Natalie and Madison were one of the best vendors I could ask for! They helped us with every detail about the wedding place/decor/food and I’m highly satisfied!

If you're thinking of having your wedding at Chantilly National Golf and Country Club you should do it. Natalie & Madison were amazing. They made the whole process easy. From the beginning to the end they responded to every question we had and took our vision and brought it to life.

This is an amazing place for a wedding/wedding reception. Natalie, Madison and Eric (venue team) were amazing to work with and very quick to respond. The price is very affordable, but the location and view seems like it should be worth a lot more. The photo opportunities are plentiful to get amazing shots with a lot of different backgrounds. My other wedding vendors commented on how great the venue and team were as well. My husband and I were very happy with this venue and we highly recommend it.

Went beyond my expectations. Would definitely use this venue again for other large events.

Chantilly National was the first venue we looked at and it stole our hearts! We absolutely loved the space, the staff, and everything it had to offer. From the very moment we walked in, we felt part of the Chantilly family. Natalie and Madison were beyond phenomenal and made sure every step of the way we had everything we needed and felt supported. Our guests loved the reception space, the bar was awesome, and the food was delicious. If you're even considering Chantilly National, consider this your sign to go for it!

Having our wedding at Chantilly National was the best planning decision we made from the start to the end. It's obvious the property is beautiful- perfect for wedding photos. But what puts this venue over the top is the events team - Natalie & Madison. They were so helpful to us throughout the planning process: proactive about reaching out to us and answering any and all of our silly questions. Madison made sure our day ran smoothly, even when we changed some things up on her at the last minute. We put our trust in them and they delivered. We can't recommend them enough!

I was orginally supposed to get married 3/21/2021 but due to Covid it was postponed to July 31,2021..Between my wedding planner and Natalie they made it so easy for me to reschedule with their availability. Natalie and her team were incredible!!! I couldn't have asked for a better day. They were super understanding, supportive , and willing to help in any way possible. From the very first moment of meeting the team, I had the vibe of this is the venue. This is where I want to be married! It turned out better than expected and well worth the wait!

The venue itself was beautiful inside and out. The staff was attentive, friendly and easy to work with. Communication was great. My wedding day was perfect.

We are so glad that we signed with Chantilly National more than 2 years ago. They were amazing to work with from the beginning to the day-of. Our original plan was to have our reception in June 2020, but we postponed to September 2020 and again to June 2021 due to the pandemic. They were super flexible and understanding through it all. Special shoutout to our day-of coordinator, Kady Munden, for allowing me to be as stress-free as a bride could be on the day-of. She handled my multitude of questions and concerns like a champ. She coordinated so well with all of the vendors and made sure every detail and everything on the timeline was executed perfectly. We never had to worry about what was next because Kady was there to move everything forward. We even had to make the last-minute decision (just hours before the ceremony) to move everything indoors due to the weather. The food and drinks were great and our guests had a fantastic time! The pricing can work well with any budget and almost everything (apps, champagne toast, linens, etc.) is included in the base price. We would definitely recommend working with Kady and the Chantilly National team for your special day!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about CNGCC. Kady our wedding coordinator was nothing short of amazing. She was right by our side the whole way, from the choice of food, to the set up, to on the fly decisions to the decorations. Kady and Ozan were amazing. We looked elsewhere and honestly nothing compared to CNGCC. We were not overly happy with the venues in the area, and after our first meeting with Natalie and Kady we were hooked and knew this place was special. A total hidden gem. We were showered with a glass of champagne and a, I said yes, sign and from there forward I knew we were in great hands.

I can guarantee whole heartedly this was the BEST venue choice for us. We chose this to be our one stop shop for the ceremony and reception which was a VERY good idea. Kady worked so hard for our special day. I shared my vision of decor, table settings, room placement/tables the list goes on. Kady went beyond my vision. She worked so hard to make everything so special, she was with my husband and I during our photo's after the ceremony to being thoughtful enough to bring us a cocktails, and food while our guests had cocktail hour and we went to take pictures. She ensured we were taken care of and NOTHING and I MEAN nothing was off about our day.

Kady was calm, patient, smart, and her, "just say yes" demeanor was refreshing. If something did go wrong, let me tell you what. I never knew. If there were any issues, she solved them immediately. She was ALWAYS one step ahead because I was so overwhelmed and she completely took the load off my shoulders and it really helped ease my day. This is why Kady was hired for this position, she absolutely rocks. I assure you, you're in good hands with her.

