    Fantastic food and amazing people

    Chef Loyd and his crew catered our wedding at our home in the mountains. They far exceeded our expectations both with the food quality and friendly staff. We are new to the area but have decided that any catering we need in the future Chalet Caterers will be our first choice!

    I am in the midst of planning my wedding to be held here in 2015. So far the professionalism has been great! I am looking forward to continuing working together this next year. I have had entrees from chef and the food is delicious.

    Chef Lloyd and his crew provided us with a wonderful wedding reception meal at an off-site location. Guests were commenting at how delicious the food was!!! We had a large reception (260 people) and it turned out wonderfully! Would highly recommend Lloyd and his crew for your wedding or event!!!

    We recently hired Chef Lloyd and his crew for a very high profile, grand opening event at Granite Ridge Estate & Barn. Not only was the crew on time, on point, and highly professional - the highly skilled team put my mind at ease. We can't speak highly enough and will have them back ANYTIME.     Lloyd and company are running a great operation. They cooked up a BBQ buffet for 75 people that was delicious. We were picky with the menu, substituting items left and right and making special requests for vegetarian and allergen-free special dishes. They accommodated each request to a t. We had to take off half a star because they ran out of the vegetarian entree before the vegetarians could get to it (was supposed to be all-you-can-eat) and mixed in the allergen-free ribs with the rest of the batch before seconds could be had. They're a great bet if you don't have crazy special requests like we do, and even if you do, I'm sure they'll be keen to prove themselves and not make the same mistake twice!

    Food was great. Lloyd answered any and all questions. Was a great overall experience. Only negative I received by guests was the linens, tablecloths and chair covers, being extremely wrinkled.

    Poor service

    I was at a wedding reception and the whole table got served the wedding except me. Ti.e went by and I stopped another waitress for a piece of the vanilla cake, and she returned with chocolate, I questioned her and she returned with a piece of vanilla, which looked like it was the scrapings of the cake platter. Wont return here, nor recommend this place!
