My dream wedding
I had my wedding about a month ago and I still can't stop thinking about it. Everything turned out amazing and beautiful. Our coordinator Migdalia went above and beyond and worked so hard to make our wedding happen. I told her what I wanted and what I wanted everything to look like. She was very observant of the things I wanted. We wanted a rustic/travel themed wedding. On the day of the wedding, I didn't know what to expect. When I looked at what she did, I was in a lost of words. It was absolutely AMAZING. She made sure I was doing okay the whole night and if I had any concerns she really listened to me and corrected anything I needed to be changed. She is so easy going, sweet and hard working. We had a budget for our wedding and she made sure that we weren't going over the budget. I highly recommend Chandler's and working with Migdalia. She will not disappoint! -

I had my quince at Chandlers in 2006 in the upstairs hall in 2007 and my brother also got married in the down stairs hall Augusta! Both events where beautiful and the staff was beyond amazing for both events. Kim an Kathy where the biggest help so when it came time for my wedding 11 year later we of course had to see Chandlers. The moment I walked in and saw the beautiful updates they made and I fell in love all over again so did my Fiance! After we did look at other venues we decided Chandlers right away and we have signed our contract are excited to work with Kathy! I recommend Chandlers if you are looking for a venue it is beautiful and the food is just absolutely amazing I would even recommend to go have a drink and dinner at the restaurant its beautiful and delicious! Also Kathy is absolutely amazing! -

We took a tour with Gineane and were ready to sign on the dotted line almost immediately! She gave us different options to fit our budget, worked with us on the look and style and 'feel' we wanted, and we wouldn't change a thing. -

This is the third wedding reception that our family has had at Chandler’s. We have been coming back to Chandler’s for the high-quality food and wonderful service, and our wedding reception was no exception. Both Kim and Kathy were wonderful to work with; they were very responsive to all of our questions and made sure that we went over every detail before our big day! We would highly recommend Chandler’s to family and friends for any size banquet event. Thank you all again for helping us execute our dream wedding day! -

Chandler's was a great venue. They were willing to work with us on everything. Kim was very helpful in coming up with ideas to help make our day special. You could tell she really enjoys her job. The venue had great food and everyone was raving on how delicious it was. It looked very elegant as the end result. We used the gazebo for our first look pictures and others and they turned out great! Everyone loved the martini luge and ice cream sundae bar! It was a great touch to put some spice in the reception! -

Kim was the person who helped us. She was absolutely wonderful from day 1 of planning with her. The ceremony was outside and it was absolutely beautiful! Kim was great at making sure everything went smoothly! -

Kathy was our coordinator through Chandler's. They took care of absolutely everything. The room turned out to be absolutely beautiful. The included uplighting makes SUCH a difference in the ambiance of the room. Her team of staff that was present on the night of the reception were friendly and cooperative. There were no problems whatsoever the day of the wedding. Kathy stuck around and made sure everything went off without a hitch. They listened to everything we wanted and how we wanted everything set up. The food was incredible and people are still talking about it 8 weeks later. I highly recommend Chandler's for a wedding reception!! And have a GREAT time planning & enjoy it and enjoy meeting all the people who are working to make YOUR day/night memorable and perfect!

Absolutely amazing!! Recently renovated banquet rooms and NEWLY renovated bar/restaurant, Chandler's was above and beyond what I have wanted! Fit so nicely into my Rustic themed wedding, without being outdoors in a barn house. The patio is currently being renovated for an updated outdoor ceremony space! The food was delicious! Kathy was absolutely great to work with! I had a lot of odds and ends to be set up at the wedding-I brought them in 3 days before and everything was perfect when I got there on my wedding day! Just as I have envisioned! All of the wait staff, bartenders, etc were great the night of as well! -

Kathy was wonderful! Chandlers was beautiful and everyone complimented the food. There were a few items that were placed in the incorrect areas but were quick fixes. The night went smoothly after that. It rained the day of wedding so we had to pull the ceremony inside but it turned out amazingly. Pictures turned out beautifully on the patio and also on the golf course! -

