I lived working with everybody at Chanceys and would recommend them to anybody getting married. They made everything so simple and had everything I could ever think of for a wedding. The space is amazing without having to add anything with its amazing chandeliers and beautiful decorations. Would strongly encourage brides to consider this venue. -

My husband and I worked with Chancey's throughout our long engagement. Their staff helped with every detail of our wedding day. They were flexible and answered questions whenever we had them. The venue is a beautiful location for a wedding. Our wedding was more than I could have ever dreamed of. Our guests loved the space Chancey's provided. I will be recommending them to every one of our friends wanting to get married! -

Chancey's Event Center was the perfect venue for our son's wedding. It's a beautiful facility located in the rolling hills just minutes from Billings. Chancey's owners were accomodating, gracious, and friendly -- they helped make a beautiful day, memorable and stress free! -

My daughter's wedding and reception was held at Chancey's. The venue is so beautiful that decorations could be kept to a minimum. I loved the availability of many decorating accessories that could be rented right there - no hauling of fragile items! The owners were easy to work with and the cost was reasonable. The bed & breakfast facility was a great option for the groomsmen. -

Toynette was a joy to work with, and bent over backwards to make this wedding celebration an outstanding event. Early in the process, she provided valued planning advice based on her experience. Everything came together in an outstanding manner. This is a great venue, outstanding facility and grounds, and professionally managed. At the same time it is Montana friendly, and it was a great experience to spend time with Toynette and the crew. Thanks so much!!!! -

Toy and Paul the owners of Chancey's were great to work with. Toy was very pleasant from the first time my husband and I met her. She listened to what we wanted and was gracious and curtious when giving suggestions. There is just something about her friendly demeanor that drew us in. Toy was very wonderful about helping me with any questions I may have had, from finding flowers, food and even down to the placement and layout of our tables. The wonderful thing about Toy and Paul is that I did not feel like they worried about shoving their business and ideas down my throat, they wanted our wedding to be everything we had ever dreamed just as much as our family and friends did. Our wedding everything we had ever dreamed and more, because of the Toy and Paul. -

I attended a wedding on June 16 at Chancey's! The venue was stunning and the wedding was beautiful! It was nice to be outside of Billings from the hustle and bustle and have a place that was totally devoted to the bride and groom. The flowers were in full bloom and the day was priceless!! Thanks for a great experience out at Chancey's Event Center! I will recommend you to all my friends!! -

Toy and her staff were courteous and professional. I could not have wished for more. The location was beautiful and everything was set-up and ready for us when we arrived. The staff that was on-site during our wedding were extremely helpful and provided us with anything we needed.
The only draw back that I found with the location was the fact that we could not get in to decorate the night before and rehearse because they were booked for another wedding. It is such a beautiful place, so it is no wonder they are always booked! :) -

We chose Chancey's for my daughters wedding and would recommend Chancey's for a wedding venue. The facility is beautiful and easy to decorate to bring out the personalization and theme of your wedding. The staff was very helpful answering all our questions and also helping with decorations we weren't sure how to put up. My daughter and her husband were so happy they had the dream wedding they wanted and we have received so many compliments from our guests. -

Chancey's was absolutely amazing! I couldn't have found a better place. Toynette was fantastic and helped me with more then just the venue. She gave me numbers to the bar, photographer's, catering, flowers anything and everything I could have asked for. The wedding set up was easy with all the help from all the employee's. The place LOOK great with the new landscaping and new arch. Can't say enough about how perfect is was. -

Toynette and everyone at Chancey's event center helped my wife and I create the wedding of our dreams. Unfortunate and abrupt weather forced us to move from an outside wedding inside and the staff could not have been more helpful and prompt in making it happen. They were supportive, understanding and flexible. We would recommend anyone planning a wedding near Billings should definitely give Chancey's your business! -

Chancey's Even Center was the perfect spot to hold an outdoor wedding in late July. Even if the weather had not stayed fair, the facility would have been able to quickly be adjusted to bring the event indoors. The proprietors were helpful from start to finish from booking the date to being on hand during the day of the wedding. Additionally, Tonya gave helpful hints in the set-up as well as having available contact cards of caterers, photographers, and cake specialists, One simply needs to be aware that in the beautiful out-of-the-way setting, drinking water must be furnished with coolers or bottled water. It worked out well. -

Chancey's Event Center was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding and reception in late July. Situated a few miles east of Billings and equipped with a bed-and-breakfast on site, the beautifully manicured grounds and outdoor set-up options are quite inviting. The indoor reception area is spacious, casually elegant, and complete with a large well appointed bride-and-bridesmaids' dressing room. Our caterer had served for different weddings at Chancey's and had no problem catering to the 200+ guests. The only reason I did not give the quality of service a 5-star rating was that water needed to be brought in (which was NO PROBLEM!) as the tap water was not meant for drinking. Otherwise the service was excellent and warm. I highly recommend Chancey's Event Center as a wedding or large party venue.