I loved the staff, Ozan was great with all the bar choices and the servers were so polite nice and professional as well. Sure you can have your wedding elsewhere but why would you? I have done the work for you, I have looked at many places and this one was the best choice. You're in great hands here!

We struggled a lot with the COVID situation and all the changes that came with. The venue was very flexible and tried very hard to make it the best day for us. Their Coordinator staff is awesome and very responsive. Our downsized COVID reception turned out great. Food was amazing and great portion size.

We were very happy to choose CN to have our wedding at! From the first consulting through the end of the wedding, Natalie the coordinator was there to help. We struggled alot with the COVID situation, but venue was very flexible and tried very hard to make it the best day for the bride and groom. The view was just amazing and indoor reception hall was beautiful as well. Food was just the amazing quality and taste, and my Korean friends loved it as well. Price is just reasonable and they are there to work it out within your budget. I highly recommend the place, and we're so happy that we had an unforgettable beautiful wedding there.
One suggestion for you is, if you plan to have a photo booth, I recommend to bring a Bluetooth speaker so you have a background music at the bar & photo booth area.

With all the issues of COVID19, Chantilly National Golf and Country Club was so supportive in rescheduling, count changes and in the end making Ryan and Lauren'ts day so Perfect!

The venue is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They made sure the day ran very smoothly; I had little to worry about before and during the wedding.

Chantilly National Golf & Country Club went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day and the months ahead went as smooth as possible. Natalie and Amanda responded to any questions I had so quickly and were so helpful. The property looked beautiful the day of the wedding and every detail we discussed was executed. All of our guests complimented the food and the banquet staff were all friendly. I can't recommend this venue enough!

The hospitality they showed my aunt and I were incredible. I knew immediately this was the place for my wedding and I signed my contract. Inshed a few tears because Amanda was great and venue gave me a great feeling just like my wedding dress. I knew it was the one!

I have so many wonderful things to say about Amanda & Natalie. Amanda was fantastic leading up to the wedding, walking through our plans, any logistical changes, and anything else we had inquiries about. On the day of the wedding, Natalie was so incredible in working with our event planner and making sure everything went smoothly; she was right there when we needed her. They are both wonderful and Chantilly is a great venue for any wedding. I would highly recommend the Chantilly team, esp. Amanda & Natalie!

Amanda and Natalie of Chantilly National made the whole experience a wonderful and memorable one. They were very helpful and accomodating with all of our requests and made great suggestions. The reception went off flawlessly and everyone had a wonderful time. The upstairs bar area and outside seating was perfect for the happy hour for all of the guests. The waitstaff were very attentive, friendly and professional and contributed to making a great event. The food was delicious and many of our guests that night or the next day commented on how nice the venue was and the quality of the dinners that were served. As the father of the bride it was truly a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Chantilly National!

Amanda and Natalie made the process of planning our wedding a breeze! They were receptive to all of our ideas and made them happen. They took care of nearly everything on the day of the reception so we could fully enjoy it. If we could choose again, we would absolutely pick Chantilly a million times over! I can't rave enough about what a great experience we had and how affordable the whole day was.

If you want an amazing venue this is the one! We held our ceremony outside, the cocktail hour on the patio, and the reception in the ballroom. Not only was the venue beautiful but the food was delicious, the drinks were fabulous, and I cannot say enough about the staff! The coordinator Nakaihla was amazing throughout the entire process. I flip-flopped between menus, drink packages, decorations, everything and it didn't phase her at all. She answered my questions and helped me to have the most amazing day while not blowing my budget. The day of went so smoothly and beautifully it was everything I imagined and more.

Aleks and Nakalhia and the staff were phenomenal!!! Service was outstanding! The club is so gorgeous. Modern, rustic, and fun. Great combo. Loved everything about the day and venue and didn't have to spend a million dollars. The views alone were worth that alone. Highly recommend! Wonderful people and service!