I got married at Chandlers November 24th. I worked with Kim throughout my entire process who made everything so easy every step of the way. We actually had Kim perform our ceremony as well which she did an amazing job!!! It was casual, and most of all about us opposed to religion which is exactly what we wanted. She has you fill out a form which determines how religious you would want it, and personalizes it perfectly!! She was great to work with but throughout the time of my engagement I was able to get to know others that help in the banquets as well. Every single person that I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly every time. If I could have another wedding I would hands down choose Chandlers. The property itself is gorgeous, the individuals that work there are amazing, and from what I heard from our guests the food was delicious as well :)
The day of went extremely smoothly due to the people who work there. Two others that stand out to us are Jose and Oscar. The entire evening they were constantly ensuring that my groom and myself were happy with literally everything- which we were! Everything was perfect with them, and I could not have been happier with any decisions that we made. -

We had our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception at Chandler's. Kathy, catering director, was amazing to work with. She was patient with all of our questions and changes, and she helped organize our wedding ceremony and reception into what our entire family (and friends) described to be the best wedding they had been to in years, if not ever! The prices are very reasonable for the area and you get a LOT for your money. This place was a one-stop shop for us. We were able to have our ceremony there, book our DJ through them (who also did the music for our ceremony), and they ordered our cake on our behalf. We didn't have to deal with multiple vendors and contracts, and the worry of making sure that everyone had what they needed and would deliver on time, etc. Their service was impeccable (from the waiters/waitresses to the GM of the golf course) and the property/scenery is beautiful. If you're looking to have a wedding at a golf course for a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place!

I love Chandler's! The price was so affordable because they are willing to work with you and your budget! They did all the decorating for me and everything. All I had to do was bring in the decorations. The customer service provider ti us was so amazing! I truly felt like a valued customer! I loved them and how respectable they were! We had our wedding reception at Chandler's at the end of August and the whole event went off without a hitch. The room was gorgeous, the staff was out of this world, and the food was excellent. I would not have gone anywhere else. I worked very closely with Kim who was phenominal and put her sweat and blood into my event. Kathy was also over accomidating, those two are so talented and hard to come by these days. I would recommend chandlers to anyone, what a great venue for an unbelievable value! -

Kathy was WONDERFUL to work with. She was full of great ideas and made sure everything was PERFECT. She was always pleasant and knew exactly what was going on. Everything about all of the staff and the venue far exceeded my expectations. One word of warning, she's almost never around to answer her phone. But, she always returns calls in a timely manner. -

We had our reception at Chandler's on 4/24/10. It was the first decision to make in our wedding planning. We visited 7 different locations in the Northwestern suburbs but none compared to Chandlers. What stood out most about Chandler's was their beautiful ballroom with high cielings and back garden patio. Other places had really fancy food and were super expensive but lacked the awe factor or were too banquety and cheesy.
We worked with Kim who at the time gave us a good deal because of low season and early booking but after all was done I would have paid more if I had to if I knew it was going to come out as great as it did. First of all the chef is Mexican and so bieng of Mexican decent it was awesome that Chandler's was able to make classic Mexican Mole, a traditional dish for special occasions! That blew all our guest away since most banquet halls can not make special ethnic food authentically. Guest also enjoyed the fact that Chandler's had a longer open PREMIUM bar than any of its competitors. Everyone had a great time, the staff was super pollite and professional, the place looked great and many guest told me the cake was the best they ever had!
Many of our vendors had worked with Chandler's before and had great things to say about them and we had heard good reviews from friends as well but I was still more than impressed on that day and therefore give it 5 stars. -

We had both our ceremony and reception at Chandlers. We worked with Kim who was extremely helpful, and we couldn't have pulled off our wedding without her and all the other help at Chandlers. They are very understanding and easy to work with! I would highly recommend them after both my sister and I got married there! (The back patio is a beautiful setting for an outdoor ceremony and I recommend the smaller room upstairs for a more intimate wedding reception!) -

All I can say is WOW! We used Chandler's for our reception venue only - it was wonderful! I keep hearing about how beautiful the room was (the one upstairs) and how delicious the food was. We did family style - chicken vesuvio and the roasted sirloin of beef - delicious!! Extremely affordable!!!! We dropped everything off a week before, showed them how we'd like to have the tables set - she wrote everything down - and it turned out beautifully! I'm looking forward to working with Kim again for any other functions or parties and would recommend Chandlers in a heart beat! -

Gineane was working with us from out of town. My family is from the area. Gineane helped us with everything along the way. The ballroom was set up beautifully for the reception and cocktail hour. We were able to have some of the cocktail hour outside on the patio. Our wedding was also held there and everything turned out gorgeous! -

