Tonya was incredible! Everyone looked gorgeous! We got started an hour late because of scheduling issue that neither of us were included in and Tonya and her assistant still finished on time. She is so easy to talk to and really listens to what you want. When I was looking for a hair and makeup person, my biggest deal breaker was all of the people in the pictures looking the same. Tonya definitely didn't do that! She worked with each person's face shape and the style of makeup and hair they were wanting. I will definitely use Tonya for special events in the future!

Tonya was amazing!!! I couldn't have asked for better. I was extremely pleased with not only how I looked on my special day, but all of my bridesmaids as well.

Tonya was absolutely amazing to work with! She was responsive and on time with everything! I especially loved that I was able to walk in with a few Pinterest pictures and she was able to create exactly what I wanted! She also did all of my bridesmaids hair and makeup and they came out so gorgeous! I highly recommend using Tonya!!

Tonya and her crew are AMAZING! I booked the complete package from Tonya, which included hair/makeup for bridal portraits, hair/makeup trial, and hair/makeup for me and my bridesmaids on the day of. There was me, 5 bridesmaids and my mother and my husband's mother who all received their services. Everyone looked FLAWLESS and the makeup lasted all night. I was the only one with an updo and it lasted all night and looked just the way I wanted. Tonya was willing to work with me to get the perfect look and wouldn't stop until I was happy. She is an amazing artist and very professional. I was referred to her through one of my bridesmaids, who she did our hair/makeup for her wedding. She also did that friend's sister and cousin's wedding as well - and KILLED it all! I looked all over the Houston area but since I knew from experience that her makeup would really stand the test of time, I was sold. Tonya is your girl! You won't be disappointed!

Tonya and her team helped my bridal party, moms, and I feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. She and her team were fun and down to earth, and my bridal party and I felt really comfortable hanging out and being ourselves around them, which made getting ready so much more fun and relaxing. My hair and makeup didn't budge an inch in Houston's September heat & humidity! Tonya really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and my results were even better than I imagined. Tonya and her crew were wonderful to work with for my wedding!!!! She first did my bridal hair and makeup and captured EXACTLY what I wanted in both. My hair and makeup held all day, so by the time I went to bed, I was sad to take it off. (Which I honestly did not think was possible in the Houston humidity). She also let me bring my dog with me to get my hair/makeup done!!!
The day of my wedding, Tonya helped me keep my sanity. With the storm passing through and the family drama, I would have definitely cried if it weren't for her. She did everything she could to make sure I stayed calm and happy and I can't thank her enough for that.
I truly felt like a princess thanks to Tonya, my hair and makeup was absolutely perfect!!!!

Tonya was amazing. I ended up having to re take my bridal pictures and she was able to do my hair and makeup for me again last minute. My mom, sisters and I all loved our hair and makeup and Tonya couldn't be easier to work with. I couldn't have been happier!

Tonya is fabulous. She did my airbrush makeup and hair for both trial run and for my bridal portraits in November, and is scheduled to all the services for myself, 6 bridesmaids, and the mothers for my wedding on March 26. She is punctual (very important), professional, and very accommodating to create the look that you desire for your big day! I feel 100% positive we will all look amazing on my big day. Highly recommend her!

Tonya was amazing! She did fast and detailed work to have my bridesmaids and me look stunning for the entire night. My hair stayed curled for two days after the big day and looked great going into the honeymoon. She was professional, made everything comfortable, and came to my location!

Tonya is wonderful! She was very flexible with my timing for my trial. The flood waters were awful but Tonya was very flexible and helpful. I also found her easy to work with. She gets a vision and makes it happen. My trial was awesome. I can't wait to have her fix my hair and makeup for these wedding! I know her work will be amazing!

Both of my cousins used Tonya for their wedding, and I made no other calls than her when my big day came around. She is so professional, doing everything she can to get your look exactly the way you want it. She was prompt and kept us on schedule, and is always a joy to be around. Maribel and Tonya helped get our wedding day off to the perfect start and I can't thank them enough for making me feel like such a beautiful bride!

