance finding family members, helped us handle our dogs who were in the ceremony, directed the schedule and sequence of events for the evening and made sure everything ran seamless. At the end of the evening the handles all of the break down and clean up so we could go about our night. It was perfect.
When we first met with Chateau Bliss we told Heather we wanted to show up to our wedding, not stress about having to do anything and have the best time and that’s exactly the service we were provided. We highly recommend CB!

Forever Thankful
Working with Heather and her ChateauBliss team for our wedding was absolutely amazing. I can not even say all that we are feeling and thinking aside from it was all a dream come true. The decor, the coordination/planning, the creativity she showed, but most importantly the stunning beautiful breathtaking flowers she designed for us. She went above and beyond for us and it clearly showed to us and all our guests.
Everywhere you looked there were little touches and details to us as a couple that she layed out. From a family tree to our 2,000 origami cranes she displayed for us, it was all so beautiful. Guests just constantly came up to us pointing out little details they loved. She made our vision and everything we wanted for the wedding come to life. Not to mention, I barley see my husband tear up, but he started crying the second he saw our venue and how she put it all together. It was just such a magical day for us that we will never forget and also never be able to show just how grateful and blessed we feel for ChateauBliss and the countless hours they did for us.
Wedding aside, Heather herself is the most lovely person in the world. We could talk for hours on the phone and I just felt so connected and heard by her. She always made us feel comfortable and there when we needed her input. It’s so crazy how much she can make you feel like apart of her family. We will forever be grateful to her and the team. -

HIGHLY recommend
With autumn being my favorite time of the year, the end of September is when my husband and I decided to have our wedding. That being said, I shared my visions with the owner Heather of a beautiful fall inspired wedding. Heather and her team definitely made my visions and so much MORE come true! It was so nice having Chateau Bliss help design my wedding, especially since Im not local to the Reno area anymore. Hiring them really lifted so much weight off my shoulders. The Chateau Bliss team were so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them! -

Chateau Bliss gave me the wedding of my dreams
Chateau Bliss gave me and my husband the wedding day and season of our dreams. My favorite thing is that I gave them a vision and the team exceeded every image I had in my mind and still executed exactly what I wanted but with the things my mind couldn’t think up. I LOVE the character of each person I worked with, Heather Blueberg has a knack for accumulating good workers and hearts into this team. And overall Heather herself is from what I’ve seen and experienced the most gifted visual artist and party maker. She understands how to make a wedding beautiful and a wedding fun. She put together all of my vendors making sure it would be an enjoyable day as well as beautiful the way she designed the decor florals and basically everything top to bottom. Chateau Bliss is a one stop shop for planning, design, florals, rentals, vendors, and more, I don’t think people understand how that’s not a thing to have all that in one business and it’s gotta get more recognition. Having Heather and her staff to guide us during our wedding planning was the best decision we made. Not only did they help us with every step of booking a venue, finding a caterer, booking rentals, and planning all of the things in between, but they were also so creative and able to hear our vision and make it a reality. We were so impressed and they really made our day run so smoothly, we truly enjoyed our wedding and didn’t have a worry in the world with the Chateau Bliss team in charge! -

Wildflower Wedding
We hired Heather and her crew to design and plan my daughter's wedding. We were initially scheduled at a traditional venue in 2020, but we postponed for a year and held the wedding and reception on our property in Carson City. My daughter really didn't have a vision for what she wanted, so we gave Heather free rein to do as she pleased. Having seen many photos of her work, we knew that she would be able to do something amazing, and that she did. She turned our property into a wonderland. All of our guests have commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. The wildflowers were absolutely gorgeous, and the way she incorporated my daughter's love of reading was dramatic and stunning. Every last detail was perfection. From the personalized library cards at each place setting, to the table runner made of book pages, the little surprises that made all the difference. -

There is not much to say except that Heather and her crew are simply the BEST! If you want a stress-free wedding, that you can literally "just show up" to, Chateau Bliss is the way to go. I did not have to lift a finger. We had multiple zoom meetings, and one on-site meeting where we shared ideas, vision, and of course budget. Heather stayed well within my budget, and was upfront about every cost. The unique thing about Chateau Bliss is that they literally do the entire wedding - design, rentals, florals, arches, signs, set up, break down, coordination, EVERYTHING! It is an amazing service and exactly what we needed. My husband and I could not be more pleased with Heather and honestly, she has become a life long friend! Make sure you book her well in advance, as she is in demand! We love you Heather! -

Chateau Bliss brought the wedding of my dreams to life! The florals, the alter, the canopy down the aisle and all the elegance that they added to the space through their little details all made the day spectacular! They worked hard, paid exceptional close attention to make every detail perfect! I was able to give Heather my vision and she made it a reality. If you want to be blown away and have your expectations exceeded hire Chateau Bliss. They are incredible. Best in Reno. We got so many compliments that we had the most beautiful wedding our guests have ever seen and that’s all thanks to Heather and her team at Chateau Bliss. -

Heather is absolutely someone who goes the extra mile and it’s very apparent in how she runs her business. She had to find multiple teams to execute my wedding due to COVID (including the week of) and I would have never known if she hadn’t told me. Everything went off without a hitch. We ended up working together for a long time due to COVID rescheduling my wedding. She cleared her calendar to stick to our original contract. She is incredibly busy, but when it is your turn, you have 150% of her time and attention. She makes sure she understands your vision and if she doesn’t, she won’t give up until she does. She learns it so well that she begins to anticipate your requests or seemingly read your mind at times. She is upfront about costs as you go along so there are no surprises. We had multiple calls where we were on the phone discussing details for 1-4 hours at a time. She made time in her schedule whenever I wanted to talk or change something or needed reassurance. She traveled for our tasting day and worked with our other vendors directly. She made my vision come to life in the most magical way. And working with her was a delight. She is very kind and patient, even when I had many last minute requests. She truly went above and beyond any way she could and never made excuses due to COVID. You definitely want her leading your team. -

Heather and her team were such a dream to work with. Everyone is still talking about how incredible they all were as people and how stunning the work they did was. Our wedding was in all honesty the most beautiful one I'd ever seen. I actually cried when I walked in to see the venue for the first time before the ceremony. They went above and beyond to give my husband and I as well as our guest an incredible night to remember. It truly felt like magic. Heather felt like momma bear and her team felt like family, we loved every moment with them! They made sure every detail was taken care of, and the process leading up to the big day was seemless. I trusted Heather's vision completely and I was still absolutely stunned to see the results. This team works wonders and I could not recommend them enough!!!Chateau Bliss Event Design's reply:
