  Charlie is absolutely awesome. He did a shoot for y agency for me and he did an absolutely awesome job. I was so nervous but he made me feel comfortable and I felt like I could really come out my shell and express myself. He is my favorite photographer. Can't wait to work with him again!!!

  The PERFECT photographer!!!

  Charlie just photographed our wedding in December 2018. Less than two weeks later we already have our pictures back, and they are better than we could've imagined! We knew after talking with Charlie for just a few minutes that he was the perfect photographer. He is professional and has a great personality. He got along so well with everyone in our wedding party, and by the end of the night, he felt more like a guest than just the photographer. His style is great, and he anticipates your needs. He took innovative pictures and also classic ones giving us such a variety to choose from. We can't recommend him enough! We get to relive every aspect of our wedding day when we look through the pictures, and that is priceless!

  We had the best experience with Charlie Mather Photography, he truly is the best photographer in Columbia! First, Charlie has great packages. The wedding photography package we chose included an engagement or bridal photo shoot. We opted for the engagement photo shoot and it definitely helped us both feel more comfortable in front of a camera. Charlie made it so much fun and we received amazing pictures that we fell in love with. Second, he is incredibly punctual with getting the pictures to his clients. He had both our engagement photos and wedding photos ready for us in a timely manner. Lastly, he gave us his entire day! He was on time to the venue and started working immediately and stayed till the end of the night when we made our grand exit. He had additional photographers on his team the day of our wedding to make sure he got all the best angles. The pictures he took we're amazing and looking through them is like reliving our wedding day! I would highly recommend him to do your wedding! We cannot wait to hire him again for future photography needs!

  Looking through Charlie's portfolio, it is obvious that he has a fantastic eye for lighting, composition, and variety in his photographs. He did a couples shoot with my boyfriend and me at the beach and instantly made us feel at ease with his professional, flexible and friendly attitude. We had a blast!   I loved working with Charlie and his second photographer for our wedding! They were both very professional and accommodating, especially with large, special situation families. Charlie did he research and had asked me everything we wanted before the day of so I did not have to worry about the details. His experience with wedding photography certainly was evident. I cannot wait to see our pictures!

  Charlie was our engagement portraits and wedding photographer and we loved him! He took beautiful and creative shots and we never had to worry about where he was because he communicated so well. He captured spontaneous moments and portraits that will be looked at for years to come. He was so easy to work with and worked diligently to personalize the experience for us. We highly recommend him!

  Charlie and I did some bridal portraits in Edisto and they turned out to be so incredibly stunning that I couldn't even believe it! He is such an incredibly kind and easygoing person which makes the whole photography experience very comfortable. I 100% recommend him to shoot your big day!

  Charlie is a fantastic photographer and a great man. He offered to take pictures of my son and I after my husband was killed in the line of duty. He was thoughtful, compassionate and creative in his work. The hours spent with him were meaningful and fun. If you want a creative and talented photographer who is easy to work with, this if your guy! Thank you Charlie! We love you!

  His photography was great! He is very professional for a great price. He didn't miss a moment at all. After receiving pictures of my wedding he really captured things I mussed in the excitement if my day, couldn't of asked for anyone or anything better. It was perfect. Thanks again Charlie!!

  I really enjoyed Charlie's attentiveness and patience as he took photos of me and my husband. He knew exactly where to place us for perfect lighting and he had our photos edited and presented to us in no time!!

  Charlie is absolutely the only photographer I would recommend to anyone. His photos speak volumes but what they can't say is how professional he is and how comfortable he makes you feel! His kind personality brings out the best in anyone around him . He's definitely the right photographer to complete your big day!

  My husband and I did not have any professional photos taken at our wedding or at all of us since we had been together. We really wanted to have some good photos of just the two of us before we had any kids. We used Charlie Mather for engagement style photos and we also used them to announce my pregnancy. Charlie took great care in making sure we had a ton of photos and spent a long time with us, we definitely didn't feel rushed. We were shocked at how quickly he got the final edited photos back to us. We absolutely loved all the photos! We are doing a maternity shoot with him in a few weeks and will definitely be using him once our baby is born. I'd highly recommend him for any of your photography needs.