Tonya was AMAZING! I did 4 airbrush applications with her, Trials for engagement, Engagement pictures, Bridals, and Day of wedding. My mother also used her the day of and once all my bridal party watched her work her magic, everyone wanted in on Tonya's work! Words cannot express how thankful I am for Tonya and her team. When I went in for my hair and makeup trial, I was terrified. I had not had my hair and makeup done since high school prom, had no idea what I really wanted, and didn't know what to expect. Tonya made me feel right at home and made me feel gorgeous. However, I will definitely recommend ALL brides do a trial run because that is when you learn how long your hair can stay a certain way, if you want extensions, if your makeup needs to be heavier, and "gosh, that lipstick was a little too pink." It's well worth the money! On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant played music, lightened the mood and made sure we were all relaxed, and were so flexible through all the hustle and bustle of everything that was going on. I had never felt as beautiful as I did that day thanks to Tonya and I've never received as many compliments as I did. She truly made me feel like a bride!

It has been almost a year since my wedding and people that attended by wedding are STILL talking about what a great job Tonya did. I loved everything about what she did. We had a trial run that did not go so hot, so we scheduled another. This reassured me that she cared about making me happy and was going to do everything she could to make me look beautiful. She gave me tips on the night before washing and products that would help lift my hair, AND IT WORKED! Everything was beautiful! I am so thankful she was able to be there on my wedding day. I have recommended her to any brides and will continue to recommended her.

Tonya was so sweet, and when she was too booked, I got to work with Jayme. She was personable and professional and helped me to get the perfect look for my makeup. My makeup was perfect for pictures all day (even in Houston summer heat), and I was so happy!

I was beyond happy and pleased with all of my bridesmaids makeup and hair. My makeup and hair was impeccable. Tonya and her assistant are by far the sweetest and most comforting people to work with. Tonya made everything so easy for myself and my girls and was just so sweet and pleasant to work with. I will forever refer charmed by tonya!

Tonya was great! Everyones hair and makeup held up for a long hot summer wedding. She worked with everyone to make sure they got exactly what they wanted. I originally was going to do my own hair for my wedding but then decided last minute for her to do it. It worked out great and I'm glad she did it for me!

Tonya was wonderful. I highly recommend her, the hair she did for myself and my bridesmaids was glorious. We all had vintage pin up looks and they stayed all day and into the next day as well. That girl can make hair do what ever she says. My make up was flawless and lasted all night. If anyone was unhappy about something she took the time to fix it until they were pleased. I have nothing but nice things to say.

Look no farther if you want to have flawless make up and hair. Tonya saved the day when my original stylist accidentally scheduled me on the wrong day. She had my wedding date open (20 days after the first phone call) and she fit in a trial. I was very fortunate to have a Friday wedding because I am sure that is the only reason she could fit me in. I received more compliments on my hair and make up then ever in my entire life. She spent 2 hours just making sure my make up was exactly what I wanted and to top it off she drove out to me I didn't have to go to a salon. Thanks to her I looked like a better version of myself.

I am so glad that Tonya did my wedding makeup. She did a fantastic job and she really listened to me regarding the look that I was going for. She also went above and beyond with the scheduling of our practice session. I was going to school in another city at the time, so I was in town for only a short time frame. I was so pleased that she worked me into her schedule. Additionally, I have a really oily face and I was amazed that my makeup looked as beautiful at the end of the night as at the beginning. I would highly recommend having Tonya do your hair and makeup for your big day or any other important events.

Tonya did an amazing job and handled my wedding day break down with kindness...I wanted everything to be perfect as many brides do and unfortunately started second guessing my choice on my hairstyle. She was patient and understanding and let me have a moment to figure it out and helped guide me. She offered to change it to the down one and said we still would have time to pull it back up if needed but she also suggested I stay with the up-do as it would stay in place and beautiful for longer than if I went with the down style I started to rethink. I was so used to my long hair hanging down it was just a shock to feel like I had no hair. I stayed with the up-do and it was perfect with my veil and it was beautiful in appearance as well as sensible too! I got a great number of compliments on it! It stayed beautifully and I hated to even take it down. And she also made the perfect selection on the eyelashes. I thought I wanted thicker ones and she guided me to a thinner set and they were natural looking and still made my eyes stand out. My eye shadow was beautiful as well...she blends makeup just right and chooses the colors perfectly! She was super cheerful even at a ridiculously early time so that she could get me ready as well as all the girls. Everyone had their own unique style and looked amazing! She even managed to work in hair for an extra person that decided that day they wanted theirs done after seeing how pretty she was making everyone. She was wonderful all around!

