We hired Chanah to play for our small 15-person wedding, and she was wonderful from start to finish. She was very responsive to messages and questions and checked in several times leading up to the wedding, which made planning feel easy and organized.
She learned two new songs specifically for our ceremony that weren’t already in her repertoire, and they were truly beautiful and meaningful. Her repertoire is also very easy to browse on her website, which helped us choose songs and get a sense of how they would sound on the harp ahead of time.
On the day of the wedding, she arrived at the same time we did, and we had a chance to chat before the ceremony. She is warm, personable, and easy to talk to, which immediately put everyone at ease. During the ceremony, her playing was clear and balanced, nothing was overpowered, and everything felt seamless. We were especially impressed by how well her setup carried throughout the conservatory space; the harp could be heard beautifully from every room.
Afterward, she continued playing while guests mingled, and at one point she even asked which songs we’d like to hear again, which made the experience feel very personal and interactive. Her harp itself is also stunning, and it added such a beautiful visual element to our photos.
Before leaving, we were able to chat again briefly, and she was just as kind and friendly with our guests as she was with us. She later sent us recordings of our favorite pieces and the songs she learned for our wedding, which has been incredibly special to listen back on.
Overall, Chanah helped make our wedding feel truly memorable. We would absolutely recommend her for any event where you want live music that feels both elegant and personal.

We had Chanah (harp) and Florina - FlorysMusic (violin) play as a duet at our wedding. We're really happy with how everything went and how everything sounded. The collection of music was really great and they played it beautifully.

Wow. There is not enough incredible words to use to describe Chanah and her stunning talent. Chanah was the very first vendor I reached out to before we had even booked our date. I knew she had to be playing music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner reception. Our vision was very romantic, moody and blue, ethereal and enchanting. One of the best decisions I've ever made!
For our wedding on May 4, 2024, I researched and deliberated extensively on the type of music I would book. Music is such an integral part of any wedding. I found Chanah, and she made the decision so easy. She was amazing to work with on every level. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is one of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met. Her rates were also very reasonable as I hoped she would be willing to play my entire event, which was approximately 5 hours long. All of my guests loved her and her performance, they continue to mention her months later. She curated a beautiful selection of music for our wedding, combining my partners and mines nerdy selections with classic melodies. I could not have been more pleased, and I would more than happily work with her again as well as recommend her to anyone looking for this service.

It's not often you come across a vendor who cares about your event as much as you do, but Chanah is truly that. From our first conversations hitting it off over our mutual love of cats, to her genuine interest in learning and understanding South Asian culture and music, and her absolute professionalism and expertise through it all, Chanah is an absolute gem. She helped me navigate through her very detailed portfolio of available songs and was able to honor nearly every request I had. She took on the song requests I had and played the more beautifully than I've ever heard. She made great professional recommendations around logistics for maximizing the harp experience the day of, and was extremely flexible during the actual event. She checked in at appropriate times in the weeks leading up to the event and all around made me always feel comfortable and confident in my decision to work with her. All these factors would have made her a 10/10 vendor, but then she went even further above and beyond. My fiance and I are South Asian and while I'd always dreamed of having a harpist for our event, I especially wanted to feature some of the special South Asian songs I grew up with. Chanah committed to one of my choosing among the list of options I'd sent her, but two days before our event she surprised me and let me know she'd perfected 4 more of the South Asian songs to the harp, in addition to even watching some of the movies they came from. I was actually in tears hearing this music played during our event in a more beautiful way than I ever had before. Chanah is extremely skilled as a harpist and is an incredibly genuine and kind human being. I would work with her over and over and could not recommend her enough! Chanah was amazing! Through the whole process, she was so kind, thoughtful, and talented. She has a massive repertoire and made suggestions based on what we liked; my husband (!) and I are self-professed nerds, so she played excerpts from Lord of the Rings, Skyrim, and all of that nerdy stuff as well as more traditional, classical music and it all sounded so beautiful.
Our guests were blown away and so were we; she completely elevated the feel of our cocktail hour and set the tone for the evening. Simply a dream to work with!
Chanah is the perfect harpist to work with for any event. We had her for our wedding this past weekend, and she made our little backyard wedding feel like a dream! Chanah even went above and beyond when I had requested a collaboration with her and my brother, so he could play the violin when I walked down the aisle. Chanah pulled the arrangement, Cannon in D with a transition into How to Train Your Dragon (video on her YouTube channel), flawlessly in one rehearsal. Working with Chanah was absolutely amazing. She is so pleasant, professional and it was a pleasure working with her. Mother of the Bride
Chanah Ambuter is an amazing harpist who performed at our daughter's wedding ceremony and cocktail hour on 8-8-21. She was flexible as we had to postpone our daughter's wedding for a full year due to covid. Ms. Ambuter played all of the selections that my daughter requested beautifully! Not only is she a true professional, but is such a kind soul. Our entire family highly recommends Chanah Ambuter to play her harp for any function.

