  Couldn’t of asked for a better day!

  Shadow and the team were everything we needed on our wedding day! She made the day so smooth and the planning stress free! Can’t recommend her enough!

  Engdahl wedding

  Lifesaver! She contacted me every once in awhile to check in on wedding planning and to discuss what I wanted from her and what I can expect from her leading up to the wedding and on wedding day! Don’t think we would age. Made it through rehearsal without her. I had a big wedding party and lots of different things going on and she handled everyone very professionally. On wedding day she kept us in schedule and found people when they were need so the groom and I didn’t have to go looking! Don’t think the weddign would have went as smoothly and relaxed as much as it did if I did not have her! Highly recommend, she’s good at her job and an overall good person!

  Incredible!

  Shayla truly went above and beyond on so many occasions. From check-ins before the wedding, making sure we had an efficient and flawless rehearsal, to of course just being incredibly helpful on the day of the wedding and ready for all the small day-of mistakes (like me forgetting to bring my bridal bouquet). Couldn’t recommend her more!

  Wedding coordinator

  Shayla is a rock star. She was my day of wedding coordinator and she executed my vision better than my vision. I had worked hard planning the wedding and when it was time to give the reins over to her, I felt so confident and I was able to totally let go and enjoy my weekend.
  We talked many times before the event and she was always available to answer my questions and hear my requests. I was super specific about what I wanted and she always listened with an open mind and was dedicated to providing me with resources for me vision.
  She is also a sweet person and I enjoyed interacting with her always.

  Lives up to her name!

  Where do I even start?! I thought I had my entire wedding planned, knowing how everything would be set up, and thinking things would be simple and quick. I was so wrong! My bridal party was kinda all over the place and all the help I thought I'd have was very sporadic. Shayla stepped right in and went above and beyond taking my vision and making it a reality. She kept me focused on what needed to be done when I felt like I was being pulled into a million directions.
  I know myself and my bridal party were not the easiest to wrangle up, keep in order, and keep us all on time, yet Shayla got it done AND in a professional manner!
  My wedding was everything I wanted it to be! So magical, beautiful, whimsical! And that is mostly because Shayla takes her job seriously, wants her clients to be happy, and really enjoys what she does!
  If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I understand, I was too! But THANK GOD I did! She took so much of my stress away knowing she was there taking care of things so I could focus on other things on my big day!

  Eclectic Love Story

  Shayla was amazing! She was able to make our unique wedding vision come alive. We needed a lot of flexibility. Shayla was able to make adjustments and still ensure important things happened. Shayla is truly making dreams come true!!

  Shayla from Chaos Coordinator is incredible!

  I can't say enough good things about Shayla. She worked incredibly hard to make our vision come to life! Our wedding was in an unconventional setting (a glamping site) and she worked with us every step of the way as we turned that site into what felt like a dream destination wedding. We couldn't have done it without her. She brought her own string lights and ladder knowing we needed to hang lighting, ran a smooth rehearsal, was easy to work and communicate with, and kept a calm energy throughout the whole day. She also recieved many compliments from our friends and family along the way. Most importantly, she helped make our day incredibly FUN!

  July Wedding

  She was amazing. She did a great job helping make our day beautiful. From setting up decorations, seats, tables, and placements. She help us keep on track for time frames, as well help make sure everyone was in the right spot, and knew what they needed to do. She helped with hair and make up. She even helped with the pre wedding frustrations. I would highly recommend Chaos Corrdinator. Shayla will help do everything she can to make sure your day is exactly how you want it, including making sure your photographer knows what pictures you would like.

  The best thing we did for our wedding

  We weren’t originally planning on hiring a coordinator for our wedding, but I am SO GLAD we did! Shayla kept us all so calm, put together, took care of every tiny thing that came up, and talked to us like she’d known us for years. We felt so comfortable with her, it was like having a good friend take care of our day for us, but without the drama. If you’re considering hiring a day of coordinator, HIRE SHAYLA. She’s also a great time :)

  I’ve only ever been in one wedding and I’ve never hosted such a big event before, so Shayla was a valuable resource when it came to pulling everything together.   Superb wedding coordinator! Genuine, organized, kind and an obvious passion for what she does! A take charge attitude and a genuine care for clients!

  We were floored by Shayla's genuine interest what *we* wanted for our day. She was organized and brought details to our attention that we would have never thought of!