We had our wedding and reception at Chandler's and couldn't be happier! The new patio is so beautiful and large enough to host a ceremony onsite for a pretty big size wedding (we had about 190 and there was still plenty of room for additional chairs). The staff was super friendly and did an amazing job ensuring that everything went off flawlessly. Our chair covers didn't arrive until the start of the cocktail hour due to an error from our linen vendor and the Chandler's team really went above and beyond to help get the chair covers on and sashes tied so that we could open the doors on time for the reception - all without putting any stress on us! We worked with Kathy and she was a pleasure. Email response can be a bit slow, but I found out closer to the date of our wedding that it's because she and their other coordinator have to share one computer in their office! The room was beautiful without having to do a bunch of additional decor and we received a lot of compliments about the delicious food. I'd highly recommend Chandler's for anyone getting married - especially if you're looking for a place to do the ceremony onsite! -

We had our reception at Chandlers on July 31, 2010. It was perfect! I couldn't believe how many people came up to me both during the wedding, as well as after to tell me how much they enjoyed the food. Kathy was our coordinator and was wonderful. We had our reception in the main ballroom and it was all that I could had dreamed of. The vaulted ceilings, the patio, and the lighting in there was just wonderful. I remember taking many moments during the evening just looking around and loving the atmosphere. Can't go wrong here. -

Gorgeous venue, and Kathy was very accommodating and helped with suggestions to meet my minimum - but you do have to be very organized in keeping in touch with her. I was a very last minute everything bride (!!!), but even with the minor communication gaps - my wedding was exceptional. The reason I had chosen Chandlers over all the other venues I toured was that it was very clean - no stained carpet, windows always sparkling, great linens, and the patio was impeccable for our cocktail hour. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, some of the nicest bartenders I've ever seen at a wedding (and that was evident in their tip jars at the end of the night). Event planner coordinated with my DJ and florist, everything was PERFECT when I saw the room. Lost count of all the compliments I got on the food, both during and days after the wedding - we had family style, and it was great. Highly recommend! (But be sure to check with the golf course, which is separate from the ballroom staff, about pictures on the course). -

We had an early September 2014 wedding, but booked Chandler's in December of 2012. My then-fiance & I had gone to a horrid tasting at a different venue. The food was awful & the service was even worse... I actually cried. Luckily, someone had mentioned to my fiance that we should try out Chandlers. We had driven to pick up his brother from another state after the bad tasting, but on the way home (at 12:30am), we stopped at Chandlers. The lights in the ballroom and lobby were on, so I decided to see if the door was open. From there I met Bob (the General Manager). He showed me how all the uplighting worked, showed me around the venue, and we talked about options. AT 12:30AM! I called them the following business day.
That's when we started working with Kim, one of the two Event Managers. Kim is just about the nicest woman you could meet. The reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 for responsiveness is because they do only have two EMs, & they cover a lot of events. Just keep that in mind before you get frustrated that you don't hear back right away with every one of your questions.
All of the recent renovations (even the bathrooms) are gorgeous. We tried the food in the restaurant, then booked the ballroom right away. Big windows, lots of light, uplighting, & they just renovated the patio- it's all stone with beautiful flowers & a fountain... perfect photo op :)
The day before our wedding there was a terrible storm and Chandlers lost power. I found out in the early afternoon, but that they already had generators powering the entire venue-- even enough for our 8 piece band (who they called the morning of to ensure they got enough generators for). Everything was *impeccable*. We served the Chandlers Mixed Grill or a pasta option. Guests are still raving about how awesome the food was, & how much food there was! Soup, salad, entree, dessert, cake, & 5-hours of premium bar!
I HIGHLY recommend Chandlers to those looking for an incredible wedding at a great value. -

Our reception was AMAZING! Kathy & Kim (the catering directors) are so wonderful and easy to work with. The location is also beautiful, and you can't beat the prices! Our guests were raving about how delicious the food was, and no one left hungry.
The only thing that bugged me was that at the end of the reception, the staff came out and immediately started throwing things away and folding up tables. My dad's boutonniere (which he had wanted to save) got thrown away... :( -

I absolutely recommend Chandler's to anyone. Below average prices, GREAT customer service. The planning part was really easy, the girls at Chandlers do know what they are doing. My wedding came off with out ONE single thing wrong. I had the ceremony and reception there, and both were unbelievable. My guests could not stop talking about how nice the hall was! -