If I could give more stars, I would! We first came to Chantilly National Golf Course as a guest for a friends wedding, not only was the place absolutely beautiful but we had such a great experience. It was then I knew I had to have my own wedding here. The theme of my wedding was rustic and right away the outside had a rustic look. The inside was absolutely gorgeous and so was the scenery. When my parents came to check it out they were in love with it too. Our wedding coordinator was Aleks and she was AMAZING. So kind and great to work with to make sure your day is not only beautiful, but perfect to the T. She was great with communicating and answering any questions or changes I had. The food was also amazing, and our guest had nothing but complimented everything about the place. Aleks sure knows how to coordinate and does her job exceptionally well. I couldn't have pick a better place for my wedding to be at and highly recommend for any event or wedding. Thanks Chantilly and Aleks for creating a wonderful memory and making our day special! We hope to be there again soon!

I would suggest the Chantilly National Golf & Country Club to anyone getting married or holding a special event in the Northern Virginia area. The events staff, Aleks and Lauren are great! The wedding turned out great and we received many compliments on the venue and the food served. The staff ensured that everything was taken care of without any stress on me. We were able to drop off the dessert, decorations, etc and they set everything up. It was so nice to arrive the day of and have everything as I had planned without any work on my part.

Aleks was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was such a pleasure to work with! The day of the wedding was completely stress free knowing that she had everything under control. The venue is gorgeous and you couldn't ask for a better day of event coordinator. Do yourself a favor and plan your wedding at Chantilly National Golf and Country Club.

CNGCC and Lauren, Aleks and the rest of their team were beyond amazing on our wedding night! The whole process leading up to our wedding day was smooth. We initially started working with Aleks, who was always available to answer our questions and give us tips and advice. Aleks transitioned her role onto Lauren, who we met just a few months before our wedding. Lauren was absolutely amazing and we were so lucky to have worked with her on our wedding day! They were so lenient and open to any suggestions we had. They let us drop off all the décor the day before during the rehearsal. The cocktail hour, dinner service, and open bar couldn't have been better and we keep hearing the same from all our family and friends. The combination of the outdoor ceremony with the covered cocktail hour, and ballroom reception were perfect. Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding day!

We had a list of reception locations and stopped our search after going to Chantilly National and meeting with Aleks. This was the first place that we went and I'm so happy we didn't waste any time looking elsewhere! The remodeling that was done is absolutely gorgeous. Their menu options have everything you could need. They have draft beer! As well as many other options. Aleks was a joy to work with. She was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. We had so much fun planning our wedding with her! We were able to have an outside cocktail hour, with a beautiful background. Then move inside for the reception. This place is the perfect wedding venue!

Loved this venue. It was an amazing day! Aleks knows her stuff about these pesky weddings lol. She was very professional with her recommendations even if I initially wasn't in agreement with a few. She was very accommodating too.

Everything was amazing! Food was delicious! Plenty of room for all of the bells and whistles (live band, photobooth, etc).
People commented that the wedding felt like one of those "David Tutera" weddings :). Hats off toChantilly National and all of my vendors for that compliment. I keep getting "that's the best wedding I've ever attended".

CNGCC was a wonderful venue with amazing staff! Aleks, our venue coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with -- she was always responsive to all our inquiries, most of the time in less than 24 hours! She communicated everything to us clearly and made it a smooth process from start to finish. The entire staff were friendly and professional each time we were there.

The venue itself was beautiful. Our ceremony was outdoors, cocktail hour was held on their deck, and the reception was in their gorgeous ballroom. We didn't have to worry about much because they took care of set-up and break-down of the ceremony chairs and reception tables and provided any additional cocktail tables or extra tables we needed. They were extremely flexible with our plans and schedule. The entrees we picked were their chicken marsala and roast tenderloin of beef, which were amazing; I've had raves from people who are picky eaters! I could not have asked for anything better for our wedding day and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Chantilly National was a beautiful venue and Aleks was so amazing to work with!!! We got married on April 9 and planned on getting married outside but the weather didn't cooperate (it snowed and was extremely windy). We ended up having our ceremony in the ballroom which was absolutely stunning - it didn't feel like a "back up plan." We had 180+ people at our wedding and the ballroom was the perfect size. The food was amazing - guests still rave about it! We had our rehearsal dinner at CNGCC, also, which was very convenient! Our wedding was perfect - I'd highly recommend looking at Chantilly National!!

Chantilly National Golf and Country Club provided us with the most amazing venue for our wedding reception. From the moment we met Aleks during the planning stage until the last song on our wedding night, Chantilly National Golf and Country Club was nothing short of amazing. The planning for our reception was such an easy and great process. We would love to have future events held at Chantilly National Golf and Country Club!

