Chameleon Brides was among the best choices I made for my wedding day. From the very beginning, I knew we were in good hands. Their communication is prompt, clear, and kind. They have this down to a science! From trial to day of execution, everything was easy and stress-free. Carleen and her team take special care to ensure you get the style you really want on your big day and feel gorgeous throughout. They are extremely accommodating and flexible. My makeup came out absolutely flawless, and my hair was elegant and lasted all night. Carleen even showed up day of with flowers and goodies to add that extra, personal touch! -

I had the pleasure of working with Carleen and her team once as a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and I loved their work so much I booked her for my wedding day! Her hair stylists are extremely talented and gave everyone the style they were looking for from my bridesmaids to mothers and she even was able to style a wig for my mom! Plus I loved the option of being able to rent extensions from her instead of trying to color match and buy my own - really helpful that she offered this! I totally recommend them especially if you have thin hair it helped add so much volume and lasted all night.
The makeup was absolutely flawless, everyone was color matched perfectly. My makeup lasted the FULL night, even after hours of outdoor photos I was always surprised when I looked in the mirror and everything was still in place! I truly felt the most beautiful I ever have that day thanks to Carleen and her team!
Not to mention she has a super user friendly portal and booking system so it makes working with them even easier! Highly recommend booking for your wedding! -

Chameleon Bridal did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, they were so easy to work with—booking was simple and stress-free!
The hair and makeup artists were incredibly kind, professional, and truly talented. As someone who does not wear a lot of makeup not only did they make me feel beautiful, but like myself. They also did an amazing job on my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law. Everyone looked beautiful, felt their best, and also felt so relaxed throughout the process.
Even with a bit of rain, our hair and makeup held up perfectly all day and night. I felt like the best version of myself and I’m so grateful to the Chameleon Bridal team for being a part of such a special day. Highly, highly recommend them! -

January Wedding
I cannot say enough amazing things about Carlene (hair) and Trish (makeup)! From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible — professional, organized, and so easy to work with. They were completely on top of everything, making the whole getting-ready process smooth, fun, and totally stress-free.
They did hair and makeup for myself, the MOB, MOH and a bridesmaid. They used such high-quality products, and it showed — my makeup looked flawless all day and all night without even needing a single touch-up. And despite some pretty reckless dancing on the dance floor, my hair stayed perfectly in place and looked amazing until the very end. It survived hugs, kisses, people stepping and tugging on my veil, and dancing.
If you’re looking for a team that will make you feel confident, beautiful, and completely taken care of on your big day, look no further. I would hire them again a million times over! -

Incredible hair and makeup
Carleen and Taylor are both incredible! Carleen made it so easy for me! She did my hair perfectly and gave great suggestions when I changed my mind!
Taylor not only did our makeup perfectly but she stayed for makeup touches and helped me with other things like emotional support, help with my dress, and countless other things!

The artists here are amazing! They are top tier professionals! They made my wedding day so much less stressful with their extensive knowledge, punctuality, and organization. Leading up to the day, Carleen was quick to respond and quickly helped get through any issues. They worked hard and listened to me to captured exactly the image I wanted! We had a very short time frame and they organized everything to ensure we made it- Carleen came herself to ensure my hair was exactly the way I wanted it! Everything was perfect thanks to Carleen, and her girls! -

I hired Carleen and Taylor (MUA) to do hair and make up for my wedding this August. All I can say is that both ladies work magic. Great communication from Carleen in the months leading up to the wedding and there was a clear timeline of who was getting what done at what time established in advance. Taylor is so sweet and immediately puts you at ease. She is super efficient with her time, she works quickly, but the final product is amazing. Everyone in my bridal party looked beautiful and very natural. Carleen is also a very calming energy, which was much appreciated on a day full of nerves. She had her work cut out for her with my straight, stubborn hair, but she was able to give me the elegant up-do of my dreams. I can honestly say I have never felt more beautiful than I did after working with these two ladies and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. -