Tonya was awesome. She and her team (sorry, forget the names!) did hair/makeup for me, my 5 bridesmaids, and my mom. They arrived early, were professional AND fun, and did a really great job on everyone. I felt confident in Tonya's abilities after my hair/makeup trial because she did an awesome job then, but my hair/makeup on the wedding day was absolutely perfect. And I am really picky. She really listened to what I wanted. I would highly recommend her.

I used Tonya for my hair and makeup for both my bridal portraits and my wedding day. Both times Tonya and team came on site and arrived promptly and ready to go. On my wedding day she did my hair and makeup, as well as my 5 bridesmaid's, my mom, and our little flower girl. Tonya and her team are all sweet and fun to work with. When you are sitting in their chair as they are doing your hair and makeup, they are actually fun to talk to. Everyone looked STUNNING and really enjoyed working with Tonya and her team. Everyone was talking about how they wished they could take Tonya home so she could do their hair/makeup every day. Honestly, I felt like a princess my entire wedding day, received so many compliments, and I love how I photographed in all my pictures. In my bridal portraits my hair and airbrush makeup came out amazing, and from what I've seen of my wedding photos I will not be disappointed. On my wedding day I cried multiple times, and it did not affect my make-up. My husband and I actually had an early flight the morning after our wedding since we were moving to North Carolina, so I just slept in my hair (after taking it down) and makeup, and I looked great the next day again! Very impressed overall. I would definitely recommend using Charmed by Tonya and if I had to do it over again, I would definitely use them again! Thanks Tonya and team for making me look and feel like a princess on my wedding day!

Tonya Grabruck is an amazing professional in hair and make-up. She was our makeup artist for my daughter's wedding. She was very knowledgeable during our initial consult about hairstyles and listened to all my daughter's wishes and questions. She was always available through email for before event quesions. The makeup and hair run through went smoothly and Tonya offered great advice. On the day of the wedding, Tonya was very prompt and professional. She did my hair & makeup, bride's sister's hair and make up and then of course gave the bride plenty of time to feel pampered. We all felt so comfortable and beautiful for the event. The bride was absolutely stunning and Tonya's artistry just complimented the bride's natural glow for the big day. I would hghly recommend Tonya as a hair and makeup artist for any special event. She truly makes everyone feel special. Her rates are very reasonable and you will be very happy with the professionalism and attention you receive.

Tonya did my hair for my wedding back on March 29th. She is absolutely AMAZING and the sweetest person you could ever meet. Her schedule was very flexible and she went above and beyond and way exceeded all of my expectations. I would absolutely recommend her to all of my friends and family!

I used Charmed by Tonya for my wedding. She did my hair and airbrush make up along with 4 of my bridesmaids. I have to say I have never gotten so many compliments before. She also fixed my tan lines because I didn't have time to go tanning or lay out before the big day which was awesome. Tonya did such an amazing job and is so sweet, I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. I also love how she comes to where you are because it definately helped being right by our venue.

Tonya with Charmed by Tonya has the experience and knowledge needed by a make-up artist that you would expect from a top industry make-up artist. She is always so professional and on time! She traveled to my event (out of state) and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! She does what she says she is going to do & if you don't like it she doesn't act like it is a complete inconvenience to try different things when you aren't 100% sure of exactly what you want.

I'm from a long way out of town and Tonya was so great with coordinating and being flexible to do trial runs and she was SOOO awesome the day of the wedding. She did my make-up and 3 of my bridesmaids, even a couple of others that wanted there make-up done after they saw what a beautiful job she did. Weeks before the wedding I was stressing on time and wanting to make sure that we were not going to run late, but Tonya was very punctual, professional, and very well organized that she eliminated the stress of getting ready altogether. Loved, Loved, Loved using Tonya!!!

Tonya was professional and courteous every time we spoke. She had a tremendous portfolio and that is what drew me toward her. She did an amazing job for my bridals and even more amazing with my wedding day. My bridesmaids also looked amazing. She handled all of them very well, and they can be very hard to handle at times, esp when you are handling their face. I would recommend her to all of my friends.