Overall everything with Chandlers was amazing. Gineane was very responsive to all my emails and easy to talk to. She was awesome during rehearsal and the day of. I did hear from a few people that she was a little short with them but never with me. She helped in every way possible. The only part that was a little upsetting is that there was some miscommunication when it came to the final total and the bar tab we had the day of. We thought the bar went towards the food and beverage minimum and that we would just have to pay the difference but that was not the case, however my parents were amazing and took care of it. Again over all everything that day was perfect! Thank you Chandlers and Gineane-

Chandler's helped make our wedding day amazing. We had both our ceremony and reception there. The ceremony was beautiful on their patio. The reception was perfect. The food was amazing! We received so many complements on the venue. We worked with Kathy who was a huge help. It was great! -

Overall it was the perfect place for us!!! Kathy was fabulous!!! I also had to plan from a different state, but she helped calm those pesky bridal jitters and worries!! Beautiful grounds--lush and picturesque--we couldn't go past the trail into the bridge/pond area, however (which IS posted on the website, mind you), due to golfers playing. That wasn't mentioned in the meetings prior to the event.
One mishap occured during the reception, but it was eventually resolved.
Again, mishap not withstanding, I would HIGHLY recommend this venue--the food was amazing!!!! (See Caterer review). -

They were really amazing. My day was beautiful and perfect. They catered to my every need. I only wish they would close the gold path during my ceremony- I did not appreciate golf carts flying past in my wedding video. They also could have been more helpful for my rehearsal. -

Working with Kathy was so easy and carefree...So easy it didn't feel like we were planning a wedding...My DOC friend said that by the time she got to the reception hall, all the tasks she had to do were already done with...They made my vision a reality. My guests had nothing but good things to say about the reception hall and the food! We had so much food for the money we paid - salad, bread, entree, dessert, cake, late night pizza snack, chocolate fountain, sweets table....with plenty of food for guests to take home... -

Kim and Kathy were incredibly helpful and very accommodating! The venue was beautiful and all of the decorations and details came together just as I imagined. The food was also delicious. That was one of the most important things to me is that the guests would enjoy their food and they sure did! The cake was delicious and anything extra they left wrapped for guests to take home so nothing went to waste. Overall we were very satisfied with everything Chandler's had to offer and thought that it was reasonably priced. -

My husband and I are so happy that we booked at Chandler's. We worked with Kim and reserved the two rooms upstairs (we had ~130 people who filled the space well). We went with the buffet of prime rib, roast chicken and veg lasagna. Family and friends are still commenting on how delicious the food was (they also talk a lot about the chocolate mousse, haha). More importantly I think, they are still raving about what a good time they had. Other venue-related feedback was on how prompt/polite service was, how beautiful and bright the space was and how much fun the DJ was (Marty from America's Best). From our standpoint, everything went off without a hitch, which was great! The venue looked more beautiful than we could have guessed, bar tenders were super sweet to us and we were stress-free and had a great time (I cannot stress how it really exceeded my expectations). Kim was wonderful to work with as well. When we first met with her to check out the hall, the power unexpectedly went out. She remained calm, kept up her sense of humor and still worked with us! We knew then that we would be in good hands. Personally, she is very warm and pleasant to work with, professionally, she was punctual, flexible and knows weddings like no one's business! From my viewpoint, Chandler's and Kim are great to work with and can help you bring your vision to life (and stay within/work with your budget). Chandler's is also well-known within the community and as such, it is possible to work with other vendors (cake, DJ, flowers, etc) that are familiar with the space and I just think this makes things so much easier and was a great bonus! -

My husband and I recently had our wedding and reception at Chandler’s. Everything was perfect! The newly renovated outdoor ceremony area is beautiful, and the reception space was very nice. The food was excellent. Most of all, though, Kim and Kathy were beyond superb at giving us options, being flexible, and making everything run smoothly, from our very first meeting all the way through to the end of the reception. Kim even came by on her day off to make sure that the ceremony was properly coordinated and that all the last minute details were handled. Our experience at Chandler’s was fantastic! -