Amazing ladies!
I had a makeup trial that I wasn’t 100% satisfied with and was strapped last minute looking for hair and makeup with only 2 weeks before my wedding. I was panicking and searching everywhere for someone who would take me so last minute. That’s when I stumbled upon Chameleon Luxury Bridal Services in theKnot! The reviews looked great and so I went and looked at their Instagram page. It was exactly what I was looking for. I reached out and got an email and call immediately from Carleen to say that she was available for my wedding. The responsiveness I received took so many worries away. I was able to schedule my trials before my wedding and felt assured! On the day of my wedding Carleen took care of my hair and Taylor did my makeup! Both women arrived on time and had a clear schedule on which person would go first for hair and makeup making the process smooth and seamless. They both worked so efficiently I didn’t feel rushed at all in fact they finished before we even anticipated. Despite having a rainy wedding date, dancing, sweating, and many tears she’d my hair and makeup lasted the entire night. I had an updo for my ceremony and wanted to have the option to take my hair down for the reception for a different look. Midway through my reception I took out my pins and my hair was perfectly curled. Unfortunately I don’t have my professional photographs yet as I just got married but rest assured these ladies are it! They listened to everything I wanted and if I changed my mind about anything last minute they were incredibly flexible. They communicated well, take in all of your thoughts, and make up feel wonderful on your special day. -

Carleen and her team did an amazing job with hair and makeup for my wedding day. When I first reached out to her to set up my trials, she took the time to really understand my wedding vision and assured me she was going to be able to execute my look. Both Carleen and Melissa on the day of the trial did a great job to make sure that they were going to create exactly what I had hoped for. I typically do not like to wear a lot of makeup and can feel overwhelmed by bridal makeup looks and Melissa did a great job to make sure I looked beautiful while still feeling like myself. I could not have asked for a better hairstyle with a double braided up-do that Carleen executed on the day of the wedding and I received so many compliments all day about how stunning and intricate the design was. Her team was extremely professional, kind and kept to their timeline perfectly - we even were done a little bit early which was nice to have time to relax before our photos. I would recommend the Chameleon Bridal team again and again! -

Excellent experience and beautiful hair

About 2 months before my wedding, my original hair and make up team fell through. I was in a pinch and reached out to anyone and everyone, I panicked! When I got in touch with Carleen, she instantly put me at ease. She called me back not even 12 hours later and told me she would do everything she could to help. And help she did! Wonderful experience
Planning a wedding from the opposite side of the country is hard enough. Carleen and staff took what I requested and made my dreams come true. I was so happy with the work done on my hair and make-up along with the make-up and hair for my mom, step-mom and new mother in law. I HIGHLY recommend using them! -

We are so happy we went with Chameleon! Carleen and her team did a phenomenal job with wedding hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids and the moms. We got a mix of different up and down hair styles and the makeup was gorgeous and not too heavy. Everyone looked beautiful but still like themselves, and it all stayed in place throughout the evening (over 8 hours) through lots of pictures and dancing.
My mom and I did a hair and makeup trial a few months before and Carleen and Taylor did a fantastic job trying out the hair and makeup looks we wanted. They took notes and pictures and recreated our looks (even better!) on wedding day.
Overall Chameleon was super easy to work with, communicative, efficient, on time, and everything you could hope for from a beauty team!CHAMELEON HAIR COLOR CAFÉ & SPA's reply:

We live in California (I'm originally from CT). I would say that planning a wedding from cross country was a challenge, but honestly we were so blessed to have the most incredible vendors and venue to work with that made our experience so easy. Linds was very communicative in helping us get everything setup. Since we were planning cross country we didn't get the opportunity to do a trial with them. They asked for pictures of what our vision was for hair and makeup and on the day of that made that vision come to life. We all felt so beautiful after getting ready. Carleen, the owner, is especially talented in her hair styling. Any requests the girls had were fulfilled with ease. We simply cannot put into words how grateful we were to have had such support behind our LGBTQ+ wedding day.