My husband and I got married 2 weeks ago at Lindsay Lakes in Cypress and one of their top recommended beauticians was Tonya with Charmed by Tonya. We shopped around a little before deciding on Tonya based on her excellent prices and beautiful work which was displayed on her Facebook page. I also loved that her standard prices included airbrush makeup and a set of fake eyelashes! I went for my hair and makeup trial a few months before the wedding and forgot to bring any photos of how I wanted my makeup to be done so she went with what she thought. Though I liked it I was unsure about my eye shadow color and she immediately changed it to something I loved! As for my hair I brought a few pictures and ideas and she took that and did my hair even better than I had imagined it! I never wanted to take it out! For the actual wedding day my bridal party and I were getting ready at my mother’s house and though she was coming from an hour away she arrived EARLY with her two assistants ready to go! We had initially booked hair for 8 ladies and make up for 2 ladies (my mother and I) but when my step mother saw how beautifully they were doing hair she wanted hers done as well even though she wasn’t in the original count! Also my mother had a picture of a hairstyle which Tonya’s assistant duplicated exactly but after seeing it on herself my mother didn’t like it as much. So Tonya came to the rescue, did a few quick changes and made my mom love it! With all those added things I was sure we would run late, but we did not! Tonya and her team got us all ready to go by the original time we had planned on even though she added another up-do for my step mother and did some touchups for my mother. She even made sure everyone was freshly hair sprayed going out the door to the limo! Everyone’s hair and makeup looked so unique and beautiful and lasted through the night! I would recommend Tonya to every Bride and will surely use her anytime I need professional styling in the future!

Tonya is so sweet and does an amazing job. Me, my mom, bridesmaids and mother-in-law all got our hair and make up done for my wedding. We loved our airbrushed look complete with fake eyelashes. Our make up and hair looked perfect in our photos!

Tonya was great, and so sweet!! She did my bridal hair and makeup. Check out her work on her facebook page. She is so good at what she does, and super friendly and fun! I really enjoyed working with her, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to everyone!

I do not ever wear makeup, but I wanted to look special for the big day. At the same time, I wanted to look natural and like my usual self (but better). I did a trial run with Tonya, since I do not have much experience with makeup. I brought a few pictures, and Tonya knew exactly what to do. The airbrush makeup looked really natural and felt nice as it was being sprayed on. I felt at ease after the trial run. Then, on the wedding day, Tonya arrived promptly, meticulously applied my makeup flawlessly, curled every strand of my hair, and yet made sure I was ready on time. I was really really happy with the way I looked, and felt beautiful! The makeup lasted all night (10+ hours), and many of our guests complimented me on how great my hair & makeup looked. I teared up several times throughout the day, but the makeup withstood the tears. I am so happy that I got the chance to work with Tonya--she made me feel so beautiful!

Tonya and her team did an awesome job for my wedding. I'm the type of girl that really doesn't have much of a clue when it comes to make-up. After meeting with Tonya and giving her an idea of how I wanted to look on my wedding day she immediately knew what to do. I loved her airbrush foundation!! It makes your skin look flawless and stays very well on your face throughout the long night you have ahead, so every picture looks great. For my wedding Tonya and her team styled all of my bridesmaid's hair and did hair and make-up for me, the MOG, and MOB. We were all done and ready within 3 hours. It was the MOG's first experience with someone else doing her makeup and Tonya made her experience something she is still talking about. She loved how her make-up was done and the fake eyelashes that Tonya applied for her.

Tanya and her "crew" were just amazing! When I first found her website months ago as I was stumbling around the internet looking for a hair and makeup vendor, I sent her an email with a few questions. She responded to my many questions so quickly and was so helpful. I then decided (after searching more vendors for a few weeks) to book her for my bridesmaids and I, and Tanya was so patient with me and constantly stayed in contact. We scheduled the trial run a week before the wedding. I thought I wanted my hair down and brought pictures and accessories for my hairstyle. Tanya spent so much time making sure everything was perfect (even though it was JUST a trial) and I then realized when she was finished... I wanted my hair up! Tanya took the time to re-do my hair with the same professionalism as before and it turned out beautiful. She came with her "crew" the day of the wedding and was so much fun. They knew ahead of time how many girls they would be working on and Tanya had the timing perfect. She brought all of her supplies and made each of my girls look amazing! I couldnt be happier with Tanya's services. She is the best!!! I would recommend her to anyone who wants to look amazing and feel fabulous!

I've had my makeup done by Tonya at 3 different weddings (including my own) as well as a special event for my school district. Tonya does great work for a competitive price. She is flexible and willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. In the future I will continue to call Tonya for all my special events!