Wonderful Wedding Music
Chanah Ambuter, Harpist was a wonderful addition to our son and daughter-in-laws wedding. The sound for the processional was beautiful and impressive. She brings her own amplifier. She played background music through the cocktail hour for which we received many compliments! She was very prompt in responding to all our questions and she has a large list of music selections. Advance requests outside her repertoire can be made. She was an elegant addition to our wedding. We would highly recommend Chanah.

Best Wedding Harpist!
Chanah played the harp at our wedding ceremony and we could not have been happier with our decision. What drew me to booking Chanah was how good she is at playing modern music on the harp and making it sound amazing! From the beginning, she was easy to get a hold of and the booking process was flawless. She kept in touch throughout the year (we booked early) and reminded us when it was time to make our song choices. She keeps an extremely large collection of songs that she plays on the harp and makes it available to listen to online. She showed up perfectly on time to our wedding and our guests absolutely loved her music. We coordinated the songs and timing of songs and she executed it perfectly! I strongly recommend Chanah as your event harpist. You will not regret the decision!

Amazing addition to our big day!
Chanah was amazing from the beginning! Due to COVID, we had to reschedule our big day and have a small intimate ceremony in our backyard. Chanah was very flexible and worked with us making the whole process very easy. The music was incredible and made the ceremony so special and intimate! I would highly recommend and would love to use her again for any gathering in the future!

Chanah made our wedding and reception truly magical. Her music was beautifully played and she put much thought into every detail. An Absolute Delight to Work With!
I remember spending hours looking for the perfect musician for our ceremony and cocktail hour before I stumbled upon Chanah's information and I am so happy that I did! Chanah went above and beyond to make our day special. She was a breeze to work with and aided us in our decision making process as we weren't entirely sure what we were looking for. At our first meeting she played numerous examples of music for us to choose from and was patient with us as we made our decisions. On the wedding day, she was there on time to get setup and she played absolutely beautifully - I couldn't image walking down the aisle to anything else. We received so many compliments from our guests about the music during the ceremony and cocktail hour and we have Chanah to thank for that! In addition to the wedding day, Chanah even sent us a wedding gift - recordings of the songs she played for us on our wedding day so now we'll have that to listen to whenever we want a reminisce about our day. It was clear from our experience with Chanah that she absolutely loves what she does and puts everything into the weddings that she plays for, I would recommend her to anyone looking for an extra special touch added to their day.

So talented!
We hired Chanah for my sister in law’s bridal shower and I cannot say enough wonderful things! She made everything so easy for us and allowed us to help choose the songs she played, discuss the theme so she could have ideas of the atmosphere, and easily have add ons such as a microphone and sound system/amplifier for the harp and to use for speeches during the event. She was also able to just do her thing with minimal direction from us which made things super easy and stress free from a planning perspective! She played BEAUTIFULLY and brought such an elegant, special atmosphere to the shower. She even sent us recordings of the songs she played after the event! We got so many compliments on her talent. She was also super sweet and really nice to talk to and plan with. I would definitely recommend her!

Perfect Music
Was privileged to find Chanah to play on our wedding day! She was affordable. Chanah was great during the planning and more importantly her performance was beautiful the day of. We also got married during the pandemic which involved lots of last minute change of plans but she very flexible and easy to contact! No complaints from me, the husband, or our family/friends. OH, and the best part is a week after the ceremony she sent me an email that included all the songs on an MP3 and beautiful photos she took during the wedding!
We would recommend her to anyone for your BIG day!

Moody Goth Wedding
I came to Chanah with a dream of walking down to the aisle to music from my favorite video game, Legend of Zelda. Not only was she excited and accommodating, she already had a few pieces from the game in her repertoire. She was an absolute joy to work with from the consultation to the day of my wedding! The day of my wedding there was some mild weather mishaps (get the tent she offers, play it safe!) and she teamed up with DJ and made it work and it was beautiful! The songs were perfect (she created a beautiful playlist of songs we picked and that fit the mood and aesthetic of the wedding) and she even sent over all the digital copies of all the songs she played at our wedding after the fact, which was such a welcome surprise! I can not recommend her talents enough!

Our special day could not have been complete without Chanah. Her planning with us ahead of the event as well as her flexibility during it allowed for a smoother, more beautiful day to happen as the guests arrived. We decided to do it in the home, and Chanah played right at the front door as guests arrived. It was a perfect day, and for a January wedding the weather was sunny and welcoming.