This country club was beautiful! The staff were very nice and professional! I highly recommend this venue.

Not having much skill with party planning we were impressed with the quality of support and guidance Aleks provided. She outlined the options but never pressured us into anything in particular. We were able to stay within our budget and it turned out beautifully. She was extremely responsive and her experience served to calm us down when we were faced with potentially more guests than we anticipated (we ended up fine just as she assured us we would). She made sure the tables were set up just as we wanted since we couldn't do it ourselves ahead of time. The venue was beautiful. She, Louis and the team accommodated us so graciously when our guests arrived 30 minutes early. Louis and his team were attentive, responsive but not intrusive the whole evening. Our guests raved about the food! We could not have asked for better service and support. It was perfect!

Aleks was really helpful throughout the entire process, starting when we booked CNCC as our venue in the middle of renovations and there weren't any walls in the banquet hall. The renovations are incredible - they look just like the renderings that we were shown before we booked CNCC. The support staff were awesome as well. There was a dedicated staff member that was there for my husband and me throughout the reception, making sure we had food and drinks, including hors d'oeuvres that we didn't get to have during cocktail hour. They even saved a piece of our cake for us to take home at the end of the night without our asking.

We started bring reception items to the venue on Thursday for a Saturday wedding, and we had all of Friday afternoon/evening to set everything up before the rehearsal. Clean up after the reception was really fast and efficient, and they packed everything up for us to pick up the next day.

My husband,our families, and I were so happy with how everything turned out. We have gotten many compliments and are still getting them. Thank you for all your help and making our day so special!

Chantilly National was such a pleasure to work with. Aleks went above and beyond to make sure all of our hopes and desires were met, whether it was checking out the progress of the renovations (they're finished now!), or trying a few more of Chef's meal options, she was always ready and willing to help you out. The renovations are beyond gorgeous and our wedding day was more than I could have ever imagined. Their outdoor ceremony space is breathtaking, cocktail hour patio is fantastic, and the new ballroom is beautiful. It now has a new fresh look with many typical "add ons" included in their rental price from the chiavari chairs, choice of linen colors, signature drink, and outdoor ceremony chairs. You cannot go wrong at Chantilly National, everyone there is going to make sure your day is as perfect as it can be and more!

We could not be any happier than we were on our wedding day at Chantilly National! The ceremony and reception was just perfect! We could not have asked for a better staff!! Everyone was so impressed by the attentiveness and care they gave us from day one! The food was amazing and the brand new renovations are just beautiful. We can't wait to host another event there, soon!

We could not have been happier with Chantilly National and Rich Rochford!! We were frustrated when looking at venues because we were not finding a venue with some outdoor space in our price range, and then we found CNGCC! The value was amazing - we had plenty of space for our 160 guests, stayed in the right budget and the food was delicious! Also, CNGCC doesn't plan any other events on the day you rent the space, so when it came to flexibility, it was great! We had to wait to determine the church ceremony time till six months out, and Rich didn't mind not knowing the actual reception time until then.

Furthermore, Rich was extremely friendly, always helpful and superbly professional. For example, we thought that we would have to get the table cards, guest book, etc. set up ourselves but Rich just asked us to bring the items on Thursday and he'd have it all squared away for us - such a huge relief! And I know that he did the coordinating with the vendors, and all of that went off without a hitch!

I am so thrilled to have hosted my wedding at the Chantilly National Country Club. Richard was a joy to work with - so responsive and helpful. It was a beautiful setting for both my ceremony and reception. Couldn't have asked for a better venue!

We LOVED Chantilly National Golf & Country Club! We worked with Rich - he was so accommodating along the way. Rich took care of everything throughout the entire process - he contacted me when we needed to take care of things and helped us to put together a day of timeline. On the day of, he helped out tremendously with our vendors to make sure they made things run smoothly and helped get our DJ on track when he was running behind. The food and service was amazing - could not have asked for a better ceremony & reception venue.

The location was amazing they were very flexible and did whatever we asked. They made the day amazing by being so helpful and accomodating. The golf course was beautiful and the food was awesome as well.

Rich at Chantilly is AWESOME! Super easy to work with and very professional. They are very flexible and will do whatever you need for your wedding. Chantilly is great because it is one cost per person and that includes alcohol. They set everything up, and take everything down. The food is great and the setting is beautiful! I had a lot of good feedback from friends and family. I highly recommend!

