  We had an amazing reception at Chapin's East! Sarah and Olivia were absolutely wonderful and so helpful every step of the way. Every email was returned promptly and they were wonderful keeping us on track planning wise. People are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was!

  Had a wedding with about 90 people attending. My bride and myself did the planning and paid the bills ourselves. I cannot explain how much Sandi and Sarah at Chapin's East helped us.
  
  Our original venue cancelled on us 5 months before our wedding, and we changed everything about of wedding at that point when we found Chapin's. We used the front room of Chapin's East for our ceremony and kept the reception onsite. They helped us set and keep our time schedule, which is great since my bride and I can sometimes forget to look at the clock. They have a great area for the bride to get ready, and we were able to get in there early to set everything up.
  
  Sandi and Sarah take personal pride in every event they host and it shows. They let us know that a wedding that was using the same colors as us was taking place about a month before ours, and they invited us to visit beforehand to get ideas on how the venue would look. This helped settle our nerves a ton and was something that seemed second nature to them.
  
  Sandi was the first one we was on our wedding day and the last one to give us a hug after everyone left. The hours she put in helping us... Man, she seemed more like family than someone we hired. Throughout the night, Sandi socialized with many of our guests, and genuinely seemed to be one of the happiest people there. Sandi clearly loves her job.
  
  The food, top notch. Never had anything better at a wedding. The main business for Chapin's is a restaurant , and it shows with the food quality.
  
  The value is excellent. We had a small budget, and there were able to work within it and still provide very high quality service.

  Don’t expect your guests to get enough to eat.

  They do not put out enough food for the guests. We were there this past Saturday for a wedding, were the last to get our food and there was hardly anything left, and it did not get replenished. Go somewhere else. Its bad when you have to stop and eat on the way home.

  Nobody Showed Up For Our Tour

  To begin with it took them weeks to respond to my initial pricing inquiry which made me thing they weren't too interested in to begin with. They apologized and we scheduled a site tour on 11/23 at 9:30am. We waited and waited nobody showed up. I called and emailed them. That afternoon I received a response from the owner that the girl Madi, who was supposed to be doing the tour was sick but hadn't bothered to let anybody know. We are from Nebraska and came into town to see venues so it was EXTREMELY disappointing to be stood up after driving 7 hours. They offered to reschedule the tour but we declined. After nobody showing up for the tour we wouldn't feel comfortable having our wedding there with the fear that nobody would show up on our Wedding Day either.