Amazing vendor
We are so happy that we had Chanah as our harpist for our wedding ceremony. She has such a large repertoire of music that we were able to choose from. We received so many compliments from our guests about the song selection and Chanah's playing. It really added a unique, fun touch to our ceremony. During the planning process she was so patient and helpful and it was clear she wanted to do whatever she could to make the day amazing for us. My only regret is that as the bride I didn't get to hear a lot of her playing. I definitely recommend hiring Chanah for your wedding!

Planning a wedding is hard work and I have to say, you made working with you for our wedding SO simple! It’s like you already thought of everything that we would need to consider and packaged it right up - very organized. I had very few questions and those I had, you addressed immediately - great communication! I really wanted a harpist to play and I feel like we hit the jackpot with you because you are so talented and can play anything! I particularly wanted to have more modern music played with current hits translated to harp and you delivered. Also, I loved that you also learned two new songs for us! Your harp is beautiful and really elevated our cocktail space and looks great in the ballroom as our guests arrived. Thank you so much for being part of our special day! She was so sweet to work with from the beginning and played us a ton of songs so we could get an idea of what we wanted. She has serious talent!!! She was always patient with my questions as we went through the process of setting up the details and even helped me pick out "just in case" songs due to weather-related issues. Chanah was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire wedding planning process! I knew that i didn't want the "traditional" wedding ceremony music, but wasn't entirely sure which songs I wanted to use. She met with me a few months before the wedding to go over everything and was more than wiling to play snippets of any song that I wanted to hear. Channah was an absolute pleasure during the planning process as well as our wedding! She taught herself a beautiful rendition of Africa by Toto for our recessional song. We highly recommend Channah and would definitely hire her again for any suiting event we may have in the future!!!

CHANAH IS AMAZING!! BEST decision having her as a part of our wedding day!!!!! She is organized, on time, professional, and extremely talented! We wanted to have an elegant, classic ceremony and Chanah helped deliver that. We received SO many comments from friends and family how amazing the harp was. Just two weeks before my wedding I had nothing planned with the harp- she sent the most comprehensive and simple to understand set of documents for the day of and made my song choices so easy! Even the night before, when we weren’t sure if we would need her to bring her shade tent, she was incredibly flexible and let us decide last minute to use it or not

She double checked details with us and really spent the time to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. We didn't even have her at the rehearsal and she still nailed it. The hardest part was picking our music. Her set list is extensive, she even has sample lists for Disney, Celtic, Traditional, ect. Chanah is the best, she will make your wedding extra special!

I told her this face to face (even in front of another vendor lol) that she was my favorite vendor. She was the first professional that I hired after securing my venue. Shawn and I just knew that we wanted the romantic and delicate sounds of the harp during our Spring wedding, and it was just as beautiful as I imagined it would be!
Chanah will hold your hand throughout the entire process. Not only is she a master of her art and a professional to the tee, but she is a friend. She genuinely wants to make your day special and unique. I highly recommend having your first meeting with her face-to-face just so you can hear the brilliance of the harp in person (and also, so you can hang out with her cats, who are so funny and fantastic! :D)

Chanah was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She responded to our emails quickly and efficiently. She was even able to translate our first dance song to the harp, so we were able to have our bridal party walk down to it! On top of all that, she sent us the MP3 of our requested song as well as a few photos she took herself! I cannot recommend enough!!

I can't speak highly enough about Chanah! We used her services for our wedding and she created custom covers of our favorite band's music. It was so unique and personalized and one of my favorite elements in our wedding. It was also a real treat for friends that recognized it. She was very helpful in selecting other music from her repertoire that would be cohesive. Chanah was so responsive and thorough in all our communications for beginning to end. I can't rave about Chanah enough. From the very beginning and all the way through, she was so pleasant to work with. Kind, light-hearted, professional, and EXTREMELY talented. Not only was she helpful when I was indecisive about which songs to put where in our ceremony, but she learned how to play our first dance song for me to come down the aisle to.

Chanah was absolutely amazing! I feel like we found a hidden gem with her services. She was professional and courteous and made us feel like her only clients. She took the time to learn all the specific song requests we had, and they were AMAZING. We couldn't believe they turned out so well. She is beyond talented.
She also took the time to contact our venue and arrange all the details without pulling us into them. As a busy bride, that was very appreciated and she made the whole experience stress free. We also received sound clips from her of our ceremony songs to commemorate the day.
I am so glad we had her be a part of our day, it wouldn't have been the same without her.

My husband and I STRONGLY recommend Chanah; she played for both our ceremony and our entire reception! Being the picky bride- I requested a special song for her to play for the bridal processional. Having nothing but the YouTube video of the song's original music video, Chanah mastered my dream into the most beautiful harp melody. When it came to the reception, she offered a diverse and large selection of all genres of music. All of my guests commented on how beautiful our music was and even paused in conversation just to enjoy listening. Thank you, Chanah- you are the best and you made my wedding dreams come true!