Chandler's was great! Kathy was quick to answer my emails, let us have the beautiful, big ballroom since it wasn't booked, and even threw in a few upgrades for free (chocolate fountain and upgraded cake fillings). The food was great and we had a fantastic time.
The only thing that didn't go 100% smoothly is that no one checked in with us as the guests started to arrive and our ushers were confused about how to get the guests to the ceremony. There was some stress and confusion among members of the wedding party as they tried to figure it out without bothering me. Kathy showed up 5 minutes before the ceremony start time (I know she was in the building before but no one could find her for clarification).
Small hiccup aside, I definitely recommend Chandler's. Great prices and a great experience. -

My engagement party was at Chandler's and I feel they did a wonderful job. They were very good with responding to any questions or concerns and worked well with me to plan my party. There were some things that happened due to miscommunication. However, overall, the party turned out wonderful. -

Chandler's has the best deal in regards to food, open bar, ceremony, and cake! You have to stay on top of your complimentary wedding planner to make sure everything is the way you want. Overall amazing deal and beautiful setting by a golf course. -

We loved this venue for the most part. For starters it is beautiful and the food is great. Kathy was the employee that helped us plan it. She was very sweet and accommodating, but email is not her forte. Most responses were unclear and incomplete. If working with her def take the time to go in on several occasions to work things out in person. All of our face to face interactions were great and would put me at ease after email frustrations. Overall, everything was fabulous except that dinner was and HOUR AND A HALF LATE! This was incredibly frustrating to me because I had stressed that I wanted dinner served immediately course after course starting at 7:30 and NOT pausing for speeches or first dances but we didn't even get our entrees until after 9! But our guests didn't even notice so it was only a disaster in my perspective. -

Mixed feelings about this place. We had our wedding here and the location and the reception space were beautiful. We did family-style dinner and all of our guests thought the food was amazing! So for those reasons we would probably host another event here. On the down side - we were told our vendors would have 2 hours to set up for the cocktail hour and reception.....I don't know if it was a scheduling error or what, but there was another event in our space and our vendors had to sit around for over an hour (which we paid for of course) and only had 45 min to turn over the space and get set up!!! Thankfully we had awesome vendors and our own day-of-coordinator to make this happen because the venue's coordinator, Kathy, was less than helpful. Throughout our contract discussions with Kathy the year and a half before our wedding we found her to be extraordinarily friendly, but surprisingly not very helpful.....she was sometimes very slow to respond to emails or phone calls; she didn't seem to know which event she was discussing when we talked. The office staff wasn't much better - their front desk person didn't know who to point us to when we came in to make payments, twice! And it was a different front desk person each time! We did meet with the overall manager Bob once, and he was awesome! Too bad he doesn't expect the same from his staff.
Only complaint we had from our guests was the poor state the bathrooms were in. Lots of complements on how awesome the serving staff was (though half the head table didn't get served...).
Oh the food tasting - what a joke!!! it's a group event, but each table is a different couple with different food options and Kathy trying to give each table personal attention......we had to ask for our wine, our vegetables, our entree....basically we had to remind her we were there too! And why were we only allowed to try two entrees when another couple was trying 6???and we didn't get to pick our appetizers..they were good though. -

Chandler's is a lovely venue. We were very happy with how the day looked. Food was good and service great. Our only challenges were in communicating before hand with our person. She was absent (no fault of her own) alot.
We also had to use their DJ Marty in order to use their beautiful lighting and that DJ Marty actually ruined our ceremony and and was horrible to work with. He also had a foul mouth (which was reported to us by many guests after). We also had to pay $250. to use their projector for our slide show, but that came with a promise that we would not have to worry about it not going well. We gave them 2 DVD's that had been inspected. And still whoever was running it must have bumped it causing the brides pictures to be skipped. That was not only a huge disappointment for us....but we had multiple guests come up to us and say how they missed seeing it. And no one has offered to refund any part of the $250.
Other than that, as a room, food, service we would love to recommend. But I cannot recommend using their DJ MARTY at ALL! I would recommend this venue again, only with big cautions on the above mentioned. -