When I started planning my wedding, there was one thing that only took me seconds to decide. Who was going to help me achieve the look that I wanted for a very important day? Of course my sister, Tonya Grabruck, and I have very different personal styles. But I knew that she would listen to what I wanted and not let me down! On the day of my wedding we have some minor set backs while getting the wedding party ready. We lost power in the house! But Tonya just stepped up and said "where are those darn sponge rollers!" I loved my hair and my makeup! I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to prepare me for that day!

Tonya is the best !!!! She was not only on time the day of my wedding...but early. She was a trooper with a house full of people running around. When my mother-in-law had a complete hair catastrophy at another place, Tanya squeezed her in and saved the day.
Tanya has also done my makeup on another occasion and each time, she made me beautiful !!!!

If you want the best for your wedding, choose Tanya. My hair and make-up was flawless.

I got married this past Saturday and Tonya was amazing!! She was very responsive from the beginning when I contacted her. She was thorough and detailed and really knows her products. I have sensitive skin and she worked with me to make sure I was happy/comfortable with her creation. She did my hair/makeup + my three bridesmaids and ALL of us looked incredible! We received SOOO many compliments. Half of my maids live out-of-town as well and she was so good, they asked her if she would travel.

Seriously, book Tonya because that's just one less thing you'll have to worry about. I will definitely contact her again!

My bridal party and I were so happy with the hair and make up Tonya did for my wedding! I never felt so beautiful :) My make up lasted all night! Tonya and her team did such an amazing job! Not only did she do my hair and make up for my wedding...but she also did hair and make up for my bridal shower and bridal portraits!! Each time I was very impressed! Tonya is awesome! She has done my hair and make-up for many events for over a year so of course I chose her for one of the most important days of my life. She and her assistant did the hair and make-up for 9 ladies, including myself, the day of the my wedding and everyone was extremely pleased. Another great thing about Tonya, she travels to you! Tonya and her assistants at Charmed by Tonya were incredible! So flexible with my changing number of girls and incredibly friendly, professional and GOOD at what she does. The prices were fair, and she was conveniently located (lives in Tomball) for my Magnolia wedding. Since we were all getting prepped at the venue (Crystal Springs), she arrived at 10am and she and her assistants were done with all the bridal party's hair and makeup (6 girls + mom + me, the bride) by 3pm. She had even provided a schedule for each girl the week before the wedding, and stuck very closely to it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I loved Tonya! I booked her to do my hair and make up for my engagement pictures, bridals and of course the wedding day. She also did the whole wedding party with an assistant for the day of. Although there was a slight mis communication the day of for starting time, everything ended up being great and we were right on schedule. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. She made me look so beautiful on my wedding day. And- it looked just the same the next day! Haha! I definitely rocked it on Sunday. One thing I recommend to future clients is getting dermaplaning with a licensed professional on your face one week prior to any airbrush application. It takes off all the dead skin and little peach fuzz hairs. It really made a difference how the makeup stuck. It was flawless.

I got married in June and Tonya was amazing! She did my bridesmaids, the mothers, and my hair! She was very flexible! She made herself available for a trial run, last minute! She was also very easy to talk to and help keep the nerves down! Thank you Tonya!

I can't fit my entire review into this box, so here is the shortened version. Basically, it was impossible to get a hold of her to schedule a trial run, and then she had to cancel. The day of my wedding, she caked on my makeup when I specifically wanted natural makeup, then gave me a beehive looking hairstyle. I wanted a messy bun, but she teased my hair into a hive and basically just used 50 bobby pins to pin my hair flat to the back of my head. It was nothing that I wanted, and when I started panicking that it wasn't what I wanted when I had an hour and a half until the ceremony, she just barely murmured that they could fix it. I didn't want her to mess me up even more so I had to redo everything. In the end, I looked great thanks to myself and my bridesmaids. What ticked me off the most was the fact that all she cared about was me leaving her a bad review. She kept telling my bridesmaids, mom and MIL that she didn't want me to leave a bad review, then had her sidekick assistant talk to my bridesman about me not leaving a bad review. That's all she cared about, not the fact that she did a terrible job on me and it was my wedding day. They left without a word. Also, my sister hated her hair, and while they were fixing it, Tonya said to her assistant how much she hated doing hair. I can see why. So professional.
