Jim was absolutely amazing for our wedding! He had to work around a rained out ceremony with changed plans all over the place and handled things so professionally. He helped move along our wedding timeline and worked well with all of our other vendors to make our day perfect! He also had to deal with a tough dancing crowd, but goodness did he make them move! Our wedding in September wouldn’t have gone half as smoothly without Bobby and the Charismatic Entertainment team. The communication is fantastic, our DJ Jermaine nailed our ceremony and reception, everyone was out of their seats the whole time. Madison kept everyone engaged and having so much fun at the photo booth. I really couldn’t recommend them enough!Charismatic Entertainment's reply:

Bobby absolutely hit it out of the park with his service at our wedding. He read the crowd and everyone was out of their seats dancing. His communication prior to the wedding was amazing and made sure we felt comfortable in the leading days up to it! He cares a LOT about his clients and is such a genuine person that I would find it impossible for anyone not to book him after having just one conversation with him. My man knows what he is doing and without a doubt Is a master at his craft. If you want a DJ with personality, experience, and overall just an amazing attitude look no further this is your man for the job. I couldn’t have imagined a better wedding day with Bobby as our DJ. We met with him before the wedding to go over the details, and right off the get go we felt like we had known him for years. He is very professional and knew exactly what our guests want. From the cocktail party all the way to the last song of the night, Bobby couldn’t have picked better songs for our guests. He had our guests play musical chairs which let us sneak out for some sunset photos, which our guests all raved about. People didn’t leave the dance floor all night, and we truly had such a wonderful perfect wedding with Bobby as our DJ. We really enjoyed the personalized conversations with both Bobby and DJ Bigums. They were one of the only DJs as we did our initial research to pick up the phone and call/text to get to know us, rather than try to email back and forth. We loved the hype and energy DJ Bigums brought to the party and the up lighting was beautiful. He followed our arranged song list and timeline perfectly!Charismatic Entertainment's reply:

Whatever your event may be, I highly recommend. Jay was our DJ and he was so awesome! Kept us moving throughout the night, was very responsive prior to the wedding, and extremely accommodating during it. I am from out of state and was referred to use Charismatic Entertainment for my wedding. Bobby was absolutely amazing every step of the way! He was our DJ and also provided a photobooth, monogram, and up lighting. Bobby listened to every request I had and answered all of my questions almost immediately. Exceeded my already high expectations
This man was as professional as he was personable. My wife and I had to change our original date and he made it a priority to adjust his schedule. An easy to use portal made our planning smooth. When he speaks he’s eloquent and is up front with his needs to provide a service. Our DJ made our night special and I would recommend him to anyone. When researching DJs I knew it would have to be someone special as my husband is a self-proclaimed music snob. Bobby was quick to get back to me and set up a time to meet. I knew from the instant connection he made with my husband that he would be the perfect fit. He took the time to get to know us and by the end of our first meeting it felt like we were talking to a friend. The pandemic hit and we had to postpone our reception until this September. We immediately contacted Bobby when we postponed to see if he could change the date and he worked with us to make sure he would be there. The portal he uses to set up the whole night is easy to use, gives him all the information he needs up front so the night goes seamlessly, and is just plain awesome. Now, that's Bobby the DJ, but Bobby the person is so much more than that. He is a kind, empathetic person who wants to make sure that, you, on such an important day, have a night you'll remember. He feeds off smiles and laughter and has such an infectious personality. I have nothing but the kindest words to say about him professionally and personally would recommend him to anyone and everyone.Charismatic Entertainment's reply:

Jim did an amazing job as our DJ. He made himself available to us at all hours beforehand for any questions or concerns. We discussed what kind of vibe we wanted the wedding to have and any songs we absolutely did/didn't want to hear. He absolutely nailed it. Everyone had a great time dancing. His annoucements were completely in tune with our wedding and he was very approachable.
The photobooth was great too. Everyone had a lot of fun and we ended up with a flash drive containing all of the photos. Everyone loved getting drunk and taking fun photos with props.

DJ Bobby and charismatic entertainment did an amazing job for our wedding! The planning process was really easy with their online portal which allowed us to pick our must play/not play songs, first dance songs and add a timeline for the day. He was there early to set up and the DJ booth/lighting looked so professional. From the ceremony music through til the last dance of the night DJ Bobby was awesome! I didn’t give him too many “must play” songs to go off of but he was able to get a sense of the music we liked and kept the dance floor packed all night! He also honored a lot of our guests requests which they really liked. I definitely would recommend DJ Bobby with charismatic entertainment for your wedding- we had the best night ever!! -

I had one of the best experience working with Charismatic Entertainment. We had DJ Jeff and he make it such a wonderful experience. We had a interracial/intercultural wedding and DJ Jeff did a wonderful blending the two together. I would highly suggest booking them ASAP. We used Charismatic DJ for our wedding this year and they were absolutely amazing. Sam was our DJ and he did a stellar job! He was always very responsive, professional, and through every communication Sam ensured that we were happy with the decisions we made. At the wedding, we had several positive comments on the music, lights, and overall fun atmosphere that Sam helped create and to me and my husband especially, it was an unforgettable night! I met Bobby in 2018 when he was working a masquerade event. I was in the beginning stages of planning my wedding and was very impressed with his ability to get a room of 20 people up and moving from their seats. He stuck through the chaos that was COVID with me and was one of the the only vendors to check in periodically through the whole process! Bobby was nothing short of amazing every day leading up to the wedding and the day of was no different. I had multiple family members comment on how great he was as well and his ability to really read the room when choosing music to play.Charismatic Entertainment's reply:

This company is absolutely amazing. They were professional but are down to earth real people and very flexible with change. Everyone loved our DJ he was able to read the crowd and play music based off a very limited list that he was given. I dropped the ball in doing a music list lol man did he pick it up and run with it! DJ Bobby was able to book us 2 weeks before our wedding and get everything together in time. He is familiar with a lot of venues local to the Rochester area, which made set up and planning super smooth. The dance floor was never empty, he played all our music and then some other great stuff. His photo booth was dope as hell, he was a great guy super nice and energetic. He even brought glow sticks and it just amped it all up. I only wish I talked to him before the ceremony so I timed my song better, but that was more of the venues fault. Bobby is awesome.
