Charlsie was so great! She contacted me well in advance of the wedding to talk about the look I wanted and showed up early to the venue the day of. I am not a girlie girl and do not like being the center of attention, and she helped me navigate that with a comfortable, natural look. She never pushed me to do something I didn’t want to do and made me feel beautiful along the way. I can’t recommend her enough. -

If you’re looking for a makeup artist for your wedding - stop right here! Charlsie showed up promptly and ready to go at 7:00 a.m. to do my makeup and my bridesmaids. Not only is she an amazing makeup artist but she makes the process so fun with her awesome personality. Everyone loved her and we would use her a million times over! 💕 -

Charlsie Brought my Features to Life
Where could I even begin with Charlsie and her incredible talent? I came to Charlsie for a bridal trial and the rest was history. I am a naturally particular person and I knew that feeling good in my skin on my wedding day was extremely important to me. I don't wear a lot of makeup often and one of my biggest requests was that I still looked like myself that day. I really didn't even know what I was asking for to be completely honest, and there came Charlsie. She not only let me tell her exactly what I wanted, but she asked me questions that I didn't even think about so she could get a better idea of what I wanted.
Throughout the entire process Charlsie would take breaks, let me look at the makeup and give input. I cannot put into words how at ease that put me during my wedding day. I was able to stop for a moment, take in each new feature Charlsie brought to life on my face, and then I was not only listened to, but heard.
I cannot put into words how confident I felt on my wedding day because of this sweet angel. The makeup lasted literally all day (even through all the ugly cries of first looks, first dances, and family speeches)! I just recently got some of my wedding pictures back and I am blown away all over again at how Charlsie used her God-given talent to make me feel confident, look radiant, and make me swoon at every picture I saw of myself.
Charlsie was incredible. She was right on time and finished our makeup early. She took her time and got to know the girls she was working with to make sure they left as happy as I did. Long story short, she was a constant throughout my wedding planning process and she was a source of comfort. Charlsie lays out exactly what to expect and she does not disappoint. I would recommend her for any and all occasions!

Charlsie is an amazingly talented makeup artist! She is very flexible, and so attentive to your cosmetic desires. I have very limited knowledge of the makeup world myself, and honestly don't wear it too often. So when Charlsie came over for a birthday makeover session, she was so professional & kind, and did not make me feel overwhelmed by the process at all. She asked me simple questions about what I liked, and what I wanted, and then she worked her magic! I can honestly say I have never loved a makeover so much in my entire life! I felt so beautiful, charming, and powerful: a true queen. I received so many wonderful compliments from friends & family on how I emanated a vintage dream! Plus, not only is she a master of the more conventional makeup style, but also the less traditional techniques. So if you're looking for a makeover that really exudes your personality, Charlsie can definitely make that happen! She seriously is a true goddess in the makeup world, and you will have so much fun with the process. -

The best!
Charlsie was absolutely fantastic!! Not only did she create the perfect makeup looks for the entire bridal party, she was so sweet to chat with as well! I am very picky about my makeup and she truly did the most amazing job and really made sure to eventuate the features we wanted!! Also such a reasonable and affordable price for such high quality makeup artistry. If I could go back and get married again, would DEFINITELY trust Charlsie with my big day! -

Wedding Day Makeup
I can not say enough great things about Charlsie! She was so easy to work with from the very beginning all the way through the wedding day. Charlsie has such a positive upbeat attitude that was a delight to work with! She was flexible and took her time to make sure everyone was happy with their makeup through the entire process. Our makeup stayed perfect through the July heat in Auburn, Alabama! -

Charlsie did both mine and my mom’s makeup on my wedding day, and both looks were absolutely flawless! Not to mention it lasted (and looked great) ALL night. I did a makeup trial with her prior to my wedding, and she was so attentive to what I wanted and what I liked/didn’t like with my makeup. She’s also just the sweetest person ever!