Beautiful Venue, unprofessional staff
I have never once went online to write a bad review, but to save anyone the headache of this venue I am. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it is a beautiful venue for a reasonable price. The food is also very good. That being said, I didn't understand the importance of the wedding coordinator until having the pleasure of working with Migdalia. She is very difficult to work with and quite unprofessional. If you want to work with someone who answers emails and gets you the information necessary to plan your wedding, this is not the place to go. I have lost count of how many emails I sent that were never responded to. I asked for months to get a copy of our event order and did not receive it until a month before our wedding, at which point it was a little late if changes needed to be made. I wish I could upload a photo of what our head table looked like. The tablecloth was pulled out of the bag it was in, and had large square wrinkles where it had been folded. Numerous guests mentioned the eyesore in all of my first dance and cake cutting photos, I truly don't know how anyone could have set that up thinking it was acceptable. I ordered colored napkins for the tables, and they were the wrong color on the day of the wedding. One of my guests was missing a chair and ended up sitting at a table without his wife. When I reached out to Migdalia about all of this after the wedding, again my emails were left with no response. It wasn't until I hounded her that I finally got a refund for the table clothes that I paid for. Icing on the cake, when the check came in the mail, the card was not from Migdalia but her assistant. Every venue photo was ruined with a table cloth that looked like I pulled it out of a mattress bag, and the gesture to make this right was a $25 gift card... and an apology from someone we have never worked with -

Had our wedding at Chandler's last night. Although the food was delicious, and the servers were terrific, the wedding planner (Cathy) was atrocious and not present anywhere throughout the night - especially when we needed her. The microphones didn't work during the ceremony, so no one could hear the officiant or bride and group exchange there vows. But where was Cathy?? She was out front having a cigarette. Then, there was a backup of people in the reception hall...the food wasn't out and ready, and one bartenders were backed up. But where was Cathy? Having another cigarette out in front. She also went so far as to call one of the guests a "" because she spoke up about taking care of the bride's needs - it's her day. While Chandler's food is good, and the servers were good, Cathy is unprofessional and rude, and clearly in the wrong business. Plus, she can't seem to stop smoking long enough to help her paying customers enjoy their event. She's a disgrace. -

Bad Business Practices
I had high hopes for Chandlers, but was extremely disappointed. On the day of my sister’s bridal shower they had another large event going on and no one from the event staff was on hand to help us. We made multiple trips up the stairs with heavy boxes before we were able to locate a cart and elevator. Furthermore, because of the number of events that they had booked that day, there was insufficient parking for our guests. Several guests reported driving around in circles looking for parking and one ended up parking across the street and had to cross Roselle Road with her heavy package. Once our guests got into the building they had difficulty finding the room as it was listed in tiny print on a TV screen and no one from Chandlers was on hand to direct people to the appropriate event spaces, so I missed the first 20 minutes of my sister’s shower because I was in the lobby helping guests find their way around. Our food was pretty good, but it came out 25 minutes late.
However, the absolute worst part about Chandlers is the way they conduct business. They lure you in with a relatively inexpensive plate cost, then they charge you an 18% “event fee”, for event setup and “administration” costs. However, none of that 18% goes to the service staff that does the actual setup, which is only made clear if you read all the fine print (I clearly should have done a better job of that). They say you don’t have to tip the wait staff because they are “well compensated”, but really, who doesn’t tip the wait staff? So in the end I ended up paying close to 35% in “fees” and tips even though no one from the event staff bothered to show up for my event. When I complained to management about paying an 18% event fee for an absent event staff in addition to my tip, they gave me a half-hearted apology and offered to refund my tip money (i.e. take away the money from the hard-working waitress). No wonder they have a “D-“ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I guess I should have done my homework before I booked, but I wanted to write this review so others don’t make the same mistake I did. -

From the first 5 minutes of our tour of the venue, I could tell this was not the place for us. Nothing wrong with the venue itself, but the customer service was AWFUL. We had a tour set with Gineane and she was absolutely rude and condescending. Every question I asked was met with a attitude and she would reiterate how long she has been in the business, which supplied no answer to the questions at hand. A few of her comments even felt prejudicial. We tried to power through the tour and be respectful of her time (one of us had to be respectful) but it was a big waste of time. The longer the tour went on, we truly began to feel as if she intentionally treated us this way because she didn't want our business. Gineane is the SOLE reason we decided to book elsewhere. Luckily for us, her distasteful behavior led us to a find a beautiful venue with great people to work with. -

I am very surprised to see such good review of this venue. I had the WORST wedding experience ever here. From beginning to end, I had problems with communication with Kathy, many, many mistakes on her part for the set up of my wedding, horrible food and rude service during our reception. I regret having my wedding here and wish so badly I could go back and change the venue completely. Prices are high considering the level of quality and service. -