Absolutely hands down the best reception I have ever been too. Richard and his staff were prompt, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond/ Helped deal with an officiant issue. The food was amazing. Good cost per head included alcohol. Would have another event there if it was at all possible. I heart Richard. :)

We were very pleased with Chantilly Country Club. The setting was beautiful, the food great and we felt the club was a great value for the money. The room has a lovely curved window that allows you to look out over the country club. The colors are warm and inviting.

The staff, especially Richard and Scott, were very helpful. They accomodated our guests who had dietary restrictions with delicious plates of food, kept the evening moving along, and checked in periodically with us to make sure we were happy and everything was going well. Their staff delivered food quickly and efficiently. They incorporated one of my recipes for a salad instead of their house salad with no problem. We chose the chicken with buerre blanc sauce and filet mignon--it was delicious and we recieved many compliments on the food.

At the end of the evening they helped gather all of our decorations, stripped the tables of the linens we had rented and put them in our car, and helped pull together the gifts, cards, registry book, etc in a neat pile so we could efficiently load them into the waiting cars.

We would highly recommend Chantilly Country Club--it seems to be a well kept secret in Fairfax County!

I cannot say enough nice things about Chantilly National and Aleks (private event director). I planned my wedding from a distance but my mom was in town. We actually selected the venue based on my mom's first meeting with Aleks and pictures (and reviews) - without seeing it in person! My husband and I were so glad that we did! The space is very beautiful on its own, but with some additional decorations and uplighting you can really make it your own as well! We got married at Christmas time and they were so beautifully decorated! One thing that really sold us was that everything is provided at the venue - tables, chiavari chairs, linens, glassware, etc.

Just before my wedding I was feeling very stressed out - there was a lot going on with the wedding and my family, etc. I was kind of breaking down from the stress until I met with Aleks. She was so kind and reassured me that everything at the venue would be fine - and it was! We were able to just drop off our decorations (signs, memorial pictures, personalized cocktail napkins, etc.) and Aleks and her team placed them around perfectly. This anxious bride didn't have to worry about anything!

The food at the venue needs mention as well - we had several guests come up to us to tell us how much they enjoyed the food! We had great service from the team throughout the night - they especially made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed - from getting me a Diet Coke at dinner to checking in to see if we needed water. We were treated like royalty! We were even able to bring in our own homemade cookies for a Christmas cookie bar and CNGCC provided hot chocolate and fixings for a hot chocolate bar! They also ordered a special beer that is my husband's favorite to have at the wedding. They were so accommodating of our (many) requests and so friendly, kind, and professional throughout the process. We could not give them a higher recommendation! Go with CNGCC for your reception venue - you will not be sorry!

Chantilly National Golf and Country Club is THE BEST venue to host your wedding in the Northern Virginia area. Rich Rochford is a dream - helping out from the initial meeting through the wedding and beyond. He knows everything there is to know about having a successful and enjoyable wedding and reception. Rich and his staff took care of every single detail of our special day. The food was delicious - everyone raved about how good it was. The golf course grounds are beautiful and make the perfect backdrop for pictures. There is plenty of space for the bridal party to get ready, all in a relaxed atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about Chantilly National!

I can not say enough about Chantilly National! They were amazing throughout the whole process. We got married on their field over looking the golf course on a fall day and it couldn't have been more perfect. They have a plan b and a plan c option too in case of weather issues. Their prices are phenomenal for the what they provide (food, drinks, etc) Working with Rich and Tony was easy. We dropped everything off the Thursday before the wedding expecting to do more work setting up and they took care of everything! They were very accommodating and take care of you the whole day and entire planning process. They become the contact for the vendors and your advocate. One of our vendors called that day and simply said they wouldn't be able to make it - Tony was on the phone with every one possible until he found a replacement - and he did! It was perfect!! Highly highly recommend!!

Madison & Natalie are a power duo! Natalie helped my us from the start and she handpicked the coordinators that would help us as she moved up in the company. Both women were professional, responsive when we called or emailed, and created an amazing environment for our families to come in. Planned the wedding with them through the pandemic and their transparency during that time helped us to push through with our plans and not alter. Thankfully we had the wedding of our dreams that gave me my “upscale vibes” and my husbands “country/ field views”. The food (wedding & rehearsal brunch) was amazing - even debated becoming a member just to eat. 10/10 would recommend the venue for its beauty, the food, and the crew that put on our wedding.