My iPod had been set out for the DJ and disappeared before his arrival (and before guests arrival) while only staff and carefree were setting up. The owner did little to nothing to address this or help us. -

They were wonderful! From first contact to after the wedding, they helped with everything. Removing stress by offering all services, food, DJ, Bar services! I met with the owner told her my thoughts and she gave us the perfect day. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone! They offer everything! The price was extremely affordable considering they did everything! -

The venue is beautiful which makes it easy for decorating. The owners are great to work with and provide helpful information from previous experiences. The props and decorations they also have available makes it less stressful than having to worry about bringing in your own. If your looking for a place for both wedding and reception I recommend Chanceys. -

My wedding day turned out to be the most rainy day all summer long! The staff at Chancey's were very kind and flexible with allowing me to use their other buildings as photo ops since the areas we had originally wanted to take photos were sopping wet! Thanks to them, I have many fantastic memories to look back on! -

Excellent venue that meets every need, the staff brings comfort to busy moms of bride by their relaxed attitude, provides beautiful surroundings for photographs, and alllowed two families who didn't know each other well space to blend. We couldn't have asked for more. -

We were very pleased with the venue overall. The decorations that already exist make it easy to add your own personal touch. It is a very elegant place both in side and out. My only recommendation would be that the bar service we contracted with couldn't utilize the "fixed" bar station that is visible in the venue. While I understand Magic City maintains there alcohol there, the door is locked and it shouldn't prohibit others from using the structure itself. The bar station is part of the venue and for the price you pay one should be able to have the usage of the whole thing. If not, it should be mentioned that if you don't use Magic City you have a separate station for the bar setup.
Overall we were very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend the venue to anyone looking for something different and out of town. Everyone who attended was very impressed with the venue and many didn't even know if was there. Hopefully this will bring more business to your business. We loved it and were very satisfied! -

I enjoyed having my wedding at Chancey's it's a great venue if you are a bride with a clear vision who wants a blank slate to work with. It's big ballroom is the perfect backdrop to create the wedding of your dreams. Just keep in mind it is pretty bare, you have to bring everything in (and pay for it). Toynette and her assistant A'Lona are super helpful and have many rentals on hand. We rented our linens through Chancey's and they were FLAWLESS! The venue was clean and the grounds offer so many gorgeous backdrops for pictures. -

Chancey's is high priced for the actual quality of service you recieve. They charge you for every little thing. I feel they interrupted me as the bride alot to ask questions they already knew the answer too. They forgot to put glasses on head table, the groomsmen's house to get ready in was not clean the wedding before us had a cake fight and it was cleaned. They were directed to the bed and breakfast to get ready in which smelled of rotten garbage. They were hard to get into contact with via email, cell phone, business phone. -

Great facility but after being VERY meticulous in our cleaning, were told several lies about how the facility was left and told we wouldn't get our deposit- the exact same story we heard when we were viewing the facility when deciding if we wanted to rent it. I have heard the same complaint from anyone I've met who also has used this facility -

i wanted a private ceremony with just close friends and family. The owners showed up in dirty clothes and watched my wedding and they helped themselfs to our food. the made my guests fell uncomfortable. For my bridal shower the rented me a really small room in the atic of one of the houses on the property. The stairs were so steep that the elder people had a hard time going up and down the stairs. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! -

If you are thinking of going here for your big day, check out the reviews on Yelp. I was at a wedding here last August, the area is pretty, the old guest houses are neat. There was a smell of sewage and very swampy grass between the venue and guest houses, pretty gross. But other than that the place was great. My issue is with the people who run it. After the ceremony, they apparently close off that patch of grass. The reception was pretty loud for my infant son, so I took him outside for some quiet space. Not wanting to go into the septic swamp, or the extremely dusty gravel parking lot, I wandered into the ceremony area with my baby. Just then a lady comes along and informs me that I must stay out of the ceremony area, as it has been closed off. She invites me to take my baby into the gravel parking lot for a quiet space (very dusty as cars had begun leaving), and apologized but said that I had to take him away from the ceremony area, very uptight. Then around 10:00 a short, middle aged rotund man came into the reception dressed like a slob, even wearing a baseball cap and accompanied by the lady who kicked my baby and I out of the ceremony area. They proceeded to harass the groom as he was talking to the dj about payment and fees for such and such. The groom handled it as well as anyone, but he was pretty upset that they would come interupt the reception, eating the food, harassing him about money that wasn't overdue or anything. These people were horrible hosts and have no class. They continued to hang around the ceremony for the rest of the night, really making people feel uncomfortable. -

We experienced lack of professionalism, poor customer service and unethical/and what we deem to be potentially illegal behavior by Toynette Stewart and her staff. This behavior was demonstrated by Toy’s conduct in the following ways:
Going through guests bags without their knowledge; lack of letting the client know that there was an sewer problem causing the bride and groom and bridal party to not use parts of the property.