My husband and I were beginning to feel discouraged after we kept visiting venues that required you to pay extra for additional equipment (e.g. chairs, linens) or hire outside help (e.g. catering, planner). We were so relieved when we found Chantilly National and realized that we could make our dream wedding a reality. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the landscape is so peaceful. Aleks and her team were very accommodating to our special requests and executed everything so well. We were able to give our guests so much - open bar, french fry station, delicious plated dinners, for a fraction of the price of nearby wineries and historic venues. In addition, the food was amazing! Our guests were raving about their meals, not only at the wedding but at our rehearsal dinner too, as we held our rehearsal dinner at CNGCC. We cannot say enough good things about CNGCC and we are so thankful that we found this venue!

I definitely made the right choice in having my reception at Chantilly National. Rich coordinated everything beautifully and was totally flexible. We did our pictures prior to our ceremony, and when we arrived the entire ballroom had already been set up, so I got to see my reception before people arrived, which was wonderful. He escorted us around for pictures and held the golf shots so we wouldn't get hit. The food was wonderful, as was the service. I couldn't have imagined a better day.

We worked with Richard Rochford at Chantilly National and he was wonderful and so accommodating! The food was phenomenal and the service was fantastic! Our wedding reception went on beautifully and if any issues arose, Richard was there to take care of it all!

Chantilly National Golf and Country Club was a great place to have our wedding. The all inclusive experience (ceremony, reception, food, drink, wedding coordination assistance) was everything we wanted it to be. Kady, our coordinator, was really helpful in making sure our vision came to life (which included a lot of moving of decor from the ceremony to reception) and she was also able to help us keep a level headed. The course at sunset is also am amazing backdrop to all our pictures. The rustic touches throughout the venue was just the right amount for our taste.

We have been working with Aleks for sometime. She is always ready to meet and discuss our wedding. We have had to change the date and Aleks had no problem what so ever with that. I wouldn't want to work with any other venue.

Chantilly National Golf and Country Club was a beautiful place to get married. We had our ceremony and reception at the club. The wait staff did a wonderful job and the food was amazing! Our guests could not believe how delicious everything was. The portions were large and everything was flavorful. The ballroom is spacious and very elegant. You have the option for cocktail hour to be outside on the patio which is great. Make sure to let your guests know this as many of mine did not if you do not have a sign. Overall, this is a great place to have your wedding. Amazing views and delicious food!

They were awsome, i did not have to make any decisions it went very smooth they had everything under control. the only thing we did not appreciate was the fact that they tagged a 18% gratuity fee to the already 6000$ bill, and n the day of the wedding they had the audacity of putting a tip jar for the bartender.
the view is gorgeous, the pictures are beautiful. highly recommend the place just beware of the gratuity hidden fees.

I picked Chantilly National Golf and Country Club because it was the best value I could find. CNGCC is definitely a gorgeous backdrop for a wedding (great for outdoor ceremonies!), plus with all of the new renovations everything looks stunning: the patio, the ballroom - they're both beautiful. For that, I think the price was absolutely a great value.

My experience with the staff, however, was not ideal. It seems there have been a bunch of management changes, and with that, Richard is no longer the point person for the wedding details. I think that's a huge mistake (have they not read all the great comments on hear about him?)! The interaction I had with him was great. You can tell he's passionate about events/weddings and providing great customer service. He answered questions I didn't even know I had. As my wedding approached, I had a harder and harder time getting in contact with either Aleks or Lauren, the event coordinators. A week before my wedding, Lauren and I were at our final planning meeting when she told me she couldn't wait for my wedding to be over.
It rained on my wedding day. The agree upon rain plan, as we had discussed multiple times before, was to use the upstairs restaurant part for cocktail hour if the weather was bad and the patio was unusable. It rained and Lauren / the staff told me my guests were not allowed to use the upstairs portion after all so we were forced to stay crammed into the lobby area.
As event coordinators and planners, there should have been some guidelines given to me as to options for timelines. No. I was tasked to create everything down to the minute, and even that wasn't executed correctly.
I felt completely dismissed as a bride. My emails were not returned for weeks, my phone calls went unanswered, and worst of all, I felt my guests weren't properly taken care of.
I would not recommend working with either Aleks or Lauren.
